Amazing Customer Service
My car was in the shop over a holiday weekend and Autohaus let me keep a loaner over the long holiday weekend so I was not inconvenienced. Mike was very helpful and is always friendly. I am a repeat customer and he knows me by name and knows details specific to my car.

I had my car towed to Autohaus due to really rough and erratic idling, high pitched noise and the engine light had come on. On the very busy Monday morning after the Thanksgiving Holiday the service department was slammed and I didn't have an appointment. Mike was able to take my ticket, "sing" while he entered my ticket and get me in a loaner vehicle quite quickly. Within hours he called with the news that my car was finished and ready for pick up. A hose had come loose and caused all that. Phew! This is the second time Mike handled an issue for me in short order with a great attitude and professionally. I find Autohaus to be a great business all around. I first came with my previous BMW years ago after no other BMW service in town could figure out it's issue. Autohaus figured it out first try. Then a few years later I bought my current BMW from them. I have only had great experiences with Autohaus employees.
Took my car in due to oil consumption, Chris and service are monitoring. Chris reminded me of tire change for the season and in 48 hours had my winter tires in and ready for install so didn't have to come back. Might seem like a small thing but time is valuable for all of us, thanks for the efficiency and extra effort .
Extremely knowledgeable staff at Autohaus BMW
First of all, the website at Autohaus BMW is excellent. The search capability and the specification detail really lines out the specifics on the cars. I did a majority of my research online and when I found a few CPO cars that I liked, I went in for a test drive. Renard was our salesman and he was very welcoming and professional. His knowledge about BMW, the vehicle specifics and the details of the warranty/certification was extensive. The facility is really modern, clean and comfortable. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Linda Schaefer and Autohaus BMW are awesome(Thanks to Bill as well at the Parts Department). Had totally worn out tires(all 4) and was doing my research, when I found a sweet deal at Costco. Spoke to another dealer in town and they could not keep up their word on the price(meet or beat). My last stop was Autohaus BMW and I was able to get the whole deal done below Costco's price and also get a thorough check of the vehicle. I've lived in Houston, San Antonio and now Saint Louis and can definitely say that this dealership is the creme de la creme among those I've been to. Also my 40 minute drive from home to this dealership is definitely worth-it for good service. The facility is large and the advisors seem knowledgeable. This will be my dealership in STL until I move again:)
Best service to date.
A few days ago my car started making a rather loud machine gun noise emanating from the blower. I explained the noise to Chris Clem. He is professional, yet personable, straight forward, but at no time condensing. I have not always received the best service at this dealer. However, every time I work with Chris we have mutual resolution. Chris Clem rocks!

Dinan computer problem has been ongoing for some time. Staff at Autohaus has been extremely helpful in getting this resolved. Dinan has also been very cooperative.

Wow. I must say I am extremely pleased with my last visit to Autohaus BMW. My service member was Patti and I am totally blown away by how helpful, sweet and genuine she was in the process of fixing my vehicle. She found out every single piece of information I needed very quickly and got back to me in record timing! I gave her my budget amount and asked her to please work with me and SHE DID JUST THAT!! I am beyond satisfied with Patti and I will NEVER EVER go through another service member simply for the fact that she was truly amazing and extremely helpful! She informed me every time she found out new information, and did not fret to call me and inform me, WHICH WAS OH SO AMAZING! Literally the best customer service experience I have ever had! I've had a number of issues related to wear and tear on my 2004 Z4 and Dan has been exceptional in helping to diagnose the problem, explain the issues, and find cost effective ways to address them. I know it is in good hands when it is in his care.
Greg was very helpful he talked to me over the phone and fit me in the same day without an appointment. They had updated their system with all the information so when I got there I was in and out with a car to drive while mine was being repaired. I have always had good experiences at this dealership. Extremely helpful follow up visit
Chris walked us through all the interior features of our new BMW and answered all our questions. He even volunteered to attach the new license plates. His explanations were clear and we had a better understanding of all the features. He is an asset to your company!

