Bill Hunter is a Brand Specialist at Audi Warwick and was phenomenal to work with! He was very efficient and responsive. Not only was he profoundly knowledgeable and helpful during the sale process, but has been consistently helpful over 3 weeks later with questions on my end. In the rare circumstance he didn't know an answer to my question offhand, he immediately followed up via email with an answer. My family and I really appreciate all of his efforts and how personable he was! It made the deal a very easy process.

Every time I've tried to schedule service on their website, no one has ever gotten back to me. I've attempted this three times now and it's always the same. What is the point of offering online scheduling if no one's monitoring these requests? So incredibly frustrating and of course damaging to the brand.

My wife and I bought a BMW X1 two years ago and we were greatly impressed with the level of service and attention to details from Inskip BMW. That same level of service and attention to detail was present at Audi Warwick (same parent dealership) and with sales rep RodneyGirouard when I purchased the used Audi A4. That same level of service is apparent if your buying a quarter-million dollar car or a used one. Rodney was very engaged in the sale and answered all of my questions on the car, worked with me on getting a replacement on a small interior part and was very easy to talk to and work with. Even after picking up the car Rodney was instrumental in getting one of the master keys re-coded. He took care of everything promptly. During the finance transaction portion of the purchase, it could not have been more streamlined and well prepared. I was in and out in 5 minutes.Very well organized and you can see the teamwork. I would again visit Audi Warwick and recommend anyone interested in any of the vehicle manufacturers they offer.

This is the 4th Audi we have purchased through Inskip, Rodney is the only salesperson we would ever return to or for that matter remember at all. Not ever notified of serious service bulletins in reference to my 2009 Audi A4 Brought the car in for service issues related to oil consumption and other series engine related problems.We were told they had no courtesy loaner vehicles and sent us to Hertz Rental. The only mid size car available at Hertz was a Buick that smelt like marijuana and cigarette smoke 2 others available vehicle were compact cars . I discussed the car loaner issues with a service manager named Barry who was rude and condescending who made NO attempt to try and secure a clean comfortable comparable vehicle. I find it hard to believe that a car owner driving a high end luxury vehicle with car payments close to $ 600.00 per month should ever have to be placed in a dirty car or a compact vehicle .

I bought my Audi RS5 a right before Christmas sight-unseen from Jonathan Trant. As I live about 20+ hours away, being able to trust my sales consultant was important. His great communication skills put my mind at ease on this substantial purchase, and his follow up was perfect. He let me know about the vehicle's condition in great detail, and made the negotiation process very easy. He recommended some transportation options and made sure that the vehicle was clean and ready-to-go before it was even loaded on the truck. Let me just say, Penske did it again!!! Audi Warwick has incredible used and new inventory, and their staff is awesome. I owned a 2010 AUDI Q5 PREMIUM PLUS 3.2 V6 WITH S-LINE PACKAGE. I went and bought a 2013 Q5 3.0 T with 10,000 miles. Also, i had requested that the trailer hitch was taken off my 2010 and put on the 13 and the service department did! Mark Walker sold me my new SUV. He was a friendly, genuine man. When Warwick was owned by Inskip, I bought a variety of cars from Inskip like Lexus's, BMW'S, Acura's, Infiniti's, etc. Now whenever i need service or oil change, Audi comes to my house picks up my car and gives me an Audi Loaner Car. Incredible experience. Job well done!

I'm wrapping up a deal on a 2012 Audi CPO A3 and the enitre buying experience at Audi Warwick has been excellent. My salesperson, Chris Jones, has been extremely friendly, professional, enthusiastic and communicative. The dealership itself seems committed to quality and accountability; I feel much better about buying a used CPO Audi here at Audi Warwick than from other Audi dealers. Called Bill after another Audi dealer quoted a repair price I felt was out of line, since I had mentioned the noise in the steering column and a clicking felt in the wheel, while the car was under warranty. At that time the problem could not be duplicated.Returned the car to Bill. Once the car cooled the noise was detected. Since the car is now out of warranty, but with only 28,800 miles, he was able to split the cost of the part with me.The replacement was done quickly and correctly. Alined all four wheels.Left the dealership with a smile.

