I recently purchased a slightly used 2015 Audi A4 and was pleased overall with the entire transaction process. The sales and finance personnel were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I have had the car for 2 weeks now, and everything is going well thus far.

A very pleasant experience, form the receptionist to George Mouakar (sales) and financing (Mark). Car was delivered in an excellent condition. George went way and beyond to accommodate us and assist us in making a good decision. I would recommend Audi Pembroke Pines to any Audi shopper who wants to have a pleasant car shopping experience (A rarity these days).

Very knowledgeable Sales Specialist, not only about Audit, but about Cars in general. They were honest and willing to discuss options that allowed us to get a good agreement (we both did sacrifices, not like other dealers that put all the burden on you, dropping your miles, increasing your down payment, increasing the term of the lease). FRAUD FROM HOLMANN AUTOMOTIVE GROUPSTAY AWAY FROM THE DEALER AUDI PEMBROKE PINES MIAMI FLI write to tell my horrible experience lived with this dealer.I am the victim of a scam and I leave my testimony because I do not want other people to fall into the same trap and into the hands of these dishonest people and little relevant.About two months ago I brought my car at the dealer AUDI PEMBROKE PINES MIAMI FL for a repair, and from that day began my ordeal .... it was a nightmare !!They kept my car in the dealer for 50 days, after all this time I had to pick up the car without the problem on my car had been solved.They tried from the start to cheat me in every possible way, I was told a lot of lies ....they called me dicedendomi that finally my car was ready well after 50 days and instead the problem was not resolved.They were ordered to pay a large bill of over $ 6000 US dollarswithout providing me with a written estimate before repair and without obtaining my written approval as required by law in florida.My refusal to pay the sum that exceeded $ 1,367 which was the only amount which at most would have to pay because I have authorized in writing in the contract,They were intimidated and I was set taking my first service of replacement machine rental, leaving me to walk with a family and a little girl, and then abused the law referring that would keep my car until I paid the bill of more than $ 6,000 for a repair that I never authorized, all with the aim to force me to pay.I was forced to pay a sum not due of $ 2,500 and forced me to sign a document that does not allow me to take them to court.They were smart, in bad faith, have taken advantage of the fact that I am a foreigner and do not know English well, American law, and the people who could help me in this moment of difficulty.After collecting the car I brought my car at another dealership for an audi diagnoistico and to repair my car and the mechanic who made the diagnosis I certified that my car rather than being repaired had been damaged by mechanical AUDI PEMBROKE PINES MIAMI FL.I went to the dealer AUDI PEMBROKE PINES MIAMI FL to present what I had discovered and they said sorry you signed the document and can no longer deny anything to us and there is no warranty on the work that I had paid. Great service and great experience overall

My wife and I were looking for an CPO Audi S4 and luckily we came across the perfect one at Audi Pembrooke Pines. We live in Boston so we weren't sure about the purchasing process. We spoke with Frank whom was very informative and helpful. The negotiation process couldn't have been more easier. Frank sent me clear pictures of the car and even FaceTimed me so we can go over it. I'll be honest I was very wary buying a car that I haven't seen but they reassured me that it was in great condition. We finally decided to bite the bullet and purchased the car. They even helped me with shipping it to Boston and after finalizing the paperwork we received it a week later. We couldn't be more happier with the car. Frank and Nick are very helpful and I appreciate all their help in this great purchase. I would highly recommend them.

Before purchasing my Audi I used to hate taking my vehicle in for service. Now I actually enjoy it. Jean Carlo is great and all of the staff are so friendly and professional. The work is always done correctly the first time. You truly feel important at Audi Pembroke Pines. I can't imagine owning any other vehicle.

Always a Good Experience

As usual, my experience at Audi Pembroke Pines was terrific. Jean Carlo always goes the extra mile to accommodate my crazy schedule; I live in the Bahamas so I can't always know when I will arrive. He is always helpful in making sure everything is done correctly and appears to have great technical knowledge. Also, I want to make a comment about the technician working on my car as he found something wrong and my car is running better than it ever has. I just have always had good experiences at this dealership. Everyone is friendly, offers me food and coffee while I wait, and they have a decent internet connection!

