Lets be clear. Buying or leasing a vehicle does not always go well. We all know we need stamina to survive the rigors of that process. Add to that my recent completion of nearly one year of chemotherapy and surgery for treatment of pancreatic cancer. This was my dilemma as I began to search for a new automobile. Replacing my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer was going to be tough but after 10 years it was time. I visited Infinity, Acura, and BMW. I left wondering about the knowledge those salespeople had about the very cars they were trying to convince me to buy. One salesperson never asked me anything other than my first name. No contact information. Nothing! He ignored the vehicle model I came in to ask about. Follow this with his and other dealerships overpricing, endless visits to their managers during the negotiations, inconsistencies between manager and salesperson, disinterest in my original wants and needs and a general lack of connection to me. Whew!! Then, seemingly by chance, I thought I would try an Audi dealership I sometimes ride by in Fairfield, CT.Enter Audi of Fairfield and Isaiah Agosto.You can feel the warmth of this dealership as soon as you enter and approach the reception area. I immediately felt this is the place I should be. I was introduced to Isaiah Agosto. He is personable and has absolute familiarity with the Audi products. He is a positive, articulate, and courteous individual. He treated me with patience and respect. The vehicle is one I never thought I would be able to purchase. By working on my wants and needs we found the vehicle that fit my budget. It took us no time at all because Isaiah recognizes the quickest and best way to expedite the process. I picked up the vehicle the next day. My wife and I have found our new Sales Consultant and auto dealership. They are Isaiah Agosto and he is at Audi of Fairfield in Fairfield Connecticut. You should definitely purchase or lease your next vehicle from this dealership!!

This was our first time at an Audi dealership and the experience was great. Isaiah was so knowledgable in every aspect of the process. He explained in detail every question we had on the Audi Q5 and was super easy to communicate with after the deal was done, making himself available for questions / concerns via text emails and calls. We test drove others in the same size range (volvo, jeep) but we ultimately liked the Q5 and the experience with Isaiah the best. So happy with our choice. Thanks Isaiah!!

In February 03 2016 I visited Audi farfield, I was looking to do an upgrade on my car and I found this 2013 Audi A4. The sale rep Robert he was very helpful and made the all process easy and quick making sure that I got my car. He was very thorough and attentive. the day that I traded in my car and I forgot to take some stuff out of my car and he sent it to me right away. I called him after I bought my car and I notice that is was missing the iPod connector and he send it with all my stuff I Definitely recommend him.

Mike was very helpful with my out of state purchase. We had 3 flights canceled to get there and he kept staying in touch to figure out how to pick me up at the airport which I really appreciated. Car was great and I love it except one repair that needs to be done which I noticed when I got home. Mike has been on top of taking care of this too which is greatly appreciated. Only took about an hour at the dealership to sign all the paperwork at finance department after test driving the car. That helped even more given the long drive I had home the same day.

I am so happy I stopped by Audi of Fairfield. I thought a new Audi lease was beyond my means. I worked with Dave Nachman and gave him my parameters. Although Dave was not able to find a car for me right away, he called me several hours later with an outstanding offer. I went with my wife the next day and found Dave had in fact found me a great A4 well within my means. I have been buying and leasing cars for nearly 50 years, always haggling my way to find a good deal. This was the first time I truly appreciated a salesman"s hard work and accepted his offer on the spot. Dave is a professional and a credit to Audi. Cars do not sell themselves, salesmen do and Dave simply and honestly earned my business. In my first post I already rated the Audi dealer in Fairfield, so this time it's just about the salesman. I had to return to the dealer the day after my purchase to drop off a second fob for the car I traded in. Before getting there, I found a couple things about my new 2015 A4 that I just couldn't figure out. Second time at the dealer, my Audi Brand Specialist, Mike Belanger, was great (again!). He had the knowledge of the car to be able to show me what I was doing (or not doing) and how to get it right. And he did it in just a few minutes. Was very courteous when I asked, had the knowledge to show me what I wasn't doing correctly and very professional throughout the second visit. And, didn't ever lend the attitude that was bothering him. I was done and gone in about 10 minutes from the dealership. I know it doesn't happen like this for every problem with a car, but for my circumstances, I couldn't have asked for more!

I've dealt with Fairfield Audi for years now and appreciate the sales staff and their professionalism, and their fair pricing. They provide information, answer questions, and don't do a hard sales pitch. Of course the cars themselves are the stars and can sell themselves, but a good experience goes a long way. And maintenance and service afterwards has always been top notch and more so since they opened the new service center.

