Antonio helped me understand the features of the two cars I tested without any pressure. He even spent some extra time during his off hours late on a Sunday afternoon. Antonio demonstrated the different drive settings and driver assist features of both the Audi Q7 and the Volvo Touraug. The Touraug didn't drive as smoothly as the Q7 and was not large enough to suit my needs. Antonio really allowed me to test the cars and I felt very comfortable driving with him. When we returned to the sales office, Sonny was there to ask me what I thought of the Q7. After I explained what a fabulous car it is, he added that the consumer ratings and expert reviews allow the car to sell itself. The car can be purchased unseen, based on the reviews, Sonny said. Upon returning home with my mind pretty much made up, my wife looked up the reviews for the Q7, and verified Sonny's claim. The next afternoon, I went in to Hilton Head Volvo to purchase the Q7. Antonio was there to go over all of the electronic features in more detail. There was much to learn and Antonio would have spent all the time I needed to go over any detail. Yesterday, I got to test the car for real on a 17 hour drive to Iowa. I've made the drive about 40 times and never was it such a pleasure or so relaxing. Normally, my body hurts pretty bad when I arrive, but not this time. The level of relaxation and comfort provided by the Q7 is amazing. The handling, lane assist, and cruise control assist, along with a super comfortable cockpit make the Audi Q7 the best car I've ever driven.Much of what Antonio covered was not adequately retained, but as time went on throughout my trip, it came back to me. During my trip, I received a message from Antonio offering any assistance needed. I'm sure he would be there for me if I had any trouble. Will make this short because in middle of busy day. But purchased a pre-owned 2014 Audi A4 Quatro advertised on several different dealer websites. Sent a query by Audi Hilton Head website for other vehicle and Ricky Wiegand was assigned by dealership to contact me. Long Story short, switched attention from original subject auto to the one actually purchased early on. I asked many questions and requests for info by EMail and phone to Ricky and was incredibly impressed by his responsiveness. Entire deal done over phone/email over a period of about a week -- only actually met Ricky when I went to dealership to sign paper, pay for it, and pick-up car. I found the 2014 Ford Fusion on line. There were plenty of photos and information. I spoke with Michelle Myers about the car. We actually made the deal over the phone and Alex mailed me the paperwork for signature. I completed the paperwork, mailed it back and the car was waiting when I arrived. The only Dealership to buy "new" or "used". I have purchased two cars from this Dealership and had an amazing experience each time with David Eccles. He truly cares about the Customer first and places his full attention to the Customer. My Wife bought an AUDI A-5 Convertable and he only cared that she loved the car and treated her with the utmost respect not ever forcing the Sales pitch on her. He made her feel special and answered all the questions asked as the transaction went smooth with caring hands with all at Audi Hilton Head. When she had trouble programming the garage door opener from the car David went above and beyond and came to the house to fix her issue, that's true Service!Now it came my time to purchase and a call to David on the car I was interested was in the works. The same afternoon David invited me to view the car, Cadillac ATS Sedan. Yes, David sells all makes and models. After a test drive the deal was done and the car was being serviced even placing all new tires and full service to the car as they noticed before selling to me they had to complete a true inspection and detail. On the day the car was ready to be picked-up David had an off day but he left full instructions with Sam Rojas who ensured the car was ready to be picked-up, service and detailing complete along with a full tank of gas provided! Sam was just as professional and caring and stated if any questions or concerns do hesitate to notify them.We know a car is a bad investment but you only live once and based on the experience that Audi Hilton Head has provided why think of going anywhere else? Dealers were very professional, courteous and helpful. Our intentions were to look at 2 cars that we searched online. He called us the next day to make sure we had gotten settled in and check on the status of our vehicle. This will be my second review and it is not often that I review at all, but this dealership is different. We were having a rough time because my wife totaled her car and we came to the team at Audi Hilton Head to get her back on the road. We were greeted by a friendly staff that even remembered our names. From the time we walked in to the time we walked out we felt like we were among family. Chris was knowledgeable and his recommendation on the car for my wife was spot on. The application process went smooth and ensured that we were informed at all stages of the process. One thing that makes this dealership stand out above the rest is how involved the Sales Manager and the General Manager are in every deal. If you want quality service from a friendly staff and drive out in a car that should be classified as art then this is the dealership for you.

