I recently bought a F150 supercrew 4X4. The sales people were very professional and knowledgeable. They bussiness part of the experience went smoothly. After I got the truck home I realized it did not have any tire tools. I called them and asked Justin in service if they had any tools left and they said find some within reason and they would reimburse me for them which they did. The truck is under warranty and An O2 sensor light came on and they said take the truck to your mechanic and get it repaired and send us the invoice and again they reimbursed me. Also I had to take the truck in to a Ford dealer 60 miles away to have a electric window sensor reprogrammed and sent in the invoice. Again they sent me a check to reimburse me. I was skeptical that they would follow through with their promises but they did what they said they would do. They took care of me and my truck. I am thankful to have done byssiness with them. I will buy my next car from them. They are honest and trustworthy. You can't say that about to many used car dealers

I bought my 2012 Tacoma from them. After just a few months I discovered significant rust damage due to having been driven up north in salt. They had to have seen this when they "inspected " it prior to selling it. They basically told me to take a hike. Stay away from this dealer.

This was the fourth vehicle we bought from this dealership. Again, a great experience and they almost made buying a vehicle and spending money fun! Our salesman BJ Richmond did an outstanding job helping us find the exact vehicle that we needed and the Managers and staff made it happen. Finance and paperwork was extra quick and painless. I almost feel like I stole this Murano from them as I got a great deal In a quality vehicle. Another great job guys - thanks!

I recently bought a 2002 thunderbird blue Ford T-bird. The buying and credit process went very smoothly and they also replaced the brakes for me as I requested it after I test drove the vehicle. After I came home, I had the local Ford dealer inspect the vehicle and he found a few repair issues that needed to be addressed. I bought the car "as is" but I did contact Auto Advantage and spoke to Robert about the repairs that were needed. He was very gracious and said he would confirm that the repairs were needed and if they were safety related issues, he would take care of them. He was the best service man I have ever worked with and he did take care of the few "safety related" repairs that were needed. Thank you Auto Advantage and thank you Robert. I read that he is a 10 year employee... He needs to be recognized for going beyond. I will return here and would recommend this dealer.

I was shopping for a used car in 2014 when I decided to try Auto Advantage. I had nothing but an excellent experience when I stopped in to look at their inventory. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and I was privileged to work with Jason. He was patient with my indecisiveness and let me test drive several vehicles. He was personable, knowledgeable, and honest with the questions I asked. The finance department was wonderful and made the financing process easy. I bought an infiniti G37 s and it has been a wonderful car the last two years. I have only had minor repairs due to aging and I have had no issues at all with it. I will definitely go back in the future when I decide to buy another vehicle. I have recommended all of my family and friends to go to Auto Advantage!

I bought a Nissan Rogue with them about three months ago, and it's one thing after another with this car. First off, The door handles were coming off and the first time they fixed it, they didn't fix them completely. Secondly, when i dropped my car off for other repairs, they kept the car longer than they needed to and didn't even fix the problem as they promised me. I'm very disappointed with my buy. I feel I could have gone somewhere else and got something better and more reliable instead of wasting my time on these people. The only thing I've ever seen these people be productive at doing is standing outside smoking all day long.

Was stranded at their dealership and they got me in a 2012 dodge ram w/34k miles. 2 weeks later lug stud broke for wheel and had to take it in to get fixed here in Missouri. I have been back and forth between him and the mechanic trying to get approval to fix it. Came in to pick it up today but now I'm in a rental the mechanic shop loaned me because he didn't wanna mess work it today cuz he was about to get off work. Don't expect good service from the service department. And don't bother getting any kind of warranty through them it's pretty much worthless!

Broke down on the way from Carolina beach to Missouri and pulled into closest place which was auto advantage. They gave me a ride to get parts several times and let us hang out inside when it got too hot. We couldn't get the truck running and the spots were all closed so salesman Jason Davis got to work pulling strings. With very little money left to my name and a truck that didn't run he actually got me into a truck 7 years newer with a free 2 year 100,000 mile warranty so I wouldn't even have to worry about the rest of the trip. He even went back and lowered the price again before final sale to accommodate very little money down. Not like any salesman I have ever met in my life! I would drive back 9 hours just to get a vehicle from them, luckily they ate online too! :-)

Although I stopped in Auto Advantage (AA) for just a quick look as I was on my way to make a purchase at another dealer, the folks at AA were so pleasant that I stayed far longer and eventually bought from them. They patiently showed me that the deal I was considering at another location had many flaws and that the AA deal would bring long-term benefits far into the future. They sold me a 5-year-old truck with only 24,900 miles. It looks and drives like it is brand new. My wife and I are very pleased.

