After shopping around for vehicles for about a week (and not having the best experiences) I reached out to Audi Fort Lauderdale via email and Stephanie Bhim responded to my email right away. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and assisted me in arranging a time to come in. Stephanie paid attention to detail to make sure I was paired with the right sales representative in order to have the best shopping experience. When arriving to Audi Fort Lauderdale Stephanie came out to greet me, and let me know I would be working with Curt Early! Curt was absolutely amazing. He was very patient, and provided me with options. Curt assured me that he was there for me, and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. I could tell he genuinely cared, and he treated me like a friend, not just a buyer. I actually went to the dealership considering purchasing something pre-owned and ended up walking away with a brand new Audi A3! Before leaving the dealership Curt showed me how to operate everything in my vehicle to make sure I was comfortable with all of the new specs. My buying experience at Audi Fort Lauderdale was like no other. From the back of the house, to the front the staff was awesome. I really enjoyed working with all of them, they welcomed me to the Audi family with open arms, I really hope to work with Curt and the rest of the Audi Team again in the future.

I called Audi Ft Lauderdale after seeing a new black 2016 SQ5 online. I got transferred to Mark Epperson. I asked him to take a few pictures of car and text me back; he texted me the pictures within 30 minutes. I had already gotten a quote from Audi West Palm Beach....but they only had Daytona Gray Pearl and this dealership had Black which I preferred. I showed up, drove car for 15 minutes....I made a fair offer based on what I had been quoted at Audi West Palm and told Mark to take or leave it. He came back in 5 minutes and agreed to terms without any negotiating to try and raise my price. I also dealt with Christopher Bucknell and he is a good guy too. Love the car, hoping it doesn't have a lot of problems!

The entire team starting with Melinda as my first P.O.C. were 100% professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I arranged an appt in advance and the vehicle was ready upon arrival for a test drive, and it did not disappoint! My salesman Cirilo was accommodating of my request and was a straight-shooter. Steve(Manager) recognized a good customer when he saw one and organized a seamless purchase experience. James(Finance Manager) was very meticulous, even after normal business hours and was very helpful in recommending a solid warranty for my new vehicle. I am not sure where to begin with such amazing and outstanding care that Chris Bucknell and Erick Alava provided to my husband and I during the purchase of our car. Big kicker... we purchased the car without ever putting our hands on it. You read right. We were out-of-state and purchased our car from them. We live in AL but were able to purchase our Audi in FL sight unseen due to the care and exceptional customer service they provided. Not one time did they make me feel like any questions that I asked was an off the wall question or too time consuming. Rather, they approach my every concern with care and consideration. Thanks for making what can be a stressful time to a fairly easy process even with us being out-of-town buyers. Being an out of town customer was less stressful with them compared to when I purchased my Lexus locally. I must say that when I purchase my next car, I am definitely contacting them. Check these guys out for sure if you are in the market for a car.

Sold me a 2013 Audi A6, showed me a clean carfax, and it was CPO. There was paintwork galore all over the drivers side, and the entire driver mirror. Offered to paint the problem areas....Hah! Sure they did...of course now I have a care worth $2-$4,000 less that what i Paid since it already has paintwork, and they want to paint more??? Refused to consider any other solution. They are liars at the very least, and probably criminals in my opinion. I sat in the dealership for 7 hours to get the paperwork done. They showed me the car dirty so I didn't see the flaws, and took so long to get it out of detailing that the dealership was closed and I was sitting on the pavement in the parking lot waiting for it to come out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Have you ever bought from a Kia dealer? If not then let me tell you, it is a horrible experience. Their goal is to exhaust you until you will agree to anything just to leave. My last buying experience at Orlando Kia was just that. Thus, although I was excited to get a new car, I dreaded the experience. And then I walked into Fort Lauderdale Audi and met Curt Early. Without reservation I will highly recommend Abbas Masri and Chris Bucknell as two gentlemen you can trust and relax as they walk you through the car leasing (or buying) process. I am a "leaser"... Lester Moody and Seth Thomas were extremely courteous and professional with the entire transaction. Seth exhibited excellent product knowledge of the vehicle which was the 2017 Audi Q7. The experience exceeded my expectations as I had not intended to buy a car yesterday but the process was so easy that I couldn't say "no". The fact that the vehicle was in stock on site also made the transaction happen. Excellent quality first-class facility as well.

