Terrible experience with this dealer. After I was contacted numerous times by this dealer regarding a request I put in for a price for a vehicle. I finally responded Back to Internet manager Alicia explained to her my credit situation explained that I didn't have time to waste so I wanted to fill out a credit application first before coming in. Alicia sent me the credit application I filled it out instantly got a pre approval was told in order to secure the preapproval I would need to come in with required documents. I worked with Alicia to arrange a time we both came up with a time that worked Alicia stated she looked forward to meeting me I come in for my appointment to be told Alicia was gone for the day as I was a bit confused because I had an appointment schedule: I live in Missouri took me a half hour to get there I was already upset that Alicia wasn't there . a friendly guy helped me out but then I was directed to someone else was told that the young man would have to evaluate my trade and a few other things I would get a call the next day regarding the trade value and approval information the day has came and gone today is Wednesday and I was there Friday I want to give this dealership the benefit or doubt since the holiday was Monday but I still haven't heard anything back. I also sent the Internet manager Alicia an email about my disappointment no response. At this point doing business with this company isn't an option for me as communication is big for me and this company has failed me with that. I just wanted to provide an honest review hopefully no one else will have to go through this.

The salesman was too pushy. Laughed when we asked to see what our trade blue booked for and then proceed to lie about how blue book only updated their information once a year. Only wanted to give $7,000 for our SUV that had only 50,000 miles and blue booked for $18,000. Came back with $14,000 for our trade.. big difference. Then showed me a fake invoice for the car, told me the dealership bought the car for $19,000. When the car is online for sale for $17,000, which I did not see until after I purchased the car for $19,500. Then they tried to sell me a warranty for $2,000 and said that it was half off.. no one in their right mind would pay $4,000 for a warranty, so that was a lie. This is an 70 year old women they basically scammed. I'm tempted to return this car and get my car back that they have up for sale $6,000 more than they paid for it. I know the dealer has to make their money but this is excessive. In have worked with many dealerships and this was the worse to work with. Too bad I didn't do my research first. I would never buy from nor recommend this dealership.

If you buy a vehicle don't believe the lifetime warranty. I bought my car 4 years ago and need transmission worked on and can't get anyone from dealership to call me back.

Chris was receptive, honest, and did everything he could to make this a comfortable experience. Buying a car can be so very stressful but the Autocenter team went along on the ol' rollercoaster with me every step of the way. When it was all said and done I left with the deal and, more importantly, the truck I wanted. I will do everything in my meager power to send folks the Autocenter "Wiggidy" way every chance I can.

Thanks for Jason, Manager Service, and Jan, Service Advisor, for taking care of my car. I was nervous in the beginning because I bought my car one year ago and was afraid that they would not give me the new radio and fix my bumper, but these gentements were so helpful and helped me to solve these issues quickly after I explained to them. I had my new radio and fixed bumper after that with no charge. It takes me one hour to drive to River Wood , il but I definely will come back there next time because I believe I can not find too many car dealer services that are better the Nisssan car dealer service in Woodriver Illinois. Thanks Jason and Jan.

Got a recall notice for my Rogue. Called Service Department to see if parts available to take care of recall. Was told parts available and made appointment. Drove 30 minutes to drop car off night before. Received call this morning that parts are not available. As usual, no answer as to why I was told parts were available and now they aren't. Typical poor customer service.

After visiting two other dealerships closer to our home where one experience was with a green salesperson and one experience was with a very unprofessional sales person, we decided to look further. What we found on line was the Wood River, IL dealership. Having our minds set on purchasing a Nissan Altima we decided to call first then make a visit. What we found there in the line of staff was refreshing. We were treated professionally and personally by both our sales person and the finance manager.

I went to Nissan just growing and wanting to test drive a vehicle. The sales representatives were friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Made any vehicle I wished to test drive available and were able to choose a vehicle from my specific request of features and MPG. Sales were helpful relaxed and not pushy. No need to haggle as the price was instantly competitive with area dealers. The finance department also worked to get me a great rate and beat out the lender I already had pre approval with by more than 2%. All this with an extended warranty included and even first service for free.

The auto centers nissian is amazing. They help me big time. I went in for a Ford Escape and it started having problems the first week I got it. They took it back because it had a lot more problems with it . So then they sold me a jeep commander with the lifetime powertrain warranty. That warranty is one of the best I took it to a dealership and they covered the new transmission. The people that work their are great.

I've purchased a car from here before from a salesman who is no longer here sadly, they greet you right away which is nice. I must have just showed up on a busy day because I was waiting around for over an hour after talking with someone. Understandable since they're busy but maybe come back closer to night time or a day they aren't very busy and your time won't be wasted. Overall they work with you and try to get you the best deal

By far the lowest price anywhere for a 2014 Ram 2500 Laramie with a Cummins engine. Pleasant phone negotiation on price resulted in immediate purchase. Took us 5 hours to finally drive away with our new car, which is ridiculous. Salesman schedule our first "courtesy" service appointment for a day they were closed, and when I showed up, no apology was offered. Second service appointment was cancelled because of flooding, but I had to drive the 40 minutes to find the road closed, no one bothered to inform us we couldn't get there. Person who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional telling me "if you'd shut up, I'd give you different directions" after I'd already told her I was back on the interstate going home and that I needed to reschedule, which I didn't do because of her rudeness. Got my warranty work somewhere else, will get all of my service somewhere else. I have told everyone to go someplace else to buy a car.

