Purchased a new vehicle from Audi MV and returned to have some custom accessory work done. Greg Paszk.....was my service advisor. Friendly guy, great smile & very knowledge about Audi's as well as other vehicles. he's definitely a car guy :) He took care of my vehicle, hooked me up with a loaner car free of charge & had my vehicle back to me in a timely manner as promised. Great service!

Jay Asefi was my awesome salesman....very knowledge about Audi & their vehicles & most important got me a fair & reasonable price along with all the extras I wanted. I had to order the car but Jay stayed in touch & kept me updated through the whole process & the car actually came in early before my birthday :) Audi Mission Viejo & the staff are all FIRST CLASS and I appreciate that I was treated like family. Just purchased a brand new car from this dealership & was bringing it back to have some accessory work done. Walked in & Greg smiled at me so I picked him as my service advisor, plus he had GREAT energy & seemed kind. Let me just say he is WELL knowledge about Audi's & other vehicles. I was impressed.He had me checked in quickly & even programmed my gate/garage opener for me and sent me over to see Maria who was smiling, helpful & gave me a loaner vehicle for the day. Greg had my vehicle back to me in a timely fashion & I am a happy satisfied customer & will return for further service needs.

I had a fantastic car buying experience at Audi Mission Viejo. Everyone I dealt with was personable, helpful, and very professional. Joe Cram and Mitch Stayberg gave me a great deal on a Toyota Rav 4 that I probably would not have got anywhere else, and they gave me a great trade-in on my old car that I didn't expect. I would have had to go through a third party to sell it but Mitch offered to match that price and take it off my hands! That made everything go so much smoother, and I'm very grateful to him for that. I did have a few other opportunities on a Rav 4 elsewhere, but Joe's great personality and salesmanship really put it over the top. If I had to buy a car again Audi Mission Viejo would be the first place I would call. I'm very happy with my new ride! Thanks again guys! :)

Our lease was expiring on our current Audi and we were contemplating getting another. We started working with John Latko who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We test drove 3 or 4 different Audis, never feeling pressured or rushed. And when we made our decision and they did not have the car we wanted on the lot, he was very accommodating in locating it at another dealer. With the existing rebates and financing deals Audi had in place at the time, he worked up a very attractive new lease and we left feeling we got a decent deal, without having to haggle. We were very satisfied with our overall car buying experience.

Being my 4th Audi, I'm already sold on the car/brand, however Steve Hansler, once again, made the entire process quick, painless, and fun! I literally traded in my old lease, hassle free, and was driving away in my brand new Audi in about an hour! Steve made me aware of all my options and sat back and let me, the customer, decide. I don't like buying cars. So meeting Brian Hutchison was probably the best thing that could happen to me. He was professional, respectful, and most importantly, didn't swamp me with bull! I don't like hard sells, and I don't like the stereotype of a "Car Salesman" attacking me. And I live in Seal Beach, so driving to MV isn't exactly the thing I look forward to when I wake up in the morning. Another Audi in the family was purchased closer to home... but, in all honesty, the only reason I chose Audi Mission Viejo is our salesman. Brian was able to read what type of service I needed to receive -- to me, the most important skill for anyone in sales. He provided all the information requested and needed for me to make an informed decision about what car to buy, and in what manner. He offered his advice as one man talking to another, not with the tone of someone looking for an "angle". Ends up we needed to order a car to get just what I wanted, which we did. And it's mainly because Brian had educated me on the product rather than merely selling me a product, that the couple months it took to receive my car was not a bother at all.He has continued to be a part of my new Audi experience, and I could not speak more highly of this young man. I knew I was dealing with a first-class team when they offered to pick me up at the airport upon my arrival to Orange County. The process from there was seamless, honest, and clear. John was very diligent and friendly. He spent time to explain the terms and workings of the car and in light of my rushed schedule offered to continue the tutorial on a following weekend. The communication leading up to taking delivery of the car was well managed by Chris and his responses to email and phone were prompt. After owning an SUV for the past 19 years it was finally time to down size.I love the look of the Audi brand and I was interested in the A4: I stopped by one random Saturday and spoke to Steve Hansler.I test drove the A4 and also the A5 Coupe, both really fun to drive. Steve was very friendly and very knowledgeable of both cars. A month went by and I still had not made a decision on a car...then I saw an add for the Audi A3. It was meant to be: I waited and now a new Audi was being released. I loved the look of the A3 so much I stopped by on a Sunday even though I knew I could not but a car that day. I found Steve and I told him what I wanted on the A3 and asked him to get back to me by the next day so I could make a decision. The next day Steve went above and beyond with his communication with my hubby to make sure we got the best price around. After I got off work we went down and meet with Steve, he made sure we were happy with all the details of my lease he showed us everything on the car and made sure I loved my new A3. The finance person did a great / quick job making sure all answers were meet. Even though we were the last customers there at 10:15P.M we never felt rushed Steve made sure I was totally comfortable with the car before I drove it off the lot. Our overall experience with Mission Viejo Audi was exceptional and I would absolutely recommend M.V. Audi to everyone.

