Mike and Bill at Auto World made my buying process as easy as possible. I found a car online that was just what I was looking for, and I was able to drive in to the dealership the next morning, give the car an inspection and test drive, and they took care of all the necessary paperwork and I was able to drive it home by lunchtime. Purchased a 2007 Chevy Avalanche from AutoWorld. I drove from NH to make this purchase. I traded in a 2002 Avalanche. Everything initially was done via phone and email. I dealt mostly with Bill. also during the process I dealt with Mike, Jeremy and Rodney. I can't say enough about how excellent and professional they all were. Dealing with Bill was like working with an old friend. This was an 8 hour drive for me. I was very hesitant and cautious about traveling that distance to purchase a vehicle. The Avalanche was exactly as described and what I was looking for. The deal we made on the phone was honored. Buying from AutoWorld was a very positive experience. I would make the trip again for another vehicle from AutoWorld.

Overall great Service. I would definitely recommend who ever is looking for a vehicle to go and try and purchase it at this dealer. They made sure I got what I wanted. Just to give you an example of the work and customer service I received by the Auto World PA team. I came from Jersey. I had to do something call in transit out of state plate. So on a Saturday late afternoon it was a little difficult to get. So owner jumped in his car and took me with him and he made sure and found a place to get me a temp plate and leave the dealer driving my new vehicle. everybody was very nice and they made sure they do what they can to get driving home with your new car.

I came in after having my first car accident and needed a car to be able to get to work. My credit was sub-par ...okay, let's be honest my credit sucked. Jeremy fought so hard to get the bank to approve me. I finally got a loan with Chase. I wanted a four wheel, but as a person that never bought a car alone I was not sure what to do. I purchased a 2008 escalade from auto world and its everything that i asked them for. Jeremy went out of his way to find me the exact one i wanted. This is my 2nd vehicle from them and every time i am gonna need another vehicle i am not even gonna bother dealing with anybody else but auto world. I purchased a 2008 bmw 550i from them which is a hard car to find to begin with and its amazing. I have not had any problems with both of my purchases from them. They have the cars that stand out more than any other dealership that i know of. If you need a certain vehicle that they dont have there they will try to locate one for you. Great place!!

Purchased a vehicle (1999 Volvo S80 T6 with 42,475 miles) with a 3 month warranty from Auto World on 4/17/14 and on 5/3/14 the transmission light came on as well the engine light after driving the vehicle for less than 800 miles. In addition, when we got home later on May 1, 2014 we received a letter from the warranty company stating they will not will honor the warranty due to the vehicle being a twin turbo. As of right now I don't have a warranty, I have a vehicle with a bad transmission, engine component issues, 3 bad tires, bad strut, etc - over $8,300 worth of repairs. In addition, it had a bad fog light and they were supposed to mail me the fog light and I have never received it. The transmission is bad and needs to be replaced and there is also multiple engine problems discovered by my PA Licensed Inspection Mechanic. In addition, the vehicle was purchased with new (April) inspection and emissions stickers. The vehicle never should have been sold with a faulty safety inspection and the numerous issues with the vehicle My mechanic informed that the vehicle has three dry rotted tires, a leaking strut and numerous other items that would not and should not have passed Pennsylvania Safety Inspection. The total repair estimate to fix all the faulty issues with the vehicle is $8,309.58. Auto World will not come and pick the vehicle up to repair it and they will not repair all the necessary items to fix the vehicle to make it drivable. They are not honorable, respectful business people. The person who sold me the vehicle will not tell me who the owners of the company (Auto World) are and will not tell me who inspected the vehicle and slapped PA Inspection Stickers stickers on a vehicle that should not have passed PA Safety Inspection.

My husband and I are expecting our second child, and we needed to find a bigger vehicle to accommodate our growing family. We purchased a 2006 Honda Odyssey from this dealer, and we really could not have asked for a better experience. We got a great minivan with low mileage and top-of-the-line features at a very competitive price, and the dealer traded in my car at a fair value. Throughout the process of looking at vehicles and ultimately purchasing one at Auto World, the sales people there were not pushy like at other dealerships, and they were very honest in responding to all of our questions. They offered a variety of extended warranties to match our budget, and we now have peace of mind in knowing that we have good coverage, should any issues arise. I am always very skeptical of car dealerships, but I can recommend this one with confidence.