In January I fell in love with this beautiful 2015 White Murano. Now at that time there were no incentives on that car. Salesman Matt Smith tried really hard to help me but there just was nothing he could do. But the time he took with me showing me the car and all its features just totally sold me. He was very nice and patient. After I bought the car and everything was final it was closing time and he took me out to the car and showed me more features than I could ever remember. When he got done and all the lights were starting to go out he asked me if I had any questions and he sat there and listened. When I was done with my questions he told me several times to call him or come on by if I needed any assistance at all. He was very thorough in explaining everything. I had made a couple of trips down to the business to see if my White leather interior had came in yet. Matt acknowledged me each time and was very apologetic. See I was told 2 weeks but because it was such a new car the people that were going to do the work were having a hard time getting the material. It took 3 and a half weeks and when I came in to get it done I asked Matt if maybe I could get a white Nissan jacket. He called me about 30 min. later and asked my size. I have had about 6 phone calls this year asking me if everything is ok with the car and do I need any assistance with anything. I honestly believe they are nice caring people at the Nissan in Wood River, IL. I would recommend that dealership "Highly"......WORDS OF ADVICE.. IN 2013 I bought brand new Challenger at the dealership next door and when I got there to pick up my car the salesman that sold me the car was gone they couldn't find the other key fob or the license plates or the paperwork. I was showed nothing on that car!!!!!!.They had me sign over my truck before my car was even ready because it was promised to me 2 and a half weeks before they got it in. They will never see me again and I have told everyone about this. SO BUYER BEWARE !!!!! I could not believe how nice I was treated at NIssan. That was the first time I had ever been there and I have no family or friends there. Thank you again Nissan I love all the room and features that car has. The navigation is superb and the ride is fantastic. Love My MURANO!!!!!!!

I saw a 2010 F-150 online and called on it. The truck was in route to the dealership, and they said they'd call when it arrived. Codi called me the day it hit the lot. I drove it and immediately knew I wanted it, as long as they worked a deal I was comfortable with. Hakim got me in the truck for $1,500 less than it was listed for, and he was able to get me a LOWER interest rate than my personal credit union. After inspection, the vehicle was said to need new brakes and rotors. Hakim and the owner Craig, insisted AutoCenters take care of the bill. Jason, the service manager was a huge help too. I saw a 2010 F-150 online and called on it. The truck was in route to the dealership, and they said they'd call when it arrived. I was called the day it hit the lot. I drove it and immediately knew I wanted it, as long as they worked a deal I was comfortable with. Hakim got me in the truck for $1,500 less than it was listed for, and he was able to get me a LOWER interest rate than my credit union offered. After inspection the vehicle was said to need new brakes and rotors. Hakim and the owner Craig, insisted AutoCenters take care of the bill. Jason, the service manager was a huge help too. I am very happy with my truck, and I will continue to use their service shop. Thanks, Autocenters!

I went to the Nissan Auto center in Wood River to purchase a new 2015 Versa SV.After stalling around when I told them exactly what I wanted, color didn't matter, didn't need to drive it been driving one for two years that a deer totaled, that I was paying cash the salesman came back from the manager and informed me they REFUSED to give me a price because I was shopping around. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AND WOULD WARN ANYONE TO SHOP ELSEWHERE. IF THEY CAN'T GIVE YOU A PRICE SOMETHINGS WRONG!

In Feb of 2015 I chose to go to Autocenters in Woodriver, IL with a plan of purchasing a new vehicle. As soon as I was connected with a sales associate (Paul) I informed him that I was not looking for a certain car in particular but, I was sure that it must have either 4WD or AWD, a warranty, and a third row. I repeated this several times. After test driving the Pathfinder I decided I could do without a third row. Eventually, I drove the Rogue and found it acceptable. This particular vehicle had a great warranty and AWD. We sat down and completed the financing part of the deal and the payment was out of my price range. Paul told me we could find one in my range and it was identicle to the vehicle I drove EXCEPT IT HAD NO MOON ROOF and that every other feature was still included. I was agreeable to this. The associate pulled up the new Rogue, I took a quick look and said I would buy this one thinking what I was told was true. After purchase and several days later, I began to see other Rogues on the road. Some had AWD posted on the back, mine didn't. I found this odd so I attempted to call the dealership and was unable to reach Paul. Due to a busy schedule, I did not follow up as quickly as I should had. A month after the purchase I was contacted by the dealership. I explained my situation and told I would receive a call back telling me if my vehicle was or was not in fact AWD. No such call came that day so I followed up. After finally being able to speak back with Paul, I was told that it was possible that Nissan forgot to put the AWD letters on the back of my car. I asked Paul to look up my vehicle using my vin and contact me back. Paul did this in a timely manner. He explained "sorry I thought this one was AWD, remember we did the switch towards the end". Paul also suggested that "in fall when my credit score is a little better maybe I should upgrade". I am a nurse, not a car salesman. But, I do excpect a car saleman to be honest and completly knowledgable about the car in which he is selling. I feel that I was taken advantage of and now I stuck with a car I have no desire for.