I've debated on writing this review because I usually don't write reviews. I am very disappointed with this dealership. Over the weekend, I purchased 2 used cars from them. I have owned many luxury brands over the years and usually purchased cars from an out of state dealership. The cars would be delivered to me and I'd sign the paperwork. Closing the deal took all of a few minutes of my time. Anyway, I was purchasing a car for my daughter and while looking on the lot, my wife saw a car that she liked also. So, I decided to purchase both cars. We test drove them on a Thursday, overnight. I called over the phone on Friday and told them that I'd take both of the cars, and we would work out final details of price when I come to dealership. I set up an appointment at 5pm on that Friday. I told them how much I hated the car buying experience because it always takes so long. So I asked them to have all the paperwork ready so we could be in-and-out quickly. So we arrive at 4:45 (early) and I sit down with my salesperson, Devin (who by the way is great). The general manager Kahn came in and he and I finalized the deal. It was about 5:10 when we finalized the deal. I told them we had a dinner party to go to that night at 6:30 so I was going to leave so I could shower and get ready, and my wife would sign all the paperwork.They made my wife sit there for 2 HOURS after I left before she got into the sign the paperwork.This is unacceptable. They never should have made her wait that long. I had an appointment. I told them we had plans. I bought TWO cars from them that afternoon. At the very LEAST the general manager, Kahn, should have explained that they were running behind and offered to give the keys for both cars to my wife and daughter (who were waiting) and tell them to take the cars home again Friday night and return Saturday morning for a quick close.Then to make matters worse, I get a call as I'm driving (alone and late) to the dinner party from my wife and the finance manager while they are closing the deal. I tell the finance manager how upset I am for how long he made her wait and that I did not want him to try to sell me anything else such as warranties, etc... He responded by giving me a few excuses about how busy he was, and then proceeded to try to sell me on a maintenance package! I just about lost it. I told him he was 2 seconds away from me turning around and picking up my wife and daughter and he would lose the sale.As I stated earlier, I have owned many luxury brand cars in the past, this is my first Audi. This dealership doesn't stack up to many of the other luxury car dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. This is the kind of treatment that I would expect to receive from a Honda or Ford dealership, not an Audi dealership.

In dealing with several other dealerships in the east with similar vehicles, I found Sam to be the best we dealt with, very straight-forward and a great communicator, by phone/txt/email. Very up front with the entire transaction. We drive from Jacksonville, FL. to Hilton Head to purchase the vehicle. Things were ready to go when we arrived, and the Business Director, Alex Lukas was ready to handle all the finances and get us on our way home asap, we appreciated that as well. Both Sam and Alex were very cordial and nice folks to deal with a refreshing change for sure.

I really despise spending time car shopping because it's usually such a long and frustrating process. My experience buying my A4 was completely different. I test drove a couple of cars and Chris McCabe was not pushy in the least but was very helpful with explaining the different features and options. I picked out a car I wanted and within a day Chris was able to find it for me. It showed up a month later as promised and Chris kept me informed of it's ETA during the process. I only spent a few hours total with the paperwork and squaring all the details away. Sam Rojas was the team member that showed me how to "use the car". I tell people the car is like driving a video game because it is so advance, Sam made it very easy and was quick to pick up what items interested me and what options weren't a priority for me. He's a very good read of people!

My husband I were on a road trip from Wisconsin to Florida, when our Q7 started making a noise in Atlanta Sunday traffic. We arrived in Savannah GA and were directed to Hilton Head Audi in Hardeeville, S.C. Stephanie got us in ASAP even though they had a busy Monday morning schedule. Unfortunately, the engine was blown due to a mechanical failure. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and understanding to our plight, taking the time to explain our options. They rented a car overnight for us, to give us time to sort things out being so far from home. We were not in a position to buy a new car,and they understood and helped us secure a long term rental to finish our trip. We arrived in Florida and have been in continued contact to resolve the car situation. They treated us as though we were long time customers. I think they should be a model for all dealerships!