Recently I purchased a used 2013 Audi A8 from Warwick Audi in Rhode Island. I purchased this vehicle after seeing it online and without ever having seen the vehicle in person. Chris Jones was able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle highlighting the current state of the vehicle as well as mentioning the minor aesthetic defects in the car as it had been used. Chris went the extra mile to ensure that the defects were either fixed or minimized to make sure I was getting a like-new, used vehicle. Chris walked me through the entire process and ensured all of my questions were answered in a timely and effective manner. When I received the vehicle after having it shipped to my location in Texas I was extremely happy that there were no surprises on delivery. The vehicle came exactly as Chris described it to me. After talking to him about the vehicle he offhandedly mentioned that he identified a minor aesthetic scratch in the. He took immediate ownership of the situation and decided that the minor aesthetic part should be replaced prior to shipping to ensure that I got the vehicle in a pristine state. Chriss demonstrated commitment to me as a customer made me feel as if he were my advocate in RI versus being a salesperson. I would certainly recommend Audi Warwick and specifically Chris Jones to anyone looking for a vehicle either locally or from anywhere in the US. Great Job.

I brought my A4 in to Inskip for an oil change and check the A/C. I told Bill Spencely, my Service Advisor, that the cable to open the hood was frozen and he added that to the list to check. Ultimately, he had to change the cable, recharge the A/C, and replace the hood strut, which was done on warranty as it had been replaced in January. I waited for the car and it was completed around noon, about a 4 hour repair (I brought a book.) As always, Bill was his usual professional, friendly and informative self and the repair work was completed fairly quickly considering the unseen issue of the hood strut.


They work VERY VERY HARD to get the deal done 4u !

I really do not know from where should i start from but long story short, This people work very hard and i mean it VERY hard to get the deal done for you. My wife was interested in 09 Passat komfort and the price was omg unbelievable 9750$$ and the closest in the market at this time was 12500$ same condition and mileage. this is not the point, the point is my wife screwed her credit before and i expected since it is Audi they won't care about us but to be honest i am speechless for the effort they put to get this deal done in 2 days and the interest rate that the local dealer told us was 18% but in Audi they got us 9%. Bottom Line if u looking for a used car like me please don't be afraid to contact the big dealers specially "Audi Warwick" this is the lesson i learned in that place Thanks Chris the sales man and the finance Manager forgive me i forgot his name. 1 day when i have money i promise i'll buy my audi from them no doubt about it.

I responded to an ad the very first day I saw online for a used Honda Accord and I was fortunate to be assigned to Rodney. I told him I live in NYC about 3 hours away and that did not deter him. He sent me pix of the car within 15 mins from his cell phone. I hesitated for a few days cuz the car was priced over $4K from my budget of $25K.He kept in touch with me over several days and eventually we settled on an agreed price. I drove to the dealership with my trade-in fearful I'd have to return to NYC with a lowball trade-in offer but that was not to be.I was given a fair and reasonable price for my trade-in and he stuck to the quote I was given over the phone for the Accord.There was no bate and switch. They did not force me into anything. Everyone was pleasant from the receptionist, to the sales manager, Jason Burley,and the Finance Manager Mr. Hok. They accepted the financing from my credit union which other dealers in NYC did not want to be bothered with like SI Nissan and others.The most surprising thing that happened ,after the sale was completed and all legal papers were signed off, was Rodney sat with my family and explained the features of the Accord even though he's an Audi salesman.We were very appreciative of his gesture because it was a long ride back to NYC with an unfamiliar car.The dealership is immaculate and, all together, a pleasant experience.Check them out.

September came around, it was time to get my next service, and still no call. I called to schedule service and see if I could get the camera installed, and they had to order it and would call in a couple weeks to set and appointment. A month went by and still no call; I had to call (the part was in) and get the appointment scheduled. Now I need a weather strip replaced and guess what, it's on order and I was supposed to get a call within 2-3 days. Its now been two weeks, and I guess I'll have to call again to get anything done. They have a nice dealership, and the employees all seem friendly enough, but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. If I didn't like the brand and the car so much I would be done with these guys.