Went into Audi Mission Viejo for some warranty work (I had a bulb out icon on my dash intermittently for a few months). A few days later I noticed that when the lens was re-installed the paint on the bumper had been damaged. Life got busy and it was almost a month before I got back in to get it taken care of. Despite the delay, Tom took care of me and had the bumper repainted. Stand-up guy and great service. I will only take my car to Audi Mission Viejo from now on.

My experience with this dealership was amazing on every level and at every step along the way - from my initial visit and test drive to the purchase of my new A4 about 2 weeks later. Steve Hart was my sales specialist. He was informative but not aggressive. Steve introduced me to George Estonactoc - another sales specialist that day. He said that George could always help me out if he wasn't in the dealership on a day I might need help. Steve gave me a quick courtesy call and sent a thank you note after my first visit. After doing some independent research on my own, I stopped by the dealership several days later because I had a couple of quick questions to help narrow down the options I wanted. Steve was not there but Simon Najafinia spent about 15 minutes answering all my questions even though I wasn't ready to make any final decisions. A few days later, I tried to reach Steve to arrange for my husband to come in for a test drive. He was having phone issues so he never got my voice mail message. I called and left a message for George who called me back right away. He was nice enough to give my message to Steve and arrange for the test drive the next day. Once I got my husband's approval on the car, I was ready to start negotiations. I was fearful it would be the same old routine of haggling back and forth on a price but I was wrong. Since I had done my homework, I presented what I thought was a fair offer. Steve went to his manager and came back in less than 5 minutes to shake my hand and tell me we had a deal. I was shocked. After a deal was struck, I negotiated a price for a trade-in. Again, it was a very fair offer so we decided to go forward with that as well. Of course, there was a lot of paperwork to get through but everyone there including Aaron MacSween, the Finance Manager made that part of the experience as streamlined as possible. My experience continued on the next couple of days. When I drove my car home that day, my husband noticed 3 fairly deep scratches on the front bumper as I was pulling into the garage. I called Steve first thing the next morning. He returned my call from home and I sent pictures of the damage. He arranged for me to bring the car in the next day. It turns out they think the damage happened at the dealership where they got the car from but the damage was bad enough that they provided me with a loaner car - a very nice and practically new A6! They treated me like royalty as soon as I brought my car in. I was swept from one department to another to get me on my way quickly and with as little aggravation as possible. EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful. It was as if they all felt so badly that I had been inconvenienced so shortly after my purchase. Luckily I am pretty easy going and as long as I was being treated so well, I really didn't mind the hassle. Steve was busy with a customer so George helped give me some tips on driving the A6 since it has different options than my A4. These are the reasons I gave this dealership the highest ratings possible. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying an Audi.

Best car buying experience!!! This Audi dealership has the friendliest and most helpful people ever. Ask for Simon! I found this really nice A4 and I had already been approved by some bank that is supposed to help people with bad credit get a car, but when I showed Simon my rate he was astonished. He said he could get me a lower rate and he never gave up or forgot about me just because of my bad credit! He treated me like any other customer and that made me feel so great! I had to wait until the next day for their banks to respond but Simon and the Audi finance team really did it! They gave me a rate far lower than I had expected and got me into the car I wanted! Simon was so patient with me and never gave up! I didn't feel like just commission to him. Simon and Audi of Mission Viejo are amazing!!! Thank you Simon!

