I called and spoke to Jason over the phone about a specific vehicle and also about my trade. He was very friendly and direct. I went to dealership, this was the fastest car buying experience ever. Great percent rates, reputable bank they deal with. I was highly impressed and very satisfied with the whole experience. I will definately purchase another car in future from him and refer anyone who is looking to buy a car.

I think the owner at this dealership was honest. All I can ask for is honesty when in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Also, there was a slight issue with the vehicle that I was attempting to purchase. I got the impression that this owner was going out of his way to try and get the issue resolved. It's terrible we couldn't come to an agreement with my trade and the new vehicle, because I could've seen myself visiting this dealership for future business. With all things considered, I would have to say that my visit to this dealership was a pleasant car buying experience.
Great Service
I first met Jason when I was trying to sell my 2000 Ford Focus. This was on April 17, 2015. He was very professional and prompt during the sales process. I was very pleased that I did not need to take out a newspaper ad in order to sell my car. Jason did it all and I walked away with my check. THANKS JASON.
My Review
Over all I was satisfied with my customer service. When I arrived, I was greet promptly, had a good test drive. I was not pressured. I did like the truck and not shocked by any surprises. Jason had a couple of issues he told me about up front before the test drive, that he was getting fixed Monday and he would let me know the outcome. I am still considering the truck. I will be checking back with him next week.

My family was very pleased with the way we were treated at Auto Direct. We had been searching for a Mercedes R350 and they had one that was a lot cheaper then the Mercedes dealership. We came in on a saturday to look at the vehicle, we liked it but we really wanted a black one. Jason assured us he could find one. He called us back on Monday to let us know he found one and he could have it here the next day. He emailed us pictures and we loved it. We drove in on Wednesday to pick up our new Mercedes. It was exactly what we wanted. We will recommend Auto Direct to family and friends, thanks again