I am was looking for a certified pre owned Audi Q7 to replace my 2013 Q7. I was paying up front for the vehicle, and didn't require any financing. Meanwhile, I ended up traveling 250 miles outside the Orlando area where I live to the Audi Fort Lauderdale, because it was most reasonable and accomodating dealership I dealt with. The staff was friendly, willing to listen, and negotiate. It was the most responsive and accomodating of the several dealerships I contacted. I appreciated the straightforward and no nonsense attitude of the personnel. Very rarely would a person hear that buying a car is an enjoyable experience. In this case it was an enjoyable experience.

Surprisingly happy with my total car buying experience, historically for me , buying a new car was a painful and annoying experience, dealing with high pressure salespeople and managers that were less than professional .. My Salesman was Ryan Cannon, a young, energetic, knowledgable and polite gentleman, who had an in depth understanding of the products we test drove, and was very capable of answering any questions we had, a true pleasure, in fact, the best salesperson experience I have ever had.Steve our Sales Manager was such a delight to deal with, no back and forth games of negotiation, just understood our needs and presented several options for us to choose from, a real professional and gentleman. Chris the finance manager was also exceptional, extremely polite , energetic and obviously loves what he is doing.And then there was Alex, who took us through all the technology of the car, again polite, professional, and a real passion for what he does. This guy really knows the Audi technology like non otherI noticed one common thread during my experience, and that is , everyone that I dealt with . It was a great experience to buy our first Audi with this dealership. I came in with two models in mind at Audi - the A4 and the Q3 - as well as similar models of Audi's competitors. The salesperson was very accommodating with test drives and pricing without being aggressive or pushy. The sales manager worked with us to get to a lease deal we were satisfied with and made sure we were happy. I had a backup camera installed the same week and the process was hassle free and quick. I had a very peasant couple of experiences servicing my Audi S5 2010 cabrio with Audi Fort Lauderdale. TO start with, the dealership itself is superb, brand new and squeaky clean. The wait time is minimal, and the facilities are extremely comfortable. Luis, Cody, Many and Ashley are absolute professionals. For the first time in they fixed my leaky roof and offered me a loaner. My second time I brought the car in was a for a long undetected shimmy at 70 miles or so an hour. Cody and Luis took the time to explain what could be the issue and fixed it by applying road-simulated tire balancing techniques. Luis also took time to recommend best type of oils to use to get the best performance for my car. I am always welcomed and made to feel like family when I visit the dealership.

Although this dealership was far from my home, I was still interested in purchasing an Audi. For the first time, I really enjoyed purchasing a new car instead of the usual mental gymnastics that car buying usually entails. My salesman was David McVea, and although fairly new at the dealership, he was understanding of my needs without being pushy. On delivered he showed me everything I needed to know about my new SUV and was patient and happy to be of service.The entire staff at that Dealership was pleasant and easy to work with, and especially Adam Friedman, the sales manager, who did everything necessary to work out the numbers for the new Q5 that I was interested in.I cannot say enough nice things about Audi Ft. Being a sales person myself, I really appreciate someone with the same sales style as me--not pushy!!. My first interaction with Nick was over the phone. It was very brief but he provided the information I was looking for Then I met him in person, typically this is where the dealer does not want you to leave without buying a car. In fact, I did it twice, the third one I drove home with the perfect vehicle for my needs. This is after providing Nick with a list of everything I was looking for in a vehicle. Nick was professional, courteous and very understanding. He was also very nice to my niece to the point where she wants to work for Audi. Buying my Q5 was a fabulous experience!!!