Two years ago, I went to Autocenters Nissan because after 2 months of searching for the perfect car, I found it and they had it. They had a 2010 Ford Focus for a ridiculously good price. I was lucky enough to have Jerry come out and help me with my purchase. He was really nice and answered all my questions, he was also patient and didn't try to push me into anything. The 2 months leading up to this moment were filled with pushy salesmen trying to pawn their junky cars off on me for a lot more than what Jerry sold me the Focus. Two years later, I have not had any problems with my car. I am still as in love with it as I was when I saw it and I am so thankful for Jerry's help. A couple days ago, my fiance told me he was ready to buy a new car, his first new car purchase. I told him he had to go to Autocenters Nissan because they have the best cars for the best price with the nicest sales guys. He found a great 2013 Focus so we went up there hoping Jerry would be at work. I was bummed when Jake said he wasn't there but Jake was just as awesome. He was just as easy going and patient with us as Jerry and really made our experience awesome. If you want a great car and don't want to feel pressured into something you weren't looking for, go to Autocenters Nissan. I plan to send a lot more of my friends their way and when I finally decide to trade in my little blue Focus, I won't go anywhere else.

Found a car on their website, and was told they would give me KBB value for my trade-in. We agreed to purchase price, contingent upon confirmation of the condition of my car. My internet salesman was great and seemed trustworthy, yet he turned me over to an in-store salesman that didn't introduce himself nor greet me with a handshake. I then take a test drive, and get ready to sign papers, to then find out my trade-in was worth $2,000 less than expected. I could've understood a couple hundred dollars, but how is it possible to be that far off when they had all the car info in advance. What a joke, and a waste of time. There are other dealers in StL metro area with better pricing and customer service. Don't be fooled by bait and switch tactics.

Went to buy a used 2010 Altima the web site had listed as being in excellent condition. I bought the car at night when the sun was down so I did not get a good look at the car. The day after I got the car I found out the car had a bad motor. It smoked bad every time the engine was started. I also saw in the sun that the paint on the back of the car was coming off. The next day I went back to the dealership to return the car but they would not take it back. They had to put a new motor in the car and they said the paint would be fixed. The paint was never fixed and the car began having steering problems last week. We traded it in only to find out it was in a major accident and had frame damage before we bought it and the car was worthless. I would really check out anything they refer to being in excellent condition.

Found a 2013 Nissan LEAF online and called to get more information about vehicle. Product specialist for Internet sales divison mentioned they were eager to move this vehicle and would be very aggressive on pricing. Talked back and forth about price and agreed Internet price would be starting point for negotiations upon my arrival. Drove for 45 minutes, take a test drive and given an offer nearly $1000 above what we had disucssed. What a waste of time. No need to do business here when other Nissan dealerships in the St. Louis area are better run, more friendly and transparent in their pricing.

The service department is absolutely horrible. I took my vehicle in to get fixed under warranty, picked the vehicle up and it's worse not than before and now auto center refuses to fix my vehicle correctly?! They are using excuses and I will never recommend the service department to anyone nor will I trust them. It's ridiculous that I'm paying for a vehicle that won't run right and afraid to drive. The warranty is a joke, auto centers does not guarantee and yes the diagnostic of the vehicle is under warranty. This isn't my first go around with the service department. What a joke!!

I drove 4 hours to buy what was advertised as a New vehicle. The dealer called and emailed multiple times the day before to ensure I was still coming. I arrived at the dealer promptly at 9 am and the process of valuing my trade began. They spent about an hour looking at my truck and talking with each other. At that point the salesman walked me outside of the building, around the back to tell me the "NEW" vehicle I drove 4 hours to buy, was a Demo car with 5,500 miles on it. He "didn't want me to cause a scene in the showroom." (Thanks for ASSUMING I would) The pricing, pictures and information provided online stated that the vehicle had 2 miles on it. The pictures of the vehicle were from when the dealer took original delivery of the vehicle. They then offered to take $1,000 off the price for a vehicle that had 5,500 miles on the odometer and scratched to the point of missing paint on the front bumper. They offered to locate a vehicle for me but at that point why would I TRUST them?! Why give business to a dealer that did not do their due diligence to verify the information BEFORE I drove 4 hours one way?! I expect better service when paying tens of thousands of dollars. Just another shady dealer!

That is when we met Ryan Humphrey, who not only let us select a new Nissan Rogue with all the options that we wanted, but he worked very hard to get our payments to a very comfortable level. I purchased a new Nissan from this dealership a few years ago and get it serviced at the dealership as well. I've spent a lot of money religiously maintaining the vehicle at AutoCenters from oil changes to all other recommended services. I've been thrilled with my experience and always thought I'd purchase future vehicles there as well. I found a new vehicle they had in stock a few months ago. I was satisfied with the Internet price so I took my trade vehicle to the dealership to have it appraised and hopefully make a deal. According to KBB, Edmunds, and NADA, the average trade value of the vehicle even in "fair" condition was around $2300. It is a 2003 with around 58000 miles on it. A perfect car for a young person. All they had to do was make a fair offer on the trade and they would have sold a vehicle and would have had my business for years to come from future maintenance. They told me because it was more than 10 years old they couldn't do much with it and offered me an insulting $300 for it. The salesman then tried to justify the offer saying a $500 trade allowance was figured into the incentives and rebates. That trade allowance incentive is supposed to be additional money for my trade, if it isn't, it's NOT an incentive. I felt like I had a friendly business relationship with this dealership and felt betrayed and unappreciated as a loyal customer. They low-balled me on the trade so I countered the offer saying I needed 2500 for the trade. They came back with an offer of $500. Being insulted once was bad enough but twice? I walked out hoping they would offer me a fair price and want to keep me as a happy, loyal customer. They never called back with a better offer. I know I'd rather be writing a good review and feeling good about my relationship with the neighborhood dealership, instead, I'm still shopping for a car I like as much as the Nissan and that same vehicle is still sitting on their lot. Like I said earlier, I truly am dazed and confused.

