Just leased a 2017 Audi S3 from Wilsonville Audi. But first, as full disclosure, Joe Hermes, the rep that worked with us, is an old SCCA racing buddy that I haven't seen for several years - so the whole experience was warm and friendly. That's what I expected. My prior experience with the dealership was with the service department for my 2007 Audi A3 and they always treated me well. The leasing process was easy and straight forward. We looked at a couple of 2016 and '17 A3s as well as the S3, but decided that the performance of the S3 was what I wanted. Joe found a discount that saved us a bit and there's an Audi promo in effect that pays the first month's lease, so the cost was reasonable. We were in and out, with a new car, in about an hour and 1/2.Bob Brands

After finding a used Allroad on their website and exchanging a couple of emails to answer some questions I went in on a Sunday to take a look. From the moment I entered the lot every employee was friendly and pointed me in the right direction. I Dealt with Terry Murphy from the start and enjoyed one of the quickest purchases in buying a car. He didn't play any games and was up front with everything. Signing the papers was quick and they covered everything. Even got some free swag and a quick tutorial on the MMI before I left.

Dealing with Wilsonville Audi was a very pleasurable experience. Joe H. was so knowledgable about the Audi's, in how they compared to Range Rover, Mercedes and BMW. With that, his follow up was very professional. I was ready to buy a Range Rover, and Joe explained to me how much better the Audi is, in everyway. Since I purchased my A7, I can say it started with Joe, and since I drove away in my A7, he was right, it's a beautiful car!I would highly recommend buying from Joe, and Wilsonville Audi!

Not happy at all with my experience! I pretty much did it all for them as well! Scott is lazy and sassy! For example, (week 2 after owning my car)"Hey Scott,When is my other key & owners Manuel going to be here? I thought you said it was being sent over night the day you dropped my car off...?Scotts response:I'll have my guy check with his contact again. I "said" as soon as they find them they'll over night them down to us and we'll send them straight to you."Scott wrote after another series of BS emails:"Apparently they found the key and are sending it down - since we've heard this before if it falls through we will dub a new key for you."I wrote.."That's interesting.. I emailed them this weekend and spoke with an Angela Chueh who said they didn't have it and it should have been in the glovebox upon delivery to your dealership... So, you spoke to them after?I received my key... Still waiting for the correct owners manual.. He sent me the wrong one intentionally and without the jacket.. Apparently I wouldn't notice or care.. I pretty much did his job for him from day one and all he had to do was follow through with a few items. Apparently, that was my job too. Where my bonus! Will NEVER recommend this dealership for buying or servicing a car! Go to Audi Tacoma! Amazing respectful and caring staff! Or, go to Audi Seattle! Follow through with emails and respectful staff!I'll give Kevin a pat on the back though.. Maybe I should have worked with him.

First time in for a 15K service on our Q5. It was akin to entering a four star hotel for the first time. Greeted by person at outside desk (sorry did not catch his name), but very professional. He took me in and introduced me to Dee Sanchez who was more like a concierge than service representative. She took care of everything and had me out with an A3 loaner in about 10 minutes all the while making me feel like I was her only client for the day. Dee contacted me when the car was ready, reviewed systems. Of course there were no problems. When I picked up my car Dee had everything ready and I was out in 5 minutes. The car appeared to have been hand washed and vacuumed. It also had a new car smell.Outstanding! If I could give more stars I would.

Josh Jeffrey was excellent, handled the transaction professionally, and offered us reasonable prices for our trade-ins. In all, the whole process was painless, even to my wife who hates the process. The only hiccough was a delay to get to the finance guy, but that was because one of the two had called in sick, leaving the one guy to double to workload. Probably the best dealer experience I have had buying a car.

