Pleasantly surprised

I had been looking for a good, used Dodge Dakota quad cab, 4x4 for several weeks but was not having much luck finding exactly what I wanted. While surfing the net, I came across Auto World having, not one but two of the trucks I was looking for. I sent them a quick e-mail that I was interested and they contacted me later that day. I was trying to figure out when I would be able to go test drive the truck since I work six days a week. The sales representative said that they were open on Sunday's. I provided the dealership with the required information for financing and then met with them on Sunday. I had never been to Auto World before but was impressed by the cleanliness of their facility and the wide selection of late model used autos. As I arrived, I saw the truck that I had come to see sitting out front with the engine running. I went inside and met with my salesman. He said he was warming up the truck for my test drive. I jumped in and took it for a short run. It was everything I was looking for and more! When I returned to the dealership, My salesman had all my paperwork ready to go. All he needed was a few signatures and I was driving my new truck home. From the time I arrived at the dealership tot he time I left, I was there less than 45 mins. Had to be one of the easiest auto purchase transactions I ever made!

No One To Help - Waste of Time

Contacted dealership online about vehicle. No response, so I went to dealership. Spent about a half hour looking car over but no one came out to help me. There were people going here and there, moving vehicles, but no one seemed interested in helping me. Too bad to because I was going to buy two cars from them. Will find another dealership that actually wants my business.