The dealership is brand new and gorgeous. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Owen Snape was fantastic to work with--he answered all my questions promptly and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Can't say enough good things about everyone I worked with to get the deal done, particularly Steve Kincaid. Even though we came in late on a Saturday, they were happy to stay and get us in the vehicle we wanted. The buying process was quick and easy, finance as well, thanks to Chris Bucknell. Abbas and Owen helped set up the technical items in the vehicle which was a huge help. I am thrilled with my new Q3--thanks Audi Ft. Lauderdale!

Absolutely best car experience I've had at a dealership. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. I bought an awesome Audi S4 from this place and I don't regret one bit of it. Steven didn't just go the extra mile to get this deal done for me, he went the extra 10 miles. I was a difficult customer and they still went out of their way to make this deal happen and most importantly, make me extremely happy. The entire process from appraising my trade in, to negotiating, to signing and delivery, every aspect of the purchase was pleasant, smooth and comfortable. The sales people take pride in their work and they all were exceptionally friendly even though it wasn't their sale. Chris in finance was also great in the closing of the deal, even though I made them stay late after hours. (and he got me an awesome finance rate). If that wasn't enough, I had the pleasure of meeting Ashley in service who was beyond accommodating to my requests and it was done within minutes. When I normally purchase a car from a dealer, they usually get annoyed by me by the end because I demand 110% in regards to everything. This dealer went above and beyond that, and I'm ecstatic I get to go back to service my S4 there.In other words, you have to give this dealer a try, I don't regret one bit. I would recommend this place hands down over any other dealer I've been to.

From my first contact looking for a used 2012 E350 coupe my salesman Abbas Masri was professional and upfront with all my requests. Abbas picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership to see and drive the car. The time spent to fill out the paperwork was short and I was on my way home within 2 hours. Audi Fort Lauderdale is EXCEPTIONAL! If you are in the market to purchase or lease a new car, you will not be disappointed if you come to Audi Fort Lauderdale! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, from the greeters to the sales department to the service department. My husband and I were exploring our options to get a new car and after reading numerous reviews, we decided to make the 35 minute trek from Miami to Fort Lauderdale though there is an Audi dealership within a mile of our home. We were warmly greeted as soon as we entered the dealership and after getting a basic understanding of our needs, Christian Pimenta in the sales department assisted us through the process. After getting a better understanding of our desires, Christian consulted with Sam Pakarati, the general manager, to assist in determining the best deal and package for us to suit our budget and desires. They were able to offer us the best value for our trade-in and also added a few bonus incentives. If Christian and Sam were not already a dream team themselves, add to the mix Chris Bucknell, the finance manager! These three went above and beyond what we could have even hoped or dreamt to ensure that we drove off the lot in an Audi without being pushy or adding unnecessary packages to increase the overall cost. I have heard horror stories when it comes to searching for a new car, but this experience was anything but that! This was my first experience in getting a new car and Christian, Sam, and Chris have set the bar remarkably high! Christian even gave us a 45-minute tutorial of the features and capabilities before we drove off the lot in our brand new, freshly washed and fully gassed 2016 Audi A3! My husband and I have already concluded that we will be returning to Audi Fort Lauderdale for his new car in the very near future as well as for all of our future car purchases. I purchased my Audi (used) from this dealership. I dealt with salesman Louis ended up with finance manager Chris then lastly George. 2 days of ownership I smell antifreeze and called George and am told to bring back to dealership to check. They have head mechanic check for leaks and I am told it is probably from spillage burning off and to keep eye on level. As they move my car a guy mops up a substance where my car was as if it was leaking. At this time Chris has called me to sell an extended warranty to me. I also call George explaining my concerns later as I continued to smell coolant & was told don't worry we just sold you car and we would not sell you a car with a leak we will take care of it. They discovered a leak, service tells me now I can't buy a warranty, George said he didn't state they would take care of leak if there was which was a lie & Chris refused to follow-up about warranty. Everything is not as it seems at this dealership. I would never ever have car serviced or recommend anyone purchase from this dealership. No service loyalty, No following of Audi values here. Not even GM would help. Wanted to charge me for service with 5% discount. Unbelievable. Thanks Audi of FortLauderdale.