We bought our 2014 Q7 that was a Certified Pre-Owned from Josh who did a great job. Willie Higgins the Sales Manager did a great job as well and we were treated with respect and our needs addressed. We have taken it back for service (oil changes), twice and the loaner verhicle program is a real plus for my wife and oldest daughter as this gives them time to "Go shopping for the day". Dee does a great job and calls when your vehicle is ready for pick up. I also have bought some assesories from the parts department (Travis) and they matched the rest of the dealerships level of service. The dealership always has some fine vehicles in the showroom to look at and dream about and refreshments are made available if you decide to wait. If you like being treated fairly, with respect and with no "Circus atmosphere", this is your place. We would buy again from these folks and this fine dealership.

Thank you Terry Murphy for making my experience perfect. This was my first visit, test drive and purchase at Wilsonville Audi.Previously I had been a loyal BMW customer. I was noticing some changes with the dealership on my last purchase December of 2014 and explained it away by telling myself it was due to the holiday season.My BMW had a little over 9,000 miles when the motor had to be replaced due to "Hydrostatic Lock" during a terrible rain storm found us turning a blind corner into a pool of water. All the other cars made it through, but NOT the BMW. I also had to find my own loaner/rental car for the first time in the history of being their customer.The service advisor were over worked and when I tried to relax in the lounge area I noticed the pandemonium grew while watching staff members/employees always rushing around.With the influx of people coming into the area it added more time to my commute and began to notice how uncomfortable the BMW was after one hour. I went online Monday afternoon to look at Audi Wilsonville's website and found the Q5 I was interested in. There was a link "check e-price" that I clicked on and they were very efficient responding in less than 10 minutes with a proposal. I arrived at the dealership at 3:00 pm and they had the vehicle ready for a test drive. Terry realized the 3 Litre Q5 was a little out of my comfort zone and recommended the 2 Litre. He was instrumental in finding the perfect vehicle for my comfort level.I had never traded in two vehicles before and they made it very uneventful trading in my 2015 BMW and 2007 Hummer H2. This was one week ago today and could not be any happier with my 2016 Audi Q5, the purchase price and my satisfaction with the value of my trade-ins.The AUDI Q5 is an amazing SUV, easy to drive, at least 50% less road noise than the BMW and very comfortable. Another bonus, rubber floor mats, tinted windows, roof rails and more included.Thank you Terry!

The Sales staff and Service department were great, however the guy doing the paper work was rude ( did not accept my disability nor the legal way that I compensate for it) and then sent the wrong paper work to the State nor would he do all that he should have done. I always thought Tonkin was better than this. Maybe the "finance guy" was upset that I did not use his money.

My husband and I were in no hurry to purchase a car.. we were in the "just looking/test driving" phase. We got paired up with Terry Murphy, super friendly and answered all our questions! My husband is 6'4" and we needed a good amount of leg room. Terry was great, he got us in a Q3, Q5 and Q7 to compare the size and leg room. We told Terry we wanted a Q7 TDI but knew they were currently on a "stop sale". Terry took down my email and said he would contact us if they had one in stock. The following day, Terry emailed me and said they found a Q7 TDI at their other lot and could bring it over for us to test drive. I wasn't planning on test driving the car, I'm not much of a fan of driving (I live in the country, the city roads spook me). We met with both Terry Murphy & Anton Robinson and my husband convinced me to take the car for a spin. My husband sat in the passenger seat, Terry & Anton in the back seat and I drove. The area where they had me drive totally mimics my normal drive to work and that's when I fell in love with the car! Terry & Anton made us feel super relaxed and had us laughing throughout the test drive. Negotiating part of the experience was great, Anton listened to our needs and concerns and we were able to come to an agreeable amount quickly while I happily sipped on my hot cocoa. Jeff, in Finance, super knowledgeable and personable, got us through financing quickly. This was the best car buying experience for both my husband and I. My husband has since been back to the dealership for a tint job on our car and has had nothing but wonderful things to say! We bought an AUDI A3 e-tron from brand specialist Brandi DeAngelo at Audi Wilsonville and were very pleased with our experience. She was helpful and patient working with us older folks when we first started looking at the car and didn't push us to buy it right away. She listened to us and showed us exactly the type car we wanted. We did lots of research since this is a new model in the American market for 2016, although it has been sold in Europe since 2013 I believe. We had not bought a car since 2003, so there were a lot of things that are different than on the 2003 car we had been driving. Especially with all the new tech gadgets and helping us learn how to use them. Even after we bought the car, she invited us to come back and helped us with some of the things we just weren't understanding.The car itself met all our expectations, fits our needs completely, and is a pleasure to drive.J&J Portland, Oregon

