I wanted certain features on the A3 and he willingly checked around to locate the car and guarantee delivery within a day. He answered all our questions in a patient manner. I was pleasantly surprised when he offered to arrange the return of my leased car to Lexus. I went in for a test drive and loved the A5 Cabriolet, but the lease price was so high, I didn't think we could afford it. I left the dealership and went to BMW and MB. As I was starting the paperwork for the MB, Audi called back and I told them that I was buying a MB because of price. Within 5 minutes, they lowered the price and I left MB and headed to get my new Audi. Love the car. Nick was great to work with.

I worked with Pedro Rivadeneira in getting my new Audi A3. He was a sweetheart! He is incredibly helpful, professional and will do whatever he can to assist you. When I had some follow up questions after my purchase he also got right back to me. This particular dealership over the others I've visited in the area was the most aesthetically pleasing and without a doubt had the best stock in vehicles. The whole team was friendly and helpful, including the finance department. This will probably sound cheesy but not only am I going to be a loyal Audi client, I'll specifically be doing business with this dealership moving forward.

Honestly I did not plan to purchase an Audi once my wife and I decided to look for another vehicle that we would be using as a second car. So we were planningto budget less than the Q7 .But the time you spent with us to explain the vehicle, and not knowing if we wouldpurchase or not was excellent. You took your time and answered every question.Then after the purchase, even though late at night you wanted to spend time toexplain the vehicle even more and then invited us to come back soon.I have purchased many many cars in the last 15 years and never received this kindof professional informative treatment. Also when we go shopping we "dress down".So to be honest at some other dealers they avoid or basically make us feel like weare just killing time. But you treated us as if we were celebrities. Truly an enjoyable experience and definitely will recommend your dealership.

I had been thinking of leasing my dream car for several months as I approached my mid life crises phase. However, I did not know if it was a realistic possibility. Over the summer, I would stop by the Audi Dealership near my home and walk the lot and wonder which color would suit me best. To my surprise, no one ever took the time to inquire if I was interested in any of the vehicles. I appreciate the no hassle policy but this was the extreme. After a few visits, I figured that the lack of attention was a sign that my dream car would have to wait another day, another year, another lifetime. Then I happened to look at a random Audi website on a Friday after work. Five minutes later, I received an energetic phone call from Ginger Philips of Audi Coral Springs. I felt compelled to drive north, past the other Audi Dealership to entertain my dream car acquisition. When I arrived, Paul Carmona welcomed me and allowed me to test drive my Audi A7. Purchased a new 2016 A6 3.0T Premium Plus yesterday. Price was great as was the salesman, Mike Rakowski. Took the car on a test drive with him and I felt and he felt from the passenger side something wasn't quite right. he brings it to the mechanic who then tests it and decides that there was a flat spot on the tire. They ended up replacing both front tires and well as both front rotors (just to make sure they were not part of the problem. It was a long day 9 - 5:30. They even bought me lunch.Great dealership. Definitely give Mike a call. They were fair on the trade in as well.The worst part was the finance guy trying to sell paint protection, etc. He was a little much. I was getting to the point of wanting to tell him to shut the ****up already.Other than that, 1st class all the way.

Bernie sold my husband and I an Audi Q3. Though I wasn't there for the actual purchase of the automobile, I can say that Bernie worked very hard to make the sale as smooth and uncomplicated as he could. With my husband and I both working long hours, the last thing we wanted was a long drawn out process to buy the car of our dreams.... you just want to be given a fair deal so you can enjoy something you have worked hard and long for, right?! Bernie and his managers managed to do just that! And he is just a very kind and gentle person, not your typical in your face salesman. I personally like this approach a lot better! My wife and I drove up from Miami to visit Audi Coral Springs and check out their inventory. We honestly just planned on looking around as our current lease wasn't expiring till the end of the month so we still had time. We sat down immediately to run the numbers because we didn't want to waste anyone's time if the numbers didn't make sense. We didn't even walk the lot because we thought it would be out of our price range but we were fortunate to have been assigned Paul Carmona upon arriving. He isn't the typical "shark" car salesman. We told him where we needed to be on our monthly payments and after hours of back and forth I can happily say that we left with a brand new Audi that was only $20 above our current payments for a much lesser vehicle. Paul is a very nice and sincere professional that did all he could to make it work for us financially. He got very creative with the numbers. I don't think we would have left with a car on that day had we worked with anyone else. We highly recommend visiting Audi Coral Springs and asking for Paul Carmona should you be in the market for a new luxury car.