We had the best experience at Auto World. It truly is a great place to buy a vehicle. My family had been looking specifically for an Infiniti QX56 in DC/MD/VA. We were unable to find one with our specific requirements. However, we stumbled upon the Auto World listing for the SUV with our specifications. I called mid-morning on a Saturday asking if they still had the SUV I wanted. They did and we were so excite that we drove 5 hours to Pennsylvania to check it out. The people there were incredibly courteous and even though they were extremely busy with other customers, they took the time to answer our questions. They ended up staying well after closing hours to ensure we both were getting a fair deal. It has been three weeks since our purchase and we have not encountered any mechanical issues with our new addition. The experience was excellent and I highly recommend Auto World for anyone looking to buy a car or truck.

We purchased a car for our son from Auto World and the initial visit started off kind of concerning because we drove 2 hours to get there and the dealership was closed after someone promised they would wait. We arrived 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close. We stayed and after a while Jeremy called us, showed up in a suit (because he left an event he was attending), and explained the person that we spoke with had an emergency and had to leave. We saw the car, took it for a test drive and we were very satisfied with the performance and overall appearance of the car except it was not as clean as we would have expected and the gas tank was very close to empty. I explained all this because it's true however it gets better, and I mean this in a good sense. After we voiced our concerns Jeremy promised to ensure the car was show room clean, with a full tank of gas, and we would receive a good deal. He delivered on all three and we purchased the car. The buying process was great too. Mike took care of the initial paperwork and when we came back to finalize the purchase, Bill sealed the deal by ensuring we had all the necessary documents to ensure a smooth title and registration once the car arrived in San Diego. We did extensive research on the car and do not tolerate anything less than professionalism, respect and a fair price from car dealers when spending our hard earned money. As previously stated we purchased the car and are very happy with the overall buying experience and performance of the car. We would and have recommended Auto World to other people we know who are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Just purchased an 06 Ford Focus with relatively high mileage but mostly highway miles. The sales people, who happen to be the owners, could not have been better with respect to no pressure, helpful information when and if required and overall just a calm relaxed shopping atmosphere. Their car/SUV selection is impressive and ranges from the most basic transportation to the top of the line! Bottom-line for me was getting what should be a good reliable car for a fair price. The people there put the customer first and are willing to work hard to earn your money. I got a great car for a great price. If you are looking for a great selection and a no hassle shopping climate I'd definitely recommend putting Auto World on your list of places to checkout!

I purchased a 2003 Ford Taurus from these scam artists on Wednesday, May 8th, 2013. The next day I drove the vehicle home, the check engine light came on and the vehicle smelled like it was burning. So I took the vehicle to Advance Auto Parts and the gentlemen stated that the check engine light is on due to cylinder misfire. So he recommended I put fuel injector cleaner in it. So I stopped at Hess gas station and put some fuel injector cleaner in it and all is ok so far. Two days later, I went to wash the vehicle to find the paint was chipping off the trunk in big pieces. Then the trunk was leaking. So I contacted Auto World, and made an appointment to have the vehicle looked at because of the burning smell. The mechanic at Auto World stated that the oil filter was loose so he tightened it, which that was causing the burning smell of oil dripping onto the exhaust manifold. He then fixed the seal in my trunk that was leaking, and taped the washer fluid hose and off I went. Two weeks later I was driving and all of a sudden my brake pedal went to the floor and the BRAKE light was illuminated on the dash. Well here what had happened was my brake line blew out. They never bothered to check anything on this car before they sold it to me. So then I had gotten the brake line replaced and all is good. I had no problems with the vehicle in the months of June and July. Today is Tuesday, August 6th, 2013, and I am now having the vehicle in the garage to have the transmission replaced. On Sunday, August 4th, 2013 I was driving the vehicle all day and all was well. Until I went to leave a friends home at 1:30AM on Monday, August 5th, 2013 and the vehicle would not move into any gear. So I had to get the vehicle towed and it is now sitting at a garage waiting for a new transmission. I will not have my car for 2 weeks. I purchased a warranty with this vehicle to have this repair covered, but I should not be having this problem when the vehicle only has 50000 miles and I purchased it with 46000 miles on it. Every time you contact Auto World with a complaint they do not return your calls and they keep referring you to the Carfax report. Which honestly did not help me at all in this case. Stay away from these scam artists. They do not care about the quality of the vehicles they sell. I wish I would of done more research on these scam artists before I purchased the piece of junk!!!!!!!! Never again will I recommend this car dealership to anyone or purchase a vehicle from them.