Trade in Value - Still Dumbfounded

Took off work to buy a car. Doing some online research, Autocenters Nissan had what appeared to be the lowest advertised prices in the area, so this is where we decided to go. We were greeted by our salesman, and we test drove a Versa, and a Sentra. We decided on the Sentra, and had him run numbers on the payment with our trade in. He told us they were currently putting a value on our trade, and they should be done soon. Our trade in was a 2003 Lincoln Towncar with 65,xxx miles. We figured they were going to hit us hard on the trade in (just got that vibe), but were still expecting a number in the 3's. Our salesperson moved into another person's office seemingly joking / laughing with the guy which is whatever and came back with the information on sales price of the car, and trade in value for the Lincoln. The trade in was $500. We thought that maybe it was a typo, and asked him if $500 was correct. He kind of stuttered around and was talking to us about Kelly Blue book value as he was pulling up the KBB website. Kelly Blue Book is staring us in the face with a trade in value of mid 3's low 4's, somewhere in that range. I honestly don't even remember exactly what happened at this point. It's kind of a like a xxx just happened twilight zone kind of moment. Seriously. We looked at him and said "Yea, because $500 is really close to $4,000." We stood up, he gave us the wait wait wait we'll work it out speech. We told him that offer was insulting, and we weren't going to play those games. We left (with our salesman now laughing with his other salesman buddies about what just happened) still kind of dumbfounded by this whole ordeal. Ending that story, we drove from there to Bommarito Nissan where we were offered $4500 for our trade in, and we left with the car we wanted, in the price we expected, and not feeling jerked around. I actually received a thank you tin full of chocolate chip cookies from Bommarito at my door this evening that reminded me to come write this review, as well as my good review for Bommarito.

Went to talk to this dealership about trading my current vehicle in on a new car. I was greeted when I walked in the door and said who I wanted to talk to and the sales person hurried off to get them. The person I had talked to on the phone arrived shortly apologizing for taking so long and stated that he was on the phone. He introduced me to another sales person and said he would be taking care of me. First off thank you for handing me off to someone else and not taking the time to talk to me. I told the new person that I was interested in their "Your trade paid off no matter what you owe" promotion that was taking place. The new sales person instantly wanted to talk about the value of my trade in and insisted that he take my car for a "test drive". Hesitant I agreed and handed him the key. We drove across the parking lot out onto the road in front of the dealership and then back into the parking lot. upon returning I was told to meet him inside at the bank of computers inside the door and he would be right back in after he got some information off my vehicle. Once inside they scanned my drivers license and entered my information into there computer system. I was then informed that the sales manager was not available to appraise my vehicle because he was in a meeting but they would try and get him to look at it real quick. Almost 10 minutes later I see my car being driven off. I think OK they are getting the appraisal done. NO.. The sales person came back over and stated that his sales manager was not available still but he had his floor manager drive the vehicle and take notes to give to the other manager. He said as soon as the Sales manager got out of his meeting he would have him see what they could do. The sales person walked me back out to the car (which was parked almost sideways in a parking spot. This all took place while I was on my lunch (12-1:00) At 4:30 I called back to the dealership to see if they had any further information to be told that the sales person was busy and they would have him call me back.I called again at 5:30 and was hug up on. I finally received a call a at 5:46 (14 minutes before they closed) telling me that they still didn't have anything for me that the would let me know by no later than 10AM the next morning. Not happy i waited for them to call me back. At 9:58 the next morning I get a call from the dealership telling me that they would only be able to offer me $1500 for my car and that there were some serious problems with the suspension on it. First off the car has a blue book value of $4500. Secondly the vehicle has 155,000 mile on it its to going to ride like a Cadillac. I asked about the pay off your vehicle advertisement. The salesperson proceeds in telling me that they would be paying off the car. $1500 would be paid off and the remaining balance would be rolled to the new loan. Ok that is not paying off someones vehicle. I choose not to continue my purchase with them. I would steer clear of them if your vehicle isn't in tip top shape and you are planning on trading it in.

I traded a car and was told I had 30 days to return it if I did not like the car...I have the email that states that...2 days later I contacted the salesman and told him I did not like the car and I do not want the car. I took it back to the dealer and they refused to take possession of the car and refused to give me my car back...the car is very uncomfortable and hurts my back...shifts bad and I do not want the car..i contacted my credit union who told me to take the car back to the dealer and once again adam was giving me a bunch of excuses why I have to wait 2 more days to get it straightened out. all I want is my car back so I can have it refinanced at my credit union....this is my 2nd car purchase from this place and I will never purchase another car from this dealer....I would never recommend this dealer to nobody....they do not care about the customer being happy...the salesman Chris Christopher Coffman is a kind man but he knows very little about his job. my lawyer said I should just take this car back to dealer and leave it there. its very sad that they treat the customers like they do that's why everytime you go there, there are no customers.....horrible experience at this dealer....

INTERNET PRICING FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE, internet pricing has military / student / Nissan Financing discounts included, NONE of which we qualified for. HOWEVER we came in Completely preapproved from our credit union and ready to buy! they continued to try and persuade us to use their in house financing (is there a larger commission in there?) They tried to persuade us to buy another color on the lot to keep us in the pricing of the vehicle we went to purchase, which turns out was the "not everyone qualifies!" Crossed the river, went to Bommarito, bought the same car with upgraded interior package, called AutoCenter BACK to see if they would honor the price, they said there was no way we found the car we did with the interior. Guess What, We BOUGHT from Bommarito! Tough luck Auto Centers! STAY AWAY FROM These guys!

