I hate writing negative reviews, because I always feel a business should have an opportunity to resolve any complaints in private first. I attempted to do this with Audi of Shrewsbury, but unfortunately it has come to this. I'm very disappointed with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them and I explicitly asked Tony in the sales department about any issues with the car and stated in writing there were no issues with the car whatsoever, that it was perfect mechanically and cosmetically. When I received the car, it had damage to the wheels. They refused to cover the cost of the wheel repair saying "its normal to have damage to the wheels". When I spoke to the sales manger, Dave, he rudely told me "no more action on this". Also, the suspension is throwing an error code and requires servicing, which should have been noticed and serviced prior to listing the car. On the financing side, the dealership finance department didn't enter information from my credit app correctly, resulting in potentially paying a higher interest rate than what I would have qualified for. Lastly, it took them 2 weeks to get the correct paperwork for the title because their finance person "forgot" to send it (despite being called and emailed many times). When I told them that I was going to leave a review detailing my experience, they threatened to sue me! Why would anyone shop here when there are much more honest and professional dealerships out there?

I don't even know where to start!! Wish I never found out about that car that I bought. The whole experience from the beginning was filled with LIES. They promised me one thing, then next time I go or call them back, they say something different. I am still waiting for them to deliver....I regret everything about this place, but it's a cute dealership...just wish I never wasted my time driving all the way there and wasting my money. Wish it was like Walmart where I could return the car, but no, am stuck with it. Sigh!!!

I brought my daughters 2009 A3 into Shrewsbury Audi to have a "fuel too lean" check engine code diagnosed. I was happy with the diagnosis, but the estimate for the repair was WAY over priced. The N80 (emissions purge value) needed to be replace. They quoted me $400 for the repair. The part is about $120, so that leave $280 in labor, or 2 hours of labor. I declined to have them do it. I'm pretty handy, so I did in myself in less than an hour! I'm not a professional mechanic.. Just a guy with simple tools.. Geez guys.. Where did that estimate come from??!!!??? The car also has an oil leak, so they cleaned off the oil and drove and let it run to try to see where the oil is coming from. The car has about 90k miles on it. They told me it was the oil pan and charged me $280. A bit high, but understandable.. They gave me an estimate of $620 to replace the oil pan.. Again, way over the time it will actually take.. There are 20 screws that are easily accessible, it will take me about an 90 mins to do myself. The cost of the oil pan is $180, plus a few bucks for the sealer.. You do that math... I do have to say, the parts department is the best anywhere... Extremely helpful!

I purchased a 2015 A4 and have had brought car in service multiple times with no resolution. They can't resolve a persistent issue with check engine light coming on for 3 months now and only 7,000 miles on vehicle. They were happy to make the sale and take money but all I hear are crickets now that I have issues. Resolution not a priority for Wagner Service Department. I suggest you look at other dealers who will support you AFTER the sale.