Met Jeff at Diesel event. The dealership had no TDI Q5s for the event but Jeff followed up and called me when the dealership got some Q5 TDIs a couple of weeks later. My wife and I came in with limited time to spend and after driving the car gave the dealership one chance to make the deal including a trade in. Really had not planned to buy the car yet as I was thinking of waiting till April when the new BMW X5 Diesel came out to compare them. Didn't have the time to spend now to negotiate back and forth and told Jeff that. He obviously communicated well with the sales manager. The offer was a reasonable one and we made the deal. Got paperwork started then had to leave to get my 95 year old father out of Dialysis. Came back and completed paper work. Jeff gave us a brief overview of the car as we could not go through everything while my 95 year old father was sitting there. Jeff was kind enough to offer to set up another appointment to go through the car in detail. We did that a couple of days later and also had him review a couple of things one more time a week later. Jeff was very accommodating, positive and very knowledgeable about the technology in the car. I would seek him out to buy a car from him again. Everything about our experience was very positive except for all the paperwork that is required given we paid cash for the vehicle.

This dealership is not committed to customer service/satisfaction nor do they respect you or your vehicle. *****I've never been treated so poorly by any auto dealer like I was at Audi MV. After my last service appointment, one star is incredibly generous here. Recently brought my Q5 in for the15k service. Requested they also check the brakes as they squeaked when cold. Also, reminded the service advisor John Cosby to make sure my vehicle was washed and dried properly to avoid water spotting the paint (moonlight blue). I'll take of it he told me. When I returned to pick up my vehicle that evening I inspected it very carefully. My vehicle was in worse shape then when I brought it in. Water spotted paint and wheels, windows dirty and smeared, brakes still squealed and THEY PUT A 2 INCH LONG SCRATCH (into the primer) IN THE RIGHT FRONT FENDER! Had I not inspected my vehicle, no one at this dealership would have said a word and just hoped I drove it off the lot. When I brought this to the attention of the service advisor, he said we'll get it repaired and you'll never know the difference. I asked him why the new A7 that had just come out of service had water spots all over it, he said that was his customer and "HE WON'T LET US WASH HIS CAR". Smart guy. I hate having to learn things the hard way sometimes. If you care about your vehicle's paint and finish, do not let them wash your vehicle as they are careless and clueless about how to care for your vehicle. Speed is their only concern.The next day, I returned to speak with the GM only to be told he wasn't there. The GM is never available either by phone or in person which is very poor service. Instead, I was referred to the service manager, John Hatcher. I can only describe this guy as arrogant, defensive and uncompassionate regarding what his employees did to my vehicle. He just acted like "it's just a scratch". More to the point, it wasn't just a scratch. My vehicle had water spots on the wheels, rear bumper and front grille. When I pointed out what the wheels looked like, he never moved to look, just stood there like I was wasting his time. Arrogance! He never made any attempt to show compassion or to earn my business.So a week later, I get my vehicle back from Sterling Collision in Tustin. Scratch was repaired to my satisfaction. Upon further inspection, the repair is all they did. Audi MV only did the bare minimum, nothing extra was done to earn my business back. They didn't even replace the fuel "they" used while having my vehicle repaired. Furthermore, when I check the oil dipstick, it read about 1/4 low. They just changed the oil and filter! I wonder what else they didn't do but were supposed to.Where is the attention to detail and premium service one would expect from a premium brand dealership? It doesn't happen at this dealership yet they will send you an email requesting that you provide them a review of your service experience where they say 10 is the only acceptable score. BS! All talk and no action. Just half-assed service at premium prices.I bought the vehicle at this dealership less than a year ago and this is how they treat you. I will be taking all of my future business somewhere else from now on. You're taking your chances having your vehicle serviced at Audi MV.