I'm not typically one to offer up reviews, but given the poor reputations of car dealerships in general, I thought recognition should be given when recognition is due. I was simply impressed beginning to end. Michael Hardy was our sales associate from the beginning to end except for a brief stop at the financing desk to pay for the car. He knows his stuff. We knew exactly what we wanted, and we knew exactly what we were willing to pay, and we didn't have the hassle of a trade-in. We struck a deal in a matter of minutes, and the entire transaction took less time than it took to wash the car. We walked away with a low-mileage certified pre-owned Audi at a favorable price. I couldn't be happier. Kudos to Michael. Well done!Whatever Tonkin is doing at Audi Wilsonville they should be doing at their other dealerships, that's for sure.

This was my first time leasing a vehicle through my business. It turned out to be a great experience! Salesperson Brandi DeAngelo felt like a real advocate for me throughout the process. She was patient while I test drove three different models (and still patient at the end when I settled on an entirely different one). She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the controls and settings of all the Audi's we drove. She intelligently discusses pros and cons for each model in relationship to my needs. And possibly most importantly, she walked me through the whole process quickly and efficiently. I was prepared to spend hours sitting in the showroom waiting for paperwork but that was not the case working with Brandi. Once I'd made my selection we settled on a very fair price and I was out the door in no time. She made the process very professional and utterly enjoyable. It's a credit to Audi Wilsonville to have salespeople like this on the team.

Walked in around 10am to look around and left close to noon with a new SQ5. Fast, friendly service with no pressure throughout any part of the process. All of the sales staff is always helpful, and willing to answer any questions I have. I have my own sales person that I work with but when he is not available, everyone else are willing to spend time with me. The service and parts staff are the same way, acting as a team to assist me with all my needs. Audi Wilsonville surpassed my expectation for a very nice experience purchasing my new Q5. I asked many questions during the shopping process and Josh knew the answer no matter how technical it was every single time. Just purchased my 3rd vehicle, a 2015 S4, from Josh Jeffery over at Audi Wilsonville. I also used them for all of my service on my previous A4. I could not be happier with the buying process. 2 of the purchases were CPO Audi's and 1 was a Toyota that was at another Tonkin Dealership. In all cases the process has been simple and pleasant. Buying a car and negotiating can be extremely stressful for many but the team here is patient and willing to work with you no matter your buying habits. I was also assisted by Kevin Fields (Sales GM) and Jeff Blackwood (Finance) throughout the final process and both were a pleasure to work with. The service team at Audi Wilsonville is excellent to work with and always communicative and thorough. During a previous service they would not let my vehicle leave the lot until they were 110% satisfied with the repair work. All the while keeping me up to date on status and in an excellent loaner vehicle.I have and will continue to recommend folks to this dealership as I could not say better things about them.

Wilsonville Audi has serviced our Audi A4 and our A3 since moving back to Oregon last fall. Due to the repair cost on our 4, it was more practical to buy new, a new A4. Jonathan Woods was my sales gent and was professional, courteous and spent time showcasing the new Audi's and how they've changed since my 2009. Additionally, he was able to find all of the possible 'credit' items; summer of Audi and the loyalty program. I feel strongly that they gave me a fair deal and their service department advisor, Rod, is one in a million. When a clueless gas station attendant put diesel in my wife's Q5, we were both angry and dreading the hassle of getting it fixed. With a 1 year old infant to take care of and a super busy work schedule, it was the last thing we needed to deal with. I called Audi Wilsonville as soon as they opened and they told me, no problem they would have someone waiting to assist the tow truck driver and that they could provide a loaner car. When we arrived with the car, they immediately made arrangements to start repairs and took down some information to get me a loaner car. Beyond my expectations, they actually drove the loaner car to my house with another Audi staff person following behind, which meant my wife didn't need to do anything to be back in a car. It was fabulous. Their superb service meant I got back to my busy project at work an hour earlier than if I would have had to bring my wife in to pick it up. We bought our Audi from a dealer in California because the guys at Sunset were so hard to deal with, but this was before the Wilsonville store opened. At this point Audi Wilsonville has earned all our future repair business and we'll be talking to them about our next Audi purchase. I can only give them my highest recommendation. It's the best service experience I've ever had.