Came back in with my wife and wanted to test drive the Q5 and Allroad. We decided on the Allroad. Told him we would get back to him in a couple of days. Again, no pressure or gimmicks. No "what can I do to get you a car today" nonsense. Bottom line, I negotiated with Barry and his manager Jason on a price for the car and trade in via e-mail. It was smooth and to the point and we all agreed on the terms. When I came back in for the paperwork, Jason introduced himself and thanked us for our business and offered his assistance on anything. Met with Sophion for the financials and it was a done deal. It was easy and hassle free. Barry was very accommodating and professional and would recommend him when looking at an Audi. Good experience all around.

Employees make the difference! Like so many of the reviewers have stated, Inskip had a less than reputable reputation. Obviously, they have the product but the sales practice was evidently lacking. In my opinion, all that has changed having just purchased an Audi A7. My salesman, Jonathan Trant, should be an example for others to follow. Jonathan was very informative but never pushy. Not once did I feel he was anything but informative. The delivery went smoothly and a follow-up call was made. If you're shopping Audi give Jonathan a call, you won't regret it.

WoW If I read all the reviews it sounds to me that the Inskip Audi or Penske Automall sales reps write their own reviews which wouldn't surprise me at all as the people there are arrogant. Sorry I didn't have a very good experience. I am an Inskip customer for the last 8 years and was in the market for a Audi Q5 knowing that that car was the hot item. Inskip didn't have a lot of Q5's on the lot. My wife and I stepped into the Audi dealership and from the moment opening the door until closing we felt we bothered Dave S. the sales rep. Even though nobody was in the dealership (customers). Dave was arrogant and we got the feeling he didn't want to sell us a car. I gave Dave S. the exact specs for the Q5 I wanted he looked the Inventory in New England and couldn't find one. So I asked him if he could order surprise surprise he says he couldn't. After asking Dave repeadetly he let me wife sit in one of the Q5's .... Great.... (never offered a test drive) He asked me what I wanted to pay for the car so I gave him my number (big mistake) he came back with his number and we were US $ 1'000 off. Now the amazing statment from Dave S was...with the Q5's I really don't have to negotiate a price WoW again... Inskip/Penske Automall PLEASE send your sales reps to training it is worthwile the investment. For me NO MORE INSKIP.... I have choices as well.