Just bought a SUV in Hendersonville location and not completely happy. Your better car dealerships spoil you but not here...I was happy with the price we were able to get our SUV for but the salesmanship was not what I was expecting at all. The sales rep was somewhat of a jokester and a bit lazy. I have never walked off a car lot where they didn't even bother to clean up the car for you or even offer you a simple drink while you went through 4 hours of their time (guess that's what I get for not DRESSING UP for buying a car). I was also told that the detail crew pretty much sucked at their job and it would be worth the time to have them clean it. The approval process was quick and easy but paper work was forever. Nice guy who help us with the paperwork but took a little to long. Left dealership finally and had to go to car wash just to make my SUV look like its suppose to. You think spending 16,000 some on a car that wouldn't be your first thing you have to do. Work with tons of people who are looking for a car but can't recommend this one.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, certainly concerning customer service. I went to Auto Advantage because they had a couple of CRV's in stock and that's what I was looking for. The salesman wasn't half bad, I mean he did his job in finding me the car I was looking for but the conversation was a bit scripted which isn't that big of a deal. It got interesting when the "sales manager" came over. He was incredibly rude to me, and treated me like I wasn't intelligent, he was marking up the interest rate on the car about 4 points higher than what I was approved for, I was pre approved through my bank but continued insisting to finance me with them, now I know that my bank doesn't work with independent dealers and that's why he didn't want to go with the pre approval I already had, wish he would have just said so. He was very aggressive and at the point when I knew it wasn't going to work out with this place I stood up and thanked him for his time, and he stormed off like a little toddler having a break down with out saying a word. This by far was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever experienced. Anyways, update! Just bought a beautiful new car, for $3000 less than Auto Advantage was asking. I'm very happy with the experience I had and I will never refer Auto Advantage to anyone, in fact I will voice my strong suggestion to not go there whenever I can.

As you see the TV ads for this car dealer, they rely on saying "you're loosing thousands buying a new car" Auto Advantage has already taken the depreciation". If you do the math, you are only getting what you pay for and not really any savings over any other used car purchase! Often you are paying a premium used car price. They tout $199.00 per month with $3000.00 down, $400.00 dealer fee for 72 months with a 750+ credit score. So you are paying just shy of $18,000.00 for a "used" car that is only worth $12-13,000.00 according to various used car guides. Current example: 2010 Acura TSX (57, 000 miles) So you are loosing $5000.00 when you drive this off the lot!! So don't be fooled, you are getting a used car at premium pricing, basically getting hyped. To top it off you have no warranty on a 4 year old car. They will pressure you to sell to buy an aftermarket warranty for a few thousand. They use the "let me see what the manager says" and double and even triple team you during the negotiation process. Although this is typical of used car sales folk. So before you buy from Auto Advantage do your homework!! Ask for a CarFax, but remember, this only shows if the auto had more than 25% damage. Many of their cars were rentals, leases and auction buys and may have unreported minor damage repairs, be sure to look under the car. It's always better to buy a used car from a dealer who sells the actual brand you are interested in and their pricing will be often better than a hodge podge dealer! This is not to say you can't negotiate a good deal...use your own financing, research used car buying sites for realistic pricing of a used car, have the car checked mechanically by an outside source. Don't buy their aftermarket warranty, get your own online, you will save. Finally, DO YOUR RESEARCH...most of the time you will pay more than the car is worth buying here! You will lose thousands on a used car, with trickery and if you have a credit beacon less than 750, you will pay much more! I was not duped by Auto Advantage because I did the research and didn't fall for their sales tactics...I purchased a used car down the road at a regular dealer! Bottom line be aware of Auto Advantage, they have the advantage!

I am extremely disappointed with Richard and the crew at MyAutoAdvantage. I bought a car there previously and had an excellent experience, so I thought I would give them my business this time also. I went in on Saturday September 6th and looked at a Jeep they had for sale. I told them I would get my financing on Monday and be back Tuesday. I showed up Tuesday morning at 8.00. The Jeep was still there, but apparently they had sold it Monday, and were waiting for that customer to come back from his bank with the financing. Not the best way to treat a repeat customer imho.

My husband and I had been very skeptacle about this dealership after reading the online reviews. However, we saw a car on their webpage that we were really interested in and decided to give them a chance. We drove over from our home in Clyde, NC about 45 mins. We were met in the parking lot by the sales man Jason. We would normally have asked to be left alone to find the car on our own but his manners and attitude made us feel really comfortable. He was informative and had a great personality. He was alsonthe nephew of a local legend (Popcorn Sutton). He took us through their buying process and made it all so much fun and strss free. The car was in great condition and the whole thing was so painless. We got what we wanted for our trade and a good price on the car we purchased. I can't say what the other people there are like but Jason and his sales manager made it all very fun and we will for sure go back! Give them a chance.