Yesterday I was looking to trade my 2013 Traverse in on a bigger SUV. I test drove a 2014 Expedition, but the dealership I was dealing with couldn't work the numbers to what I wanted, so on my way home, I stopped by AutoCenters Nissan to look at a brand new 2014 Armada that my sister e-mailed me about. I wasn't sure if the Armada had as much space as an Expedition, Suburban, Tahoe, etc., but once I looked inside, I was shocked at how spacious the Armada was. I had a great experience with my salesman, Ryan Humphrey. He was very friendly and accommodating. The sales manager, Peter Pierce, was able to work the numbers to where I needed them to be. Another plus is the facility is very clean and accommodating to its guests. I was very pleased with my experience yesterday with AutoCenters Nissan and I love my new Armada!

Beautiful facility with a nice lounge and coffee. Twice I have been here at the advertised service opening time and was not let in to the service bay for 15 minutes or more. After being in for 45K service and an oil change got a maintenance required light. Wasted an hour round trip and time at the dealer just to have them clear it and tell me it was a reminder for the service I already had "because most people don't come in on their own". **UPDATE** Finance Manager and the Owner took care of everything as wished happy customer.Worst service I have every had in my life! Not what you would expect from a legit car dealership, maybe a corner car lot in the ghetto! How do you sell a buyer a car, 2 weeks later tell them there is sludge in the engine and make them trade the car back in and then the customer loses 2 grand on a car that was sold to them 2 weeks prior that was covered by warranty? Then slap that 2 grand onto the next car that the customer is going to buy from you? Completely unbelievable!!!!!!!! Never in my life have I been more disappointed in a service from a car dealership! Never again will I shop at a Nissan dealer! I wouldn't even recommend a friend to the dealer if I was paid to do so! I've never had any issues with Chevy dealerships when it came to service and customer satisfaction! Pure 100% disgusted! I don't want anybody to contact me back unless it is the highest of management period!

Went in to look at a Chrysler which was apparently sold the day before. Sat for two hours before they sent us home saying they would call the next morning. Two weeks later I get a call saying we are all good to go all we needed to do was work out a deal. So we loaded all three children up and drove the half hour up there. When we arrived at our appointment time he was working with another customer so of course he didn't have time for us. The vehicle we were instreated in had failed service and they were no longer going to sell it. So we found another vehicle online we wanted to see and once again it wasn't available. They offered me 1500 less on my trade. He was always to busy to work with us and at the end of the day kept trying to tell us our interest rate would be 12% and kept reminding me that it wasn't his area of expertise. I will never step foot on that lot again that treat everyone like they are xxxx. I just needed a bigger vehicle to fit all my children comfortably and he didn't understand y family's needs as we sat in a hot building for three hours getting no further then I could of at home. I will be finding a new dealership to work with. Avoid this dealership!

I first contacted Roger a few months ago about buying a new car and unfortunately, due to my credit, I could not get financed at the time. Honestly, I thought that was going to be the end of that. Well a couple of days ago I got a call saying they were able to finance me and yesterday I drove off the lot in my first brand new car. Not one time was I unsatisfied with service, or any of the employees I spoke with; nor will you ever hear me say a bad thing about this dealership. The Nissan dealership in Woodriver Illinois is wonderful. I dealt with Roger Dodd and Eric Hallstead , I think that's Eric's last name anyways lol. BUT THEY WERE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY AND THE DEALERSHIP WAS CLEAN AND PROVIDES TONS OF DRINKS AND SNACKS TO THEIR GUESTS WHILE U WAIT AND A HUGE TV TO WATCH AND THEY ARE JUST SO FRIENDLY. The 2013 Nissan Altima I bought is a beautiful car and even though it's used it only has a few miles on it and was a perfect fit for my children and I. I've had an Altima before and I knew they were great cars . The engine is a four cylinder and gets like almost 500 miles to a full tank. Almost double than what my Grand Prix got . I'm loving the gas mileage and just the whole car in general. I took the time to write this review though, because I wanted Roger Dodd and Eric Hallstead to get credit and be rewarded for their great service . They were so friendly and fast and helpful with all of my million questions and they never got frustrated with me and Roger made sure to find me a 2013 black on black like I wanted . Roger and Eric make your company look great and u should be thankful to have them as employees. They are so professional and tried their best to gt me in a brand new one bt I am in chapter 7 bankrupcy and with no money down or a trade in still got me in a 2013 with 34500 miles. I couldn't be happier and will be buying every car from here on out with the Woodriver greenlight auto centers of Nissan in Illinois. I bought a 13 Altima SL in Sept 2013, it took a while to get the car that I wanted. The dealership found the car I wanted in Wisconsin. It was worth the wait. The day I bought the car, I had decided to make an offer, if that was refused I was going to buy at Toyota. I made my offer and to my surprise the new car manager accepted it. WOW! Well where do i start with my review.... First I went to their labor day sale to look at 2013 Altima's. The salesmen made the comment (I forgot his name) that the deal ended that day so If i wanted to make a purchase i should do it right then. (This is while I knew the sale had another day left because I looked at their website before going) So when I felt pressured into buying a new car I left. The next day I called asking if the sale was still going, Bob, answered and told me that the sale was still going on and the person that i dealt with was probably new and didn't know. So when I talked to Bob about making a purchase I told him that I was unable to see him that day because of work. He called me the next day and said they were offering 4,000 off 2014's. (which is the same car as the 2013) I said I appreciate it, but was waiting for a better offer. Then you fast forward to a week later, I went in there seeing what I could get for my trade in with the intention of buying from another dealer. This is where I met roger, who said "I bet we could get you a better deal on a brand new one" They offered 3,000 dollars for my trade in which is about 1500 lower than most dealers, and while I was waiting for Roger to comeback to the desk after talking with the manager they had about three salesmen standing at the door talking about experiences they had with other customers. Not very professional whatsoever. Then Roger cameback with a figure and after low balling me on my trade in they also wanted to sell me a brand new car for 25,000 dollars with a promotion that wasn't as good as the labor day sale. Not to mention I went in there just wanting to trade, no intention of buying a car. But they will push and hound you and you will get that feeling of knowing they won't be honest with you. I would not recommend this dealership whatsoever. Just sitting there at the desk hearing the other salesmen bad mouth previous customers is enough to say no thanks.. Not to mention Roger becoming unprofessional when he realized they couldn't match other dealers on used prices and i wasn't interested in their offer for a new one. STAY AWAY!