Growing-up in Rhode Island, Inskip or now its the Penske Automall - has always had an unfavorable reputation. Known forarrogant sales staff; unsatisfactory and expensive service center; and far-from-honest business practices, I was very reluctant pulling into the parking lot. However, I was looking for a certified Audi in Rhode Island and there aren't any other dealerships that have them. I was pleasantly surprised with my initial interaction with Rodney Girouard, a sales person at Audi Warwick who happened to be working that day out on the lot. Although it took me a couple of months to finally make my move and to trade-in my car that I loved for a newer Audi A3, I found Rodney's approach with me and sales style a pleasant one. Rodney was patient and kept me briefed on the inventory coming in and out of their lot. I believe, I received a fair deal for my old car and new car. It seemed as though Rodney went to bat for me for not only the price but for a couple issues with the car which needed to addressed by the service department before we "closed the deal". Just purchased a new Audi from Inskip. I send the same specs for the car I wanted by email to 5 Audi dealers. I did not look forward to the process of going through five different prices and make them apples for apples to see which offer was best. And guess what? Inskip's Greg Schilling promptly and professionally provided a price for the car that was, without haggling, much better than any of the others. And the others included one dealership that I spent many hours visiting and negotiating with. Not only that, but Inskip's general policies on picking up the car for service, loaner cars, etc. made a joke out of all the others also. So, my car buying life got much, much better when I brought Greg Schilling and Inskip into it.So, I ordered the exact car I wanted. They told me it would take about 3 months to get an ordered car, that was OK with me, and I got the car in nearly exactly 3 months. But here is the rest of the story. A couple of weeks after I signed the contract (which by the way obligated me to nothing if I did not like my ordered car when it arrived!), I decided to add another option. The retail price on this option was $1,100. I was thankful enough to Greg and Inskip for promptly changing the build of the car that I did not ask for what they would charge me. I was not paying retail for the car or any of the options in the original order. So only when I paid for the car did I learn what they were going to charge me. I am 57 years old, and have dealt with car dealers many a time. So as nice as Greg and Inskip had been, I fully expected the pay the full $1,100 for the added option. Well, it did not work out that way. WITHOUT ME EVEN HAVING TO SAY A WORD, GREG AND INSKIP APPLIED THE SAME PERCENTAGE DISCOUNT TO THIS $1,100 AS THEY HAD TO THE OPTIONS IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER. WAS THIS DISCOUNT HUGE - NO. BUT WHEN THE LAST TIME A CAR DEALER YOU WORKED WITH DID THE RIGHT THING WITHOUT EVEN BEING ASKED?So, in my educated opinion having shopped more than two months before deciding to do business with Inskip, if you want an Audi in New England, start your shopping at Inskip. Recently, due to family considerations, my wife and I made a decision to trade out of our current BMW sedan and into a new SUV. We did a lot of research and narrowed down a "short list" of vehicles we were interested in to the Audi Q5, BMW X3, and Mercedes ML 350. The first vehicle we chose to look at was the Audi Q5. Inskip Audi is where we encountered one of the most customer oriented, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice sales people we have ever met...David Sorafine.We explained our situation and requirements to David. We also explained that we had just begun the search, and that this was the first place, and the Q5, was the first vehicle that we were looking at. David listened...understood our needs, and expertly explained all of the virtues of the Q5...and with absolutely no hard sell tactics or pressue. He displayed a sincere understanding of our number one requirement...ensuring that we had all of the information we needed to make the best decision on the "right" vehicle for us. He also explained in great detail why he felt the Q5 was that vehicle. I explained to him that, while we thought the Q5 might indeed be the vehicle for us, we also wanted to look at the BMW X3 and Mercedes Benz ML 350 before making any decision, and since both of the other vehicles were also located at the Inskip complex would he have some time that afternoon to show them to us?David said no problem...he completely understood our decision to look at the other vehicles before making a final selection. However, David explained he could not show us the other vehicles we wanted to see (even thought they were all at the Inskip complex!!!) but that he would be happy to walk us over to both of the other dealerships and introduce us to one of the other sales associates there. He assured us it was no problem, and that all of the other Inskip staff members were very nice and knowledable and would ensure all of our questions about the other vehicles were answered (again he was correct, we received excellent service at the other dealers). Bottom line...David made us feel very at ease during what can be a very stressful process, and with what could have been a very awkward situation. We did indeed end up purchasing another vehicle that determined more closely met our needs from a different Inskip dealer. And yes, David was correct, we did indeed receive great service from all of the Inskip staff we encountered, regardless of the dealer. Even though I didn't have to, I personally called David the next day to let him know of our final decision. Again, the consumate professional, he thanked me for the call, congratulated us on the purchase, and said he was happy my wife and I found the "right" vehicle for us. He also went on to say if he could help us with anything, in anyway in the future, not to hesitate to call on him. What a class act. David is a credit, not just to the Audi dealership, but to the entire Inskip organization. David took what could have been an awkward situation and turned it into a positive. I intend to write another rating regarding the superb experience I had with my sales associate, Frank Giorgio, at the Inskip Mercedes dealship. He too deserves accolades for going out of his way to make sure we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision, and on working tirelessly to put together a deal that worked for us.