The view from my office is within eye sight of Audi's New Fort Lauderdale location. I watched patiently as the construction took place, in anticipation for the grand opening. I was curious to see the facility and also check out what the Audi brand had to offer. I have purchased 3 luxury vehicles in the past from a luxury "competitor" (I now use the term loosely) also in Fort Lauderdale. I thought I was familiar with a great experience. However, the guys at Audi, Christian and Nick in sales along with Conner in the finance department have allowed me to redefine my definition of a GREAT experience. They took care of my every need, made me feel like I was the most important guy in the room at all times, and were patient and diligent when it came to explaining all the benefits of Audi as a brand. They were able to put me in a brand new 2016 A7 right off the showroom floor for a price I never would have imagined was possible. They did everything it took to make me happy! I still don't know how they did it! The car itself.. I don't know where to start. I'm not a rookie when it comes to driving nice cars. But this A7 is far and away the best vehicle I have ever driven, much less owned. The car is beautiful and the technology is light years ahead of its competitors. I can't wait for my other vehicles lease to expire so I can go get a 2nd Audi from these guys! As a team and as a brand.. You ALL have earned my long term business!! Keep up the good work guys!!

I discovered I had a nail in a tire (turned out to be 2 tires), and called the dealership close to closing time. The manager, Steve, had a loaner ready for me and I was in and out in 10 mins. The service advisor, Rob, is always reachable. He called me, told me what they found, and had my car ready for me promptly. I went to the Audi dealership to buy a new car, and left driving away with a 2015 A3 Cabriolet and I love my new car. The sales person, John Law was just awesome. Offered me bottled water, coffee, treated me like family. I highly recommend him. Of course, everyone at the dealership greeted me with a smile, everyone was so friendly. Luis Pagani was my service consultant and went above and beyond to help me with my wife's audi tt, that we both love. This is my first time in the new service/dealership center. I used to take my car to the Lighthouse Point facility. WOW. The facility is gorgeous. Spacious and clean inside. You pull inside the building to start your service--very classy touch. It is not fully ready but on the second floor there will be a cafe area. The service continues to be top notch. I walked in and a salesman by the name of Louis Sanet gave me a glancing smile and greeted me with a cold refreshment of my choice. That set the tone for the rest of our relationship at the Audi Fort Lauderdale dealership. My Salesman was Jon Law and he was exceptional. He took the time to explain every little detail to me and answer every question I had. I was very impressed with the every staff member in the building. Everyone was extremely friendly and wanted to talk to me. Compared to all other dealerships no one was pushy which I enjoyed. I felt like I could make up my mind on my own. Jon followed up with me day after day to make sure I was getting taken care of and that I loved the car. Sam the general manager wasn't just sitting behind a desk but he was mingling with all his customers and staff and was extremely friendly and very helpful. I also came back to get something added to my car and George took care of me and his customer service was a 20/10. After much review and research, I decided on the possibility of purchasing an Audi. I stoped in this new dealership that just opened on Federal. I have never been in a dealership like this before, it even had valet parking. I was introduced to an Audi salesman by the name of Louis Sanet. As I was waiting I was approached by Steve Kincaid who introduced himself as the sales manager. He told me he had a car just like mine. So we began to talk and I ended up with a tour of the entire facility including inventory, car wash, service bay and delivery showroom all of which was five days old. I was very impressed with the attention I received while I was there. I brought my 2013 Audi A4 Quattro in about a week ago for a service. This dealership is by far the nicest Audi dealership I have ever had the pleasure of stepping foot in. The employees are all very friendly and treat their customers with the utmost quality and respect that one would expect of a high end auto dealership. Luis Pagani is by far the best service adviser I have ever dealt with! I will continue to make the drive to this dealer for all my service needs and future vehicle purchases(even though I live a few blocks from Pembroke Pines Audi), and I'll definitely be recommending Luis Pagani. Chris Bucknell, Nick Duarte, Dave Titterton, and John Law: these guys are a dream team who know cars and will go above and beyond to make sure you get the deal you are happy with. I was in the market for a Daytona Grey 2014 Audi A 7 Prestige package with low miles. They had it and leant me the car for the weekend. I loved it but had specific terms that had to be met, without which the deal would not be possible. They made it happen! They stayed late at the dealership on numerous occasions to accommodate my hectic schedule. I trust these guys and would buy a car from them again.