Service for a new key
My key was not working on this 2015 528. I had to drop the car off and wait over an hour and the lady came out and handed me a key and said everything was taken care of. I went to use the key and it still did not work. I had to go find the service guy and he said there was corrosion and it was not under warranty. Had I not tried the key I would have driven home with my other key. He did not bother to come and even tell me I had to go find him.I will say the guys in the service were very friendly.
I worked with Linda. She was very pleasant and helpful. She made sure I got every possible service and update completed while my vehicle was at the dealer - so I wouldn't have to make another appointment.

I've purchased vehicles from three other dealerships in St. Louis in the past 10 years. Expected to have the same type of experience when leasing my new 5-Series (hidden charges, slow process, opaque terms, etc.) Here is how my experience went with Brett: (1) I found a vehicle online that I wanted and texted him to if he could accept a particular price, (2) he texted me back and said no, but gave me his best price, which was a really good price, (3) I came into the dealership a few hours later and he had the car cleaned and all of the paperwork ready to go, (4) I signed the paperwork and drove the car off the lot within about an hour. Also, he actually gave me more for my trade than I wanted. He, Rick Riccio, and Alicia Botsch are true professionals and I plan to talk to them about all of my vehicles in the future. The reason I'm writing this post is solely because of the high quality of my experience and for no other reason. I had never met either of these guys prior to Monday and never expected to have this type of experience at a car dealership. Would give all three of these employees six stars out of five if that were physically possible.
Making a big car change
I loved the car I had but due to an accident had to purchase a new car. Dennis Schaffer made us feel very comfortable from the first hello. We didn't know very much about all the BMW types so he suggested we drive first then discuss I likes. After the drive Dennis showed us the different options and what were available in our series. We decided on the car and the price was easy to discuss. I think dealing with this dealership will be good. They have called and asked if we need anything. I feel that Dennis will always be their to answer any questions we have. Thank you for making this very comfortable and we are enjoying our new BMW. Thank you

Have been coming to Autohaus for 20+ years and would not go anywhere else. Have depended upon great advice honesty and professionalism from Greg, Mike, victor, and Gerd for years. Love the young men as porters and the friendly women in cashier. I appreciate greatly the loaner vehicles and of course the car washes
Greg has always been fantastic to work with; I would highly recommend him. He is extremely accommodating to my schedule and my last minute requests to get my car serviced. Repairs are always done in a timely manner and I am always kept updated from Greg on the status of the repairs.

Linda Schaefer Review
I bought my BMW 2 years ago and have had the pleasure of working with Linda Schaefer for the entire 2 years which is unusual today. I call her at the last minute and she always gets me in and treats me like I'm the only customer she has to deal with. I've been there when she has been very busy and she treats everyone the same and I can tell that everyone likes dealing with her because she takes care of them quickly and professionally. Monday I was driving to work which is 60 miles one way and my light came on saying low tire I called Linda and told her last time I was in she recommended me to get new tires and I told her we would talk about it next time and no pressure from her side. So when I called her Monday and said I think I'm ready for my new tires she said let me check and within 2 minutes she said I can do it today I asked if we could do it Tuesday she said absolutely she got me in and out right away like always. I'm sure she gets lots of positive reviews and if she doesn't it is because people just get too busy to take the time to do this because sincerely she is one in a million. My father is 92 years old and he has a BMW as well and she makes him feel like he owns the dealership when he comes in for service. My daughter is active duty military and bought a BMW in Germany while stationed overseas and when it was shipped back to the states Linda had it serviced for her and treated her as if she bought her car from Autohaus before she went to Arizona. I'm in sales and I think someone with Linda's personality and the way she takes care of customers sells a lot of BMW's for your Sales Team.
The check engine light came on in my BMW. Though I didn't have a service appointment, Linda Schaefer got me right in. The problem was the gas cap seal. It was all handled under warranty. It only took one day. I picked up my car all washed, clean and repaired the next day.The whole crew at Autohaus is first rate. It is always a pleasure to work with Linda Schaefer. She is always on the ball, very upbeat and personable. She knows BMWs and she knows her clients and treats them like family.
Excellent service and sales experience. They go through the process and thoroughly explain the complicated technical systems. Explained download of phone contacts, audio system and demonstrated the numerous features.
Went to Autohaus to resolve a "road noise" issue. Fortunately it was only tire wear, as my car was out of alignment. I worked with Chris Clem, as he knows me and knows my car. I like to work with the same person all the time. It really helps make the process run smoothly. Chris has a great memory and is awesome at communicating updates. They set me up with a nice 4 series loaner and I got my car back quickly. As always, I highly recommend the service department at Autohaus- and I always ask for Chris. Job well done!
Patti Kupfer - great as always
I only work with Patti Kupfer in service now for my car. She is always professional and flexible considering I always need a loaner car for my three boys in car seats. She calls and checks in and is all around great. I highly recommend Patti and will continue to see her for a long time coming.

