The professionals at Audi of Huntington are there for you. This was my second experience at this dealership and I am excited to say 2 for 2 and going strong, a class act to be sure. My first Audi was a Q7 which I loved and the new one is all that and more. The service department is also quite professional and accommodating as well. They are determined to get it right the first time, though no one can ever be right all the time they are right up there with the best.

I was on a mission for a new vehicle and the staff at Audi of Huntington really helped made it happen for me. Typically I dread the whole car buying process. Audi of Huntington made the process painless and were extremely helpful and courteous. Dina was very responsive to my Internet inquiries, which really helped with my initial search. Excellent service from friendly staff, great inventory and ease of sale from beginning to end. Best car shopping experience yet. Upon arriving I was impressed with the quality of the overall appearance of the place and the selection of inventory. I was greeted immediately and with courtesy and the same great attitude was maintained throughout the whole sale. It a pleasure buying a vehicle from there. My salesperson Richard Plush showed me their vast variety of vehicles and along with his manager Peter Turano helped me get exactly what I was looking for and for a better price then I was expecting. They were not pushy or arrogant as all the other dealerships that I had visited before. What I appreciated the most was their professionalism and how quick and they made the whole sale happen. No pointless waiting around wasting my time. The paperwork was done when I went back to pick up my vehicle with no surprises. Richard explained everything thoroughly and I was on my way home in my new vehicle shortly after arriving.

I purchased not leased a 2017 Q7 in May and the car came with small spider type scratches all over. It was a cloudy day when I picked up the car so I didn't see the scratches. They had to send the car out to be polished which seemed to work for a few months but now It looks like a 5 year old car again. The Service Manager Mark Porcillo told me yesterday "that is an old issue and it's closed". Can you imagine? Now the worst: I ordered touch up paint Ink Blue Metallic and received Ink Blue PEARL. I was told by 2 people in Parts that the number on the computer matches the number on the paint and assured ne it was the right color. Now with the touch up on the car the color is completely different at least 5-7 shades lighter and not Metallic. The service manager said it was close enough despite that you can see the difference from 10 feet away. He insisted that it was "close enough" and the colors never match with touch up. Total Lie. He said and I quote "I will give you $20 out of my pocket for the refund". Disgraceful. What would I do for touch up paint? Order another one from Audi with the incorrect name. Deep thought process. He said "take it to a body shop and they can match the paint". Seriously, a comment from management? I called Audi USA headquarters and a supervisor was supposed to call me. Yup--no call. I sent 2 emails to the GM and Sales manager at Huntington Audi and again not even the courtesy of a call or email. Quality. If anyone would like to see my "new" car condition I can meet you outside their showroom.Next step--I will do what Manager Porcillo said and take it to a local Huntington body shop. Can you imagine this? I will have them match and repair the color mismatch. I have photos to show the Pearl color. I will file a claim in Huntington Small Claims court and let the judge resolve this disgraceful situation. I don't get paid to write reviews and do not write reviews for friends as we all know is done quite often. I will write you all a follow up when the court resolves this

As a person who has often said that I would rather undergo a colonoscopy than have to deal with the petty negotiations of car salespeople, I want to commend Huntington Audi for making my recent Audi lease a positive and pain-free process. The bulk of the praise goes to my salesperson, Tooba Umar. Tooba gave us an excellent price right from the beginning rather than us having to endure the endless back and forth negotiations that typically occur. She did not pull the multiple trips to "talk to my manager," but came back to us with an excellent offer the first time. We had not intended to lease a car that day but, could not pass up the offer. Tooba was extremely pleasant to deal with and made the transaction seamless. She delivered my new car quickly, on time and at my convenience. She showed great patience in going over the many features of our new car. Neither she nor anyone else at Huntington Audi pulled the "hard sell" to try and get us to buy extra coverage or products that we do not need.

Having previously had horrible experiences with purchasing many cars at other dealerships over the years, I must acknowledge that I went in to Audi of Huntington with a defensive attitude. I went to lease or purchase a new Audi S6, having first test driven one at Atlantic Audi. Atlantic was a loser from every aspect, from the inexperienced salesperson, disinterested sales manager, to the incomplete price quoting. Basically, your typical sleazy dealer with an upscale showroom.So, off to Huntington Audi, sort of expecting the same. I was sent to see Errol FettahLioglu, Totally different, customer based approach, Errol suggested a pre-owned S-6 with low mileage. The car was perfect. Not a scratch , nick or any issues. The dealership was very fair with pricing, and I had done my homework, knowing what I' was willing to pay. We closed the transaction and I picked up the car within the next few days, Everything went off without a hitch. I left, a very satisfied customer, definitely with plans to return in the future.Subsequently a small problem with the ac popped up on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. The service writers were able, at very short notice, to put me into a new A-6 courtesy loaner until my car was fixed on the first workday back. I couldn't have asked for more professional treatment.Bottom line. If you're looking for an Audi, try these folks out. No hard sell, no unfilled promises and very reasonable on the pricing.Thank you Errol and the rest of the employees at Huntington Audi.