I had a great experience at Mission Viejo Audi and needed to share it. I wanted to take some time to speak about a few individual employees. Living out of state made purchasing a car a little more challenging, but Chris Collup made the experience seamless with the purchase of my S5. From the first email to driving off the lot, Chris was extremely helpful! He was pleasant, prompt, patient and incredibly polite. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had spoken with about 17 dealerships and could have gotten the car I wanted from any of them, but Chris raised the bar with his customer service skills. From working in the service industry for over 10 years, I understand what it takes to earn a customer's business and to keep that business. Those are the skills that Chris exemplified. As I went to pick up the car, I only had one day to do so. Unfortunately, Chris was at a training seminar, but he had EVERYTHING arranged for me. From a driver to pick me up, who was extremely friendly, to John who had the car ready for me. John Latko was a pleasure to work with in person. He possessed the same customer service skills as Chris. He showed me all the numbers and even dealt with my pickiness on some minor details with the car. He took his time, but was extremely efficient. He answered all questions and showed me every feature of the car. They even took care of the out of state registration for me! As I said before, I couldn't have asked for a more smooth and non pressuring experience with a dealership. These two individuals should be praised for the way they deal with customers. I just wanted to write and tell everyone what a fabulous experieve we had at MV Audi. I had originally contacted the dealer via email through autotrader. Brian Hutchinson replied to my email and provided answers to all our questions about the 2006 Audi A8. On July 27, 2013 we visited the dealership and immediately knew, that was the car we were looking for and purchased it. Simon greeted us with a big smile and made the deal happen for us. The car was to be ready for pick up July 31, but Brian had noticied that the bumper had a lot of scratches. The used car sales manager did not want us to pick the car up like that and had the bumper removed and painted. I officially picked the car up this past Saturday August 1 and the car looked AMAZING!!. Friends and family thought we had purchased a 2013, thats how clean it was. I've purchased many luxury cars Range Rover, Mercedes S550, BMW 750, but have never been to a dealership quite like MV Audi. First, the repair cost too much, and I wish I knew of a cheap great neighborhood mechanic who could fix my Audi like it was an old VW bug. But because my Audi's engine looks to me more like a rocket ship than a bicycle, I feel the only good Audi mechanic is a factory trained mechanic, so I feel I must go to the dealer for repair. Considering I am not at a neighborhood mechanic's shop (where I can't sit on a chair for fear of getting grease on my clothes and the only magazine is last year's Car and Driver), and considering the dealer resembles a Hyatt (but is more expensive!), I think this Audi dealer is great. They are super nice. They explained everything. I think if I fixed every little thing the minute they told me it might become a problem, my car would drive perfectly and last forever. As it is my car is still fantastic. I love my old Audi. It looks new, it drives absolutely great, it has so much power (another waste of money! but ...!) (Sometimes when I accelerate and I know I'm wasting gas and money, I rationalize that I don't go to a shrink and I don't smoke, so I deserve the reward of passing everybody else on the freeway for just a few minutes!) I recommend this dealership.

Jorge was very helpful in identifying the service that would be covered under my Extended Warranty and ensuring that we did those things. I received a call later in the day explaining the additional service I would need for my brakes and we discussed whether certain symptoms of oil use were a problem. We had been investigating buying a new car for several months. We did most of our new car research and price comparison online. Our search involved dealing with several dealerships and we found the friendly no pressure experience at Audi of Mission Viejo to be a refreshing change from other dealers almost daily phone calls and emails pressuring us to buy right now. Audi of Mission Viejo's behavior toward our inquiries was different. They are professional, friendly, and non-pressuring. Instead they responded to our questions with straightforward answers instead of the all too usual gamesmanship typical of the car buying experience. The fact that Audi of Mission Viejo also had the lowest price was also an obvious reason for our choice, even though they were not the dealer nearest to our home. When we arrived to purchase the car everything was explained clearly and we were not pressured into buying any options which we did not chose. Our new car is wonderful. I told my wife every time I get behind the wheel, it is just like Christmas morning. My brother is an engineer who lives in Germany, where he works for a German company. He said Audi is the top selling luxury car in Germany. After you drive a new Audi, you will understand why this is the best luxury brand.

Leased our new Audi allroad from Audi of Mission Viejo earlier this year, first time customers. We rec'd a '5k svc due' reminder via email fr them that week and a scheduled SERVICE DUE light lit up on our dash.We were running errands near the dealership and decided to to see if just maybe we could drop-off our car for the 5k svc and obtain a loaner to continue with the day's "to-dos". WOW!!!- spoke with Ali, (hope I have her name correct), she said YES... no problem, bring the car right on in, (11AM on a Thursday).We pulled into the service drive 10 minutes later, met by a host and sent inside to Craig, our assigned Svc Advisor- he brought us up in the data base/we initialed the paperwork and informed that our car should be done by 5PM/open till 7PM. We then spent a few more minutes with Loan Car paperwork/just 'initials'- offered cold bottles of water for the road, then out the door to a new, clean, fueled-up Loaner... all in minutes. Craig phoned at 3:30/4PM to alert our service was complete/we hadn't even returned home yet. We topped off/fueled the Loaner and back to AUDI of MV, the cashier had our paperwork- no chgs for first svc. Craig met us in the service drive with the keys and sent us on our way/our car serviced & washed and due back in 10k mi.s or 12 months.Now, I wouldn't expect that this could happen with such ease each time our car needs service- but... the fact that it did happen this time/was able to happen at AUDI of MV deserves mention>>> it indicates to me, at minimum EVERYONE there is aiming to achieve that level of exceptional customer service each and EVERY day, for each and every customer... our visit must have included the direct efforts of at least 10+ people- so>>>Thanks-so-very-much to everyone there, WE NOTICED and we will be back!!!