My wife and I had been shopping for a low-priced, reasonable mileage used Honda for our son, even driving to Tennessee and South Carolina, answering ads that ultimately were unsafe, awful cars. We really wanted a Honda, Returning home from another wasted trip, I asked her to check out Auto Advantage, as I had always seen nice cars in their lot as I drove by. We had a great time with our salesman, Dustin, as he came with us on several test drives. But they didn't have what we were looking for. Then the sales manager got involved, and steered us toward a car we would never had considered, a beautiful like-new Ford Focus, complete with all maintenance records, a little gem of a car, which we ended up buying. I feel we were treated with great respect, and were given reliable, informative advice, and in spite of having no idea what the car was worth, having concentrated on Hondas for weeks, we discovered after the fact that we paid a fair price. This was a very positive buying experience and I would not hesitate to shop at Auto Advantage again. For any doubters out there, I have two comments: This is a genuine review - I don't work for these guys, and I believe that they deserve to make a reasonable profit when they sell a car.

My girlfriend put an ad in Craiglist in Pittsburgh PA for a 2010 Charger. This car was in very good condition... the only issue was that it was in an accident (deer) and the side of the car was repainted. (By a very good auto body shop, btw). Auto Advantage first offered much less than the car was worth... against my advice, my gf accepted the offer. The driver flew up to PA and informed my gf that someone would need to pick him up at the airport (VERY unprofessional... get a cab, you cheapskate). Next, he looked at the car and informed her that the previously-agreed-to price was now unacceptable; they wanted to renegotiate. Unfortunately, I had an important business meeting and was not able to be there. The driver ended up browbeating my gf into accepting a lower offer. When I talked to Mark Cooley, the purchasing director, he proceeded to come up w/every excuse in the book... He first insisted that the trade-in value was *less* than what they offered. When I quoted him NADA trade-in values which were thousands above his 'supposed' trade-in value, he changed his tune and said that the repainted area was worse than they were originally told. When I told him that I had spoken to Travis Lewis (Purchaser) by phone and informed him of the extent of the body work, he then changed his story again and informed me there were *tape lines* from the repainting. There weren't... the entire body piece was repainted (not a portion of it) so there could be no tape lines. This strikes me as a very unprofessional organization. If you do deal with them, make sure you hold them to any deals they make (and check w/other companies to make sure the deal is actually a good deal)

THE BEST 'TRUCK BUYING' PURCHASE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I never normally leave reviews, but i was baffled about the 1 star reviews by a couple of other customers. ?? So had to say something. First, I've been driving by this place for over 10 years and it is always packed with customers and nice vehicles. Recently, I searched online, like most consumers nowadays, and found 3 vehicles I was interested in. I visited the first dealership, a local Nissan dealership, and was blown away how rudely i was treated. Online, the truck said 'call for price'. When i arrived, they wouldn't tell me the 'actual price' on the vehicle unless i agreed to buy it first? Sounds backwards, right ? I left without even driving the vehicle. Then, I went to Auto Advantage, and met with a sales representative who answered my questions and introduced me to the manager, Richard, who went over the details of the purchase and actually "listened" to my concerns. I left. The third dealership was Chevrolet, and my gripe with them was that the salesman kept telling me "I don't know, but I'll find out" on every question ??? Annoying, considering I knew more about the vehicle than the salesman. Also, the bed of the truck had a bubbled-up look near the back rear corner of the bed. I am not experienced enough to know whether it was paint filler or rusting, but i took a pass on the vehicle and went back to Auto Advantage. Upon returning, the sales representative was with another customer, but immediately the manager Richard came over to welcome me back and go over some details of the price, financing, and my trade-in. Within 10 minutes, we had agreed to the prices and i was signing paperwork and out the door in less than 30 minutes ! As a comparison, my last purchase was with CarMax 4 years ago and it took almost 2 hours ! and the inspection guy initially low-balled me on my trade-in at CarMax. So, I don't know why someone would say "don't trust these guys" but in my case, they are way above the norm. Kenneth D.

Went into dealership and asked specifically to speak to Sales Manager. I was asked to be seated until the Manager became available. Another person approached me, looked me in the eye and introduced himself as the Sales Manager. After a lengthy conversation he asked me to have an appraiser view my trade in vehicle. He reiterated that "he" had authority to make an offer. I subsequently found out that he was a "Sales Associate" with NO authority over my trade in whatsoever. He baited me with a dishonest representation of his authority. I would never do business under those circumstances.A subsequent conversation with the real sales manager concluded with an apology.

I purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS-V for my wife on June 28, 2013. I called the dealership about an online listing and talked to Brett Pettit. I told him I wanted to make the purchase a surprise for my wife. I put a deposit down on the car to hold it and then Brett Fedex'd the contract to me overnight. I was originally going to ship the car but a trip came up that put me close enough to there to pick up the car myself. I told Brett of the change of plans and he bought a nice bow to put on the grill. When we picked up the car, my wife was completely surprised and teared up. It is a phenomenal car and it was pristine just as he described. I saw a couple bad reviews on here about Auto Advantage so I really wanted to let people know I had a good experience with them. You have to b very careful when dealing with them. They will tell you that you are aproved....sign contracts and let you dive car home. Then call you days later telling you that you need to come back in to "talk". I wouldnt trust them!!!!