I just visited the new Audi of Huntington for my yearly service for my R8. I knew that they were renovating but WOW, what an amazing set up they have now. Now the dealership looks as great as the people that work there. The service department team runs as smooth as my car. Friendly,Helpful,Courteous,Accommodating, and most importantly Timely!!!! Jenna DeVito is the best, she had my loaner car ready and waiting with a hot cup of coffee and I was off to work. My car was ready at the end of the day as promised. As far as cost goes last year David Zelen took the time to make me a print out of what 4 years of maintenance would cost and pointed out the HUGE savings in purchasing Audi Care. I was so impressed that he took the time to explain the plan and was only interested in helping me SAVE money. I'm very lucky to drive a supercar, but I'm just as lucky to have a super mechanic, I need to thank John Lynch, he is not just a mechanic he is a certified R8 super car mechanic, highly trained and not many with his experience, I'm so glad they have this highly skilled professional on their team. Mark Porcillo is the service manager he has obviously put together a great set of people who communicate with each other as well as with the customer. All in all a great service department, a beautiful facility, and as always ALWAYS IMPRESSED

After facing a totally unprofessional, disappointing, and unhelpful experience at the Biner Audi dealership in Great Neck, NY I decided to give Audi of Huntington a shot. Immediately, I experienced a welcoming atmosphere, and stuff that was extremely professional, courteous, and willing to help. In particular, my salesperson, Tooba Umar, provided an extremely pleasant car buying experience, and within an hour I walked out extremely happy as I had made a deposit for certified pre-used vehicle. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. There was little need for negotiation, as she immediately was able to provide was I was looking for, and for a fair price. I did not feel pressured at any time, and there was no games with the price. Even though it was a rainy Sunday, and the dealership was about to close, Tooba was okay with us making several trips out to the vehicles so that I could be comfortable about my decision. You could tell that she really cares about customer satisfaction, and always tries to squeeze the best available deal for you. In my situation, the car that I was about to buy had several tiny scratches on the front bumper for which I had requested to be touched-up. She went above-and-beyond with the management department, and exceeded my expectations by getting the problem addressed quickly and professionally. Also, all the employees whom I interacted with in both the financing and service departments delivered exceptional service. All in all, Tooba did a phenomenal job, and I am extremely happy with every aspect of my purchase at the Audi of Huntington! I would definitely recommend this dealership and plan on returning there for future purchases!

The service manager is extremely unprofessional, rude, dishonest and neglectful. He leaves jobs incomplete and neglects to complete his unfinished work. He tells people he is out to lunch all day and refuses to get on the phone. Once you do get on the phone with him, he hangs up on you and is very rude. I asked for my paperwork to be sent over and he denied to send it over. I have had many issues over and over with audi of huntington. They messed up my engine and ever since it has been problem after problem with my car. After putting my new engine in they failed to charge my AC so now my AC is blowing out hot air. I asked to bring my car into Audi of Huntington thinking they would fix the problem they caused and the service manager told me I can never get my car serviced there ever again. Don't ever buy a vehicle from Audi of Huntington. They will betray you and they are full of scams. Never in my life have I been in a situation like this until going to Audi of Huntington. I must say their business is the worst business I have ever came by in my entire life. I am also in this type of industry for work and if we ever treated our customers this way we would never grow as a company. I have had many clients, friends and family transfer their business over to Audi of Smithtown. After they fix my problem that they have caused and never finished I will then be relocating my service to Audi of Smithtown. They are very reliable and nothing like the Huntington location. I plan on buying the Audi A6 very soon and was going to give my business to Audi of Huntington but because of the service manager and him being very disrespectful they have lost a very great customer. Do not ever buy a vehicle or service your car here. You will have nothing but problems.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS AUDI!!! They sell certified used cars with accidents on it but conceals the accident on their car faxes. This is what happened to me. I bought a Q5 from them after seeing a clean car fax in May 2015. I went to an MB dealership 6 months later to trade it in because my family of 5 was outgrowing it. There was an accident on the car fax that occurred 6 months PRIOR to my purchase in early Dec. 2014. They hid the accident, sold it under the false pretense that it was a clean car. I contacted Audi Corporate, their GM and their Pre-owned manager and they did NOTHING to rectify the situation other than to say it's not their fault. YOU ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING CARS!! Why would you NOT KNOW?? Crooks is what they are. After multiple numerous attempts at having them do the right thing by buying the car back (which they won't), I, the consumer is penalized with a car i would NEVER have purchased. No conscience, no integrity. Flat out crooks. I have both car faxes to prove their dishonesty. On top of that, they lent out my car as a LOANER while it was there for its 25k check up. Someone left their personal folder for restaurant PURCHASE ORDERS in my car. The service manager called me to ask me if it was in the passenger side of my car and that it needed to be returned to it's rightful owner who was looking for it. DESPICABLE!! They are saying it was lunch orders for their service guys. Meanwhile, I talked to the owner of the folder. Liars and Crooks!! Save yourself the trouble, don't even look this way. Go elsewhere. This place needs an overhaul in management. Its a sleezy dealership!