Drove in from 125 miles for their great Nissan sale! I guess their cash price was OK but they really tried to screw me on my trade! I had called to talk to them and was told that the car I had should be worth a certain trade in value. Great we should be able to make a deal....I'll be in to see you. I drive in and the sales guy drives my car, looks it over, and says "this car is in great shape". I am thinking this should be a great deal and easy transaction. No such luck! He comes back with the figures and starts explaining them to me. Bottom line is they offered me $4200 dollars less than the trade value of the car. I said no way! Told the sales guy about my conversation with Bob Staggs! The sales guy went back to his bosses and returned with Bob Staggs who tried to call me a liar but it was obvious he knew he had screwed up. I should have punched him in the face but I didn't!I walked out and returned home. Because of all my research online I was in the Nissan system and they called to see if I had reached a deal. I said NO and told them about my experience at Auto Centers Nissan in Wood River Illinois. He then connected me to another dealer where I made a deal over the phone. I saved $3000.00 dollars by not buying from them.I believe they falsely advertised their product and deals. If you don't care about the value of your trade then go ahead and let them have your car but I keep up my research and got a much better deal! Won't ever set foot on that lot again!

To any potential car buyers from the dealership BEWARE!. We bought a car from them that according to them had a clean Carfax but in reality it did not. Now the car is worth way less and they basically told us we are up a creek. Make sure if you are buying a car here that you realize you are just a number and once they get your money they could care less about you. Always get your own Carfax and DO NOT trust theirs. I would highly recommend any other Nissan dealership but them. Good luck keeping your same salesman. There have been 4 salesman on our account since we bought the car 2.5 years ago. Also, make sure that if they tell you the car has a Nissan warranty that it actually gets registered with Nissan. We had this car for about a 1.5 years before we had a warranty issue and found out it had no warranty. They had to give us an in house warranty because the car was not able to be warrantied through Nissan for some reason. Just stay away from this place. All they care about is money and they have no customer service.

I had initially planned to go to Auffenberg because it's closer to my home, but they didn't carry the car that I wanted to test drive, bad for them. But Autocenters Nissan wasn't a bad drive at all from our location, and they had several of the Nissan Jukes that I was interested in test driving. The facility itself was very nice, and I really appreciated the hot teas. Will was really great and helpful with deciding what I was looking for in a vehicle and arranging the test driving portion. He was also really good about discussing price. The financing portion went really smoothly, and I was happy with the deal that we ended up signing with. Overall I'd say everyone was professional and friendly, and it was a good first car buying experience. I'm looking forward to my year of free maintenance and would gladly do business with Autocenters again.

When I came to buy a car they were very attentive and helpful. I love my Ford Escape a lot. When I bought my car I was told that since the financing was only preliminary until they verified the rest of the information that I would only be given 1 of the keys. John had told me that as soon as it was complete they would send me the other key. I called once a month for the last 4 months and then I am told that there is no other key that they can find and that John is no longer there. They refuse to get me another key unless I can find something in writing that says he offered that to me. To me that is not very good customer service. I feel that now that the sale is final they no longer care. I feel they do not care once the sale is done. I now have to invest another chunk of money in a new key that was promised. Will I come back here again? Probably not. Will I recommend this place? Probably not. I know it sounds petty but I am a person of my word and I expect others to be also.

To start, they have a very nice facility. I went up looking for a pre-owned vehicle. The salesman touted their Lifetime Powertrain warranty. Those words in themselves will sell a car. But when I got to looking at it, I realized it was a aftermarket warranty company. The company name on the little brochure I was given I think was AMF Financial. I went to their website and could not find the contract. I contacted the dealer and asked for a copy of the contract twice. I was told that the guy that works finance handles that, and he doesn't know how to print it out. When I shut down the sale, and got to talking to the salesman, it was at that point that he remembered that the warranty comes with $100 deductibles. He never mentioned that when he was in sales mode. all I ask for is honesty and integrity. I'm not saying he was lying to me, I just think he witheld some pretty important information. Having never seen the warranty contract, I am wondering what other little presents it might come with. This all takes my mind to the now defunct US Fidelis. They were known to have a policy of denying claims the first time they were filed. Is that how this company operates? What is there claims process? Do you get the work done, pay for it, then ask for reimbursement at the hands of someone trained to save their companies money? Really, at this point it is none of Wood River Nissan's problem. It's not their warranty, it is someone else's. I guess they keep this information for the finance guy to go over after you have agreed on the sale, and feel obligated. At this point if you don't like what you see, you are emotionally attached to the car, and more willing to pony up the extras that he is trying to get you to buy.