Manager Eric Fultz helped guide our car deal to closure as we wavered between two competitive car dealership purchases. His knowledge and desire to work with us, sold us on the BMW. He was an excellent manager, and knew when to step in and save a sale that was about to go a different direction. Our buying experience, thanks to Eric, was wonderful.Genius, Chris Buie masterfully explained the many layers of BMW technology. His guidance through the various topics- navigation, music, etc. was clear and easy to follow. He answered questions in a relaxed manner, and invited us to make any additional appointments needed for questions that might come up in the future. Alisha also did a wonderful job immediately following our purchase giving us a quick overview of the car so we were comfortable driving off the lot. Great dealership thx to this talented sales team!!

Deceptive pratice of sale followed they sell demo car new car and try to push old inventory without proper disclosure when they get caught will not even acknowledge and apologize and they say it does not matter

The problem was fixed and Mike kept me informed throughout the process which was very much appreciated. I picked up my car today and it's running great. It also was thoroughly cleaned! my 1998 Z-3 had the check engine light on so it would not pass inspection.Mike Crader got me in quick, got me in a loaner and had the car repaired in a day.Passed inspection, passed all the multi point inspection checks and I'm on my way.

Best car buying experience
We have leased and bought many vehicles, and always experienced the typical car sales guy at some point or another. Bob was different from the beginning and really listened to our needs and expectations. Once we agreed on price (via text messaging), we made an appointment to pick up the vehicle. They had everything ready and we were done in 15 minutes or so. That had never happened before with other dealerships.

Traded our 2013 X5 for a 2017 X5. Dennis is good to work with and he and Joel (finance) made the process quick and relatively painless. Alicia was a great help in setting up and going over the tech package with us. This is our second purchase from Dennis at Autohaus and we would recommend this dealership over others in the St. Louis area.
When my X3 began displaying the "drivetrain malfunction" alert over several months, Patti and the service crew at Autohaus were with me every step of the way. I have had the misfortune to visit Autohaus twice within two days because I have an older BMW that seems to require more care the older she gets. Chris Clem is the service advisor I had dealt with in the past so when I made my call he knew exactly what the problem was and took my car in for the needed repair. Car returned fixed and clean. Less than 24 hours later another broken item on my car (unrelated to the first). Again Chris was able to immediately diagnose the problem and had my car fixed in short order. Great knowledge of BMWs and so pleasant to work with. He really does go above and beyond!
Excellent Service Experience
I usually deal with Linda or Mike since it's most convenient for me to stop by on my way home from work. They always do a great job, very thorough, always helping me get the most value out of my CPO warranty and extended maintenance. I bought my first BMW from another dealer in the region whose service people wouldn't even return my calls (only my husbands!), so I love the fact that the service advisers at Autohaus not only work with me, but actually know me.

Good customer service, ease of making appointment
I was disappointed to have to get new front brake service costing almost $1,000 when my car was about 1 week and 1,000 miles out of warranty, but that's not an issue that Autohaus has any control over. Mike was professional and friendly, and before I left with my loaner car, he had pulled up the likely two prices for my service, with the variable of whether rotors were needed. I appreciated the specifics of his estimates via the search values in the computer, not just a shoot from the hip guess.I certainly see value in having dealerships make repairs, but the price point was 25% higher than other quotes I received from reputable shops in the area who also use BMW certified parts. I'd like to see Autohaus close that gap a little, recognizing that they have overhead and other obligations that smaller repair places don't have.

The purchase of my X3 M-Series was the second BMW I bought from Autohaus during the summer of 2016. While purchasing a 328i for my girlfriend, I test drove an X3 M-Series and fell in love with it. While attending the Genius hour on the 328i with Chris Buie, I saw an X3 exactly like I wanted waiting to go out as a CSI car. John Williams pulled it off the line and let me test drive it. The awesome customer service and attention to what I wanted is what made this purchase so easy. Chris and John are absolutely amazing!