I was referred to Erol Fettahlioglu at Audi of Huntington during a conversation about beginning my search to replace my current Infiniti G37XS sedan. A few years ago I had tried to negotiate a lease on an Audi A4 but didn't meet with success.I met with Erol and went through all of my wish list items, including a manual transmission. Erol was able to locate the vehicle equipped how I wanted it. We took a fairly long test drive in an A4 service loaner during which Erol explained and demonstrated the features of the A4 and all of its strengths. After eliminating all other contenders Erol and I worked out a lease agreement. After Dolores Russell, the finance manager, solved the difficulties I encountered trying to turn in my Infiniti, I took possession the Friday after Thanksgiving. Erol went through all of the features of the A4 as part of the delivery process.The A4 is a great drive and the entire leasing experience was painless and pleasurable. I would highly recommend Erol and the dealership to my friends and family if and when the need for a new car arises.Thanks Erol! (and Dolores)

I owned a 2013 A3 TDI that was part of the VW/Audi EPA scandal. You would think that after buying this car from Huntington Audi and loyally and exclusively servicing it with them for 3+ years they would be helpful and fair in negotiating a trade-in for a Q5 purchase. WRONG!!!! Really, really disappointing. Fortunately a local BMW dealer offered me 25% more for my EPA cheating TDI, so I bought an X4. GOODBYE AUDI, won't miss you.

I brought my car into Audi for the recall for the oil consumption. They replaced my pistons and rings and I was very happy. A couple of days later I was driving my car and my wheel locks up, my car stops driving while I was in the middle of the road. I almost got into an accident. I called Audi to have them tow my car and they found out that they messed up my engine. They had to order me a new engine from Germany which took a month to get here because a rod fell off. I finally get my car back a month later and I am driving on the highway and the belly from underneath my car flies off. Once again I almost got into an accident because they didn't put it on properly. My car was back at Audi once again. After getting my car back the next day I go to start my car and it was taking a while to start. I bring my car back to Audi and they tell me I need a new battery. They also forgot to hook my vacuum hose back up. It has been one thing after another with them. I spoke to the service manager at Audi named Mark Porcillo who was very very rude and unprofessional. Every time I would explain how I was upset he would speak over me and tell me that we are going to end this conversation right here. He is a very unprofessional guy who does not know how to speak to customers and I would never in my life recommend anyone to Audi of Huntington after speaking to him. I work for an insurance company and refer a bunch of my clients there but I will never again. He was very unhelpful and made the situation worse. He did not apologize to me or make me feel better knowing how upset I was. Instead, he told me to bring the loaner back right away or he is calling the police. This guy is horrible and I will never service my car at Audi of Huntington again.

Bought my very first Audi at Huntington Audi this past September. I had been test driving the A4, S4, S3 and SQ5. To purchase I was considering the SQ5 and the S4 both slightly used to save some money, although I really wanted the SQ5. Finding a used SQ5 was frustrating because getting one with the price, options and milage I wanted was difficult and the price on them was much higher than a similar S4. I called a few Audi dealers in my area and I received a call back from Rich Plush from Audi of Huntington. He told me he would get me in to a brand new SQ5 for near the cost of a used one. I really couldn't believe it but he had one in stock that was perfect for me and we made the deal. He made sure I was happy with the transaction and continues to follow up with me occasionally to see how it's going which I appreciate. I can't speak for their friendliness of the staff in person but I am from out of state and inquired about a vehicle I saw online and basically got told to stop wasting their time. I asked several times regarding a vehicles specifications and history, got several responses and then did not hear back and when I asked why I had not heard back and if the vehicle was still available I got a response from one of their online team members saying "what are you talking about....we spoke all day the other day...." and that was it. Now I'm not the richest person out there but was a serious buyer and can tell you I will NEVER consider this dealership in the future. Again I cannot speak to their friendliness and professionalism in person but their online staff needs serious help.

In January of 2015 I purchased a CPO 2010 A5. Within 6 months I began having serious mechanical difficulties with the car. Although to date all issues have been rectified by the service department, the sales department has been unwilling to make an acceptable deal with me to put me into another vehicle when clearly my vehicle is a "lemon". The general manager has never even responded to my attempts to contact him. Since I purchased the car, it has been associated with a recall and a class action suit. It has been in for service no fewer than 6 times, and yet the dealership nor Audi Corporate is willing to work with me. This will certainly be my last dealing with Audi of Huntington, and mostly likely, the last Audi I will own

Our sales guys (Bruce and Dimitar) were the best I've dealt with in years. Jeff was even better! They are very friendly, and their deal (A3 Cabriolet) was great. Since I'm an amateur detailer, I asked that they put a prep guy on the car who cared. We arrived, signed all the paperwork, and when I went to inspect the car, it took me about 5 seconds to notice a very small dent/imperfection on the quarter panel that the prep person "overlooked" (probably inflicted him/herself), and failed to disclose to the sales staff. Needless to say, we were a little taken back, and after ordering it early May (pick up was 6/3), we were quite unhappy. Sure their PDR guy may be able to "work" the panel imperfection, but we took a day or two to discuss things, and determined that we were not going to "throw the baby out with the bathwater", so we went back and ended up taking the car with the rather small defect. Had we not "ordered" this vehicle (I normally buy in stock cars), we probably would have swapped out to another vehicle, but Dimitri, myself, Bruce and Jeff had enough time into this deal already, and to scrap the deal for something this insignificant seemed foolish - especially considering that procuring another vehicle with the exact color/equipment combo would have been practically impossible. Besides, going back to pick up the car enabled us to meet Tooba! Wow is she friendly - and she's got a good eye for panel imperfections! I must say, at the end of the day (or shall we say several), we were so pleased with the way Dimitri, Jeff, Bruce (and Tooba) treated us, that accepting the car with the small issue really didn't matter any more. It did help that they offered to provide oil changes during our ownership experience - which I thought was fairly generous. The experience at this dealership is hands down the best I've had in my 32 years of purchasing new vehicles. Will be back in 36 months! Really enjoying this vehicle...