I encountered perhaps one of the most disappointing experiences I could ever imagine at Audi Coral Springs. I agreed to what I thought was a great deal at the time and even included the dealership making my final two lease payments on my current vehicle in order to get the deal completed. I received several emails with confirmation of the lease terms from the sales manager and completed the finance application prior to my arrival at the dealership to make the process quick and painless. I made an appointment to get everything completed was expecting to go to the dealership to have a walk through of the car and sign the final lease agreement. After arriving at the dealership, I ended up waiting over two hours to meet with finance. During this time all of the technology was set up in the vehicle and user accounts with Audi were created to assign the VIN number on the car to myself. I did sign some of the initial paperwork, which included both management's and my approval of the final lease terms. Finally, after the dealership closed I was told there was a "mistake" in the numbers and they had to raise my lease price $50 per month in order to make the deal work. I told them this was unacceptable as I just turned my old car in and we all agreed to the initial terms so they should abide by the deal they provided to me. They claim mistakes happen and could care less of what trouble this would cause me. I was then told by Tony to either take the new deal or leave the dealership. He had a bad attitude and couldn't have been more obnoxious. Since I had no car to get to home or to work in the morning I was told, as a token of their appreciation, I could receive a ride home from the dealership. There are other Audi dealerships that I worked with that provided outstanding customer service that you would expect from any customer buying a luxury vehicle. Their price got me in the door because it was lower than everyone else but clearly it was a ploy. They also managed to send me an automated email three says later thanking me for buying a car from them and to please use this website to rate my experience. Buyer beware.

ALTHOUGH THE CAR WAS ALREADY CLEAN AND OTHER EMPLOYEES HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY HE OFFERED TO COME PICK UP THE CAR THE FOLLOWING DAY TO HAVE IT CLEANED WHICH IS OVER 1 HOUR DRIVE FROM THE DEALERSHIP BUT AGAIN OFFERED THAT SINCERELY AND WITH A SMILE SAYING IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL. I MENTIONED THAT I WOULD COME BACK AT ANOTHER TIME. HE ALSO HELPED ME CARRY THINGS TO MY NEW CAR AND TRANSFER THINGS FROM MY TRADE IN Q5 TO THE NEW Q7. ALWAYS OFFERED WATER AND OTHER DETAILS WHICH REALLY COME OUT AS IMPORTANT THINGS THAT MADE ME FEEL THAT I AM DEALING WITH A KIND AND CARING PERSON AND NOT JUST A SALESMAN. AS A PHYSICIAN I DEAL WITH MANY PEOPLE AND RECOGNIZE GOOD PEOPLE AND MICHAEL SALVATTI IS DEFINITELY A KIND AND HONORABLE PERSON. I WILL REFER MY FELLOW COLLEAGUES TO CORAL SPRINGS AUDI AND TO MICHAEL AS A SALESMAN. I HAVE TO ALSO MENTION TONY CARENZA WHO TOOK CARE OF THE FINANCING PART. I have been a BMW owner for as long as I can remember and always loved the engineering of their vehicles. Throughout the years, I would always test drive the Audi's and it just never gave me the feeling behind the wheel that BMW was able to do until now. About a month ago, I stopped in at the Coral Springs dealership and met with Mark Conroy to let him know what my budget was and what was important to me. I was open to various models and was looking for a good deal. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars we test drove and is an Audi enthusiast (he bleeds Audi). After doing my due diligence with other cars and other Audi dealerships/deals, Mark was extremely attentive, thorough, patient and was able to answer every question I had. When putting pen to paper, I felt that Mark was in my corner and really trying to get me the best deal possible to meet my budget.I have owned my Audi A3 2.0 Quattro with keyless entry, heated seats (great for people with back issues not to mention the comfort of the seat), upgraded wheels and will tell you that this could be one of my favorite cars I've ever owned! The car is fast, smooth, fun to drive, very well appointed and utilize very high quality materials throughout the entire vehicle. I love getting into my Audi every single day of the week. Audi has come a very long way with the engineering of their vehicles and have finally converted me to be an enthusiast of their product. I did have one issue with my wipers which Mark was right on it and set me up an appointment at my convenience where they took care of the minor issue while I waited. I went into the dealership with a really great lease offer for an A3. Dan took me and my old man on a test drive, and the car drove great, the only drawbacks being that it is not manufacted in manual and is only front-wheel drive. Being the most basic package on the deal, I was not completely satisfied with the aesthetics (basic silver with pretty dull rims), but the A3 with th S-line package blew me away in terms of aesthetics. Black bevels, sharp rims, black on black interior, sexy as hell.Dan was super cooperative and hooked us up with a pretty slick deal on the 3 yr lease. Couldn't be more satisfied with the decision. highly recommend the dealership, Dan, and the whip.