I have known Mike since my first BMW way back when! Mike is always very detailed, very helpful, and always very, very pleasant. He always wants you to understand the services performed on your vehicle and the services required to keep your vehicle performing at it's best. You couldn't ask for a better service rep than Mike. On my last visit I showed up without an appointment or even an advanced telephone call and Mike went over and above to review my problem, get me signed in and on my way with a vehicle loaner. great vibration search
Autohaus did a wonderful job in diagnosing and fixing a ghostly vibration in my BMW 750. After working through the obvious (potential) tire issues and a couple of test drives, they located the source of my concern and replaced the offending assembly. With a few tweaks, back to the wonderful, factory new, ride!
The system works great
Got an email saying my car said it needed oil change. I was able to make the appointment easily on line at a time that worked for me. They were expecting me, I could wait and the car was done faster than the had allotted, waiting area is nice, with refreshments and internet so I could work. Beyond the oil change that was expected they offered to switch the wiper blades as those can be changed each year, I didn't know that. So it was a good experience.
Our experience leasing our new BMW X1 with Autohaus St. Louis and Joe Bauer was nothing short of exceptional. We had done quite a bit of car shopping, and Joe and his team were by far the most courteous, most professional and least pushy of the people with whom we dealt. We were also truly impressed with Alicia, our technology expert, when we picked up our vehicle - she was another very seasoned professional who was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us. I have owned 6 BMWs and have loved them all. But when it comes to individual service I think it's not because of the dealer, it is because of the service advisor I work with. His name is Dan Wirick. In my estimation he is the best and awesome. He has gone out of his way to sincerely make me a satisfied customer for over 6 years. He is the only reason I would come back and buy another car. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and never has tried to over sell me, plus he is just a fun nice guy! I highly recommend him!
I bought my 2016 340i xDrive about a year ago from Autohaus and they were great during that entire experience also. I just brought it in for my first service and worked with Linda Schaefer and Chris Buie who were extremely friendly and treated me with 1st class and professional service. When you buy a car, Dennis Shaffner selects for you something that's a perfect fit. When it's time for service, Linda Schaefer, answers all your questions and selects the right replacement ride for the day.Whenever you have a question, or need other help, Alicia Botsch has the right answer. She really is a bmw genius. Even the receptioist knew the answer to our question. You don't see a dealership this professional that often.
Best service department in area- Linda Schaefer always goes the extra mile, great communication throughout the process, service is completed on time and as promised, I've never had any problems or concerns with repair or maintenance performed at Autohaus.