After a month of emailing back and forth, Paxton gained my trust. I stopped by one day on a whim. Paxton showed me a car he could order for me and get the very next day. I said ok....the next day he sent me the credit application to do online...I went to the dealership and was out within 30 minutes with a brand new car!!! I have been searching for a specific car for quite sometime. I was able to find the car I wanted, in the color as well. Low miles for it's age (2003), and in excellent shape. I shopped at this dealership a while back, but a recent unpleasant experience at another Audi dealership made me think that this one deserves a praise.I went there to have a look at an A4 quattro. The floor was full of customers when I walked in, but I was promptly greeted by their receptionist and she immediately signed me up for the next available sales. This first step by the receptionist already gave me a very good impression.After roaming about for a short time, the sale found me and introduced himself. I believe his first name's George. He found out what I was shopping for and located the vehicle for me. The one with the features that I wanted was in their garage so he walked me there to show me the car first. Then, he offered me a ride on a demo car with similar specs. The test drive was pleasant and I received all the information I needed without any pressure from George. Nothing elaborate, just a simple show and test, exactly what I would expect from a professional dealership.The best part was that they politely gave me a follow-up call to ask if I found my vehicle yet. I'm usually just annoyed by sales calls, but I wasn't bothered by this one at all. At that point, I already bought an A6 CPO that was only available elsewhere and the lady still congratulated me with the purchase.If my experience with my current Audi turns out well, then I'll shop for another Audi again at Mission Viejo.

We had some work needed on our 2012 Q7. We went a first time but they did not have the piece. They ordered the pieces and we went in for the repair a second time. After a 2h wait, we were told that the pieces ordered were in fact the wrong one. We we complained that they had made us waist a whole morning for no good reason, they said that they would come install it at our home. The person who came had the wrong pieces and could not do the work. They now have to order the missing piece (third round) and we will need to go in for repair. This level of disorganization does not reflect well on a luxury brand like Audi. It makes me wonder if this is the reason for which Audi is under-represented in Southern California compared to NY. If this is what we should expect going forward, we are not buying any other Audi.

