Test drive

Visited dealership for a test drive. Excellent experience all around. Met with Pablo who was very knowledgeable and personable. I thought he was great. Likewise, Frank, the pre-owned manager. I Test drove an S5. Great car. Throughout the visit there was no pressure put on me to buy, no pressure from anyone. This was a 5star visit at a terrific dealership. Although I have decided to put off my purchase to a later date, I look forward to purchasing my next Audi from Devon Audi.

not much help said here's the car want the keys for a test drive. then went back inside, don't think i would buy a car from them.

Great Overall Experience

We had a wonderful, smooth, and professional experience in purchasing a new Q5 for my sister. Pablo Morachimo was our Sales Advisor and he was very knowledgeable of the product and features in helping us select the car and test drive it. He also was courteous and worked hard on our behalf in connecting with key managers in the dealership as we negotiated the trade-in and overall deal. The finance department was helpful in explaining add on service options, and the paperwork process to close the purchase went very well. This new facility is quite impressive, with first class display and waiting areas. From what we've experienced so far, It should be a pleasure to service the Q5 here.
