Such a relief! Sebastian was wonderful! We just bought our new van from here. We have been looking for a new van for two weeks. At other dealers we where treated as a number and not a person. I hate car shopping but this experience I had was amazing and I will continue to buy cars from here! Beginning to end it was five-star treatment on the way. We recently purchased a 2013 X5 50i M sport package from Auto Gallery of Chicago. Steve and Peter were AWESOME to work with and went above and beyond to give us exactly what we were looking for. We are beyond pleased with the car and the process of buying from them! We had some high expectations for service as there were a few things we wanted done to improve the already great quality of the car and they exceeded that. They are equipped and perform for their high end clientele and we will be purchasing from them again. Thank you both, again, for working with us and providing us with EXACTLY what we were hoping for! Went to purchase a used vehicle I seen on their website. Car looked good and drove ok but mechanic said it had a laundry list of issues. Asked the dealer to repair and then I would buy it... I'm still waiting for them to call me and let me know they fixed it...Glad I didn't get it. #untrustworthy

My husband and I purchased my beautiful Corvette from Auto Gallery Chicago. We had to decide on the car without seeing it, but Sebastian was our honest set of eyes. They specialize in out of state buyers, so understand the comfort level they have to provide. They provide lots of honest photos and descriptions and other assistance you may need. The best part is their facility. It's like a car museum, with classics to 2016 specialty cars! Wow do these guys have impeccable taste and so do I!!!

I purchased this car (2005 Porsche 911) from another state - Maryland. They were very easy and friendly to work with. Since I was out of state they were happy to communicate by what ever means was best for me (e-mail in my case). They were very accommodating in letting me hire an independent inspector. They can help provide transport of the vehicle or you can arrange your own transportation. I arranged my own transportation, and they worked great with the transporting company. They did a great job of keeping me up to date on my purchase, paperwork, and transportation. After the car left their dealership, they contacted me to make sure I received the car and that it met my expectation - it did and then some. Thanks for the great deal!

I purchased a used CR-V from these guys that was significantly cheaper than the majority of the beautiful inventory they had. I was in and out within 2 hours, and was about as hassle free as buying a car can be. On the way home from purcahsing the vehicle the Check Engine Light came on. When I got the vehicle home, I plugged in my OBD Scanner and saw that it was throwing a code very common to the car. I called my salesman Steve, and we had the issue resolved within a day or two. Great group of guys and a lot of awesome cars to check out.

Purchased a collector car sight-unseen from this dealer and the experience could not have been better. Sebastian recognized my uneasy feelings (and inexperience) purchasing a car from a dealer located about 400 miles from my home. He gave me a great deal on the car and eased my worries by answering all my calls promptly and keeping me informed at every step in the process.He remained willing to do whatever I needed for reassurance, such as sending me extra pictures (literally showing every part of the car in detail) and sending video of the car starting/running. He even sent pictures of the car being loaded into the enclosed trailer that brought the vehicle to us. Then, spoke with me after delivery to make sure the car met all my expectations. I could not be more pleased. It was just a perfect buying experience.

Answered the phone at exactly 9:00 am on Black Friday !!! Answered my questions about the GLI I was interested in . I went to dealership and the car was there and I test drove it and liked it we agreed on a price for the GLI and on my trade !! Had the rear bumper repaired for me as there was some scratches on it !! Happy with my new ride and would consider buying there again !! Thanks guys

I bought a car there, but it has been two month now I still haven't received the title. I emailed them several times but they never respond, I just called Sebastian(I have called once before about this) but I guess he just decided not to answer anymore. Now I have to go to DMV to check what is wrong myself.

What you should expect from a great car dealer. Drove from Iowa to purchase a Mercedes SLK350. Car was as described and as documented via photo's. They are in the business to sell high end cars, and they do this very well. Call before you make the drive, be sure they still have what you are interested in,and you will not be disappointed. Just picked up my 16k mile Mercedes SLK350. Sebastian does a great job working with the customer. If you are looking to buy this is the place. Car was as represented very correct. Make sure you don't disappoint yourself and call to make sure the vehicle you are interested is still available before you make a long drive. They are in the business to sell cars and are willing to work with you, but you have to communicate clearly. That is common sense. Enjoyed the experience. Keep it up guys !

Called this dealer and later went in to look at an E60/m5 Black. Sebastien shoed me the car and was reluctant to pull it out for a test drive until we agreed on a price, To which I responded that I had to check out the performance of the car to see if it warrants the extra $$ they were seeking. Eventually sebastien pulled out the M5, took me out for a spin. We agreed on a price pending the P.P.I. That's when the dialogue fell off...These guys could never return my call for anything, I was the one chasing them to please take my money until I called, spoke to "peter" (the owner) and snapped out of my trance! I had to cancel the pre-arranged inspection and continue my search elsewhere. Perhaps My "type" isn't welcome at their dealership...either ways I decided since I work hard for my money, I need to spend it at a business that values my time! Nice to see though that they still haven't moved that car.....whose loss!?