We purchased a new Q7 and used A8, both this year. We had such a great experience (so we thought) with the sales person on our first purchase that we returned to her for our second. She neglected to disclose that the used vehicle was a loaner for the dealer. She apologized but really, she shouldn't sell used vehicles if she doesn't know the history of the car. We bought the car because my husband had his heart set on it, but still, it left a very sour taste in my mouth. The rest of the dealer staff are friendly and professional. 15 September 2011 I am pleased to be writing this review of the people and the service I found at Mission Viejo Audi. This is the second time my family has been able to enjoy the quality and benefits of owning a Mission Viejo Audi, and it will not be the last. Our salesperson Halleh Afshar has been a blessing for us each time we have come to Mission Viejo Audi. Halleh is fantastic in her knowledge of the products and in listening to the needs of the customer. When we explained what we were looking for, it was no problem for Halleh to find a number of vehicles on the lot for us to look at and to take on a test drive. Halleh is very familiar with the features of each car and the differences between the models. She is quick to cut through the trouble of finding other vehicles if we had desired that as well. Halleh makes you feel like it is not a chore to buy a new car, but rather a pleasant experience. When car dealers advertise no high pressure sale tactics, it usually is not true. With Halleh and Mission Viejo Audi, the last thing on my mind was the pressure to buy. This is true not just on the sales floor, but also to sales managements Eric Hunter. Eric and Halleh both did all of the hard work for us. All my family and I had to do was relax in the comfortable showroom and enjoy the complimentary refreshments while we waited for the paperwork to be done. Most people will tell you that the paperwork part of buying a car can be more than a little distressing. Aaron MacSween in the finance department also made this part a breeze. He handled any and all parts of the transaction with ease and professionalism, just as he did the first time we purchased from Mission Viejo Audi. Jorge in the service department has always been there for us and our car, and in the few times we have had maintenance service work done we have always been offered a loaner car. This has made my familys life easier, and the speed and quality of the work performed by the Audi technicians has always been great as well. Prior to owning an Audi, I was convinced that other car makers produced more value for the dollar. Since purchasing our second Audi from Mission Viejo Audi I am seeing that the true value is not just in the car itself (believe me, the car is exceptional on its own), but also in the quality of the sales staff, the financing staff, and the vehicle service staff. The entire experience has been a pleasure, the staff is courteous and professional, the service is excellent, and the quality of their products is outstanding. Despite the fact that we could have chosen an Audi dealer closer to our home, or even another brand of car altogether, we will continue to make Mission Viejo Audi our choice. We just completed purchase of a new S4 and we had a wonderful experience at Audi Mission Viejo. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs. They listened to what we wanted and worked hard to serve us. John knew every detail of the car and took a ton of time to demonstrate the particulars of the car. I went in here to look at an A5. I have already done my homework and knew where I would have comfortably driven off the lot with an A5. I already had my down payment and all required paperwork ready. I get on the lot and start looking around and nobody even greeted me. I went to the receptionist and asked for more information on the A5. When she goes to the sales man (his name was George Sanchez or something like that, I through away his card in the parking lot) he arrogantly looks at me as if I wasn't even worthy of his angelic inventory and grabs a brochure and his card (as if I would ever buy from an ats$hole like him) gives it to her. I dont normally write reviews but I thought my experience with Audi Mission Viejo deserved to be shared. I dont like visiting car dealerships and have had pushy sales people try to take advantage of me in the past, so this time I requested information on the internet. Brian Hutchison responded to my request immediately, and since I was still on their website when he called, he was able to show me around their site while we were on the phone which was very helpful. After a couple of phone conversations I visited the dealership to see a pre-owned A4, which ended up being exactly as described and in immaculate shape. I didn't walk in ready to purchase on the spot, but was given all of the information I needed to make a decision and went for it anyways I couldnt be happier! The car was cleaned and filled with gas while I was finishing my paperwork with Aaron in Finance. I had been looking into buying either an Audi Q5 or Honda CR-V for quite a while, almost 3 months. I had talked to Chris Chavez at the beginning of my search and knew from our very first conversation that if I chose the Audi, there was no other dealership and salesperson I would want to work with. I only buy a car every 6-7 years, so spending $40,000+ on a new car is quite a decision. Never during the 3 months it took me to make up my mind was Chris pushy, nor did he write me off because I did not purchase at our first meeting or because I was also comparing such a less expensive "alternative". Instead he was patient and informative, providing me with any and all new information about the Q5 he happened to come across.When the time came that I decided on the Q5, I called Chris and of course he was delighted to hear that I had picked the Audi. I knew from all of our conversations that the Q5 was in EXTREMELY limited supply but as luck would have it, the EXACT car I wanted was in stock...it was fate! I discussed the car and the pricing with Chris and we quickly reached an agreement! It was the easiest and most stress free negotiation I have ever experienced. We discussed when I could come in to do the paperwork, it turned out that the only day I was free was supposed to be Chris' scheduled day off. In appreciation of all the months of assistance, I told him that I could rearrange my schedule to complete the transaction another day and he insisted that it was no inconvenience to him at all to come in on his day off..."thats what I'm here for," he kept telling me! The day that I was going to pickup the car, the weather was not the best as it had started to rain and still Chris came in on his day off, despite my offer to reschedule, and made sure that the car was spotless and completely ready for my arrival. He also made sure that he had all of my information in advance so that when my husband and I arrived at the dealership, all of the paperwork was prepared and we were into finance within 10 minutes of arrival. Once in fiance, Aaron was a complete professional. He made the usually dull process of signing contracts a lot of fun and we were happy to laugh and even purchase a few additional items from him. We felt very comfortable with his explanations and professionalism and hope that he is still there when we purchase our next Audi, which will likely be an S5 to replace my husband's BMW M3! After two months of looking for a new car, my wife and I decided on an Audi A3. We worked with a couple of North San Diego County Audi dealers, but were not satisfied with their car selection and sales service. On Super Bowl Sunday we decided to visit Mission Viejo Audi. Our experience was very good. Greg Duncan, the Director of Internet Sales, greeted us upon arrival and introduced us to a Sales Rep. We looked at a wide selection of vehicles, test drove a few cars and decided on the A3 that we liked the most.Because of a paint flaw on a door trim we were unable to take delivery of the car that day. After some unexpected and disconcerting lack of follow-up by our original Sales Rep (who will remain nameless), Greg Duncan and Eric Hunter (Sales Manager) introduced us to John Latko (Sales Rep). To say the least, John was a true professional in every sense of the word. He spent nearly three hours with us going over the car, fixing a "locked system", picking out accessories, etc. My wife and I can't say enough positive things about how John helped us out. We live in SJC and, because of a friend's connection, has initiated discussion with a dealer considerably further from home than Audi MV. After some significant frustration over more than a week with that dealer, we concluded that discussion and then had very little time to acquire a car for our daughter's birthday. Dave Brundage and the team at Audi MV were incredibly easy to deal with, secured the car we wanted, in the color and with the features, offered a very fair price, and delivered a clean, detailed car, ready to go at the time required. In a day when "service" and integrity are too often lacking, we found both in abundant supply at Audi MV. Everyone we met walking through the show room was great. The customary deal "crunch" in the finance office at final signing was completely missing - the options were explained to us and we were allowed to make common sense decisions about what we wanted and what we declined. Every time I went there to have my car repaired I would spend several hundreds to thousands of dollars. The problems never got fixed. I kept going back only because of convenience and I regret it. The last time I had another problem with my A6 I decided to go to Newport Beach despite the distance and the staff there was nicer and had better integrity. I will never buy another Audi (I've had so many electrical issues with mine) and I hope I will never have to go back to Audi in Mission Viejo. I find that even the President or owner of this dealership does not know how to treat customers with respect they deserve.