Greg and the greeters consistently provide great service - They know when I am coming and for what, and always provide a VERY friendly greeting. This gives me the confidence I will be taken care of - This visit the mechanics found something that I did not come in for - Greg contacted me, clearly explained the repair and they would need another day. He said to keep the loaner and would update me late afternoon. Sure enough I received a call and Greg said good news, the car will be ready by 4:30 - It ended up the additional issue they uncovered and corrected saved me a lot of money down the road. Twice in the past two weeks I've had to have service on my 2010 BMW GT 535i and I've been lucky enough to have Patti Kupfer help me. She was not only able to get my car fixed but she also helped me save money with coupons and even researched an old warranty that I'd purchased at a different dealership. She made calls and did extra research and footwork for me making sure I got the lowest price possible. She is very personable and helpful from start to finish. I took my car for service because the A/C wasn't operating properly. Dan called and emailed the results of the inspection. When we talked, Dan gave me a detailed explanation. He also throughly told me my options. I felt informed enough to make a decision about the needed repairs. I appreciate the detailed information that he provided. My car was not purchased at Autohaus, but I have brought it here for service several times. Each time I have dealt with true professionals, who were able and willing to explain the repairs needed. Another awesome experience as expected. My experiences at Autohaus date back to 1985 and this one was consistent with those prior experiences. Linda shaefer and Renard laSane were key factors this time. Renard and Linda coordinated the use of a 2016 750 while mine was serviced. As always, Ethan greeted me by name and ensured that the transfer of personal effects between cars, both when I received it and upon my return. Six years ago, based on information obtained from the BBB, I selected Autohaus to service my then 2006 330i BMW--not purchased at Autohaus. (Purchased a BMW from Autohaus in 2014) I never regretted my decision. I appreciate the sincere personal attention, integrity and quality service that I receive each time. Linda Schaefer and the Autohaus technicians are the best. Due to Linda's integrity, professionalism and sincere interest in her customers, as well as, the integrity and expertise of the technicians, I can finally say that bringing my car in for service is no longer a dreaded experience. This comes after eight new cars and over thirty years of experience with dealerships. Linda makes sure that any and all concerns I have about the car are addressed. It is very comforting to know that I never have to worry about unwarranted repairs.
We have now had 6 BMW's from 3 different deal ships in St. Louis and this dealership and the teams are by far the best we have experienced. We have had a consistently client centered approach from the service team (all are great but Chris Clem is our pick) and the sales team seems just as consistent though we have started our experience with Bob Dedert and will look to him in the future. Autohaus has a richly deserved reputation of exceptional service for good reason. The people who work there have great attitudes and are true professionals. I have worked with Linda Schaefer for years and would not even consider going anywhere besides Autohaus for service on my BMW for that very reason. Linda is always cheerful and ready to help. I cannot sing her praises enough. Not only is she very knowledgeable and proficient, she is a joy to work with. The dealership offers a loaner car when available, should I need it.Autohaus is very clean with an open airy design. The techs who work on the vehicles are the best in town. If you choose to wait for your car to be serviced, Autohaus provides a very comfortable customer waiting area stocked with fresh fruit and drinks. The cashier is always friendly and my paperwork is always in order and quickly processed. My car is always washed and ready to go after service.

The service at Autohaus has always been a first class experience and my recent visit resulted in a much better result than I expected.I came in with an engine problem without an appointment after the July 4th holiday, Greg had me in and out in a service loaner in 10 minutes!Later I spoke with BMW National Customer Service explaining my problem and that the car was slightly out of warranty. BMW expedited the review and spoke with Service Manager Victor Richards who went above and beyond my expectations with the engine issue. Plaza bmw will never get my business again
id say i am a seasoned bmw owner, i always took my car to plaza, but ever since they have been under new management, the service is terrible their turn over rate is outrageous and no one is on the same page! the service advisors do not communicate with you as much as they promise to. in addition to the fact that they never have loaner vehicles. AutoHaus is absolutely outshining any bmw dealership available , my service advisor is Patti K. she's such a doll and is extremely knowledgable, she got me AND my husband into a loaner vehicle both of our bmw's were due for service. the technicians went above and beyond to correct all issues and even made us aware of upcoming service. my car was given back to me clean from the inside out, and patti called me every day during the week that they had my car.

Greg and his service team were quick, polite, and professional. I had water pump issues on my 2011 335i. They got the car in and finished in less than 24hrs and offered a free loaner. Also, with the CPO warranty, this experience was absolutely painless. If there is EVER another problem with my car, I know exactly where I will be headed first thing.