I went in to get a 2016 Audi Q3 and did just that. I was in a upside down car and with rebates and my down payment I was able to get out from under it. My credit is not perfect but they were still able to get me done and did not judge based on past indiscretions. The experience was a new one because the GM Michael Bates made a personal effort to come over and great me multiple time and ensured my experience was up to par. Also his passion for the Audi brand made me even more excited to drive my new SUV. From my client adviser Devin, to my F&I Alex my experience could not have been better. I went to this dealership to check out small compact SUVs, and the staff was really friendly and really gave me the no BS approach, Chris on the first day I stopped by let me test drive the car I was looking at, Michael let me take the vehicle for the day the next time I came in to fully see if I like the vehicle, Greg kept me company whenever I needed someone to just chat with and he inquired why I was looking at the car I was looking at. Alex gave me very sound financial advice! Overall the experience was great which pushed me to come back, I was also looking at the BMW X1 and compared the 2 cars for my overall needs, since both cars had their pro/cons, Audi won with its amazing customer service! I just bought a 2016 Jetta Sport from Hilton Head Audi Volkswagen. What a terrific experience. It was the 30th new car I have purchased over the last 50 years for my wife, my daughter and myself. You cannot over estimate how important an experienced sales person is to your buying experience. Even with my past knowledge with the new car buying process, I was having difficulty deciding what to do this time around. We now spend only 6 months a year here in South Carolina and I only put 6000 miles on the last car I had. I love performance cars but could not justify spending $30 or $40,000 to get a car I liked. I had been to 5 different dealerships looking at new and used cars. By the time I got to Sam Rojas at this dealership, I was very confused. I hated the cars that made economic sense and I couldn't justify the cars I loved. I explained my situation to Sam and he came up with multiple alternatives for us in the matter of minutes. We played with the numbers for 20 minutes, he held the car for me overnight and the deal was done within 24 hours. Two months of searching and manipulating was over in an instant.By the way, the 2016 Jetta Sport is the "only" solution for a real car person who needs a car in that price range. It drives and handles like a sports car but is comfortable enough that my wife takes it our instead of her car. Believe me that has never happened before! In addition, it would be hard to find another car that has as much technology for this low a price.Thanks again to Sam and his management team for helping me own a car I loved for a price that made sense.