After the deal I asked for the service records to find none of it true, I was assured the tires were new just not installed there. I brought the car to another dealer, the tires had nly 35% tread left and none of the required service was done. The General manager told me if I take him to court it would be my word against his. Does this mean a new car dealer's general manager will lie in court? You are better off buying from Craig list. It will cost me thousands to put the.car in the condition claimed. We had a 42 month lease on our 2012 Audi A6. Expires August 13. 2015 The buyout is $27,600 +/- & a $350 purchase fee, and 2 lease pmnts. That's OK, there was a going in disposition fee of app. $700, an acquisition fee of app. $700 etc. They were all on the contract, that's fine. I go to Audi of Lighthouse Point to buy the car prior to lease end. They say it's the contract amount AND a $700 "Safety" fee & a $750 +/- "Doc fee" and some others. A mgr. also spoke of a "lot" fee. None are stated in the lease contract I signed. I have to leave it over night for a "safety" inspection, although we had Audi care as part of the lease, and only LHP Audi serviced the car. This is BS to justify the "safety" fee. George was pleasant as was Chris. Their management as far as I'm concerned lacks integrity and practices unfair and deceptive trade practices. In short, avoid Audi of Lighthouse Point.

While usually this would be a bargaining chip for any other dealer, this was just added incentive to make sure that this car worked for me, and that they would be able to make the financing work for me! I could not believe how badly the staff wanted to make sure I was happy, and felt comfortable with my purchase. George, thank you so much!!! You made my day, week, maybe even year! Everybody at the dealership was extremely nice. The manager came out and greeted me. He did everything in his power to ensure I would be driving the car of my dreams that day. I also dealt extensively with Chris Bucknell, the finance manager. His business card states that he is also an Audi "fan creator." I can see why now! I live about 25miles from Audi Lighthouse Point and have another Audi dealer 2miles away from my home (Audi of Pembroke Pines). I had gone there first to test drive an audi A4 6spd and when I went to negotiate with the sales person, he basically told me the deal I was looking for was not possible. He kind of made me feel like I could not afford the car. I was coming from an infinity G37s 6sp and two BMW 5 series European Delivery. Money was not an issue, I just hunt for the best deal. I don't like giving away my hard earned money and I research for months prior to buying pretty much any high ticket item. I called George Moakar at Audi Lighthouse Point and advised him that I did not want to waste his or my time. He was very straight forward, did not pressure me. We went through just one other person to close the deal that I was looking for. I was in and out in 2-1/2hrs. He even met me half way for me to return my other lease manual and keys. He also drove my infinity to the return location. I would recommend this dealer and George as a salesperson.

Amos and Owen went above and beyond, actually searched all across the nation, to find exactly what I was looking for. I was in search of a very specific and elusive Audi TT and as they both knew, it was either this one car or no car. There were a total of three cars that matched my car in the nation. Luckily, we were able to locate and reroute a White Competition Package Audi TT that was headed to somewhere else on the east coast to its ultimate destination in Audi Lighthouse Point and then to me. Since it was coming straight from the factory Amos, Owen, Chris and Norbey had all of the paperwork finished and ready to go the second that I could drive my new car off the lot. It was the most enjoyable, yet efficient, car dealership purchase I have ever encountered. At my 25,000 mile service, I explored the opportunity to step out of my 2011 Audi A5 Cabriolet into a 2013 Audi Q5. Taylor (I'm sorry that I don't remember her last name) in the Service department was extremely knowledgeable regarding the Q5 and, while I waited for my service appointment, even offered to have me take it for a test drive. She was informative, very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and engaging yet not pushy. She spent a good amount of time (about an hour) explaining the various features and options of the Q5. She knew how the Q5 stacked-up to the competition and she seemed generally proud to represent Audi. She should definitely be in Sales!Chris Bucknell handled the deal and worked up numbers I could be comfortable with. He was professional, energetic and enthusiastic about making the deal happen. I didn't feel any typical pressure or stress during the discussion nor the ensuing transaction. Chris got me what I wanted. It's obvious to me that, as Sales Manager, Chris does a great job of motivating his team to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. Norby did a great job of explaining the paperwork. He too was very professional and friendly and thorough. I do not recall the name of the Service Advisor who initially set me up for my 25,000 mile check-up. He was extremely efficient, very friendly and attentive. This is a great team and I already have recommended Audi Lighthouse Point to several co-workers and friends. This is my 4th Audi and I'm quite certain not my last.