A year ago I bought a SUV from auto world. I had my car as a trade in but no down payment. No one would help me except Mike and Jeremy, they went above and beyond to help me get approved with what I had. The SUV was in great condition and a great price. Recently my husband needed to get a family friendly car, we found a couple cars at other dealerships but they where too pricey and the customer service skills were no where comparable to Mike and Jeremy. So we went there to look at there car lot, we saw a car on there website we liked but when we where able to look at the cars that particular car was sold. But they took our information on what we were looking for and they knew just what we were looking for. And of course we bought it. So now we have bought 2 cars from Auto World and we have referred them to a couple of our friends and I know in the future when we need to upgrade to a different car we know where to go and we will since we are only in our early 20s. So if you would want great service, prices and cars Mike and Jeremy at Auto World is the place to go.

The truck we purchased (used) is in excellent shape and the few repairs that need to be done are being done for free at Auto World. The buying process was fairly quick. Your stereotypical used car lot. Fresh paint, New tires, and serious drivetrain issues. Or at least that was the case of the vehicle i drove 120 miles to inspect. Upon my test drive i was shocked by the sounds coming from the vehicle. When i asked about the issues the salesman told me that he had never driven the car, but how did it get the tires and the new paint (this was after the salesman told me they had the truck painted due to body damage...not on the carfax!) ...Fresh underbody coating over huge flakes of rust. Don't make the mistake i did by driving to this used car lot..

First off, I'm amazed how this place stays in business. One word....wow (Not a good wow either). I stopped into the lot to take a look at a car I saw online. I wasn't greeted right away. I had to stand outside for a few minutes for someone to come out. Finally, Guy #1 came out and quickly started asking me questions about how much I owe on my car and how many miles are on it. He went over the good qualities about the car I was looking to buy. He then went into the building and guy # 2 came out. He looked over my car and PICKED my car APART (since I planned on trading it for the one I wanted to buy). I'm telling you, my car is in nearly MINT condition. HARDLY any scratches on it. It shines like a mirror with all the professional products I've put onto it. ....it's in 99% overall superb condition for a car 7 years old. He picked everything apart about my car. He quoted me that he would pay for it at auction. He didn't want to buy my car at Blue Book trade-in value, he low-balled me 3-4k lower than what it was worth. I then said "Can I see the car I came to see?" He said "Sure!". He went in and got the keys. He came out and never even let me look at the car because guy #1 was working on numbers for me. He invited me inside to take my phone number so he can call me back...guy #1 was shooting the breeze with a few ladies and not even working on anything. He took my # down and said we'll call you today.......eahhhhhhhhh wrong!! I still heard nothing and its been a few days. So in reality, I know people have had good experiences with this place. That's fine and all. But if you DO NOT have money to put down or if you have a car that you owe more than what its worth...I'd advise you to look somewhere else because these people aren't going to help you. They will send you out the door quick with your hands in your pocket kicking rocks. Your best bet is to go to an actual DEALERSHIP because they work with many banks and are willing to come down in price to work with you. In the ads I've read about this place they said they will work to make you happy. All they've done is send me out the door. I was looking to buy a $25,000+ car. I have the money and I can well afford the car. I make over 2x the amount of what that car is worth. They didn't see me and think "CAR SALE = Profit / Commission" they were more concerned about my car I was currently driving. He told me to come back when it has more miles on it. Off I went without looking back.

The team at Autoworld is the best you can find. Mike and Jermey are by far the most friendly guys you will find. I have just purchased my second car from Autoworld and i will NEVER buy a car from another place. They treat you like family and make sure your happy with the purchase and will not let you just jump into a car. As of 8/12/12 I am the new owner of a beautiful 2003 Saab 9-3. A week prior to this I was assisted by Jeremy in the beginning of this process. He spent quite a few hours with me as I had far too many questions for any one person. But he spent the time and was extremely knowledgeable about the brand. Especially for someone like me who's been a Saab enthusiast for many years, he was able to teach me some tips about the car that I was completely unaware of.