Karen is phenomenal. I've leased three Audis from Karen and every time she took care of all the problems I caused her. The one before last time I moved to a new house and changed the address in the middle of signing the lease, and Karen took care of all the paperwork, registration, new license plates and so on. I had to show up and get the new car - zero headache. The last car I leased, I caused her even more problems - I agreed to lease an new car and left on vacation before it arrived. I left my old car with Karen - she turned it in for me, got the new car ready, contacted my insurance agent and got me the new insurance. When I came back from vacation I just had to show up, get the new car, and enjoy. White glove service doesn't even begin to describe the level of service I got. Thank you, Karen!

I had a damage on my Q7 which i bought from the same dealer 2 months ago. When I gave them the car to fix some other minir issue with it, there were no external damages to the rear right side door, they keep saying that i did the damage to the external part of the door. Don't know what they did but now i got problems with my front side passenger door as well. Qnd the service manager was so rude that he told me to complaint about it to audi. And i did called to audi and no luck there, they are also that they belive the service center manager.

Tooba is great, I'd walked out on a salesman who had no time for me a few weeks before she called me, but she kept the process going so smoothly I just went with it. Actually, she took the time to show my kid how everything works in the new car and because I showed up without it, Tooba had to follow me home to get my old title. I feel guilty about that - she's sweet but obviously busy and had to suffer my forgetfulness on more than 1 occassion. She's always smiling so sweet you have to like her. I liked her even better when I saw she's fast and efficient. I'm a stockbroker so I can tell you she is really good at running numbers quickly for you at the sale. Quick, easy, Tooba's likeable, a reasonable person... This location really moves cars, always busy in there. So that's my review. I was 5 minutes from going for a Lincoln but I liked Tooba so much I took the Audi. I'd fill out a questionnaire and recommend her as a saleswoman for a fun and efficient experience but i never got one. So this is my review: Tooba at Huntington gets a 10, or 100 - whatever the highest rating is for professionalism. Actually I had a very pleasant experience because of her. My last word - I love my Audi!

Drove 2.5 hours for a waste of time.i called there on Sunday about an A6 preowned .spoke with Dina Nelson i explained her my financial situation and she convinced me how aggressive they are to Make a deal.i was Told they would get it for me Monday or Tuesday on location and I should email her any time. Before entering Audi of Huntington I had been to multiple luxury car dealerships, and I had a bit of pent-up anxiety and frustration heading in. Those feelings were instantly quelled when I met my wonderful sales associate Tooba Umar. She was extremely kind, got right down to business, and put me in the driver seat literally and figuratively. She took the time to let me test drive multiple cars and at no point did I feel any pressure from her or like she was trying to push me in one direction or another. She simply laid out the facts, made some suggestions, and left the decision in my hands without being pushy, When I left the dealership without making a decision, she simply gave me her cell number and told me to call her if I had any questions. I waited a few days, and she did not badger me or harass me, but when I was ready we spoke on the phone and she helped me negotiate a great price with her manager. All in all, it was the best experience I had after running the gamut of Luxury car dealerships.

I have to say after going to 3-4 different Audi dealerships this was by far the most impressive experience. The employees didn't have the arrogance seen at other dealerships, and in fact were very friendly and extremely professional throughout the transaction (even during points of disagreement). Although price didnt come down as much as I would have liked, at the end of the day they were the best offer (maybe its an Audi thing?) from any of the dealerships, with by far the most pleasant customer service win. In particular, my interactions with Tooba Umar & Matthew Cuozzo was much more pleasant than your "typical" car salesman interaction. Tooba was extremely courteous and patient throughout the process, not engaging in pressure tactics. Definitely a win-win!

The sales process was typical but the service department was horrific. Indifferent is the only word i can use. Three service calls to fix my A-8 and its still doesn't work correctly. They also promised and A-8 as a loaner and did not have that available. Jenna was the only bright spot as the rest of the guys simply stared at there computers hoping not to make eye contact. Find another dealer

Just wanted to share the experience I had with Tooba UMAR of Audi of Huntington with anyone looking to lease/purchase a new AUDI. I was looking for a white A4 manual transmission and after speaking with several dealerships was told there were only 2 on the East Coast. I started negotiating with all of them and when I got the price down to what I was comfortable with I went to AUDI of Huntington with the hope of leasing our fourth A4 from them. I was basically turned away by a salesman who obviously had no interest in making a sale. I was told there were no 2015 manual transmission A4s anywhere and the prices he quoted for a possible 2014 were ridiculously higher than the quotes I received for a 2015. He chuckled at the price I said I was comfortable with, spoke with the GM and came back with an insignificant reduction saying that was the best offer.I went on the AUDI Forum website and someone who had just purchased a car recommended TOOBA at Audi of Huntington. I then checked this website and after reading all her reviews and ratings I decided to go back to Audi of Huntington one week after my last visit.From the minute I sat with her I saw how passionate she was about AUDIs and how SINCERELY interested she was in getting me that white manual transmission A4. She confirmed that there were 2 out there, asked how much I wanted to put down and where I wanted to be with monthly payments, and after I told her, had no problem making those numbers work. She immediately started the process of getting me the car. The following day she called and told me the first one was no longer available but was pretty confident she would get the other one. Exactly 7 days later I picked up the white A4 manual transmission.Tooba is extremely knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. Nail in my tire after hours