We had a great experience at Inskip Audi. After visiting the New England Auto Show in Providence a few weeks ago, we became interested in a new Q5. My wife, myself and a close friend wandered in off the street on Valentine's day, my wife's birthday. Both David and Erin were great to work with. I liked the fact that David left it up to us do decide if he came with us on the test drive. We said yes, and I'm glad he did. David did a great job of pleasantly explaining the Q5's complex technical features without overwhelming us. He also showed us some of the vehicle's performance features that we would not have noticed on our own. David did a great job of picking up on the fact that it was my wife's birthday, and everyone did a great job of preparing the truck so that we could pick it up the same day. I think he even stayed a little late on valentine's day to help us pick up the vehicle that evening. David helped my wife get the Bluetooth set up and working with her phone. That was a nice touch. He was so friendly and HONEST (which has always been my problem with previous dealers) that I drove home my new A4 today and couldn't be happier. I have already recommended him to my friends. It was quick, fair, and painless. Erin in finance was also great to deal with. They gave me a very fair trade in price which I wasn't expecting. I bought my third vehicle (all new) from Inskip at the end of November. Previously I had bought an Audi A4 (1996), then an Infiniti G35X (2004) and this time an Audi A6. This time was certainly the simplest of the three. I had previously driven a car both there and at another dealer, and was familiar with the price (list and invoice) of the model, although not the exact spec of the car I ended up buying. There was no back and forth with the sales manager. My salesperson, David Sorafine, presented my price, which was accepted and that was that. David influenced the price I would offer a little, but I was happy with the deal. I like shopping for a new car as much as I like going to the dentist, so when I entered the showroom at Inskip Audi, I was a bit apprehensive. Along comes this gentle giant David Sorafine (stands 6'8 or so) who quickly alleviated me of my anxiety. I explained to Dave that I was looking to trade out of my A8L into an S5. Dave went over the pros and cons of downsizing, and suggested that we take the S5 for a test drive. Dave made sure we tested the car on a number of road conditions, especially rough roads, so I could experience the difference from my A8. I quickly decided that I had to have the S5, and Dave worked with me to build the one with my specifications. Dave is an extremely nice, no pressure sales representative. His easy going and professional nature made him a pleasure to work with. Dave gets it. He understands that happy clients beget more happy clients, and that service is a differentiator.Dave ordered my car, kept me informed of its delivery status and even personally picked it up at the port! I had purchased many cars from Inskip over the years and had found that lately the over all sales experience had been very poor at Mercedes, BMW and Porsche. The sales associates were cold, and only focused on the quick sale and not educating the consumer and working to get the best deal and financing. I had previoulsy visited the dealership in 2007 and was singularly underwhelmed, but shortly after I was handed to David Sorafine I knew that we would do business together and enjoy it to boot.David proved to be a no nonsense sales person who knew both his product and his customer--we are all different you know. I have purchased a number of cars from Inskip - Volvo S80, Volvo C70, Infinity G35, and I had my Nissan Murano serviced at Inskip. The purchase of my 2011 Audi Q5 was without a doubt my best experience I have had at any dealership! David met me in the lot a few weeks ago when I was kicking tires and had not yet made a decision about a vehicle. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and I never felt like I was being pressured. He gave me a brochure and his card and asked me to call him if I had any questions. I called him back a few days later and asked if my wife an I could test drive the Q5. He took us out for a test drive and basically let the car sell itself. He pointed out all of the high tech features that the car offers and again we never felt we were being pressured. When we deceided to purchase the car David was a big help with our trade-in and made the process easy. He also got us aquote for a number of options that we were considering (ski rack, bike rack).Our experience with Erin was similar. She was very helpful fine tuning our financing package. Having owned a 2004 A4 that was regularly serviced at Inskip Audi, I was already familiar with their high level of professionalism and personal service. When the time came for me to upgrade to a new model, I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for based upon an Internet search prior to visiting the dealership. The Internet rep helped me to schedule a meeting with sales rep Mark Walker at my convenience.Ironically, when I arrived the car I had viewed online was no longer available. However, Mark had a 2011 A4, same color, at the "Prestige" level with everything I wanted plus more options that were nice but not on my "must have" list. He worked it out so that I was able to purchase the car for less than the price of the initial car, with all of the bells and whistles attached.The process was smooth, seamless, and efficient. One thing I do not enjoy is spending hours haggling over price or filling out lots of paperwork. In January I decided to trade in my Lexus 350 and buy a smaller SUV. After doing some research on the internet it seemed to me that either a BMW X3 or Audi Q5 was what I was looking for. Having previously had a good experience with Inskip, my husband and I headed down intending to do nothing but look at both cars. Went to Inskip BMW first and met a very nice salesman who showed us an X3 and offered a test drive which we declined. We then went next door to Inskip Audi and were greeted by David Sorafine. David showed us a Q8 and convinced me that I really should drive it. I loved the car and when we got back to the dealership David convinced me to sit down and talk some numbers. He was actually fun to negotiate with and I think the deal he offered us was fair, but since I had not yet done any research on what would be a good price for either the Q5 or my Lexus, I told David I wasnt ready to buy yet. He graciously thanked us for coming in and said he hoped that when I was ready to buy I would give him a chance to make a sale. Assuring him that I would, we went home and didnt return for a couple of months. When I called David to make an appointment he told me the car I had looked at in January was sold, but asked exactly what I was looking for so he could try to have it on the lot. When my husband and I arrived back at Inskip David had a car which was almost identical to the one I drove (including the color) and when he gave me a price which was within the range I had decided I would