Were to start, well my wife and I found a mini copper on their lot loved the car and decided to by it. We filled out the paperwork, but knowing I had an auto loan and being the only one working it might be hard to finance they said they could do it. So this was Saturday they could not finish the loan so they said take the car till Monday and they would call me in when it was ready to sign, great, so Monday comes and is almost gone and they call and say that the guy with my file did not show up for work just keep the car until they call me. So Tuesday evening I get a call that the can get me a loan but I have to give up my wife's car, umm no! So I tell them I will bring the car back because I would have to have a cosigner and that wouldn't be until Friday. So I take the car back out to them and tell the guy i want to put 1800.00 dollars on the car to hold it for me, upfront before anything else. He then proceeds to tell me that the deal from Saturday won't stand anymore because somebody else decided they wanted it at sticker price and I couldn't have it for the agreed upon price, that sucks, but I still would have got the car had he not treated my family like crap and ignored the fact that we already started the paperwork on the car. So if you have stayed with me this long I just have to say they like to pretend to do the right thing but in the end they don't care what they tell you, this place makes all used car salesmen look bad.

I called before we went and was assured the mileage was correct. when we got there we were informed that it was a miss print, the mileage was 68,345 miles. the sales man did not look us in the eye when he told us the different mileage. we asked 4 times to see the truck anyway. the sales man wanted to right a deal even before we saw the truck. after asking 4 times to see the truck and not seeing it we left. the truck is still on line at cars.com and other sites with the mileage of 22345. they must have no intention of correcting it. they have had plenty of time to do so. sounds like something shadie to us.

Will Hunter is a liar and would not back up what he promised. He guaranteed the vehilce I bought would pass inspection and it wouldn't. There was 4 lights that didn't work after I drove it off the lot. He tried to blow smoke up my ass about the vehicle passing all inspection tests that the dealership put it through and how the lights must have quit working after that.They didn't work when I pulled it off the lot. I had to spend $65 in fuel and a day of my time to drive back to the dealership to get the headlight fixed and try to get the license plate lights fixed. All the dealership did was fix the headlight. I had already fixed the fog light. They were supposed to do the license plate lights and I had to do that myself after I left the second time because Will Hunter was being an absolute jerk to work with and totally lacked any customer support. Two of the window switchs didn't work (found this out after I bought it) so I asked them to cover the switch since I had to come back a second time to get things corrected that I was initially promised were right and all Will would cover was the labor to fix it. Will tried charging me $100 for a switch that cost $76 from Ford or $62 from O'Reilly Auto Parts. To top it off it wasn't even the right switch he was going to replace because I went to a local ford dealer and bought the switch and had to return it to get the two passenger side switches that I figured were bad in the first place.I will never go back to this dealership in my life and feel that it is salesmen like Will Hunter who give all car sales people a bad name.

Both Johnny & Adam were knowledgeable and personable beyond measure. Every car we have ever purchased has always been a hassle and no fun, but this time it was truly a stree free fun experience. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. In fact I am HAPPY to say Johnny and Adam were polite with not only my husband and I but with my children and that means alot. In dealing with many salesmen/dealerships in our past this experience was above the rest by a long shot. Exceptional customer service, which these days is so hard to come by! We drove for 4 hours to buy our Nissan from this dealership and had a horrible experience. Dave Wolf was our salesman and he spent more time on his phone than he did provider customer service to us. We had vocalized ahead of time that we would appreciate having our vehicle ready since we had driven so far from home to pick it up. Upon arrival our vehicle was filthy and Adam in finance was so pushy on an extended warranty despite the fact that we purchased a certified vehicle. He would not accept no for an answer. As adults we know when we want to purchase something. If we say no, we mean no. After complaining about the spots on the leather seats and the Cheerios under the seat, they took our car back to have it "cleaned". While waiting Dave Wolf took the license plates off our old car but paused multiple times so that he could mess with his phone. When we finally received our "clean" car, the spots on the leather seats had been wiped off and the Cheerios were vacuumed up but the crackers on the other side were not. The pop that was spilled on the back passenger door was not cleaned either. We are still waiting on the Powertrain information that Adam said he would send us multiple times and we have still never received our Certified Nissan paperwork despite us calling the Nissan Corporation who has called the dealership multiple times on our behalf without a return phone call from the dealership. This dealership is unprofessional and we will never go back. We will drive wherever we need to for the best deal and we will never drive here again.

I was misinformed on my finance info. John told me my interest rate would be 13% and when we were all ready to sign he informed me that he made a mistake and it will be 15% and which will make my payments go up $20/month. By this time I'm already sold and wanting my car. I also asked several times if they could find out if my car ever had key-less entry and they blew me off. I have looked elsewhere and found all I need to do is find out if this car was ever wired for key-less so all I would need to buy would be the key fob. To make matters worse live in Ballwin, Missouri and they made it seem like such a great deal by giving me a free oil change. Really? it will cost me more to drive out there, why not let me use it at a Nissan dealership near me? Oh I also was told by John that walking out the door I would be financing 16,xxx and when he hands me paperwork its 17,xxx and felt forced to accept the GAP insurance and made me feel that if I didn't get it then I probably wouldn't be able to get financed. Overall a not great experience. I went there for a Altima and felt pressured into my Corolla because they made me feel that was the only car I could get financed for.