Today I had an under inflated tire. When I went to put air in the tire I noticed that there was a nail in the tire. I drove from Brooklyn to the nearest Audi dealership which happened to be the Huntington office. I arrived a few minutes after 5pm. To my dismay, office hours were from 7:30 to 5pm!!! I decided to go in and see if I could drop off my car in the morning or if I could wait for it and just arrive a little late to the office the next day. I wasn't able to get anyone's name but the three wonderful men that I met in the service department were helpful and took care of my tire issue. What an excellent buying experience - we just went to see the car as we were exploring option but walked out after making a deposit and all that within 30 minutes of our interaction with Tooba Umar. A perfect example of an effective sales person. If your in the market for an Audi I would highly recommend Audi of Huntington. What impressed me the most about the dealership was there no hard sell, they appeared to have higher standards then other dealerships. My husband and I first visited the dealership and met with Erol, and he took us for a test drive. He did not try to pressure us into purchasing the car that day, invited us to come back and test drive the car again. This is our second Audi purchase in less than one year. The first was a stellar experience with a dealership In Georgia. This dealership however made it nearly impossible to not walk away! If it were not for the vehicle itself we would have walked within moments. Our rep Jim seemed to know less than I do about the cars he sells. We drove nearly three hours to this dealership for an a6 that we knew we wanted. When test driving we smelled smoke, Jim assured us it was just him as he is a smoker. The actual process of purchase was painful. Him kept having to defer to others to answer questions and we ended up doing the majority of the leg work. When we went to collect the car the bill of sale was incorrect as well as other time wasting oversights. Leaving in a rush having already spent unnecessary time there on the way home the car still smelled of smoke and there were used mints as well as wrappers in the console. When the auto populated email came through to find out about our experience we responded twice, with photos. No response for days and then to our surprise another email asking for referrals. We sent another email and now have contacted Audi corporate. When purchasing such a vehicle it is not unreasonable to expect a certain level of professionalism and treatment, neither of which happened. We now have to take this vehicle for complete detailing and filter change... Unacceptable! Perhaps at some point Audi of Huntington will have the decency to get back to us... If it were not for the hard to find package this a6 had we oils have never purchased here!

I went into the dealership on a Sunday morning, and was paired with Erol Fettahlioglu. At first, Erol was very calm and somewhat pleasant. I felt like this wasn't his true personality, and it was an altered personality due to being at work and having to be professional. I came in interested in a brand new s7 (which starts at $80k mind you). Since Huntington, did not have an S7 in stock, I had to test drive other cars to get a comparable idea, which according to Erol was an A6 supercharge in a prestige package. Erol was knowledgable in his information, but I still felt that he wasn't taking me seriously. I felt his personality and the experience to be very fake. Since they didn't have anything comparable for me to test drive, we left off being in contact, as I was hesitant to buy a car, that I never test drove. Erol informed me we'd have to special order the car and it would take 3-5 months. Long story short, a few days later we were contacted by Erol's Sales manager to come in to test drive an S6 that they got in for me to test drive, which would give me a better idea on how the S7 will drive, as it's comparable (Erol didn't make this happen, the sales manager did.) After I arrived, Erol made a side comment about me being late for our "appointment" that I didn't even make with him specifically (rude!!). I loved the drive and became very interested in the s7 from that point on. I went in to discuss numbers and my trade in and discussed possibly ordering the car (which I didn't really want to do because it would take 5 months.) Erol appraised my car and gave me a drastically LOW number and also made more side comments about me not being the original owner, and how some areas of my car have different percentages of paint levels, and also "discounted" the car I wanted to purchase by a whopping $500 dollars. After being insulted, I threw him an offer and told him if he could make that happen, then we could continue to talk and I left it at that. I also told him I would be visiting the West Islip dealership to see their s7 that they have in stock. He made side comments that theirs is a different color then what I was looking at and is more expensive, as I walked out the door. I realized I left my keys with Erol, and sent my friend in to grab them as I didn't want to see Erol after that. When my friend walked in, Erol was sitting in his Sales Managers office with another manager present, holding my car keys (he clearly wasn't trying to run after me to give me my keys). Erol was laughing at me and my offer (which was a very very reasonable offer) and made comment that, "Here is the joke offer that he offered." He looked like he was having fun with the boys making fun of me and for my offer! (Which was $81k instead of $84k) When Erol noticed that my friend overheard what he had just said, he looked very embarrassed. The General Manager then ran after my friend and wanted to thank me for visiting and if it didn't work out with West Islip, then to come back and see them. I have never been treated that way in my entire life. Erol is rude, unhelpful and a crook. He does not care nor want the best interest of his customers. It seems to me, he only cares about a commission check. I would never ever step foot in Huntington Audi ever again, nor would I wish Erol on my worse enemy. If I could rate him below a 1, I would. P.S- Erol if you are reading this, I went to West Islip after Huntington and purchased the $89,500 2014 S7 right from the show room (CASH!!). I would take some etiquette lessons if I were you, as you just lost out on a huge commission and I have the S7 that you told me would take 5 months to get in my driveway. Who's the joke on now? Everyone go to Atlantic Audi of West Islip and see James Nolan and Sales Manager George. They will treat you like a real person and will give you the best deal. No hassle no gimmicks. It's worth the drive over. Trust me!!!