Living in Seattle area I decided (pretty much on a whim) to drive down to Wilsonville to look at the available cars.I showed up about one hour before the close of the dealership. Nonetheless I was greeted with courtesy and managed to test drive two cars, before eventually buying one of them that same night (A4 CPO) . The experience was definitely worth a drive from Seattle! Both Scott and Jeff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Jeff even dug out information about ongoing Audi promo on CPO vehicles which saved me an extra $500! This is where I'm going to start my search next time I need a car. If there was one thing I'd improve - I'd move them closer to Seattle :)

Ordered a Q5 TDT diesel. Loved building the car on the Audi Website. Josh gave us above bluebook on the trade in and still honored it two and one half months later. The Q5 came in two weeks early, which was great. I used Car Trader to find the make and model car I wanted. Found one at Wilsonville Audi. After I responded as interested, Josh both emailed me more details and called to set up a time I could test drive the car. Since it was a 2 seater, my wife and I took the car out for about a 20 minute test drive while Josh have my old car appraised. The offer was very fair and the process simple. They were sorry I didn't like "MY" new car. Any dealership but a Tonkin dealership would have back us out or would have found a solution. They have HORRIBLE customer service.

I had no idea what make and model of car I wanted to purchase. I just knew I wanted it to be FUN! Audi Wilsonville was the first dealership I visited and I met Scott Bowman. Scott spent a lot of time with me helping me figure out what kind of Audi would meet my fun list and there was absolutely no pressure. There was a second visit for a test drive and multiple email exchanges that occurred before the purchase and Scott was always professional, respectful, and patient with all my questions and indecisiveness. He knew I was checking out other makes and models, yet he didn't pressure me and allowed me the time to make a decision that was right for me. Once I decided on my A5 Cabriolet, the purchase went quickly and smoothly, and I was very happy with the price. It was important to Scott to make sure I knew all about the features on my new Audi. Because it was very late and we couldn't finish the training the day of the purchase, Scott contacted me to schedule a follow-up appointment. He spent about two hours with me going over all my questions about my new car. He even told me about features I didn't know my car had! I returned to Audi Wilsonville for my purchase of a 2014 Audi SQ5. Rocco Sainato handled the sale for me both times and I couldn't of had a more professional sales experience. I was offered full market rate for my trade ins without the need for any haggling, and the pricing of the two new Audis was explained fully with market rate discounts on the price. These practices have happened rarely in my purchase experience of over 35 new vehicles in the last 25 years. Very refreshing! The dealership also handled the financing and bettered the interest rate I had anticipated getting saving me some extra dollars.The facility is very modern, clean, and well organised and everyone is pleasant to work with. Exactly 42 months ago on Christmas Eve, Joe Hermes helped me get into a lease on an A3 Wagon, at the time, it was an easy transaction and a great deal in my estimation. I thoroughly enjoyed the car and the Service interaction at Audi Wilsonville with Pam Tonkin and team over the course of the lease. While nearing the end of my lease, my battery died so I received a new Allroad as a loaner for the day as my issue was checked out. I had been debating on my next car and this extended test drive sealed the deal. I found out you could not buy a loaner car but Joe was able to find a unit that was en-route via train the truck from the port in Houston. While waiting for the car to arrive we easily resolved the new lease deal so it was just a matter of signing paperwork when the car arrived at the dealership. Joe came on on his day off to deliver it and walk me through the new technology. I love my Allroad and highly recommend the team at Audi Wilsonville.