I purchased my A5 sight unseen and Audi Hilton Head shipped it to me in Louisiana. David Eccles was my salesman and he was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. The car needed some touch up and David inspected it for me and even pointed out a minor dip in the rear spolier that he noticed since I wasnt there to physically inspect the car myself. The touch up and the rear spolier were taken care of and the car looks amazing. Thank you Stephanie in service and especially David.Turnice in finance/paperwork has been so helpful I just had to update. Thank you for getting me a second temp plate until my permanent plate came in and getting me my CPO copies that I still needed. Also I had a small issue with the dealership in New Orleans and the spoiler that a local detailer knocked loose and Turnice and Stephanie got the paperwork I needed to the dealership here to help. At Audi of Hilton Head Island. You will be treated as if you are buying a Bentley. No wonder they are the same makers anyway. The sales showroom is exceptionally elegant!!! All of the salesman are humble and not intimidating. Even though Audi demands a certain class clientele. Hey treat you with respect. Recognizing everyone is a potential business sale. Everyone smiles. Our salesman Samuel Rojas was very explanatory of the terms, the vehicle, didn't pressure us, very open and inviting to ask any questions as if he was a close friend or relative. Micheal the finance manager was very professional and procise to the very detail. You will certainly leave Audi of Hilton Head Island feeling special and that everything was done to compliance and Michael plays a good part in that role. Rick another salesman was very nice as well. I met him in the past a few months ago. But wasn't ready to buy then however I came back because he to was very respectable and went out of his way to show me 2 nice vehicles even when it was 7:30 pm. I will start out by saying I am extemely hard to please, and the car buying experience always tends to be on the frustrating side for me. However not this time, my husband and I were in the market for a luxury SUV, looking at Range Rover, BMW and Audi. We test drove the first two being as they were our top picks at the time and they really didn't knock our socks off and all the number were on par. We went to Audi of HHI and were greeted by Samuel Rojas, the exact vehicle we wanted was on the lot and he immediately brought us over to the finance manager Alex Lucas, both of these gentlemen are complete assets to the company. They worked hard to get the deal done and Alex went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The new manager was courteous and wonderful as well (sadly in all the excitement I forgot his name). We ended up loving the Audi Q7 S-line and purchased same day.. Not something we do often! Dominic the luxury used car manager gave us a more than fair price for our trade and also made us feel so at home there. I can't say enough about how great all of this experience was and I am so happy we decided to purchase a car from Audi. Once papers were signed Sam took some extra time to go over the vehicle with us and really made us feel comfortable. I will only buy cars from Audi of HHI as long as these gentlemen are there and I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, easy and great experience. My wife and I were driving South on i95 when a warning light and message about needing oil appeared . We drive an Audi relatively new and wanted to get the situation checked by an Audi dealer. We didnt want to take much time since our trip was from New York to the south ofFlorida.Our Audi GPS told us where dealers were along our route and we ended up calling Audi Hilton Head.I explained the situation to a gentleman named John Clark in the service department who toldme to bring the car right in, since we were on a long trip he said he would take care of us immediately.And thats exactly what he did. Unbelievably quickly he had a tech driving our car into the servicebay. This was so unusual. I was receiving better and more courteous treatment than I had from otherAudi dealers including the one where we bought the car. Every Audi dealer should have John Clarkcome in to teach other service professionals about how to treat people, who are not even clients.The experience gets better. I asked Mr. Clark if he had an iPhone charger which he didnt. Howeveranother man overheard my request and volunteered that he had one and brought it out of hisoffice pointing out where I could plug it in.That man,Michael Bates it turned out, introduced himself and told me he was the GeneralManager of Audi Hilton Head. What a nice and enthusiastic guy. He proceeded to take mywife and I on a little tour of the new Audis on display . He didnt just walk us around butexplained the new features and how the newer versions differed from our 2013 Audi.This is a person who wasnt going to or trying to sell us. This Mr. Bates is a guy who is proud ofhis product and wants to share that feeling with others.The techs quickly fixed the problem and we said our good byes and got on our way back toi95 and our trip to Florida.What a wonderful experience--it was almost like I felt slapping my face and saying did thatreally happen. There is a lesson to be learned here and that is to treat others like you wouldwant to be treated. That is how we both felt when leaving and saying to each other when weare ready for a new Audi we are going to buy it from Audi Hilton Head. I know I will betreated fairly and honestly, something I can not say from experience about other Audi dealers with whom I have dealt.I felt a responsibility to tell others about this experience and hope it will be of help. I spent over a month searching for a vehicle to replace the one I lost due to the flood. I found the a pre-owned Prius V at a great price. Becca was the internet contact who started everything. She was sweet and dealt with me as an individual with unique needs. She helped me with making sure I would be will taken care of when I arrived to the dealership. When I got to the dealership Sam was who filled in and took over. Sam was a real gentleman. He was always in a good mood, laid back and never made me feel like I was missing out on a deal for not walking off the lot without purchasing the car the first time in. I called several times, came off as bipolar and still Sam was a great guy to deal with. It's the way it should be. Audi Hilton Head is a real group of genuinely nice people who care about people being happy with their purchase.

It was a process to decide between Mercedes and Audi. The visit to Audi of Hilton Head was after the visit to Mercedes! Upon arrival at the Dealership we were greeted by Sam Rojas who presented himself perfectly ,displaying a great deal of knowledge about the cars. He answered all questions in a way that could easily been understood and helped greatly in the decision making process. When my wife saw the special Audi S3 on display in the showroom she was nearly sure about what she wanted!! Mercedes good-bye so to speak! Sam did his job to help us to easily understand the specifics of this nice car. Sam Rojas really impressed us when he helped to find the car we liked within the dealership community of Audi, securing the car for us, arranging the transport to the Dealership and permanently keeping us abreast about the situation! Even though during the process Sam had to travel out of town for additional Audi Training, we were never left alone. My wife and I recently purchased a new Q7 from Sam Rojas at Audi Hilton Head. We had been searching for a new 3 row SUV to replace our Jeep Grand Cherokee and visited and test drove many models at dealers in Savannah. We arrived at Audi Hilton Head thinking we would most likely purchase an Acura MDX...however, the quality of service Sam provided (as well as everyone else we interfaced with at Audi) easily helped us make our decision. We have a 2 year old daughter whom we took on each test drive. Sam was not only helpful and informative with my wife and I, but also interacted very well with my little girl. We went to Audi Hilton Head because they had a particular used car we were looking for. The car wasn't nearly as expensive as the usual cars they deal with, so we expected to be treated like an afterthought to them. But our "salesperson", Sam Rojas, was terrific. He was polite and attentive and very helpful. He never treated us like we were less important than their typical customers. He was knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure. We never felt uncomfortable. (And that is no small feat, since we are uncomfortable at almost all car dealerships.) He even took extra time with us after we had already bought the car to show our son the new Audis that he had been admiring in the show room. The manager, William Duke, was also great. He took time to chat with us while we were waiting on some paperwork. Overall, our whole experience at Audi Hilton Head was great. While looking for a new (used) car, we had been encountering some dealerships that were just clown shows. Awful. But this was completely different. The time at Audi Hilton Head was very pleasant and seemed to fly by, mostly because Sam was great (and William). Even the "paperwork" part of the process with Alex Lukas was pleasant. We highly recommend Sam Rojas and Audi Hilton Head for either a new or used car.