Buyer Beware! If you are thinking of buying a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership, PLEASE go somewhere else. I bought a pre-owned certified Audi A5. From the time I purchased the vehicle, I felt a vibration while driving. After taking the car to the garage twice, the mechanic told me that I had 2 bad rims and my 2 back tires were plugged. One tire actually had 3 plugs in it. This pre-certified car I bought cost me $500 for new tires and $400 to get my rims fixed. I contacted the dealership a few times but never received a return call. I also contacted Audi customer service. They in turn also tried to contact the dealership with no luck. After numerous attempts, the used sales manager finally returned my call. He asked that I email copies of my repairs to him and he would look into the matter. After a dozen more calls and emails, the manager, Peter told me that he was not willing to cover any of my repairs. I pointed out that on the copy of my certification, it listed my tires as being free from damage and that someone in his dealership checked off the box. In addition, on the certification checklist, it was listed that both keys were with the car(which they were not). Again another issue. It is quite apparent that the pre certification process is rubber stamped. Buyer Beware!! The customer service at Audi of Huntington Sucks!

On 3/23/2013, my wife called this dealership and spoke to Chris about test driving an A6 and an S6. He indicated that she can come that day and they will pull the car [S6] out of the showroom for her. Because I couldn't go with her that day and it's going to be my car, she made an appointment for me to go test drive the cars the week later. On 3/30/2013, I arrived at the appointment time to find out that they had not moved the car [S6] out of the showroom. When I asked about test driving, he didn't have any recollection of us wanting to drive the S6. He went to check with his boss to see if they can take the car of the showroom. He came back to me indicating that the "policy" is for me to workout the numbers/paperwork and put down a deposit before I can test drive an S6. Of course, none of this was communicated to us in the first place a week earlier. Basically, I wasted my Sat afternoon to dealing with a bunch of dishonest people. Given that it was an Easter weekend, I decided to turn the other cheek.

Christopher Grant, service consultant, listened attentively about my complaint regarding an intermittent "check engine" light that appeared on my dashboard. Although the car had been in for service several times, no one seemed to be conclusive about what was causing this to happen. Christopher arranged for a loaner car and asked me to leave my car overnight in order to ascertain what this problem was. He was pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned to get to the bottom of it. He and the mechanic were able to give me a definitive answer and called promptly to explain the causation. I decided to live with the light coming on since it did not affect my safety or the running of the engine. At no time did Christopher try to persuade or coerce me into spending the extra money to fix this. I felt his sincere effort to merely give me clarity. We visited Audi of Huntington, "just to look", and within few minutes we were greeted by Tooba Umar. She is the very friendly, NOT PUSHY, which is a MAJOR turnoff, professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of the questions we had, took us on three test drives total (we had our kids with us so we went in shifts). While we were not sure of a new or preowned car, she did not try to sway us one way or the other. She let us decide what we wanted to do. ***UPDATE 5/17/12***This car is experiencing some mechanical issues (Broken window motor after 5 days, radiator leak due to undisclosed prior damage) and more cosmetic damage has been revealed. In additon this car was not properly put into the Audi Certified Pre Owned Warranty Program, and left in the old owners name, without re-certification according to Audi of America. The dealer GM, Rick Bonilla has been gracious in making everything right. The saleswoman Hildy Kaye has been rude, pious, and taken a blameless position on the sale, certification, and inspection on this vehicle that she was responsible for along with the service department and failed to follow through. It is just sad. Rick Bonilla has taken ownership of this problem as GM and I will continue to deal with him on this, just as Hildy so rudely directed me this AM when she stated "Well you are dealing with Rick so keep dealing with Rick, because I don't know and I have nothing to do with it. I'm being bombarded with this." She sold me the car, not Rick. I would not recommend a purchase here at this time, the staff needs a bit of polish/training.***END OF UPDATE***I was in an accident and my insurance company totaled my car. So I unexpectedly was in search of a car. I saw a beautiful Certified Pre Owned A3 on AutoTrader.com and contacted Audi of Huntington immediately. I was placed into contact with Hildy Kaye and she was wonderful. This was an out of state purchase and she made a very complicated process go as smooth as possible. I sent a close friend to look at the car in person for me and Hildy showed him the maintenance and the carfax on the car. I loved everything about the way things were handled with Hildy as I am not easiest to get a hold of due to my line of work so she was VERY accommodating. I only have one complaint about my car, the service detail was not up to par. I am not sure that Hildy was directly responsible for that I would assume the service department would be in charge of that. When I came to pick up the car, the dashboard was ashen, there was sticky goo in the door cup holder, residue in the mid console cup holders, and the carpets had not been shampooed it appeared. So i have spend a few hundred bucks to have it detailed and properly cleaned. I would have expected that a CPO vehicle would have been detailed to Audi standards prior to delivery.