I went to the dealership more to look at cars, and not to buy one. I had the privilege of working with Chris Durkin, who listened to what I was looking for and did not steer me in another direction. Just bought my second Audi A5 Cabriolet from Audi of Fairfield. The salesman Mark Vizvary was wonderful. Got the A5 in July 2015 which was rear ended while stopped on highway traffic new years eve. The car did a wonderful job of protecting my wife who walked away form an impact which ultimately did $50,000 of damage and totaled the car. The day the car was declared totaled I called Mark Vizvary to have him look for a replacemnt (White A5 Cab with tan leather - the last one took 2 weeks to find). We signed that papers the next day and picked it up 2 days later. Not only was the entire process incredibly smooth and easy, Mark helped us negotiate and get the 2016 for the same payment as the 2105. My experience with the original car with the service department was like-wise very smooth and easy. There are many reasons why we choose the cars we do but it is a great ride, fun car and safe. Thank you Mark, you made me a convert!

I recently bought a 2005 (!) a4 with less than 40k miles and a manual transmission from fairfield audi and even in retrospect enjoyed the experience. I was very concerned about buying such an old car, but Andres was very helpful and encouraged me to drive the car to get my comfort level up. I spent time looking at new a4s and realized that the retro draw was just too powerful and I was helpless to resist. Several weeks later, I'm thrilled with my purchase - thanks Andres!

I live in Myrtle Beach, SC and use to live in Stratford, CT. In 2012 i bought a CPO 2010 A4 Prem Plus from Audi Fairfield. Had a great experience. The Audi dealers in SC AND NC dont really have much cpo inventory. So I had been looking at an A6 Prem Plus 2.0T and found one in Fairfield. We got off the plane in laguardia and drove directly to the dealer and made the deal. Great car, price was right, salesman was extremely helpful, 1.9% 5 yr Audi financing and a $500 rebate and a 6yr/100k warranty sold it. The most difficult part was getting the car registered in SC. After some confusion with the process of valuing the car in the county and paying the taxes we got the plate the day before my wife and I left CT to drive back to Myrtle Beach. 12 hrs and 2 stops for using the facilties and 1 for gas averaged 75 to 80mph and 31 mpg, it was a great and comfortable ride. I am very happy with my second Audi. Will come to CT when i need another one. Love the cars. You would too once you drive one.

i bought my first Audi 4 wagon used in 2014. I love the car. I have it serviced once or twice a year. My service representative Rob Joseph, makes everything easy. He takes care of everything. The service dept is responsive, respectful, and highly customer focused. I have my car serviced with them even though there is another Audi service dept. closer to where I live. They are simply the best.

There were a few minor things that we asked to be taken care before the car was delivered- some were, others were not. One item required ordering a part and then bringing the vehicle in for service.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Audi of Fairfield! They were not willing to honor a special that they had on their website for me.. the salesman stated that it ended three days prior to the day I sat with him.. when it was still being advertised on their website! He was awful and snotty! I found out about fees that weren't explained to me when I first got there (I was told that having a white car would be extra - never heard of that before, seems like Audi nickels and dimes you any chance they can). I want a luxury car with luxury features.. why should I be paying the same amount as a fully loaded Honda, etc just for the Audi name? Audi of Fairfield definitely lost me as a customer in all my future leases and purchases... and they also lost 3 of my family members who were interested in looking at leasing/buying from them. I was just so disgusted and turned off by this dealer. This would have been my fourth lease so I am not new to this at all. I have never written a review about anything in my life and I felt the need to share this so that Audi of Fairfield can do something about their sales department. Very poor customer service... it also didn't seem as though you were very busy considering the fact that the whole sales team was chatting the whole time in a corner of the sales floor and there were no customers in sight for hours besides myself, even with it being a Saturday afternoon.. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Chris Durkin is a gem...he exceeds every expectation!! He asks what you are looking for and actually listens to your response which is clearly evident through out the entire buying process!! He is not pushy nor brash but rather he is warm and pleasant. I have come to expect on the best from Audi of Fairfield but Chris Durkin goes above and beyond even their high expectations. He made an experience that is usually tense and frustrating into something wonderful and fun!! I truly hope that he will continue to be my Audi salesperson forever.

Despite the reviews, I contacted Audi Fairfield because they had the car I was looking for. I'm about 1.5 hours away on Long Island and couldn't find the CPO car I wanted. I inquired online through Cars.com. Received a response from Jordan. Initially, I was deciding between the car there and another Audi, which I thought had the cold weather package (my wife really wants/needs heated steering wheel). I thought perhaps I could have it installed after, but Jordan checked with techs and informed me that wasn't the case. Well, in any event, the other vehicle on Long Island also didn't have the cold weather package (my mistake)! The car also had more miles was not CPO (again my mistake) and $2,000 more expensive. There were a few others w/in a 2 hours drive that I inquired about. All were sold! I called Jordan back at the end of the day on Christmas Eve, he put the car on hold and called me first thing the day after Christmas. I left a deposit and headed up. Bought the car that day, had to wait a little because they needed to prep it for delivery (understandable given the timing). Everything went smoothly. I will say that as another reviewer said, they do not negotiate. Or at least they clearly didn't want to on this car noting that it was already at their low point having just been reduced. That said, it was a good deal. Right in the middle of all the listings, but with lower miles than those and also the only one with the air suspension option, so I thought it was a good deal anyway.