I went to Audi of Shrewsbury just to look at a used Audi that was advertised online and was pleasantly surprised with Fabricio and his level of expertise when it came to these cars. He was a no pressure salesman and just easy to deal with. The whole staff were courteous and professional.I would recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a good car and a good dealership. My wife was looking for a VW Tiguan. We live in Ct. and found it online, which neither one of us had ever tried. I spoke with Chito Vongchampa at Audi Shrewsbury. Chito was polite, courteous, personable, informative and extremely patient. My wife held the car before we even drove it. The following day after securing the loan, we drove 2 hours to Mass. On arrival, the premises and building were clean as a whistle. We were not jumped as soon as we exited our car as we are back home. The employees at the Audi Shrewsbury Dealership were pleasant, helpful and professional. Chito was no different. He was as professional as he had been throughout the phone calls and overall process. To conclude, we spoke to David Gemme, Business Manager. Mr. Gemme was very professional, sharp and not the least bit pushy. I have purchased a dozen or so cars, this was by far the best experience. I will always be open to buying a car from these folks. I would recommend Chito Vongchampa and the dealership at anytime to anyone. At no time did my wife or I feel pressured. I have had about 4 interactions with the people at this place. One was fantastic, the sales rep (FABIO!) was very laid back and there was ZERO pressure. He was fun and let me drive some cars on my own but didn't make a big deal when I needed to leave, which was great and made me comfortable enough to come back. Really cool dude. But the other times I went the other salesmen were very weird. I tried negotiating on 2 separate occasions for a very fair price, this was within 3 years from each other and the second time was recently, and both times we couldn't come up with a deal. Both times they told me they don't negotiate at all. The first time, they called me several times after the fact to tell me the car had a lower price if I was still interested. Nope, too late! The second car was lowered in price several times, very close to my initial asking price. Not interested anymore, and it's too bad because my dad was looking for a car as well but he is looking elsewhere now. Plus, very inaccurate listings for months at a time. There is what, maybe 100 cars on the website at a time? It's not difficult to keep track of these things. One salesman even told me they certified the car even though it was dirty under the hood and inside the car, and had dings and scratches everywhere. Please, you didn't even look at the car yet, why lie about it? My parents even went here ready to buy another car and they were ignored. They bought a new model at a different place the same day. I would go back to Fabio specifically because he seemed genuine, very nice and normal, but otherwise I wouldn't bother with this place if I had to deal with anyone else.The service is nice though, professional and honest.

I was on the fence about purchasing an Audi, but he is so passionate and knowledgeable that I have become a total convert. Just purchased a new Q5 TDI from Michael Fleming. The whole experience was what I had hoped it would be, and then some. Michael listened to exactly what I was looking for, gave me my options and ordered the perfect car for me. The car I wanted was very specific and I was willing to wait as my previous lease was still a few months from being over. Once the car arrived he quickly attended to every detail that we had discussed without me having to say a word (tints, accessories, etc). Two days later I came to pick the car up and it was beautiful! Michael had all the paperwork prepared ahead of time, so the buying process was painless. He even took extra time and got me a better rate than he originally quoted; talk about keeping the customer's best interest at heart! This is my first Audi, and the whole experience tells me this won't be my last! If your looking for a dealer that knows their cars, but more importantly knows customer service, I would seriously consider this dealership.

People always go out of their way to write a review when they have a negative experience, but don't often take the time when they have a positive experience. I guess its because sometimes there's no complaints and nothing to fix. I have been buying Audi's from this dealership for years. My sales and service experience has always very positive. In fact, its been perfect. If you want a high-quality car purchase experience Audi Shrewsbury is among the best dealerships I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. In fact I appreciate them so much for making my car purchase experience effortless and fun, I am a return customer. I have purchased two Audi's (A6 and TT) and I'm already planning my next one from Audi Shrewsbury. The Audi's speak for themselves as they are great cars. But what makes you love buying them even more is a professional sales and service staff, who understand their product and their customers needs. The Audi Shrewsbury staff took the time to greet me, let me browse, let me ask questions that in return received intelligent and informative responses. I got to meet the sales staff, the services staff, and management and take test drives at my own pace... with zero pressure, unlike you might get with some other dealerships. The credit in my opinion goes to the Sales staff. They represent Audi, and the Audi Shrewsbury dealership with impeccable performance and professionalism. Bizarre interaction I will not blame this review on the gentleman I spoke with over the phone since he clearly has been trained to answer and sell me on a car and their pricing structure ect.. So, I will leave his name out of this review.. I inquired about a Q5 they had for sale, which I then said I live a distance please let me know your pricing structure ect.. We talked certain numbers, as much as we could at least over the phone. I gave him all the information on my vehicle for trade in he then told me he needed to call me back. Without even saying how much my trade in was, he replied I cant do much since our cars our priced at what the market is ? (I also told him I wanted to be around 500 or so with car payment) He then said, I have you coming in with a car payment around 700 ?? What ? Number one .. You never even asked me what I had as a down payment ? You asked me what I owed on the vehicle but not what I have saved for a down payment ? Number two.. Never even told me what he would give me for my trade in ? ( I get he needs to see the car ) but at least give me a number .. If your trade in amount is way off thats one thing but if your close to what Im looking for thats another .. Number 3 .. If you do the math financing full price of the car 38K and my down payment, financing it for 60 months my payment is 525.00 ( at a standard used car rate ) Again, the man was very nice and even cracked some jokes to make me feel connected I get it ! Im in the business field/customer service . But really ?? Run some numbers , try to make a deal , and get me in to look at the vehicle , .. Needless to say, Ive been interacting with a BMW dealership and their customer service is TOP NOTCH !!! And he at least ran numbers and is working with me So , x3 may be the way to go !