I purchased a 2015 Audi Q7 in December of 2014, and a 2015 VW Passat in June of 2015 from Audi/VW Hilton Head. Sam Rojas was my salesman with both cars and did an excellent job with both sales. Beyond the initial sales experience, Sam has helped me and has answered questions after hours and on his days off. My wife and I were met by Mr. Sam Rojas upon arrival at Audi Hilton Head. We mentioned that we were still somewhat early on in our car buying process and hadn't even yet narrowed it down to a specific make/model of vehicle, but were interested in test driving a few X5's. He was extremely helpful in setting us up to test drive at least 5 vehicles while explaining the features of each without any pressure of a sale. We felt very at ease with him, and even joked with him (albeit somewhat seriously) that he should do voiceovers as a side job because he has such a calming voice and relaxed, professional demeanor! He stayed late that evening after the dealership closed to help answer a few of our questions, again with no pressure. The next day my wife and I returned after talking over all the vehicles we test drove, and met Sam again to request one final test drive in our favorite choice. He handed over the keys and told us to take our time, drive to lunch, and really make sure it was the right car for us. That sold us... we returned and were ready to buy. Despite him being busy with another customer, he ensured we were given a warm handoff to one of his co-workers, Nate Sell, who also was very professional in helping answer a few final questions, even making a phone call to an acquaintance at a partner dealership to get us an answer, as well as asking a mechanic to examine an item we were curious about. Once we agreed to a price, Alex Lukas helped us with financing and was incredibly helpful when we forgot to bring in the title for our trade-in, helping us make alternate arrangements for dropoff. After that, Nate got the car detailed and handed us the keys, offering his expertise at a future date with learning the vehicle's features more in depth (an offer we truly appreciated and look forward to in the near future). Sam finished with his customer and took the time to see us off, thanking us for the business... he was truly exceptional throughout. A few months ago I called the dealership inquiring about purchasing a vehicle. I spoke with a salesmen by the name of Sam Rojas. During the past three months of trying what vehicle to purchase for my wife Sam was extremely professional with absolutely no harsh sales pitch or aggression. Yesterday I found what we were looking for online, I called Sam, he had the car ready to test drive, and the entire staff was even very attentive to our 13 year old beagle "Buddy". Every single request we made was met including price and monthly payment, which was handled by Alex Lukas, he went the extra mile to make sure we got the best possible financing. In addition the rest of the staff including the General Manager were very kind and professional and followed up at the end of the sale to make sure we were pleased.We were referred to HH Audi/Volkswagen from 2 different associates, and now I know why.