Flew from Iowa to CT to visiting my daughter in college and decided to drop in and test drive my dream car, an Audi A6. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Durkin who I found to be very professional, knowledgable, and easily answered of all my questions. No pressure and no sales pitch. 2 hours later I drove out with my A6 to drive 1100 miles home in the most comfortable car ever while Chris took my rental car back to Enterprise.

I would give Chris 100 stars if I could. He is the best dealer I came across, my husband and I ended up buying a new car at the end of the day.He never once pressured us, but was very informative and courteous all the way.My husband was an Audi customer before, but it was my first buying experience and felt very hesitant, but Chris made me feel at ease the whole time. As returning customers to Audi of Fairfield we felt as though we knew what kind of customer service to expect and we were not disappointed! We worked with a new salesman, Chris Durkin, and he was wonderful. Since we were not sure exactly which model we wanted, Chris had us test drive several vehicles based on the features we liked best about our first Audi. Once we decided on the A6, he asked Chris Dellorco to assist with the complete walk through of the car since he had more experience with this model and it's many great features. Chris and Chris were two of the nicest people to work with and made the entire experience very easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend either of them!

I have low profile tires on my Audi A6 which has been a problem for 5 years. Audi corrected this on later models but they also advised me to purchase a tire warranty. I am glad I did because several tires needed to be replaced over the 5 years due to road hazards. I had another proble with a tire with a pierced sidewall and brought to the dealership. Jose Barbosa was my service rep and he went out of his way to deal withthe warranty company whic rejected the claim twice. Jose kept at it, sent a third round of photos and finally was successful. I left the dealership with a new tire and no cost to me. It took two days during which I used the dealerships loaner car. Jose got two managers involved in the process even though it was a very busy time at the dealership. I can't say enough about how he handled the process and of course I was very happy with the outcome. I will ask for him every time I return.

I'll make this short. I arrived at Fairfield Audi service center Sept 30th at about 9:54 am for a 10:00 am apt. Jose showed me the waiting room,"it will be about a 45, 50 minute wait; is that okay?". - I replied sure, no problem.I had a prior engagement that Saturday morning but that wasn't starting 'till 12:00 pm i figured i had more than enough time for an EXPRESS oil change which even the coupon quoted 55 minutes or less guaranteed. TWO HOURS after the time i was told it would take to complete the express oil change which included a vacuum, a car wash, a 30 MP inspection, and several other things only 1 thing got completed and that was the oil change. The car wash unit was not in working shape, nor the vacuums apparently; or anything else at the center that day. My keys were lost, that added an extra 45 minutes to the wait. I was asked if i would like them mailed to me when found (lol). 3 hours later, in to the time spent at Audi of Fairfield, trying to get an EXPRESS OIL CHANGE; my aggravated mind was too tired to put up a fight when it was time for me to pay for my NOT so express oil change. Although it was 55 minutes guaranteed quoted on the coupon and it took over 3 hours, i just shook my head, swiped my card and walked away.To sum it all up, DO NOT get your service done at Fairfield Audi if your in a rush! You will be disappointed.

My service adviser Jose was fabulous! He was very personable& genuine. Prior to bringing my car in for scheduled 65k, someone stole one of my fog light covers right from my driveway. I had a wedding to attend& was concerned that I would have to show up with my car and its missing piece. Jose promptly looked into getting the part that I needed and offered me any discounts available on my services, which also made me feel better about having the part stolen. I would recommend Jose, he is an asset to the Audi team! The service is always impeccable and I love how my car always comes back from being serviced washed & vacuumed. There is also just something special about getting your car back with Audi mints :). Thank you Audi Fairfield!

To Make a Long Story Short! I scheduled service at the Fairfield Audi for an Oil change; Which comes with a vacuum, tire rotations, wash the whole 9. The oil change was guaranteed to be completed in 55 minutes or less. I arrived at Audi 9:55am (10:00am) handed over my keys and was escorted to the waiting area. 2 hours and a half later!! the service rep approached me stating that they have misplaced my keys - hence the long wait. After discovering my lost keys, I went to my car just to notice that there was no car wash involved, nor was there any vacuuming done. The service rep mentioned that the car wash was broken and may be up around 2:00pm (it was now 12:45pm). Feeling agitated since I was now late for my prior engagements I left the service area to later discover my Audi making a Ticking noise once the car was turned off o_0!!! I'll be going elsewhere for my oil changes moving forward.