I recently purchased a new Audi Q7 from Audi of Shrewsbury. While there I worked with Linh-Chi Nguyen who was wonderful. She was very knowledgable about the vehicle, passionate about the Audi brand and treated my wife and I with kindness and respect. I can be difficult for salespeople to work with but she and I quickly found common ground and worked well with each other. I got all of my questions answered and Linh-Chi patiently allowed me to tweak and turn every knob and setting until I was satisfied with the product. The negotiation process was fairly painless and I worked with Dave in Financing. He really helped get me the best possible option and terms for the remaining balance. The back office needs some help. They messed up my Audi Connect by putting an incorrect VIN and SIM card number on my account. That caused some downstream inconveniences but Linh-Chi took ownership of the problem and made sure everything was corrected in a very timely manner.Overall, Linh-Chi was terrific but the back office at Audi Shrewsbury could benefit by paying attention to detail, something their Audi design engineers most certainly do with the vehicles.

We recently moved to Shrewsbury from Minnesota. From the moment we met our Audi Brand Specialist, Linh-Chi Nguyen, we knew we would find the Audi Q5 we were looking for. We explained our car buying requirements with an Audi A4 trade in. Linh-Chi had found 2 vehicles for us to choose from on our first followup meeting. Both Q5's met our needs in the price range we were considering and the trade in value of our Audi A4 was top dollar. Linh-Chi helped us through the rest of the process in a highly professional/caring manner as we were still dealing with the process of moving from Minnesota. The Audi Shrewsbury Facilities are Top Notch and supporting staff were friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Linh-Chi as the go to person when considering an Audi for their next car! She was great and even followed up a few days after we received the vehicle to ensure we were doing well!

We recently bought a certified pre-owned Audi A5 from Wagner Audi of Shrewsbury. We found the car online and worked with Tony Waters, their brand specialist. Tony is a straight shooter who made the whole buying experience absolutely pleasant. He offered a fair price and answered all our questions. As we had driven down from CT to buy the car, he even got our car registered in CT and had someone deliver it to us so that we did not have to make a second trip to MA. We highly recommend Wagner Audi, especially Tony.

I was looking for a pre owned Audi A6 and through my research found a Audi Pre-Owned Certified A6. Kyle was very helpful in finding a suitable Audi A6 (cost, mileage, condition of vehicle). Kyle and his staff were very helpful to select various vehilces and test drive and assess. I had two vehicles for trade in and were able to get a reasional trade.I selected a Audi A6 Prestige V8 at a very competitive price and took delivery on Tuesday September 18.I researched Audi Dealers from the New York City and Boston Metro area and choose Wagner Auto for their friendly approach, interest in the customer and price.I had a Audi A4 previousily and had it serviced at Wagner. I always had a pleasant customer experience in their service department and on one occasion I had an emergency service late on a Friday and Wagner went out of their way to fix the vehicle before end of the day.Wagner just moved into a new state of the art facility in Shrewsbury, MA

Well, it's the best expierence I've ever had at a dealership- from the folks in the Service Dept Stan, the mgr, Phil and Adrea, to Harold Prudian the used vehicle wholesale mgr, to Chris Rich the GM, Marc Lisenco, the sales mgr,Stacy Adamuska , the Business Mgr and of course our salesman Michael Flemming. Thoroughly knowledgeable, thoughtful , competitive and they really demonstrated they wanted our business. And Mike did a tremendous job going over the entire car when we took delivery-it truly was a "golden moment" !