I've visited Audi Mission Viejo due to several positive recommendations from friends--one being an owner of an Audi R8, who didn't buy it there, but raves about the service at Audi Mission Viejo. Now...I've been researching the purchase of a new lease for about 4 months now, and have been in regular by weekly contact with Ryan Beavers at Audi Mission Viejo the whole time--along with several other dealerships in the South California area. Ryan was by far the most helpful, friendly, and patient of all dealers I have *ever* worked with--he was very informative and honest in all our conversations (email, phone, and in person)... The good thing about the email conversations, was there was no salesman pressure as you would get in person. And, of course with email, you have the luxury of verifying any claims--this was great. Ryan honestly answered all my questions through email stating exact figures, things that other salesmen would only disclose in person, usually inflate by exaggerated margins--mind you I verified all his figures on audiforums.com and http://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/direct/view/ed_displayMakeRelatedDiscussions!make=Audi, and his quotes were top notch.In addition, Ryan went out of his way to get several standard fees removed, which he got in a bit of trouble for... PLUS, if that wasn't enough, he gave me his window tinting freebie from "A Terrific Tint", worth $250, BOOM! nobody does that!--btw they did a great job www.aterrifictint.com . Anyhow... Bottom line... Ryan Beavers was super great to deal with.... From all the quotes I got from other dealers, Ryan was the one who gave the cheapest (by a minimum of $100+ less per month) than all the others... plus he got rid thousands of dollars in regular fees, AND paid for the last month of my lease....And it's fair to mention that after I got Ryan's really great quote, all the other dealers magically wanted to match it (when their initial quotes were basically really inflated).... And I also spoke to an Audi dealer in Texas that my friend personally knew (who verified that the deal I got from Ryan was excellent, and he couldn't do any better).

I have always been very pleased with the service department at Audi MV. I took my used A4 cabriolet (CPO) in for a service, and while there, mentioned some small problem I was having with my top. (I don't even remember what it was!)When I went to pick it up a few days later, they not only had performed the service as expected, but I had a brand new top on my Audi!I have never purchased a car from them but have walked in and out of the sales gallery many times. I have never been hassled, in fact sometimes had a little trouble finding a salesperson to ask a question.I wish I could remember the name of the guy who takes the cars in for service. The team at Audi Mission Viejo are very well trained and knowledgeable about the product they sell and service. More over, they are not just typical car sales people that want o get the deal done, add in as many extras as possible and get you out the store. They make you feel like part of their family, and as a family-owned dealership, you can really feel that they are not part of a huge group. The owners Matt & Scott are more often than not on the premisses and will always great you with a warm smile and hand shake. Audi Mission Viejo is without a doubt the best place to purchase or service an Audi. We have bought 4 cars from them, and there is no reason why we will stop buying from them.