Customer Focused, courteous & professional service dept!
In the last 20 years ,we have owned 7 BMW's and are experienced with 10 different dealerships across 7 states for service. Autohaus BMW of ST Louis has clearly been the best and the most customer focused dealership we have experienced and not because of over the top customer waiting areas. There's are nice:) We moved to STL 18 months ago and our 2011 and 2013 X's were purchased elsewhere but you wouldn't know it. I am always offered a loaner as a starting point, not just a ride. The dealer in MN where I purchased the vehicle didn't offer that always and even when it was a warranty repair.Secondly, Dan, Mike, and Victor in the service department are professionals who know their vehicles and always direct me to coupons or advertised service savings when I forget to look. They are honest in their service appraisals of my vehicles and willing to say when something isn't necessary. I never feel oversold on service or scared sold into additional services.What has really given me enthusiasm for this dealership once again was their willingness to advocate on my behalf for a pricey Diesel Exhaust Fluid tank sensor repair ($2300) at just 80k miles and not quite 5 years of ownership. They persuaded BMWUSA to give me more than fair compensation on the repair. Reminder, I didn't buy any of my previous BMW's from Autohaus. They are good honest people and I will shop for my next BMW from them for certain. When I told the cashier how pleased I was with their organization and how they treat their customers, she replied: "they treat the employees the same way. This is my 3rd dealership and they are the best to work for by far." Well-treated employees translates into well-treated customers in my opinion. Seems to be a good culture. Perfect from start to finish.
This is the second car I have purchased from Brett and I will likely buy a third one here in a year or so . I ordered a limited production car in early 2014 with the hopes that BMW might make it in a few years. I told Brett that I wanted the first one in the state. Fast forward 2.5 years and I have a huge smile on my face. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and was always there to answer any of my crazy questions (for over 2.5 years!). I had an "electrical system failure" on my way home from work. It was after 5, and was concerned I wouldn't be able to get my car into the shop. I called Autohaus and asked for Chris Clem, as he usually helps me out. He was on the early shift that day, so Patti Kupfer helped me. She told me to bring the car in right away and they would see me (which impressed me). I made it there shortly before closing. Patti was very helpful in checking me in and listening to my concerns about the car. It took a while to figure out what was going on with my car with the gremlin in my car. I give James Pfeifer (technician) a lot of credit for his patience and his diligence in uncovering the root issue, which was exasperated by not having access to the electrical system. The behind the scenes techs sometimes get overlooked in a review, but he did great work! I know Victor helped out as well. The issue was going to require a fairly extensive fix. Patti was great about calling me with updates, and Chris helped fill me in on any day Patti was off. As always, I am thoroughly impressed with the Autohaus service team. No one likes to have their car in the shop, but Patti, Chris and James did their absolute best to keep me informed of the progress, cover the associated costs via warranty and do it all with a smile. I would never hesitate to recommend Autohaus service to anyone!

Chris has been the first outstanding experience we have had with this dealership. The receptionists (2 different ones) were less than friendly each time we have been in and basically would have to stand around and wait. We also struggled getting anyone to call us back when we had questions after getting the vehicle on our papers/getting our plates and basically missed the deadline for getting the paperwork completed. It took 4 emails to get the issue resolved.BUT.....I spent an hour with Chris Buie yesterday for a more complete overview of the car and the operations of the vehicle. He was a pleasure to deal with, was knowledgeable and very helpful. I think if this dealership had more folks like him they would get better ratings overall. I hope that he is treated as a valuable asset to this organization. We have owned several businesses and realize how important it is to know who your good employees are.....the only reason that we are taking the time to complete this survey.

Buyer (Service Customer) Beware
I had some work done on a door lock, and they were a bit sloppy putting the door panel back together. What's really baking my noodle though, is that aside from the door lock job they told me it took the mechanic 1 1/2 hours (at $150/hr labor) to replace a couple small pieces of weather-stripping along the top of the side windows (the roof edge), but when I later replaced nearly identical pieces myself (the adjoining ones), it quite literally took me no longer than 3 minutes to complete both sides! 1 1/2 minutes/side. 3 minutes total! This was rather upsetting to me to realize that these folks, who I trusted, are not forthright with regard to customer labor charges. My advice to customers is to be wise so as not to be taken advantage of, which might mean just going someplace else for service.FYI: with regard to Autohaus' response to this review, let me say here that the leak is totally fixed now that I replaced the other top pieces of weather-stripping myself. I had originally requested that all 4 top pieces be replaced, but they decided on just two after I refused let them replace ALL the roof weather stripping at a huge expense. They did tell me that partial replacement probably wouldn't work, and they seemingly went ahead and threw in the two small pieces with that intention. Autohaus had done a diagnosis on this before (about 6 months earlier), and their chosen course of repair based on this "diagnoses" was completely useless. The lock they "fixed" is also now behaving oddly. I sure hope that it doesn't fall apart. Enough said about all of this. This whole experience has been utterly awful and, for the most part, a waste of money. I'm investing in the time to write this review for no other purpose than to help others make informed decisions about who they do business with. There is no malicious intent here. I wish I had been a bit more informed about what I was heading into before I went where I did for service.

Perfect as always
I brought my car in for what Ii assumed was a minor fix, Chris and the others in service walked around my car and quickly realized the minor issue was much bigger. Chris immediately opened a ticket, got me a loaner and put the car in service to determine the extent of the problem. By the end of the afternoon i need three tire and a new rim. Chris had parts and warranty involved and solution was outlined in less than 4 hours. It took a week to repair but that was shipping time. My car is perfect! Chris and the team actually solved the root issue and prevented further issues from happening.