His communication through the entire process including email, phone, off hours was outstanding.He lead me straight to the car I wanted, along with the base model. Both were test driven and differences explained in great detail. It was clear throughout the whole process that Kyle was extremely passionate about the Audi product line, and well versed in even the small technical details.Our sales manager Stacy Adamuska and Mgr Chris Rich were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable from a financing and business perspective.I decided to buy my wife a new car for our Anniversary (extremely last minute) - I took delivery on exactly the car I wanted including options, rebates, color. I can't say much about the long term service and support (yet) - but from the start I was impressed how my sales person, Kyle, was so knowledgeable - and passionate - about the Audi. I was measuring it up to another local dealer against Mercedes and BMW - expecting to buy a BMW - and the difference in the car knowledge of the sales person was incredible. I purchased the A6 - my husband plans to purchse the A4.


Very nice experience--definitely would recommend this...

Recently went back to Wagner Audi after a 10 year hiatus. I was greeted by a friendly salesman named Mike Flemming. Mike actually knew what I was looking for which surprised me because it's rare, this further boosted my confidence in doing business here again. The reason for this was he was an actual Audi enthusiast and even showed me the Audi he drove. This speaks volumes to me as a customer when people drive the brand they sell, be it new or old models. Needless to say I now have a new Audi in the driveway.

We picked this dealer off the Audi website because we decided exactly what we were looking for, White with beige, all wheel drive Avant and this dealer had it. I called to see if it was still available and spoke to Kyle Grendell my first point of contact and agreed to look at the automobile that afternoon. We drove 50 miles and the vechile was parked in front all ready for a test drive. We met Kyle and he went with us on a short drive. He pointed out different things as we went along. We enjoyed driving the Avant and it was a pleasure dealing with Kyle. He was the perfect salesman for our needs. We applied for the Avant and Kyle gave us a day to think about it. I went back the next day and bought the Avant. We picked the Avant up the following Saturday and have enjoyed it ever since.Thank you Kyle.Chris.

I went to Wagner to test drive a 2012 Audi A4 when the Auto show was at the DCU Center. Several people helped me, and took the time to chat...even though they knew I was not ready to buy. A few weeks ago, I went to the Audi website, built my A4 to the specifications I wanted. I also visited numerous websites to see what a fair price was for what I wanted. I then went to Wagner, spoke with Kyle, told him what I wanted, and at what price I was willing to pay. They had the exact car that I wanted, and I was not at the dealership more than 15 minutes before a deal was struck. There was no negotiating, they accepted my offer. Sure, I could have gotten the car for less, but I'm not the type to haggle over $500. Twenty four hours later I was driving my beautiful new car off the lot.

Spoke with Leslie who was pleasant, apologized etc. She had Mike call me to answer my questions. Still havent received pics as promised of what appeared to be a rusty caliper on a pre-owned A8L. Impression: They dont think I am a serious buyer which is unfortunate. Well, there will alway be another car

This dealer tends to ignore prospective buyers. I had an interest in a pre-owned A8 and I went through the trouble in getting my VIN from my LEXUS AND I submitted it for a Trade in val. I never heard a reply. I did get an email from a Leslie Demarco on the A8 I was interested. I asked 3 questions about the car. I sent 2 emails after no reply to the 1st one. I shopped around at various dealers for a new car and always got the "new car/woman doesn't have her husband/she doesn't know how to buy" treatment in the Boston Metrowest area. My husband had bought a new BMW from Wagner in Shrewsbury on the advice of a friend, so we gave Wagner Audi a call and made an appointment. They had the car that we wanted and our visit was wonderful. Pricing was excellent and everyone was friendly and attentive. No heavy sales pitches/major haggling, just honest and fair pricing Their follow up on our test drive/dealership visit was helpful and not pushy, so we bought the car. I have already recommended them to two friends. I will continue to recommend them.