Exceptional Sales Experience at Audi Pembroke Pines

The staff has been phenomenal. After completing the deal, and taking possession of my new A4, I noticed deep scratches on the trunk, and was unsure whether to keep the car or discuss my option with the dealer. Since Ron left for the day on vacation, I worked directly with Scott Gardner, who was more than accommodating me by changing the car. I ended up going with a different color (white) and am totally delighted with the decision. I would also like to thank Ronnie Tiner and Nick Boccuzzi. From the time I made the service appointment until I paid the bill, every interaction was five star. I was greeted promptly upon arrival by my service adviser Joe Falco. Even though I had to wait a couple of days for parts to arrive, I was provided a car to drive while I stayed in the area. The technician, J. Teixeira got my A6 running smoothly again. I've got a Q5 for my wife 2 months ago at Prestige Audi and was not impressed by that dealership at all. When I decided to get myself an A8 I randomly looked for Pembroke Pines no matter I live 2 miles from the previous dealership and I am excited to say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. Dealership is large, clean easy to get access and particularly Jason Delgado was the best salesman I've ever met not harassing me at all, being responsive but not pushy, being respectfull without arrogance and trying to measure you or your wealthyness. Pembroke Pines should be proud of having such a young talent like him. I would like to stress that since Audi, in general, have very arrogant employees which seems to "make a favor" of selling you a car.Congratulations Audi Pembroke Pines and Jason Delgado.

I have had work done twice at the Audi Dealership in Pembrooke Pines.Up front they did a detail analysis of my car and the issues they found.Yes I balk at the initial price, but at least I know what my car needs and can budget for it. On service I give them a 5 star rating. My Service Advisor Aylin Reyes was attentive, technical and explained to me why the repairs were needed and showed what value I would recieve. I had every vacuum host replace and my entire revese light assembly replaced. I had a free rental car during the repair, both nice SUV's.Both repairs were done in under a week and so far I am very happy with my cars performance and safety.So I highly recommend this Dealership and highly recommend you ask for Aylin Reyes as your Service Advisor, I have great trust in her and in the automotive repair world, this is a rare thing!

I leased a Q7 28 months ago from Holman Audi, I also purchased many vehicles from Holman in the past from Honda and Mercury. We were planning on getting a new Audi A6 in 8 months when our lease was up. I had the Q7 in for service a few times besides the scheduled service that we purchased when we leased the vehicle. The tail light was out and we were told we had to leave it for a few days because the harness caught on fire and needed to be replaced. We then brought it in because the center knob for the MMI system was not working, we were told before they took the car back that we spilled something on it and it would cost $1000.00 to repair, we told them that we did not spill anything and was told maybe a Valet spilled something. I decided not to get it fixed because everything except the center knob was working. Now the fan on the air conditioner stopped working and we were told we had to leave it for a week because the harness for the fan caught on fire and they had to order the part. Well after a week we pickedup the Q7 and now the MMI system is completely dead, I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to pay $1000.00 to have I repaired, it was working when I brought it in to Holman, I expect it to be in the same condition when it is returned to me. Please call me if you would like to make this situation right and keep a long time customer. I have already sent the same email to Audi.

This was my first car purchase ever and it was a nice experience. The Audi and BMW dealerships were next to each other, and those were the two makes I had decided to choose from. I went to the Audi dealership first and the place was stunning. Great care was paid to make the appearance nice. Beautiful cars, clean restrooms, snacks and beverages overflowing. Franklin approached me and he thoroughly explained the warranty on the certified pre-owned A4 I was looking at. He was patient and worked with me to get the best deal possible. He was enthusiastic about taking care of my automotive needs even after the sale. Franklin gave me a follow-up call to ask how I liked the car. I absolutely love the vehicle - never went to the BMW dealership. Doug Lauzon was also a pleasure to work with. They were both straight forward with me. Good vibes. I'd recommend this dealership to everyone.

We ended up purchasing an 2011 Audi S4 prestige. From the beginning, we were having a hard time locating the prestige model of the S4 at the various dealers we asked. Then we stumbled upon Audi at Pembroke Pines and Mike Battaglia (our sales rep). Not only was Mike quickly able to locate the car we wanted with the features we wanted at another dealer, but he was able to bring the car to Pembroke Pines where we could check out the car prior to purchasing it. Not only was Mike expeditious in his efforts, but he had done most of the legwork on the paperwork and had everything ready to go including making sure that the car insurance company had our new car covered properly, directly dealing with the difficult insurance reps himself.The thing that impressed me the most about the dealings with this Audi dealer was that, other than most of the dealers we visited, including BMWs and other Audi lots, the people at Pembroke Pines were a good mix of being personable and courteous while doing a good job of selling the car for its merits (and not just the name). Most of the other dealers were either smug/arrogant or really friendly but just tried to sell the name of the maker instead of the specific car we wanted.Finally, the Audi at Pembroke Pines also has a great service department. Right after purchasing the car, I decided to put a DuPont coating on the car to protect the overall appearance of the paint and all, right away, the dealer was great about setting up an appointment for me to bring the car in. No waiting once I got there, and right away, gave me a loaner A4 for the duration of the job.All in all, the experience was very smooth and painless, a very great reprieve from the vast majority of our other experiences.