I love my BMW and now I can actually drive it in the snow! Karen was able to locate a vehicle that matched the color as well as all the features I requested; it was actually on the lot! I always get Linda Schaefer as my service advisor. She's calm, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. She always gets me exactly what I need and no more and is honest and up front about pricing. Outstanding is the best word to describe her and my experiences so far.

New to town and not sure where to service my BMW, I figured to go to the local dealer. What a GREAT experience all around. Dan was just fantastic in keeping me up to speed as to the status and the entire team was so professional. While I am sure that the other service providers are as good as Dan, but he is the man for sure!
Linda is great
I worked with Linda for the first time after my former and most excellent advisor left the dealership and it was a great experience. My car took some time to be fixed and so she made sure I had a loaner for almost a week to go to work and simply live my life. She was not pushy to get me spend on other things and was very informative about what went wrong with my car. I would work with Linda again. I would also like to give a shout out to Dan Wirick who was the original replacement for my former advisor and he always replied to my emails and took care of my service needs before I met Linda.
Great Buying Experience
I was interested in a 5 series and found on the internet in BMW Autohaus the car that had the exact options and color I wanted. My compliments to their website and their internet process. Within an hour of submitting my request on line for more information, I was working with Joe Bauer who provided me the car specs and the details I needed to make a decision. We came to an agreement on a fair price and scheduled an appointment for a drive. As I live 2.5 hours from St. Louis, I was nervous this was not going to work out. I had nothing to be nervous about. The car was as expected, the final purchase process smooth and I was able to drive home in my new BMW. Thanks Joe for making my buying experience a good one.

I called Autohaus shortly before close of business when my 3 Series "service engine soon" light came on, shortly after my mileage rolled over the warranty- which of course caused me to panic. Fortunately (after talking me off the ledge) I was able to get on the schedule last minute, which was a relief...one less thing to worry about. Ive owned 5 BMW's. 4 of the aforementioned have been serviced by Autohaus. I have consistently worked with Chris Clem as a service advisor. Its great to have someone who knows my name, my car, and my history without having to root around in a computer. I am ALWAYS impressed with his knowledge of BMW's, his prompt communication, his patience in listening to me foolishly trying to imitate the sounds my car makes, and most importantly his honesty. It feels as if I have a friend looking out for me and my car. I never have to worry about trying to be "upsold" or unnecessary "fixes". Autohaus always has a nice BMW loaner for me to drive...which is a nice way to test drive other models. The service shop checks out my car quickly. Chris calls or emails me with the specifics, and I trust his recommendations. Chris was able to work with the shop and BMW to cover my ignition coil (apparently the root of my "check engine") and the spark plugs! My car is back in tip top shape, and Im happy! I highly recommend Autohaus service to anyone who truly values relationship based service. Ask for Chris...
Certified Pre-Owned X3 - Great Experience
Cannot compliment the work Joe Bauer did enough. I wanted a no hassle, easy to execute purchase of a certified preowned for my wife and Joe delivered. He was attentive and coordinated with his team to make sure all my requests were met, pre-arranging everything for me. The finance process was professional, respectful and informative. The delivery process, having already owned a BMW, was simple and they respected my time but made sure I was aware of any of the new features, Joe, Eric and Alicia were a dream team to work with. A BMW service department I could trust
I have owned BMW's and have been part of the BMW club for more then 20 years. I recently moved to Southern Illinois for a job. Last month i purchased a 2010 M5 and needed a pre-purchase inspection, I called the president of the St Louis BMW club chapter and asked which dealership he would recommend -he suggested AutoHaus ,and i'm glad he did! I worked directly with Victor Richards and Greg Issit in the service department.[and based on my previous experience with dealerships in the past i was skeptical] I found Victor and Greg to be very knowledgeable and very honest with their recommendations ,In addition they always returned my calls and kept me updated with repairs.My experience was excellent
Chris Buie did a wonderful job acquainting us with the tech aspects of our BMW 750Li. In particular, he helped us get each of our keys in sync with presets of seats, radio, multimedia, heating/cooling system, bluetooth systems, etc. He also helped us with many other operating systems. He spent over 2 hours with us until we understood the technology.
Joe was incredibly helpful in finding the exact car that I wanted. As others have said, his ability to work with clients and ensure that they are completely satisfied with the car they received is second to none. The entire experience buying this vehicle was great. Would recommend Joe and BMW Autohaus to any future buyer.
This was the second time we've purchased a BMW from Brett at Autohaus. Brett and the rest of the team provided an excellent car buying experience. They were very knowledgeable about the automobile's technical features, courteous in answering all of our questions, and professional. Brett lived up to all of the representations he made from the time we ordered our new vehicles to their delivery and pick up. In a day where customer service is nearly non-existent, this was a "white glove" experience.