I was searching for an Audi TT that was within my range of spending. After tracking available cars for about a month, I found a nice, low mileange 2002 that I liked at Ato Gallery. Steve was responsive to my inquires and we worked a deal with a trade before I came on site. Steve was patient with me and was helpful after the sale when a lock cylinder fell out of the driver's side door. What's the odds of that happening? The TT is clean and runs well. I am pleased with my purchase and was very comfortable working with Steve. Auto Gallery has a great selection of cars for those looking for something more than transportation from A-Z. I got into an Audi TT for an affordable price within my budget. Soon after was on vacation renting an A-Z rental. Was so happy to get back to the TT! Maybe one day I take the next step to a Porsche. :) Thanks Steve.

I recently purchased a 2004 Lexus LS from the Auto Gallery. I was reluctant at first to buy a car sight unseen from an out-of-state dealer. But, the entire experience turned out to be as stress-free as buying a car can be. The car is everything it was represented to be, almost like new, and at a very reasonable price. Purchasing the car, shipping and title transfer were easy, thanks to Sabastian. He stayed focused on every detail and made sure there were no problems. I highly recommend this dealer.

I don't write reviews but this experience with Auto Gallery Chicago pushed me over my laziness. Let me say that I have been looking for some fun second car but have not decided on the exact model - BMW M3 or 135i etc. So I saw an older BMW at this dealer and went to see the car. Carfax was stating no accident but when I looked at it clearly it has been hit from behind as the rear bumper had 1" gaps where it connects to the under body, hmmm... Anyways - I'm not too picky at this price range but hate to be made fool of. Then the guy tells me how they buy the best car from good regions California etc.. - making small talk I suggest that this is good because they don't have rust problems.. he tells me "These cars don't rust!" Hahaha - seriously e46 don't rust, huh? Alright - so I ask can we take a test drive and he tells me that unless I'm ready to buy the car now and then he is not doing test drives as he has a lot of cost in buffing the cars. I decided to give him one last chance - and said that I'm looking and considering several cars so it is up to him if he wants to persuade me for his one. He said "Go take a look at the other ones and then come here". Needless to say he's not going to get my business and I felt that others need to be warned so that they don't waste time with this dealer. BTW - I'm like 40 years old, not a teenager looking for a joyride in a BMW :) The VIN of the car is WBSBR93451EX20845. Anyhow - do yourself a favor and go to a dealer that respects your time and needs.

I just drove from Chicago to Columbus after purchasing my 2007 Porsche 911 4S from Auto Gallery Chicago and I could not be happier. Peter spoke with me at least a half dozen times, drove it to an independent mechanic for a PPI (which it passed with flying colors), and did not pressure me at all when I was still hesitant. His reviews are impeccable for a reason. He is honest, his cars are exactly what he says they are, and they are an incredible value. In fact, of all the cars I researched online for several months this 911 -- with only 11,000 miles, loaded and in mint condition -- was the most competitively priced. Thank you so much Peter and Sebastion for making my dream a reality.

Don't hope for much off on their prices because they are usually pretty firm but they do have nice inventory that is already priced very aggressively. Everything went very smooth to start, test drove the car, got all the paperwork done, drove off the lot. Then the bumping and clunking started not 2 blocks from the lot. Took it back they fixed everything that was wrong. I was sad not to have my first Bimmer to drive home that day, but the repairs are done, No extra out of my pocket and I'm driving it now. Everyone there was great They did everything they said they would and more, they didn't even mind my 3 and 7 year old seeing how it felt to sit behind the wheel of some really cool cars! Love the car! Wife and kids love the car! Thank you Peter, Sebastian and the rest of the guys!

I bought a 2007 WRX STi from these guys and the whole process was a breeze. I personally dealt most of my business with Steve in finance and he was extremely helpful. He explained the whole process so thoroughly and really made my experience stress free. I went from trying to buy an STi from another dealer ship who was unwilling to move on price and was rude to these guys who were very friendly and helpful. I would highly highly recommend buying a car from Auto Gallery Chicago. They took care of me and helped me on price as well as getting me a great warranty through GMAC. I see below that a few people did not receive a response to the Cars.com contact. I did not either, and after 2 tries, I just called. Bob was very helpful once we were on the phone. Since I am about 2 hours away, I arranged to meet Bob at the dealership the next evening. He had my car out and ready to drive! Peter handled the paperwork quickly that evening, and off I went in my Infiniti G37x Coupe! Noticed on the trip home the brakes were BAD. I called Bob before even fixing them. Bob said get them fixed and we'll go from there. So, I had the brakes fixed. Then I was stranded by a dead battery. While getting it jumped, I noticed the terminals were chewed-up from it being jumped a lot! So, I bought a new battery since the one in the car was about 5 years old (original Infiniti battery). I also see below that a few were able to get some items repaired...not so with me. Called Bob back and he said I had to talk to the owner, Peter for any reimbursements. I left a message for Peter to call as he was out of town. After a week with no call, I called and was able to talk to Peter. We talked and worked through the overcharge on the sales contract (out of state sales tax & licensing stuff). Then I asked Peter about the brakes (never got to the battery). He said they don't maintain cars for people afterwards. Overall, I am out a few hundred bucks that I believe should have been cared for by the dealer, and that 1/8 tank of gas didn't come close to getting me home! I like the car, and they had what I wanted at a decent price. I would like to say I would do it again, and I might, but the little things sometimes make a difference.