Since I have moved to South Florida I have used Audi Lighthouse Point for all my service needs. They may not be the closest Audi dealership to my house but I prefer to drive the extra mile for the friendly service from Taylor, Rick and Rene. I have previously shopped here for a new car and actually felt bad when I found another deal someplace else. Owen was the greatest and wanted to make sure my next purchase was with him. Benny was very informative and enthusiastic in showing me a new S6 that I had my eye on when I dropped my car off for service. When I went back, the GSM, Chris, showed me a few cars I liked and, knowing my taste, suggested a car I always wanted but wasn't shopping for at the time. Owen came along for a test drive (somehow he managed to fit in the back seat) and went over my new (used) 2010 S5 Cabriolet with me. Chris ran the numbers and we came to a deal. I will be coming back in 6 months to order a new Q5 and can't imagine buying from any other Audi dealerships in the area.

We shopped for a new car over the past 3 weeks. We looked at Mercedes, BMW, Infiniti and Audi. We went to 2 Audi dealerships. Although there are differences between the cars, the differences between dealerships are, based on years of previous experiences, just as important. The staff at Lighthouse Point Audi were professional and personable. They made us feel very comfortable. Even with a brand new car, sometimes there can be a problem.On the second day of driving our new Q7, we noticed that the front passenger seat belt was not retracting properly. Although we purchased our 2013 Q7 at Coral Springs Audi, the Lighthouse Point Audi dealership was closer and more convenient to our home. We met with Taylor Henry in the Lighthouse Point Audi service department and told her about the seat belt problem. She immediately arranged for a 2013 Q7 loaner and ordered the part. Taylor constantly kept us updated on the progress of getting a replacement. If there is one thing I don like, its car shopping! Ha...However the moment my husband and I entered this dealership, we felt a different feeling. Chris was our salesman and he was marvelous!! He was so patient with ME as I had SOO many questions. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time or that we werent valued customers. He treated us like we were royalty. Chris made such an impression on our 5 year old daughter, that she kept asking us to go back and visit him. Once we talked the numbers with Gabriel, he was just as marvelous as well. He made sure we understood all the paperwork acurately and thourghly before moving on. With the impression that most people have that car salesmen and managers at dealerships are just crooks, that wasnt the case here at AUDI lighthouse point! After weeks upon weeks of car shopping, these two men were by far the nicest people we have ever dealt with in all of our car shopping experiences. Fantastic service from this great dealership! They were timely in finding the issue with my car and paid for my rental while they serviced the vehicle. I am on the road for work, so not having a car would have been more than an inconenience: it would have meant a monetary loss. They made sure they took care of me expeditiously, and worked with my schedule to get the car back. Other Audi dealers require you to schedule a loaner as much as two weeks in advance, which is not at all practical when an unforeseen problem arises. I especially liked the individualized attention I received from everyone.

Owen was excellent! We really liked him and felt like he was really doing as much as he could for us, absolutely going the extra mile! We encountered problems with the sale when Ed, the sales manager, stepped into the picture. Ed made some condescending comments and basically told us to leave if we thought we could do better at another dealership. We were just looking for a fair deal, we definitely weren't looking to be treated like that!! We did go to another dealership, Braman, who basically gave us the same deal but treated us with dignity. It may have been because we were women that he treated us like that. I'm not sure but I do know I would never do business with a store that treated women, or any customers for that matter, like that!
