Best Car Experience I have ever had.

We haven't had a car or lease payment in 5 years and was very hesitant about getting one. Jodi Lott was the most energetic and enthusiastic person We have met in a long time and it shows how much he loves helping people get what they need. Jodi took the time to help us understand all of the options of leasing, buying, etc. We went in thinking that about a used vehicle with higher mileage. Jodi showed me the advantages of some of their lease programs. He also took our needs and wants for a no frills work truck, and then worked very hard to find us the best deal. In just a couple days from our first call to Jodi, We drove away with a brand new Ford F250 Super Duty, with more features than we expected, while still keeping a lot of our no frills needs in mind , and with a financial deal that worked out better than paying cash for a used, high mileage truck. Jodi definitely knocked it out of the park and far exceeded our expectations.The whole process was so easy, Jodi worked for us, and had everything ready to go when we came in to do the paperwork. He even helped us structure our lease in a way that would improve our credit score. He is very caring and makes absolutely sure your needs are being met. Truely No hassle car purchase

Recently me and my wife were sidelined by an accident early in the morning. My wife totaled her car. After all the hassle of taking care of that we were left with the thought of "what now?" Neither one of us have good credit. From a close friends advice we decided to give Eric and auto flex a shot. I will be honest I wasnt expecting much and I wasn't expecting such a quick turn around. I called Eric at 3 pm and by 6 pm the next day we were in a new vehicle, a nice new vehicle we could afford. All the paperwork and all the hassle of buying a car was gone. He took care of everything. Above and Beyond

We are so thankful for Eric and David! We needed a bigger vehicle with 3 little ones and they got us exactly what we needed. We wanted to test drive 2 different vans and they had everything we wanted to compare ready at Autoflex. When we picked the Honda Odyssey, Eric found it surprisingly quick and personally drove it out to our house! Super easy paperwork and they helped us in every way possible. Car buying made easy

My previous car had been totaled and I was looking for a new one. During the process, it was long and drawn out by the insurance companies and previous car company. Ajay stayed patient and always helpful during the process and getting me into my new car. The first meeting was a little rough and I didn't think things would have worked out. In the next few days after that, I received word from Eric about an awesome 2014 Ford Escape Titanium edition he had that basically had everything I was looking for in a vehicle. I stated that I could pick up the vehicle the following day but he insisted we meet and actually dropped the car off at my house where we closed the deal that same day. I never really thought that could be a possible option. Eric did a great job and actually I was running late that day and had to wait at my house for 30 plus minutes until I got home. Not many would do that but Eric obviously cares about his clients and who he works with! I will continue to always go through with AutoFlex!

Just purchased my second car with Jodie Lott and honestly never thought about going in a different direction when we decided on our most recent purchase. The dude just gets it!!! We had a need for a vehicle that could accommodate our daughter's cancer treatments. One that was reliable, had good cargo capacity, and a couple of other deal-breaker requirements. They talk about leasing vs. buying, people with good credit and not so good credit(which is me) so I visited the website and to see if I can get approved for their Autoflex. TOO program. I got the approval and received a phone call from Alice. She is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. She made the whole process extremely easy. I called Gary VanZant on a Thursday, 2 days before my wedding anniversary. I let him know what I was looking for and what terms I wanted to be at. Second purchase from Autoflex, great experience!

Eric and Autoflex were great....once again. Eric drove the car to my work for me to test drive and then delivered to my home. I was home with 2 kids and my husband was out of town so sitting in a dealership for 1/2 a day was not an option. He had all of the paperwork complete and all I had to do was sign when he brought the car. Eric, David and the team was also great because I had a unique situation where my previous car from Autoflex was totaled in an accident. They helped me gather all of the necessary documents in order for me to file my Gap insurance claim. I would recommend to anyone.

Desperately Seeking Nice, New, Affordable Vehicle

I especially appreciate that he not only delivered my car to me -56 miles away, but later that week arranged to pick it up and leave a loaner when it needed to go back for a recall notice. I can not tell you how plesent experience this was! I contacted Kyle Clementson and the next day he had the car for me to see. Kyle even said if it wasn't in he could get it from any where in the country I got the RX350. Even though it's a 2014 it looks brand new! Kyle's communication was awesome along with the service. Easy proses on Buying a car

I was looking for a RC350 with the F-Sport package, and Brittanie had it In stock. My experience with auto flex was informative and I felt welcome from first point of contact with the sales team. I did visit Sewell Lexus before I decided to weigh my options and shop around. Well let's just say I'm glad I waited, Brittanie provided outstanding customer service, in fact I will be going back in the next 3 months to purchase my wife an SUV from her.

Got approved for a purchase on 9-3. The car they found me was in Arlington. Jimmy said it would be in richardson tues. the 6th. Call the office, the car is in a shop being checked out. Mike was supposed to call me wed with the numbers, didn't. Call Alice thursday extremely frustrated to check on the car and she says I thought you were dealing with Mike. Alice texted me saturday the 10th and asked me if I got my car. SERIOUSLY?? I got her up to date, she apologized and said she would work on my deal Monday. Monday has come and gone. Any word from anybody????

Easiest car purchase ever

I went on line and found a car I liked. I sent an email and received a call from Brittanie. She advised me that car wasn't available but told me of another car. I went over and drove the car and took it home that day. I was at the dealership maybe 30 minutes and all was done. This has been the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I had a bad experience with the Arlington location, so I gave the Richardson location a shot since Autoflex had the exact car I wanted. Eric made up for the terrible experience that I had previously. There are not enough stars in the sky to rate my experience purchasing my new Ford Edge with Eric! Autoflex is the best!

This was my first time buying a car through Autoflex, and fortunately I had the pleasure of working with Ken (KJ) Johnson. I couldn't have asked for a better automotive professional to work with, KJ was always one step ahead of the game, he was asking the questions I hadn't even considered. Through it all he was more concerned with ensuring I bought the right car for my family and less concerned about making "the sale". In the end KJ put me in a car my wife had always wanted but I felt it was out of our reach. The whole process was quick, easy and satisfying. Great Experience and awesome salesman!

This all started when I was in an accident and was told they were going to total my car. I contacted Eric right after the accident and the insurance company drug their feet and it took them nearly three weeks to finalize the claim. This was my first foray into leasing a vehicle as I had always bought new or used and drove until the wheels fell off. I called Autoflex and was directed to Ajay. When we briefly spoke I gave him a run down of the vehicles I was interested in.