It was a very pleasurable experience because of the friendliness and honesty of the sales representative. I test drove two vehicles and I ended up purchasing one of them. She was very knowledgable. She worked with me to an agreement making both parties happy. When I went to pick up the vehicle all the paper work was ready for me to sign. We stopped at the maintenance center to verify the maintenance plan. While performing a random search on an Auto website for the Q5 3.2 S-line Prestige in Phantom Black one night it finally came up with two vehicles. One in Manhattan and one at Audi of Huntington. I had already been to Biener Audi, priced the vehicle and was told delivery couldn't be expected until May the earliest so I was thrilled to see one so close to me. The next day we decided to take a ride over there just to have a look see. And there it was. As soon as I walked into the showroom it was right before my eyes, like a little Audi mirage. A very sweet receptionist called a sales person for us and we were greeted warmly by James. We sat and talked for awhile as he worked out the financials and I very much felt like I was sitting in my livingroom chatting with a friend. The whole atmosphere of the dealership is unlike any other I've ever experienced. After we purchased the vehicle James was even kind enough to cater to my neurosis and locked the vehicle for me so no one else could go inside.Vehicle delivery day was 2 days later and much to my dismay, I wasn't feeling well. Anneliese got me in and out of there as fast as is humanly possible with regard to dealership paperwork and James sat with my husband to go over the bells and whistles of the car while I went home to go lay in bed. It's been 2 days now and I think I'm in love. I'm heading back to the dealership tomorrow to thank James and Anneliese for being so kind, courteous and professional. We first visited Audi back in July 2011. We were searching for a new car and really liked the looks of the Q5. Hildy was very nice and took the time to sit with us and walk through all the options, even though she knew we were visiting multiple car dealers that day. They didn't have any Q5 2.0s on site that were not already sold, but she called as soon as they received one. The test drive was great. We didn't end up purchasing the test vehicle, as we wanted different options on the car. After about a month of weighing the Q5 vs other SUVs, we went back to Audi in November and ordered our new SUV. One of the things we really liked about Hildy is she was very honest about what she thought we did NOT need on the car. Also, the Q5 comes with many options in the base price and we ended up adding just a few. The price was very reasonable for the SUVs in its class and after a wait of only about 2 months, we picked up our brand new Q5. After finishing the paperwork, Hildy took quite some time to go over the car and show us how to use all the amenities. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Joe Lopardo is a decent salesperson, although he did give me conflicting information about my car. I eventually bought it and got a decent price, but several big things went wrong on the way to completing the transaction. Joe was helpful (if not apologetic) but his manager, Rick, is a complete moron. He is rude, unpleasant, dishonest, and condescending. (And those are his good qualities.) I could not believe how horribly he would treat a paying customer, new to the Audi brand, and his utter disregard for my experience there.I was promised the car would be detailed "inside and out" before purchase. The exterior was, but the interior was filthy. No explanation, no apology. When I was told it would be done correctly, the service dept. did no more than wipe a damp cloth across the seats. I found the service dept. to be sloppy and rude. There were some disturbing mechanical issues with my car. They were corrected, but only after I made a fuss.The dealer could have made this a great experience by apologizing and offering me something for the hassles and errors. I recently purchased my lease that I had for 3 years. I originally did my lease through Anchor Audi in Lynbrook who was so much better. WHen I went to buy out y lease I went to Huntington and boy did they screw their customer over.The car salesman never even notified me that when I would turn my lease in it would be subject to audi's inspection before they "resell" it back to me. This left me absolutely no time to take the car back and make the repairs on my own. I was forced to pay all of the dealership prices for their work (brakes and tires). They told me I could not take the car back which left me no choice.I confronted the salesman, Jim/James, and all he said was OH, sorry, what an idiot!!!!! Totally his fault. I decided to speak to the manager ,Rudy, who promised me up and down I'd get 10% back because the dealership was in the wrong. Well... they never sent me my check, nor would they return phone my calls. They said they "couldn't get the money" HA. How do you treat your customer like that??? Not even return phone calls!! I have recommended this dealership to many Audi owners and have particularly recommended their service rep Chuck Malone. The majority of people already work with Chuck and are very pleased with the professional manor that he interacts with them. Because of the excellent service, I have also recommended Audi of Huntington to people considering purchasing a car. Chuck always made sure that I was set up with a rental car and I was on my way in a short period of time.Most important is that they are very honest. So when they told me it was time to replace my 2000 A6 with high mileage, before it started to have expensive repairs. I knew that I could trust them! So I now have a 2009 A4 that they have certified. Since all the repairs were done at that dealership, I know that the A4 is clean both inside and out. I wouldn't have even considered a used car if Chuck wasn't able to give me the service history and suggest a reliable salesperson. Do not use Audi Huntington! (By the way Smithtown is same owners). They lied and didn't honor the price they promised. Went in the first time and made a very fair deal. Made an appointment to come back to finalize. Got there and after waiting 2 hours, Larry couldnt honor the original deal. After we renegotiated, the service manager decided even that he wouldnt honor. Five hours later I will never buy an Audi!

I was told the service contract was included in the price I paid for the car until I came in for service and they said it wasn't. I didnt look at the contract but it was a competitive situation and I wouldn't have bought the car there. It cost me ana dditional $800. Then the engine cover and wheekl well cover were cracked and they said it was my fault. The car was never hit or hit anything. That cost me another $500.What is covered by the warranty or service contract.