pay, we quickly made a deal. After working with my local dealer to find just the right car and not getting far, I started reaching out to dealers out of my local area with mixed reviews. When I was reached Mark Walker at Inskip Audi in RI, I was immediately comfortable with his understanding of my situation and his willingness to help. Mark conducted an exhaustive search and gave me the exact spec of every car that was close to my request within a large search area. He found a car I never would have come across and got final numbers to me within hours. I confirmed some lease specifics with his finance specialist, Erin, and we were all on the same page. We finalized everything in 1 day. Mark got the car to his dealership within two business days, prepped it, 3M clear bra and full detail. I showed up that night to take delivery (and I was almost an hour early). Mark was ready to deliver the car, manual, keys, etc sitting on his desk, he had worked everything out with my insurance company for the plate transfer. While we went over how the keys worked, etc the (I assume) sales manager and two salesmen were on their knees transferring the plates my trade and Erin from finance had me sign the usual 20 pages of required documents and I was driving away within 40 minutes of arriving at the dealership. Why did I pick Mark Walker & Inskip Audi? Because they took care of me better than any other dealership in the northeast from the minute they picked up the phone the first time. Would I recommend them again? Absolutely. This is my 7th new Audi in a row. I have never had such a smooth, stress free, well orchestrated experience. I was in the market for an Audi S4 - tough car to come by. Inskip didn't have what I wanted in stock (nor did any other dealer). Inskip did, however, go out of their way to alter an already placed dealer order, to get me exactly what I wanted. In doing so, they honored a generous discount (for this model) offered against their in-stock vehicle. I felt that their trade value was fair for my vehicle, and their service was excellent. I kept asking for the bad news first, and I never got it. Tom Vincent did a great job keeping me informed of the status of my transaction, and immediately went to the port to pick the car up. I had been searching far and wide for a certified pre-owned 2007 A4 quattro cabriolet and I found exactly what I was looking for at Inskip Audi all the way down in Rhode Island. I contacted Inskip through their website and received an immediate response that the three cabriolets I'd seen on their website were available. I made an appointment to go see the cars and took a 1/2 day off work to make the drive. I want to see all three and compare them.The dealership itself is an impressive place. They have just about every high-end brand you can think of all connected by a series of roads and rotaries. The place is enormous. I was greeted by David upon entering the dealership and he showed me the cabriolets I was interested in. We then took one out for a test drive which involved some fun twisty roads, highway and rough and smooth surfaces to show off the A4. David knows what someone wants in a test drive. He even endured some top-down driving on a 40F day.I decided on the vehicle I wanted and negotiations were very straightforward. I presented David and his sales manager offers on my trade I'd received from other dealerships and they matched it no problem. The value of what they had price vs. mileage/options was as good as I'd found, better in fact, after quite a bit of research and visiting other Audi dealerships. They even offered to deliver the car all the way up to New Hampshire and take my trade back which they indeed did later in the week. David gave me a call to see if I was enjoying my car.I had some small issues with the ride of the car and gave the service department a call. They offered to pick up my car from Cambridge, MA, drop off a loaner for me to keep for two days and take the car back to Warwick to see what the issue was. I ended up just getting the issue (tires needed balancing) at a local dealership but I was impressed they'd go through all of that to make things perfect. I also needed some documentation to complete my registration. All it took was a few emails and I had what I needed in hand via FedEx Next Day.I am very happy with my new car. I got the royal treatment at the dealership and afterwords. I feel I got a good value although Audis and the like will always be too expensive in my book. But, Hyundai doesn't make an all-wheel drive four seater convertible, DO THEY? I would definitely recommend Inskip to others looking for high-line cars given their inventory, pricing, my experience in the sales process and what they were willing to do after the fact to make it perfect. They have an excellent service department, and if you purchase your new or used Audi from them and live relatively nearby, they will come to your house, drop off a loaner car, and take your car in for service. Inskip Audi is a wonderful dealership. Mike Johnston who is the service manager is honorable, friendly, knowledgeable and makes every customer feel special. The workmanship has been on target, done with little waiting time and they take care of every problem and tell you if they see anything else that could be an issue. There are no surprise fees or charges, you feel when you drive off that your car has gotten excellent service in a timely manner. On January 5th, my wife was on her way home when her Audi A4 began to have a problem with the engine; it was displaying an Engine Warning Light and the engine was starting to skip and lose power. She managed to get the car home where I could try to determine what the problem could be. After checking that the gas cap was properly tightened and no other visable causes found, I called INSKIP Service. Since it was already beyond normal service hours; I chose to leave a brief message with the Service Manager - Mike Johnston - to call me in the morning to see what could be done.On January 6th; to my pleasure, Mike Johnston called me sharply at 8am; listened to what I described as the problem and he immediately suggested that I have my vehicle towed in so to prevent any possible additional problems as soon as possible and that he would see that it was serviced as quickly as possible. I made towing arrangements and got my car to the Service Department within the next two hours. Mike Johnston greeted me upon arrival and took me to Bill Spenceley - service advisor who immediately wrote up the service sheet and arranged for a service technician to immediately begin working on my car. Diagnostics proved that the issue was exactly what the Service Manager had suspected. The parts were in stock; the repairs made and my car was finished, road tested, and washed - ready for my pickup within 2 hours. With their immediate response to my service issue, I was back on the road again before 1pm with my car running perfectly. Their dedication to Customer Service is really outstanding and I will surely recommend the Inskip Audi service team anytime to anyone needing quality service.