Service Team caring and knowledgeble
Our BMW was bought in Germany and has been serviced by four dealerships, Rheinland and Kirsh in Germany, Cottswalds in the England and Autohaus in the United States. Gregg Issitt by far is the most knowledgeable service manager I have met in any country. Not only does he KNOW the car but he also follows up periodically to ensure the car is performing, as it should. He ensures our BMW experience is amazing. Lucky for Autohaus we met him at our first USA service over three years ago. I have shopped around, in St Louis and Springfield, but none of them have matched the knowledge I have experienced at Autohaus. Now I dont bother to call anyone but Greg when I have a question about our BMW. Greg was not available during my last visit so Mike Crader took care of us and I was very happy with him as well. Well done all around.

I love My BMW
I am on my second BMW X5. My first one was a 2006. I was so happy with the first one that in 2012 I traded it in for a new X5. I am not only very impressed with the BMW, but also the service I receive from Autohaus, and my service adviser, Linda Schaefer. I always feel like Im her favorite customer. She is always very honest, and has the knowledge to properly advise me on what needs to be done. When my X5 was about to run out of warranty and the included maintenance , she made sure I had everything done before the program ran out. Now that my X5 is about 7000 miles out of warranty, and needing a fair amount of work to fix an intermittent problem, she and Autohaus got BMW to kick in and cover the repair under warranty. So, that is why I try to convince all my friends to look at BMW when they are looking for a new car.

Autohaus BMW has the best facility and staff, hands down. I've owned 5 and tried several dealers, but none compare to the friendly, professional and high integrity treatment you get at Autohaus. My Service Rep Linda Scheafer is the absolute best...extremely knowledgable and makes sure I get the right things done at the right time with clear explanations...I trust her to take good care of my 535i and Z4M and she does. From the check in guy, to sales, parts and check out...everyone at Autohaus makes me feel like I'm in the right place.
Experience with BMW diagnostics
I have had a great experience with my 2009 6-speed manual 328i. Bought it new from Isringhausen when I lived in IL and have had no major concerns until recently when it was idling strangely on off-ramps and in slow traffic and surging on the highway. Took it to a local import specialist within walking distance who helped with AC performance, yet who told me a BMW dealer would be better able to diagnose the idling/surging weirdness. Autohaus was great! They reassured me that without a 'check engine' light, I'd be okay to get my car in a few days later and then they promptly diagnosed and fixed the engine performance issues. Autohaus has loaners, which is very helpful to not have the extra step of getting a rental. Plus, great incentive about what awaits me next time I am looking for a new BMW!
Phenomenal customer service
I have never experience customer service to this degree. Linda Schaefer, m Service aAvijsor was wonderful.. She was friendly, engaging, made me feel welcome, and that I was in a trustworthy place. Later, when she explained to me what was going on with my car, she was knowledgable, precise, and considerate of of concerns. I enjoyed having a female service advisor for a change. I was quite impressed with her knowledge of the engine as well. She cared.and she was genuine. I was brought to meet the auto mechanic, Dan, who had working diligently on my car. He showed me everything that was going on and explained what he was seeing and doing in complete detail I felt like he was a neurosurgeon and my car was his private patient. I was offered a beautiful brand new loaner car while my car was being serviced. All the way, I was treated like a VIP customer.
Chris was informative, friendly and very patient - no question from me was too stupid!!!The cars are very engineered- it is great to have someone available to explain all the features. We had a very good initial tutorial upon delivery, but we had many more questions after driving the car for a while. This is a great service, and Chris was great!