Bob and Peter were very helpful. They let me drive the car I was interested in, no problem, right away. We negotiated a fair price, but his listing price wasn't too far off the mark. The car had some minor cosmetic damage, but overall a very good deal. They had some cracked leather in the driver seat repaired right away for me. I can tell Peter is a real car enthusiast and takes pride in selling nice cars at fair prices. A plus that their cars are kept in their garage, preventing sun and weather damage.

My experience was similar to Prowler shopper's from Peoria. I'm only responding because Cars.com sent me a follow-up e-mail to ask about my buying experience. I had inquired of this dealer (via the e-mail contact feature) about a listed Mercedes E320, and I received no response whatever. Not only does that give a bad impression to potential buyers, it makes any testimonies about buying used vehicles from these people at long distance, sight-unseen, sound totally bogus.

Purchased a Porsche targa from just the pictures and description listed on the vehicle. The car was delivered 6 hours from Chicago via an enclosed car carrier, and the 911 arrived better than advertised. All the paperwork was handled via the Internet, and Sebastian was great to work with, covering all the particulars of this car.

I found a used Prowler for sale by this dealership on Cars.com. I used the website's email feature and sent an email to this dealer inquiring about the car and asking for a quote on my trade in. I did the same thing for 4 other Prowlers at other dealerships around the country. I decided that the first dealer to contact me and offer me an acceptable deal is where I would buy. I never heard from this dealer and although I live only 2 hours from them and they had a car for sale that was just was I was looking for, I bought a car 10 hours away because they actually responded quickly to my inquiry. 3 of the 5 dealers never responded. Some dealerships don't yet truly understand how the internet, email, and text messaging are changing the marketplace. Many buyers aren't into calling the dealer or stopping in.

My experience with Auto Gallery Chicago was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had been to several dealerships looking for a 2007 Escalade that can fit my budget and I was so happy that I decided to stop at Auto Gallery Chicago. The Escalade I bought is pearl white which I was looking for and had more options than I can ask for. I knew the financing wouldn't be easy because I was turned down at two other dealers but Moe got me approved and had the paperwork ready within an hour. I have been recommending them to all my friends and will definitely give them the first opportunity when I'm shopping for my next car.

Absolute worst experience we have ever had with a car dealer. Not only was there no practical knowledge about the car, the condition and the content of the car fax report, but also were items stated which simply are false advertisement: the car in subject was described to be in GREAT condition, of course being checked out by "their" mechanic. We verified with an Audi dealer: around $5,000 worth of obvious repairs, excluding the GPS, the convertible top and the engine (!!!). Sole purpose: closing. Please, do yourself a favor and a) read the real reviews and b) stay as far away as you can.

I was looking for a specific BMW convertible and called and spoke to Sebastian at Auto gallery. I live in Minneapolis and was nervous about buying a vehicle out of state. Sebastian was VERY easy to deal with and walked me through the process and I purchased the car. Sebastian even made all the arrangements for delivery to Minneapolis. The car was even better than I thought it would be. Usually when a dealer tells you the vehicle is in excellent shape it isn't true. The vehicle arrived and was everything Sebastian said it would be. I've bought lots of cars personally and corporately over the years and this was one of the best experiences I have had. Will certainly use them again.

Bought a 2007 VW Touareg V10 TDI from Sebastian of Auto Gallery Chicago. Spoke with him over about a three week period about the vehicle. He was always very forthcoming about the vehicle(and its condition) in that time. Made the deal, placed a deposit and flew to Chicago(from Tampa) about a week later After an inspection and test drive, took delivery and drove back to Tampa.Uneventful trip and the vehicle drives out as advertised. Sebastian and Peter are total professionals and would recommend them unconditionally.

I drove 2 hours to look at a used VW Toureg. Sebastian greeted me and took me back to the large warehouse where all of the vehicles were located. The Toureg was blocked in and really couldn't be looked over very well due to the low lighting and the other vehicles around it. I asked about pulling it out to look it over and possibly drive it. I was told "Unless you are really buying it we don't pull them out" I just drove 2 hours!!!! If I wasn't interested in it I wouldn't have wasted my time driving that far. So at that point told him this conversation was over and left. He could have cared less. When a dealer feels as though they are doing YOU a favor by selling you a car and not you doing them a favor by buying their car they need to look again at their business model.The warehouse was clean and I was greeted promptly to be fair, but they really need to get it together!!! I will spend my money elsewhere, where the customer is treated with respect and not like a nuisance.

I think these dealer needs more professional personal that knows how to treat customers, prices aren flexible at all, and they will not negotiate any deal with the buyer, I think that when someone tells you , lets go to the point because i don want to waste my time I think that #1 very rude and #2 really unprofessional.