Just purchased my Audi q5 from Hilton head audi and it really was a great experience from the time we showed up to test drive to when we completed the transaction. Not pushy sales people . They go above and beyond to accommodate their customers and are very honest and straight forward during the entire process. No back and forth and "stare downs " our sales guy David eccles really took care of us . He took the time to find out what we wanted and knew what they had to fit our needs . they have a great team there from the Gm Angelo to the business manager , Alex, just wonderful. It was between Mercedes, BMW, or Audi. The Audi won mostly due to the experience we had there and the way we were treated. I have never had a salesman who was so calm, collected and knowledgable. Sam Rojas was very black and white and honest when it came to negotiations. I appreciated that honesty. I have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime and I wish there was a "Sam Rojas" at every one of those dealerships. I will continue to purchase cars from Sam as long as I am in the Hilton Head area. I stopped in to look at newer Audis to replace my 2008 Audi, was warmly greeted by Mr. David Eccles, and wound up taking four different vehicles on test drives. In the end I wound up buying an off-lease 2014 Volkswagen CC R-Line and I could not be more pleased with the experience. David patiently answered all of my questions, spent the majority of the day test-driving cars with me, and matched me up perfectly with the right vehicle. I am so pleased with the experience that I referred my cousin to David and they bought a pre-owned Volkswagen as well. Even though we both bought VWs, I can say David is definitely the go-to guy if you are looking for an Audi of any year too.The service department has been top-notch. Mr. Doozer Bourdeau took great care of me on a follow-up visit to have the second key to my vehicle programmed and he possesses an impressive amount of knowledge of Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. I am a manager of an import repair shop about an hour-and-a-half away from Hilton Head and I have been very impressed with the knowledge everyone at Hilton Head Audi/Volkswagen has shown about their product and the professionalism they have all shown when I order parts for my customers' vehicles.

I flew in to Audi Hilton Head from St. Louis, MO to buy a specific used car. All prices and negotiation was agreed to before I hopped on the plane to buy the car, I had the check from my bank in my pocket while traveling so this was a "done deal." The initial salesman William Duke was great and responsive. I was picked up by the dealership from the airport which was a nice touch. When I got to the dealership they were apparently very short on staff as after I took the car for a test drive it took approximately 20 minutes to get anyone to be able to sit down with me. The car was described over the phone in perfect condition with 1 cosmetic issue on the front bumper which a picture was sent and described to me which I was okay with. When I arrived the car had additional scratches on the top of the car as well as a door ding that were never described to me. My salesman Sam Rojas was great in trying to get someone to discuss the issue with me but again, due to a short staff it took approximately 45 minutes of me waiting around to discuss this. Khurram Khan the Executive General Manager finally came to meet with me and agreed that the car was in fact not as described. Being that I was from out of town he offered to pay for my hotel for Saturday and Sunday evening and to have the car fixed on Monday and I would be on the way. Unfortunately, due to the fact that I live out of town, still have a job and responsibilities I could not stay the weekend and have the issue fixed. He then agreed to pay for my hotel for the Saturday evening for the troubles and that if I had the car taken to an Audi Collision Center here in St. Louis that I should send the estimate to him and he would have it taken care of. He estimated the damages based on his "expertise" to be approximately $500-$600. After everything was agreed to, I was ecstatic to be on the way with my new car. I signed all appropriate paperwork and left the dealership with a full tank of gas and a smile. This is where the happy story ends. After coming back to St. Louis Turnice Alexander the Finance Manager sent me an email that I needed to get a safety and emissions inspection done, which is fully reasonable so I had the work done and faxed them the inspection. 1 week elapsed and then I received another email from Taneeka Holman who is a Tag and Title Clerk, that I needed to send a copy of my personal property tax receipt to them, I faxed this to them within 1 day. I have had the car since February 14th and I still don't have license plates. No one will respond back to me from the dealership with a timeframe on when I will receive the plates. I finally I had the car inspected and the estimated damages were $1,400. I sent the estimate to Sam Rojas who promptly responded and let me know he would send the info to Khurram Khan for further review. The following are exact copies of the exchanged emails (X's are to ensure privacy):Mr. XXXXXXX Just spoke with him. He said if you want to bring the car back down here we can fix it for a lot cheaper. Around 300-400 dollars through our Audi Body shop. Other wise he can issue you a check for 400.00 and resolve it that way. Mr. Khan would have rather done the repair down here before you left. Let me know which way you decide to go and I will pass it on to management. Thanks XXXXX! Sam RojasMy response to that email was as follows:Sam,I appreciate the offer. If he wants to pay for my gas there and back as well as my hotel and lost wages I'll be more than happy to drive it back down and have it fixed, however I can assure you the value of the above is far greater than the estimate for the car. Before I left your lot, Khan said it would be taken care of as long as I got an estimate for the damage at an authorized Audi collision shop. He estimated the damages to be approximately $500-600 at that time however as someone who doesn't work in the body shop, I wouldn't expect him to know the exact costs. He also said he would be willing to pay for my hotel for both Saturday and Sunday evening if I stayed to get the car fixed on Monday when I was there, at approx $100 per night for a hotel room, the total is now up to approx $700-800 that he verbally offered at the time of the purchase. I took the car to the only authorized Audi collision center here in St. Louis and that is the estimate they gave me. If his body shop can do it for $500 please have his body shop call the collision center here and tell them how to do it for the $500. Let me know how to proceed. Also, I have yet to receive a response for anyone at your dealership on when I can expect the license plates to arrive. I apologize in any inconvenience I caused with the extra paperwork needed, everything has been sent and faxed but I've asked 2 people when to expect the plates and never heard anything back after that. Would you please look into that and let me know as my temporary tags will expire in 3 days Thank you Sam, I truly appreciate your help. It states that we are willing to fix here and can for $400.00 dollars. I signed off on this document even though it was not fully explained to me which is by now a written contract. By this time, Sam actually CC'd Khurram Khan on this email so I took the liberty to email him directly to which as of 7:52pm on March 18th, I have yet to receive a response:Sent March 12th at 12:30pmKhan,If this is honestly the way you'd like to treat your customers then I will make sure that as long as your dealership is in business, other potential clients hear about my experience and the unfortunate way you do business. I am extremely disappointed after the wonderful experience I had while I was there and your goal of having 0 dissatisfied customers has no longer been achieved. I took you at your word that you would help me receive the car in the condition that it was described to me and that was apparently my fault for trusting your word. Even after telling me that and shaking hands that you would pay for my hotel for 2 nights and that repairs would cost approximately $500-$600 based on your estimation, you put $400 on the "We Owe" document which you know is a written contract. Very clever of you for your deceptive practices. Please send me a check for the full amount. I will also fax or email you a copy of my receipt for my hotel room from when I stayed the night which I will also expect a reimbursement unless that has also slipped your mind. I spoke to General Manager Sunny an explained what I was looking for. He had promised to have everything in order by the time I had arrived. I arrived at dealership and nothing was done. They couldn't even find the spare keys to the vehicle. I was told that the would find and mail them to me. I called back a couple of days later no keys. This time I am told it is not there fault that I wasn't given keys. I then was told if the salesmen didn't write it on paperwork it was my problem. This particular dealership does not live up to its word.