All I got was a couple auto reply e-mails, a subscription to their e-newsletter and phone messages asking me to call their dealership for more information on the car. Neither answered my questions I asked. So I called the dealership only to be told the car was sold 2 days prior to when they first contacted me via phone. How can that be? The ad was and is still current.

Went to Audi of Fairfield and spoke to Anthoney Ferrone about an s-5, I say the new a-7 and was very impressed. Asked to demo and he rolled the one in the show room out the door. Could not believe the performance and handling, and I have been a Porsche driver. After visiting two Audi dealerships my dad and I went to Audi of Fairfield where I ended up getting the beautiful A4 2.0 as my graduation present. When my dad and I entered the dealership we were greeted and assigned to Ken Thompson. Unlike my previous visits to dealerships Ken did not ignore me and talk only to my dad, he kept me involved and paid attention to me and explained everything to me. He made me feel important and did not treat me like a 22 year old who did not know anything about cars. Ken really helped me understand what I needed to know and he was very patient when it came to explaining the car, this made me feel very comfortable. My dad did the negotiations and he told me that we got a good deal so we ended up getting the car that very day! Ken told me to call or come back to the dealership at any time if I wanted to over anything again. I looked at a car for sale here - the salesman was less knowledgeable about the car I was looking at than I was. Was told there is no option for headlights that curve on the 2007 A4! This is the whole point of getting the fancy lights. I purchased another A4 from another dealer, with the Adaptive headlight package that many a4's feature (any with Bixenon are adaptive, for 2007 at least I found out).Later, the CPO car that I purchased was taken to Service at Audi of fairfield because when I bought the car the rain sensor wasn't working. There are NO intermittent wipers on cars with rain sensors, so my wipers were either all the way on or off - which proved quite annoying. AOF decided that the malfunction was not covered by warranty since the previous owner had changed the windshield glass. Cost to fix > $300 (so much for 300+ point inspection - if you don't notice the wipers don't work right what is the point). I was told the price was high because the parts weren't even there for the sensor. I had a rock chip in the windshield and the glass was replaced, and I personally witness the safelite guy disassembling the mirror, and the sensor was clearly there, connected to the wiring harness. Granted, it still doesn't work but it is there. If I had agreed for them to fix it, I was going to be charged for this part that was actually there? This isn't my fault.Lastly, I was told that the headlights being on all the time (the Xenons, not the Daytime running lights) was normal and that I was using the car incorrectly. All these problems - I dropped the car off, got a loaner, and got it back in the same state. Now I'm on my way back up to my original dealer who has agreed to fix the problems without an issue (Audi of Nashua). I will not recommend anyone to sales or service at Audi of Fairfield.I did speak with Audi Corporate, and they did confirm that Audi of Nashua would cover the repairs but could not get them covered at my local dealer. They were nice enough to make sure the repairs would get done, but its difficult to take into account the original dealer is almost 3 hours away from me and is only open when I am at work (thus, the entire point of a pre-certified car, or so I thought).

For a dealer who praises their great customer satisfaction, I'm here to write about the exact opposite. Maybe Fairfield's satisfaction was great before they switched heads of sale, before they moved locations, but now it is horrendous. You may have read my previous post.A purchased a ~$40k+ S4 a little over one year ago. The car is STILL under factory warranty, and certified pre-owned. The car was sold to me under false terms, that it had never been involved in accidents, suffered damage, or had previous body work done. But the paintwork is chipped due to shoddy previous repair that was never disclosed to me at the time of sale.The 300+ CPO certification is bogus, at least in terms of detecting damage. It boils down to a Carfax report.Audi of Fairfield will not fix the car's damage under CPO warranty because their was no history of body work in a Carfax report.Audi of Fairfield will not fix the car under the perforation/corrosion warranty, because the damage results from previous body work.They don't realize these are contradictory arguments.When asked what they would do in my position, they said "pay to get the car fixed".What great customer service. BEWARE. Go elsewhere for you Audi.

We bought a 2001 S4 in 2002 as certified pre-owned. Alex was a pleasure to deal with. He listened to what we wanted, showed us some cars, negotiated fairly and openly. We would prefer to buy all our cars from him. Since then all service has been done at Audi of Fairfield. The service department has been courteous, prompt and efficient. We could not be happier. I bought my first Audi from Fairfield (then Continental) Motors. I was right out of school and had a somewhat limited budget and was buying a 2 year old car. I half figured that a Fairfield County dealer selling Porsche and Audi would hardly acknowledge a buyer like me. I was wrong. The dealer was helpful, polite, arranged competitive financing and took as much time as I needed. They even delivered the car to my home (about 30 miles away). My only complaint is that there was sometimes a bit of a wait to get a service appointment and loaners were virtually nonexistant.
I have purchased two new Audis since then, and the only reason I have switched dealerships is that I now live about 65 miles away.