I was very pleased with the service I received, especially from Paxton and Aaron. Paxton was the epitome of professionalism, providing all the information I needed to allow me to proceed through the process of deciding that the car was right. The entire process was efficient, smooth and hassle free. It appealed to my engineers process oriented nature. I never felt anything but at ease during the time I sent in the facility. Paxton even went the extra mile to get me a spot repair kit to take care of a small paint flaw and changed the tag fillers to ones that pleased my wife. As the car is for her, anything that made her happy was key; and believe me when I tell you she is ecstatic. I think she grins now even in her sleep. Aaron too was of great assistance in discussing financial arrangements and never made me feel rushed or pressured even though this was basically a cash sale. The time I spent with him was very pleasant.As I just purchased the car, I am unable to rate anything but the purchase experience.

We are long time Audi owners(having bought 3 A8L's), and were excited when we heard that Audi was opening a new store in our hometown. We had been taking in our cars for service to them over the last couple of years, and received exemplary response from everybody at the dealership! So when it came time to replace our 2006 A8L it only made sense to give their sales team a shot and buy locally. I contacted a gentleman by the name of Ryan Beavers through the internet, and set an appointment to look at one of their existing cars. Ryan was very helpful in pointing out the features of the new model, and he was quite easy to work with once we decided to make the deal. We negotiated the terms quickly and without the usual new car sales back and forth with the "manager". He got the paperwork printed up swiftly, and were out in a very reasonable time period. He even called me up within a few days to see how I was enjoying my new car.I have been considering getting an A4 for my daughter, so I called Ryan again to see what was available. As before, he was very helpful and I will definitley work with him if we decide to go with another Audi.

Horrible bully tactics. Salesbully I dealt with was RYAN BEAVERS. If you have to go to this dealership steer clear of him. Wouldn't let me test drive any car before I told him FOR SURE that I would sign that day. Called me a mooch for trying to get a better deal. Held up pics of his baby in front of me as I was deciding whether I wanted the car, telling me "she won't eat if you don't buy the car." Even if he was joking, this behavior was disgusting. He called me a liar b/c I had said I would sign that day if I got a good deal. This deal was HORRIBLE. Within 15 minutes after I walked out after being thoroughly insulted by this loser, I found a deal for the SAME EXACT car at another dealership for $150/mo less. Horrible experience.

All of a sudden my "new friend Greg" turned into a smug smartass. Although, he did offer to give me a great deal on a 2006 "used" A6. When I told him I wasn't interested in buying used he said "if your looking for bargains your in the wrong place, duuuude" what a PUNK!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM AUDI MISSION VIEJO THEY ARE THE WORST AND DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS!After the runaround that I received from the sales department (different pricing by phone and internet, I went to Audi Mission Viejo to get a final price on an Audi A6. After being there for over an hour, I got a final price from the sales manager. Thought I was making headway just because the manager got involved but watch out for the finance person. That's were they try and get you. If you are not finance savey watch out for those numbers they hand you and what they roll in the deal. I ended up walking out after spending over 2 hours at that dealership and was accused by the Matt Gunderson( I think he owns the place) of having an attitude of a typical "South County" buyer. It looks like it is a team effort to insult a customer at Audi Mission Viejo. But they are not the only dealer in Orange County. I headed straight to commonwealth Audi in Santa Ana and leased my car from them they were great and very honest. I dealt with Ken babineau he was the best.

Very nice and attractive dealership, and very efficent people.They offered me a good trade-in for my vehicule (equivalent to what CarMax offered), and made the sale of my new car very smooth. They also offered a very good discount for the new car. I have been visiting 2 other Audi dealers during my purchase process, and though Audi Mission Viejo was far away from where I live, i did prefer this one.I am surprised to read bad comments on this dealer ship. These were a year ago, things must have greatly improved then !

I was promised a $1,000 cusomter assistance check to lease my new Audi because I was turning in my old Audi early, and since I was turning it in early I was going to be out about $1,000. I recently leased a new A4 Avant from MV Audi. When I arrived for my first test drive appointment, the car was ready and waiting, so was a couple of lease quotes.The test drive was very good, the sales person obviously knows his products. I went home to think about the possible lease and returned 2 days later for a second test drive and to finalize the deal.At no time was there any pressure whatsoever. Very Professional. I dealt With Sam the General Sales Manager he greeted me and my wife personally .He didnt pressure us into the "buying the car today " program. We ended buying an A8 Long Wheel base from them . Although I Live in Newport Beach I didnt want to deal with Newport Auto Center or Commonwealth , One is a Bentley dealer and if you dont have a Bentley they ignore you and the other is a VW dealer . so I felt like I was treated like a VW customer.