Well in mine experience i succeeded in finding the best dealership that i will always go due to the Customer Service and the great experience i have had. That Dealership is the Audi of Hilton Head or Bluffton, SC. I have Leased 3 Audi's from A4 to A7 and purchased one VW Jetta. Every single time i go there for service or for buying a car i am treated with respect and dignity. The sales representative are very knowledgeable of their product and stock availability. They are not just there to make a sale, they actually care to help you buy a car. I will never go to another dealer due to the way i was treated and i don't think anyone could out due them. The Service Center is outstanding on top of everything get you in and out. The facility is awesome and well designed. David Eccles was my sales person and a very good friend of mine i have a lot of respect for him in selling 2 out of 4 cars i purchased from his dealership. Overall from sales, financing, service and service tech the Audi of Hilton Head, SC is the best and one of kind.

I bought my wife a Q5 at Christmas and we love it David Eccles was my salesman both times and has always taken care of me. He will schedule services for me if it is getting close and was never no pressure when buying. I like him because he is straight with you and that is respectful as a car salesman. Hats off to David. As for service, it's perfect. Always no wait and always has my loaner ready. I usually am not happy when they call me to tell me my car is ready.... Because I want to keep the loaner. :-)

We were shopping for a new Audi. Took the drive to the closest dealer. When we arrived, we were greeted in the middle of the parking lot and told that the "Audi Guru", would be assisting us. Along comes a young fellow about 25 years old and walks us to the end of the earth to see the Audi's. He then needs to turn around and go find keys for a car to test drive. One that we stated we were not even interested in. We drive it just to confirm our interest, and they were.We then walk into the dealership and sit, then wait. The young misguided salesman proceeds to have the general manager tell us why we need to buy from him, the price is on the window sticker and there is very little margin for profit! Really? I understand they need to make a profit, but not all of it on me and on a vehicle we did not even want in the first place.Prior to leaving we are assured we need to do business with this dealership, their customer base is large group of wealthy people, cash type customers that buy on a whim. Enough in that one statement to make us run not walk away!Because we wanted an Audi, we went online and "built" the one we desired. Sent it to them and were told one was found, pay $1000.00 to have it delivered to the dealership and we could move forward. We are thinking no problem. Well, not exactly. We ask to run our credit and to verify our interest rate.Well, that could not be done! No reason.No problem, no worries, no concerns. We went and bought a Mercedes ML-350. Got a follow up call from Sonny, saying he had the car we liked delivered just on our good name. We informed him of our purchase, we quickly informed us "we were not Audi customers". All I can advise is STAY AWAY. No sour grapes, just don't waste your time!