Charged for doing nothing.1999 Audi A4 Quattro 2.8I made a service appointment with Audi of Huntington well in advance. I described two separate problems over the phone to a the service department when making the appt as 1) cruise control inoperable 2) burning smell from engine upon ignition Two weeks later, when I checked into the Audi Service Center, another service agent was taking all my contact information for a second time, then began to gesture that I could now wait in a nearby room.....when I interupted him and informed him that I arranged for a rental car. Now nervous that he had no record of the car's problem, I then asked him what he had listed as the repairs his team was about to perform. He told me they were going to replace the timing belt. NOT ! I had no idea what he was talking about....I told him my timing belt was replaced at the 90,000 mile scheduled service. But not once did he ask me for my service history or records, which of course I had. So I restate my issue as above and he takes notes. I rent a car and am on my way.Two days later I get a phone call from the same agent who informs me of a litany of mechanical issues that I did not request. It is a 10 year old car. Not a single nut was loosened, nor bolt tightened. No parts were installed. Instead, they spent 2 hrs examining my car. Later they inform me of a bill for over $200 for 2 hrs of diagnostics. Let me tell you that I had every intention of taking a new Audi A6 as a rental car for a prolonged test drive while my car was being repaired....Instead I received a beat up Chevy Cavalier with smoked up cloth interior, an engine light indicating repairs needed, low air in tires, and barely 1/6 tank of gas. Not only will I not buy an Audi from this dealership, they have completely turned me off the entire corporation. I certainly cannot be the first person to fall prey to this practice of paying for some mechanic to learn his craft.Please 2 hrs to tell me that my cruise control doesn't work and that I have an oil leak. I told them as much when I checked him.

I purchased a "dealer demo" Q7 TDI online, EBay. Transaction went very smoothly, although the State of New York messed up a title transfer or something. But the dealership worked diligently to arrange shipping, an in-transit permit, accessory installation, and pre-delivery inspection. Joe and Anneliese bent over backwards dealing with a pushy customer they only knew over the phone. Great dealership to work with.

I purchased a used A6 virtually sight unseen (based upon information on the internet). After delivery I noticed that the vehicle did not have all of the options listed.I spoke to Rick Bonilla and Gary Gentile at the dealership. After I got my title they found a replacement A6 with the missing options and they swapped vehicles. Rick even asked me what color I wanted and was able to find the exterior/interior color combination I preferred. They knew I was moving 65 miles away but they treated me as if I were going to live next door. This had all of the potential to be a bad experience and the reverse happened. Rick even thru in a few extras! The second car was even nicer than the first (less wear). I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

THIS DEALERSHIP SUCKS!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!The only reason I went there was because they had the A5, that was hard to find at any other dealership. First off, the car started giving me problems with the headlights and the tire pressure right from the beginning. So I tried to deal with the service department and I scheduled an appointment. When I asked if I am able to get a loaner car, they told me I would now have to reschedule my appointment. What kind of crap is that? You're gonna give me a piece of junk anyway, might as well give it to me the day I need it.After spending 50 grand on a car, youd think they would treat you well and try to give you a pleasant experience.I am dropping off my car later next week now, because I had to reschedule my appointment.The woman on the phone was very stand offish and was not willing to be flexible towards my needs whatsoeverI would definitley not recommend this dealership to anyone.

This is by far the WORST dealership I have ever been to. The sales department was just OK but their service is beyond terrible. Besides the fact that i always get a Toyota Echo when i drop off my $35,000 car it is never delivered when promised and barely ever fixed in one visit. The technicians smoke cigarettes every 5 minutes - no wonder work never gets done- and actually smoke while they are driving cars in from the lot. It is completely unprofessional and disgusting. You would think that Audi would have a little more class and better service- but you'd be wrong. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE.

The sales rep. seemed friendly at first, returned phone calls promptly, etc.. Right up until the point when they received my order and deposit. From then on it was all downhill. No updates or courtesy phone calls as to when the car would arrive, so I could start working on the financing, as was promised by the sales rep. I almost walked away from the deal, but didn't want to risk not getting back my cash deposit.
The service department is a complete disgrace. They don't return phone calls, the quality or work is subpar--sometimes I think its a bunch of monkeys in there banging on things with wrenches. Oh, and the "loaner car" which I was given when I brought in my $50K car for service was a little Toyota rent a car--very classy.

Have been bringing my97A8 to AoH for two years. Of all the Audi dealerships I have brought my car to I beleive this one to be the best. This is not to say they are great. I now request only two technican to work on my car. This is not received well by the customer service people. In addition customer service people were very poor in contacting me with what is wrong, when will my car be ready and what was wrong with it. This is why they got a 2 rating. Simple things such as keeping the sutomer is paramount as a customer service representitive. in addition when I would call 3 out of 5 times I would get and answering machine where I would leave a message that would not get reutrned. When i questioned them they dsaid they did not have an answering machine. What kind of response is that? In addition when I asked for my third transmission screen and filter change the customer service people said they don't do that. Of course I brought along my invoice to show him and he was bewildered. They workmanship, cleanliness and ultimately the repairs were taken care of right on and to my satisfaction. I would recommend this service department as well as the parts department. My only suggestion would be to CLEARLY STATE what is completely wrong, what you want done and when you expect to have things completed. Do NOT let the customer service people dictate to you. You are the consumer. As an ongoing policy, I now always speak to the technician who worked on my car to get the real turth for whatever and side step the C.S rep. I am certain this does not endear me to them but then again they are not the ones diagnosing or repairing my car.