The service was good, however, because the dealership was closing when we arrived the process felt rushed. We never fully negotiated any pricing on the vehicle until we were in the sales manager's office and he said the the trade in value and car salez price had already been negotiated and that no one was there that could change those numbers. BE AWARE OF THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Was moving daughter into her new dorm in Missouri. We also was getting her a new vehicle. Vehicle was going thru inspection at Nissan and was told we couldnt purchased until AFTER the inspection. That was no problem. Nissas was going to call when inspection was completed. Didn't hear back so we contacted Nissan. Yes, we still have and almost finished. General Manager told us to come back from Missouri (at dorm) and put money down and that way the car wudn't be sold to anyone else. Was happy to hear this...Drove back 1.5 hours to put $4,500 down. Wrote check and was told a "SOLD" sign was being put on vehicle. Was told to come back tomorrow morning and finish the paperwork due to us having other obligations with daughters new university. Drove back to dorm to finish with daughter. Next morning, at dealership prior to opening. Someone was to be coming in early (before open hours of operation to help us) No one was there but we waited. Finally, Nissan let us in and delt with a gentleman named Steve. He was wonderful. He and us finished all paperwork. Steve went to get vehicle. After about 10 minutes Steve came back only to tell us that the vehicle was sold to someone else the night before. I couldn't believe what happened. I asked where it all went wrong and the GM Pete basically told us it was our fault because we didn't complete all the paperwork the day before even though it was HIS idea to put the money down so that it was ours and wouldn't be sold. Bascially, the dealership blamed us for them selling the vehicle. Never took responisbility for their actions....only after 45 minutes did they finally say they were sorry. It was always our fault that this happened. Pete told us this is what Nissan calls "Good Buiness Practice!!" Really? My husband owns his own business and this is NOT what we call "Good Business!!) Our original agent, Zach Sellers, was wonderful. He had only been on the job for a couple of days and was so courteous and willing to help us out in any way possible.....It was so bad on Nissan's part that the agent actually quit the same day this all happened...Shows what character Zach has. I hate that he quit but if that is what they do to their customers no telling what they do to their employees!!!!!! Be VERY aware of this dealer!!! They will take your down payment and tell you what you want to hear but NEVER hold up their end of the story!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!

From the moment we walked into the dealership you could tell that the customer service was pretty high, I asked for a specific sales rep and they informed me that the person we were looking for was not into work yet, they referred us to another sales rep so we would not be waiting along time. Eric (our sales rep) kept us informed the whole time on what step we were in the process, made us feel better knowing we were not just waisting time. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly, not only did they always hold the door open for us when we walked in and out of the dealership but they also asked us if we needed anything at all, (sodas, coffee, snacks, etc.. when time comes to look for a new vehicle again i plan on starting my search at woodriver nissan hopefully the same dealer will still be there, i prefer to conduct business with those that earn my trust. william hunter and the folks at woodriver nissan have done just that. so far i have only owned two nissans but they have given me the best deal and a good quality vehicle. they make it difficult to think of looking elsewhere. and to this day all the hype about how well a nissan holds up over the years has proven to be more than just hype. funny thing about autocenters nissan in woodriver if the same people are running it in a few years when i go to get another vehicle i doubt there will be much of a search i truly believe that i will find my next car or truck at the same location and be just as satisfied as i am today. as far as nissan goes go to the one in woodriver or at least i will.

I researched everything online,the exact Nissan Juke that I wanted,the sale price and everything. I had been checking them out for a few months now. I e-mailed some information to the dealership on my trade in, the condition and such. I told them which Juke I would be looking at. The next day there was an e-mail from the dealership thanking me for my interest and such..they would give me an appraisal for trade in when I come in. I told my husband the sale price and that you get a free flat screen tv when you buy a new car. He shows up they offer way under price on trade in, he wouldn't even go out and look at the Durango...then they said they had no ideal where we got the sale price for the Juke!!I had printed off a coupon from the return e-mail its a good thing, they had to go to there website and look up their sale ad page. I recently purchased my car from Autocenters and would say that my experience was overall a good one. I was helped in a quick manner, but didnt feel too pressured. After my car was totaled in a flood, it took a while to even find a car I was interested in. I finally decided on a Nissan Rogue, but had trouble finding one I liked in my price range. I found exactly what (I thought) I was looking for at Auto Centers Nissan. We made the deal and I drove the car home...Only to have the engine lights come on. I was ready for a fight when I took the car back in the next morning. Everyone was so apologetic it was hard to stay mad. When they offered me a rental car, I assumed it would be an orange Cube or something, but out came a grey 2001 Chevy Equinox. I left with their assurances that the car would get fixed, but that I was also welcome to pick out a new car in my price range when I came in again on Monday if I didn't feel comfortable keeping the car I already purchased.When I came back on Monday, I decided I wanted something different. I ended up with a BRAND NEW 2011 Rogue for essentially the same price I was paying before. I was thrilled. It didn't have any of the awesome options I thought I needed: no leather, no sunroof, no HomeLink garage door opener, but the new car was amazing and turned out to be exactly, literally to the T, everything I had initially wanted.Everyone at Auto Centers Nissan was incredibly helpful and friendly. I didn't have to battle for what I wanted, like I had to do at other dealerships. Everyone remembered my name and my story. A girl I talked to for literally five minutes remembered I didn't like red or blue cars. Even though I had problems with my first car, the way the whole situation was handled made me positive I wanted to continue working with them.