Buyer beware. These folks are shady, deceptive, and greedy to say the least. Good used car prices but terrible at trade ins. I agreed to a deal, my fault, after being told that my trade in was going to be sent to auction I found out that the dealer was selling it for more than twice what they gave me in trade. I called to complain of their business practices and received a gauntlet of ridiculous explanations in an attempt to justify their greed and deceit from several different associates claiming to be managers. All with different stories, all lies that I caught them in only for them to change explanations pulling from a different palate of bull. The general manager whom I dealt with on the sale never talked to me on the phone about my displeasure and never called me back when I left him messages to do so. These people are stereotypical crooked car dealers in a dressed up environment. I will never shop in or around this clubhouse of criminals again

Went on a beautiful Saturday afternoon after thanksgiving to go drive a Q7 and possibly buy. As I walked in with the wife and 2 kids, nobody said hello, how can we help you or anything. I could count 2-3 sales men with one of them engaged with a customer and a manager which I later discovered was the manager by sitting in his exclusive office. So after walking the showroom for 5 minutes, we decided to walk outside towards the car hoping someone would come out. Nobody came. At this time, the wife was very discouraged and decided to stay in the car. Mind you, Wife loved the new Range Rover sport and Lexus GX470. And this is me trying to convince wife that Audi Q7 is the way to go. Decided to walk back in hoping someone would say something. Sat there for 15-20 mins and several sales men passed me by. Nothing. After a while, I decided to leave. Even if we decide to buy the Q7, it won't be at this dealership. Pathetic first impression. Whats the gurantee one would be treated well if one ends up with an Audi.

I had previously used this dealership for service on my A4 (bought elsewhere), I had no problems with the service or workmanship. Naturally when my lease was up I decided to go there.The first surprise was that buying the 2013 version of the same model I had (2011 A4 Quattro) would cost me $7000 more than I paid in 2011. This alone would have me considering checking out the BMW 3 series. But salesman Sonny (or Sunny?) sealed the deal. Here is what I heard during only a few minutes discussing our purchase:"If you don't see the value of this car, you are not an Audi customer" - this to someone who is replacing an Audi"Why do you drive a Nissan?" - to my wife, because we happened to drive to the dealership in our second car (I was driving, incidentally)"If you don't value quality, go buy a Nissan"Being talked down to by a 20 something car salesman is not what most customers are looking for in a luxury car dealership.We now own a BMW 335i. Go to Hilton Head BMW, they actually respect you there.

I have bought three cars from this dealership and never had a bad experience. We just recently bought to cars in one day, and it was great. I had my two kids with me and the staff treated them as if they were their own. The service that they provided was great. They worked tirelessly on getting me and my wife new vehicles at the same time, and I know it couldn't have been easy. They gave us both top dollar for our trades, and the lowest prices I have seen on our new vehicles. Bot of the finance guys were really on point in meeting our needs as far as the monthly payment was concerned. Our sale rep Antonio can only be explained with one word AWESOME. THESE GUYS COME HIGHY RECOMENDED!

Very poor experience. Walked around the lot browsing new Audis on a beautiful Sunday for more than half an hour figuring someone would come say hello. After no one did, went up to showroom to be sure that they were open. One young man employee setting at a desk looking at a computer. Two other employees chatting in an office. One saw me but never got up. After spending at least fifteen minutes looking at the dusty showroom cars finally stuck my head into their office and asked if someone could help me. Asked about price on a car and the salesman flipped a copy of the sticker around and said "there it is". No one present could make a selling decision on an offered price. Left my number for a sales manager to call the next day but he never did. To make a long story short- most pathetic car shopping experience I have ever had. Ended up buying the same car from a Florida dealership (and even incurring extra travel expenses) because they acted like they wanted my business.