I don't know where to begin! My buying experience at Audi Wilsonville was fantastic. I can't rave enough about the overall experience! I had a unique situation, in the fact that I was making this purchase from the east coast. Josh Jeffery met my parents when they went to check out the car I had seen online. He was incredibly helpful in answering all their questions as well as speaking to me on the phone that first visit. After a little thought I decided I wanted to move forward with the purchase! Had the pleasure of dealing with Anton Robinson again when I wanted to move from an A4 to an A6. Very professional, and worked hard to get my business. I didn't feel pressure at all. I had to pause talks for a couple of weeks because of a work deadline, and he had no problem accommodating. When we resumed, he started right where we left off. Audi Wilsonville is trying to development long term relationships with their customer base, and it's working. If you're looking for a new or preowned Audi, ask for Anton.

I was searching all over the northwest for a specific Toyota 4Runner and stopped in to see the vehicle while on an out of state business trip. The condition was as advertised and I was able to spend plenty of time checking out their featured pre-owned inventory without being approached by a sales person (just the way I like it as I hate feeling like prey at a dealership). I met Scott Larson and he immediately helped get some answers to my questions about this trade-in vehicle. A couple days later on my return trip home I called to see if the car was still available and to ask them to do some preliminary research on my own vehicle as a trade-in. Being alone, with husband back home, I was uneasy about being "vulnerable". Scott was great to work with. He was a true professional and immediately put me at ease. After the test drive, Scott presented his numbers, I countered with mine and we had a deal. They readied the car, filled it with gas and helped me transfer my personal belongings from the trade-in to my new car. Great service and delightful folks to work with! After I got back home, we realized there were a couple more items that I forgot to ask for and with one phone call, those items were on their way to me. Let me start by saying this is what car buying from a dealership should be like everywhere! I dont want to sound like a pompous jerk here but when youre spending way too much money on a car, you should expect a higher level of service and Travis Sutton and the folks at Audi Wilsonville DELIVERED! I was working with a different dealership closer to my home in the state I live in but they didnt seem to interested in selling me a car. Getting them to return e-mails and phone calls was nearly impossible so I decided to try and locate the car I wanted myself. I found the car I wanted on the Audi Wilsonville website, called them up. Travis Sutton took my call and was able to answer all my questions right away. He was the first sales person I had spoken with that knew about the product he was selling. At the other dealership, I knew more about the car, the features, and options than they did but Travis was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. When I asked him for the best price they could do on the car, he said he would have to check with his sales manager and get back with me. Less than 5 minutes later, I received a call from Travis and the price they gave me was INCREDIBLE! It was actually $500 less than my low ball number I was going to start with. At that point, I knew I wanted that car but Audi Wilsonville is in a different state and I was not sure how I was going to get the car at this point so I started talking to Travis about having the car delivered to me. This is where Travis and Audi Wilsonville took customer service to an entirely different level. Rather than put it on a truck and have me wait a week or so, Travis brought the car to me! Not only did this save me a ton of money by not having to ship the car but I got it much sooner. When Travis brought the car to me, he had all the paperwork ready to sign, then spent the extra time going over every single feature of the car from turning on the radio to programming the navigation. Oh, they also made sure I had a full tank of gas when I took delivery. I figured I would at least have to pay for the gas to get that car personally delivered to me from a different state but NOPE, Travis took care of that as well. Words cannot describe how pleased I am buying a car from Travis Sutton and Audi Wilsonville. I only wish they were the dealership I lived closest to so I could use them for future services. I can say, the next Audi I buy will be from Audi Wilsonville.