The generally accepted view when one visits an automobile dealership to purchase either a new or used vehicle is that the entire process will be adversarial; however this was not the case when I visited Inskip Audi to purchase a new vehicle. The entire process was positive i.e. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, more than willing to answer any of my questions about the dealership and in particular my questions about the Audi models available. My sales representive was Mark Walker and he did an exceptional job answering my questions and demonstrating all aspects of the A5's features. He is an outstanding salesperson and a real asset to the dealership. Inskip is not what I view as a typical dealership inasmuch as they go well beyond what one expects to provide both professional and courteous service before and after the time of purchase. I tried to buy 2 different types of cars here over the past 4 years. They DO NOT negotiate much off the MSRP. The salespeople use high pressure with a smile. They "fib" about pricing, availability and all sound like good candidates for a politicians job. I did bring my previous vehicle(purchased at Herb Chambers) into Inskip for the free 5K service and various recalls. I was told by my neighborhood mechanic that my tires were wearing unevenly at 15K miles, and maybe a warranty issue. When I brought this up at Inskip, I was assured this was not the case. Pretty funny as I then went to a general tire repair place & they got my tires replaced under the warranty. If you do not buy your car from them, they do not want you to bring in your car for service. At least that's the picture they paint. Some service guys are friendly, one of the salesmen I spoke with was nice enough, but overall, they do not seem like a professional savvy business group. They also make it known that they WILL NOT accept competitor coupons for service or accessories.

The pre-owned manager at the time (Justin) was great and really did everything he could to help me, unfortunately I can't say the same for his boss and General Manager Ron Girouard who instructed Justin not to sell the vehicle to me for the agreed on price. After fighting with Ron he finally agreed to sell me the Q7 for the price I had previously negotiated for my trade and the Q7. I don't understand how a company like Penske can employ such an incompetent General Manager like Mr. Girouard. He makes a horrible appearance, hides from customers until he must talk to them can't look people in the eye when he talks and doesn't back up anything he says. I will not buy another vehicle from Inskip Audi until Mr. Girouard is no longer employed there. I suggest going to another dealership.

I went to Inskip to try and order an '08 S5 coupe. Not only was I not taken seariously but I was just given from one sales representitive to another, clearly they didnt feel that I was important enough to deal with. I dont like the idea of spending 50 grand plus on a vehicle and not even be given the time of day. I felt like they all thought I was just wasting their time, though I had an audi sitting outside, though only an a4, it has about 20k of aftermarket pieces added to it. So its not like I was just some shmuck coming in off the street. I also didnt like the fact that they offered me 200 dollars off of sticker, I wasnt born yesterday and I know that there is 6% mark up in audi, so giving me 200 dollars off is rediculous... they lost my business...