Michael was remarkable in dealing with us and providing us with all the information we needed to know about the new 2012 Audi A6 which we ended up purchasing. Michael is atypical of a car dealer. He is courteous, patient and above all non arrogant which was so refreshing for us since this has been pretty much the norm every time we met a car dealer. Michael's due diligence and professionalism made us buy this out of this world vehicle and made us happy Audi drivers. Very easy to deal with. Fair price for a used Saab convertible. Mike followed through in having some extra work done to the car as part of the purchase which included an oil change, mirror replacement, and antenna replacement as well as replacing brakes which was not even something I asked for. Mike held the car for me so I could have a chance for my wife and daughter to come for a test drive with it

I was interested in purchasing an Audi A6 that Wagner Audi had advertised on their web page. I heard they have a great reputation with customer service so I decided to take a ride up there, it is about an hour from where I live in RI. I was immediately greeted with friendly faces willing to help. I knew what I wanted right away, after a detailed discussion about the Audi I wanted with Barry, he appraised the BMW I was planning on trading and offered me top dollar for my trade. I was pleasantly surprised with the price. From there I was working with Mike, the deal was made. I was very impressed with the customer service and how quickly the team made it happen. The car is in amazing condition. Serviced through Wagner Audi from when it was new. I got such an amazing deal on this car I am recommending Wagner to all my family and friends in the market for a high end vehicle. I have purchased cars from Herb Chambers and Inskip and this was by far the best experience I have had. The Audi was priced a couple thousand under book value with very low mileage. Peter took over in finance, he got me an excellent rate and I was out of there in less than 2 hours. Outstanding. The sales and finance team made this an amazing car buying experience. I never knew it was possible to make a deal that quick when it involved trading a car and driving the new one off the lot in 2 hours. The team of Barry, Mike and Peter made me a life long customer. I am a repeat customer and have nothing but good things to say about Stan and Wagner Motors. This is not based on just one transaction but on four different transactions over a fifteen to twenty year period. Product knowledge, service, professionalism, price, integrity and overall experience are all excellent. There are many choices to be made when buying a car. I went into this dealership looking for a new vehicle - specifically the Q5. There were many things about the Q5 that were appealing. I ended up settling in on the new 2011 Q5 2.0 Turbo, but this deal had some contingencies to it. I had to trade in an older Truck - a Ford Explorer Sport Trac and Wagner agreed to this. I informed Wagner that I had transmission problems and that it would cost $1500 to fix. They agreed to fix it and in return give me $4750 for the vehicle. Low Blue book trade in was closer to $7k and retail closer to $9k, and although I agreed, I felt I was a little under on my trade. Wager took the vehicle and fixed it and put it up for sale on their lot immediately and two months before I was going to get my new car. They actually wanted the car immediately even if I fixed it before giving it to them.The other aspect of this was we had to order the Q5 as the color/options we wanted were not in stock anywhere in the local area. I was to go for two months without any transportation, which was a burden. After about 1 month, I noticed they had a Q5 3.2 version with all the amenities we wanted, but was priced higher that we wanted to go. I also noted that a Competitor (Infiniti) had some very good deals going an a FX-35 and had them in stock. I decided to take a look and realized that the FX was MUCH more car than the 2.0 Q5 and was only $3k more for the Infiniti FX-35.I called the dealership and explained I couldn't wait and asked if they could meet the same price on the Q5 3.2 version as the FX-35. The salesman told me I should rent a car for the next month or so and was not giving me anything for being without a vehicle for this time, while they not only had my trade, it was on the lot for sale.They said no and was about $2680 more, even though these two vehicles don't really compare. I was told by Audi that the FX-35 compared with the Q7, which is why I was baffled that we could not come to an agreed purchase price given all that we both were in for and the upside on the trade Wager was potentially going to realize.I asked to cancel the deal, return my $1000 deposit and my Truck. I was informed by Wager that the Truck was no longer mine and that they would provide me a check for the trade-in value of $4750. They claimed they did a lot of work. I offered to pay the cost of fixing the vehicle and was told this was not an option. At this point I realized how big a mistake I made going to this dealer. I didn't think I was being unreasonable in my requests and was offering to pay for the repairs to my truck. Wager was also in a position to make up the cost on my trade and for $2600 they not only lost the deal, I will never do business with this establishment or their affiliates again. This was a stupid move on their part.