If given the chance, I would gladly have rated this dealership-Josh specifically-with all 10's! I have purchased and owned countless vehicles in my lifetime and I have had many different levels of service. Of the great service experiences that I've had, Josh Jeffery and Wilsonville Audi is at the top of the list. I visited this dealership after having experienced extemely poor customer service at a competing luxury auto dealership (hardly a 'competitor', however). I was changing from one luxury brand to another, and had a car on order from the factory. Due to the lacking service and total disregard for my business, I decided to see what Wilsonville Audi had available. I contacted Josh via email and visited him the following day. Not being familiar with the Audi brand, Josh patiently spent most of the day with me, between test drives and tutorials on the two different S5s that I was interested in. Even Josh's co-workers were happy to offer information and helpful tips while he was working on different scenarios for my trade-in and purchase alternatives. Regarding my trade-in, I was treated very fairly. I knew exactly what my vehicle was worth and Wilsonville Audi was very equitable in their offer. Jeff in finance was very well-schooled with all of the loan documents and made that process as quick and painless as possible. He was also able to assist me in choosing between different levels of clear masking for my vehicle, explaining the process very thoroughly.The hardest part of the transaction was deciding on which vehicle to drive home! In Sept I put money down on very specific Audi in Seattle. The dealer stalled me, pushed out the delivery date past the guarantee of my very good financing. When I pointed out that other dealers had the exact car I was looking for, they did little to help connect me with the Audi of my dreams. Then came Travis and Jacob of Wilsonville Audi. Found the white Audi TTS that I was looking for - only three hours south of Seattle in Oregon. They helped me work out the deal with my bank in a matter of hours over email. Jacob responded to emails quickly. They found great discounts that I didn't know I was eligible for - like the Audi Loyalty discount. The next day I took the train from Seattle to Portland and Travis picked me up at Union Station - he's a sweety! Within an hour, I was out the door with my brand new Audi TTS and off to visit a friend in the area. Travis and Jacob did a great job to get me the car I wanted with the features I wanted. Travis demonstrated every feature that I wanted and helped me get everything adjusted - just right. They were very supportive and helpful.

We had originally planned to go to the other Audi Dealership in Beaverton but discovered they didn't have the model we were interested in so we gave Audi Wilsonville another try. My take on Audi Willsonville is that their service seems to be really good if you can get it. Fist Visit:Invisible customers!!! My family has been considering a small SUV(BMW X1, X3, Audi Q5) for my wife. We bought an a4 from Audi Wilsonville last year. Anyway, on a previous day we went to the BMW dealership to look at the X line. I wanted to check out the Q5TDI before purchasing the BMW. This day we had gone to the beach and were dressed very casual. I was in a comfortable but faded pair of Carhartt work pants, T shirt, and work boots. We arrived in an inexpensive(>$10K) car, an old BMW 740iL, a really fun/roomy/comfortable car. We were there for quite some time, maybe 45 minutes, and looked at two different cars out on the lot. We had gone inside and used the bathroom and walked past some employees just hanging out chatting. No one said anything or even looked at us as we walked past them twice. We thoroughly looked at the inside of the q5 and q7 that were unlocked and parked in front of the show room. Never once did anyone talk to us or acknowledge our existence. I got the impression they were just waiting for us to leave. Finally, a bit annoyed at being ignored for so long we got back in our car and left. I don't think I will be back to Wilsonville Audi. I may drive further to Sunset Audi or more likely trade the Audi we have in on a BMW.

Ok, as we all know...There is always ONE in the bunch that has a piss pour experience with dealerships! This is mine...I went to buy a so called "well maintained" "well taken care of" Audi Q7. I drove the car off the lot got it home and upon further inspection the was supposed to be done by the DEALERSHIP..I found a golf ball size hole in the sidewall of the right front tire, that was dangerous as xxxx! Had to get it replaced at Les Schwabs. Then we found that they "during inspection" missed the back door handles that had exposed wires that my baby girl thought shocked her when she closed the door. Then we did buy a extended warranty... which according to them cover absolutely nothing!. I have to pay 3000 for sunroof motor that has been replaced twice already, cause its "not covered". This is the third time that we have had our Q7 in there for service and we bought it 4 weeks ago! Last time we took it in the found upon inspection the ECM module is defective...Which according to them again " we will will cover it but its not something that is typically covered". So since we have bought our Audi I have told my friends dont go out there, go to Audi of Portland maybe they can treat you better and have better luck on a paid for warranty! Who knows!!

This will go down as the BEST car buying experience we have EVER had. Jeff's communication and professionalism through the entire process was spectacular and unrivaled. He understood the type and size of car that I was looking to purchase, what my budget was and was able to find the PERFECT car for my family and within the time frame we had. Audi Wilsonville absolutely redefines what quality customer service is - I have never encountered such a fantastic team of sales, finance, and service staff. From the very first email that I sent to Kevin Fields (General Sales Manager), I was in good hands from beginning to end. Every time I sent an email, I received an expeditious and informative response within 10 minutes or so. This was still true even when Kevin was out of office at his personal home - he was available and ready to assist me in any capacity necessary. This top notch service would of been enough, but he didn't stop impressing there. Not only was he readily available, but he did everything within his power to give me the best deal possible in my search for a new car, without excessive coaxing from me! He made it extremely clear that he wanted to help get me into the car that was best for me, in the most manageable financial perspective. As I said, I never felt so comfortable dealing in a business transaction of any kind, not just limited to car sales. A completely no pressure, smooth sailing experience, with Kevin at the helm. When it came time to come into the dealership to close the deal Kevin and I had set down - I was again stunned with how quickly and efficiently it all came to pass. I didn't even have a set appointment, and as soon as I walked in, I was attended to by Kevin personally. I can tell that in his position, Kevin is a very busy individual, which makes it all the more impressive that he is right there ready to help as you need it. Kevin saw to it that I was assigned very capable sales staff - Anton Robinson and Jacob Goudy. Jacob took me out to the vehicle I wanted to purchase, which was pulled up before I even arrived, and allowed me to inspect it to my standards. After satisfactorily examining the vehicle, I jumped behind the wheel and took it for a very pleasant and well guided test drive by Jacob. Upon returning to the dealership, Anton took over, double-checking and triple-checking that my experience was agreeable before even beginning the paperwork. Which brings me to the next subject, yet again they impressed me with this! The paperwork was barely even that, as it was all digitized, and filled in for me to reduce wait time and hassle. All was explained to me in a thorough fashion, so as to ensure that I understood what I was signing before I was signing it. Once all the paperwork had been squared away, I was directed to the financial department, where Jeff Blackwood too immensely good care of me as well - he explained everything as thoroughly as possible, in a no pressure environment, before I signed anything. Jeff made it clear that my comfortability took precedence over closing any deals. This, in turn, made me want to buy from Audi even further. After all the paperwork was cleared and squared away, I was handed the keys to my brand new vehicle which was topped off with gas and waiting to drive me home! Before leaving, Anton gave me an incredibly detailed walkthrough of the vehicle, so that I had peace of mind in knowing how it worked. To put the proverbial "cherry on top", Anton let me know that if I ever needed a car wash, or anything explained in my vehicle that I should give him a call and he would see to it personally. In closing, as I began, Audi Wilsonville is the absolute pinnacle of service - they clearly know exactly what they are doing in regards to customer satisfaction. I can honestly say, even if I moved several hundreds of miles away - I would come back to Audi Wilsonville without a doubt to purchase another vehicle. We looked at lots of cars, but decided that Audi was the right fit for us. Did some preliminary legwork through the internet, then came to the dealer. John Frentos coulnd't have been more helpful, nice and friendly. Explained everything about the car and it's many features. We got exactly the trade in deal we wanted and the car we wanted at a price we thought was very fair for a hot off the press car. We were going to order bur John found us a car sooner. He kept us updated as to when the car would arrive, and once it got there, we were treated very well and got the paperwork done fairly quickly. The dealership was extremely busy as it was the last day of the month, but they still got us done fairly fast. John called the next day to thank us and let us know if we had any questions, he was there for us. Nice touch, and I believe him! We have had promises of "I'm there for you" from other dealers in the past with no follow through, but I am sure this time will be different. Everyone we spoke to just couldn't have been nicer and no pressure!!! Wonderful experience!!