Chafic & Daniel Villaverde helped me with the lease of an Audi A4. They honored the advertised price on the flyer they had mailed earlier. I live in Davie and had to drive to Coral Springs (crossing at least two other dealerships closer than they are) since no other dealer nearby could match the monthly payment and upfront down they offered/agreed upon. Both of them were courteous and professional. The Finance Manager Steve Milrot was also very helpful. I signed up for the Audi Care package at the time of signing the lease contract. I decided to cancel it a day later and Steve obliged to my request.

I will never forget this. I went there to take advantage of the early out of lease offer. I told the salesman that I wanted to lower my lease payment so I was going to move from an A4 to an A3. He fiddled with his computer and told me my current lease payment was $526 I said, right, now I want to lower it so I am going to the A3. He played some more and came up with a payment of $528. I was angered at first, then amused, then disgusted.

I had been searching for a specific Audi model and no one seemed to have it in Miami or Fort Lauderdale. I then called the Coral Springs Audi and Mark Conroy answered me immediately (the other dealerships didn't call me back or took a week to respond). He went out of his way to find the model I wanted and said he could get it to their dealership. He was always available when I had questions and did everything he could to get the best deal. I had an Audi A4 about to end term on a lease and I wanted to stay with an Audi and get a good price...something that would make me feel good about the car I was getting and the price I was paying. I submitted my information about what I was looking for and where I stood with my current lease and wanted to know if they could craft an offer that met my requirements. Quickly they responded with a 'can-do'. I showed up on 3/31 to take the car for a test drive, returned to the lot, but saw another Audi in the showroom. I told Aly, "hey, I think I like this one...". He said 'no problem', pulled some numbers together and we had a deal. At every time during the process which really lasted no longer than 24 hours did I feel I was not being attend to or that Audi of Coral Springs did not have their customer in mind.Aly did a great job. The management team is good for nothing. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle almost 4 weeks ago and they didn't fix an issue with the vehicle they said they were going to. This service total cost was over $2,000.00. So here I am, left feeling walked all over and spending way more for this car than the sticker price. After fighting with management, they agreed to pay half of the bill. Which still left me paying $1,000.00 more than I thought I would. Through this long and terrible experience, I have spoken with several different people, all who had no idea what the xxxx was going on. Now, 23 days after I signed the papers to purchase the car, the car is fixed and finally in my possession and I'm $1,000.00 in the hole. AND upon looking at my bank account, Audi charged me an additional $65.00 that I did not authorize and of course, no one can help me. The communication and customer service at this place is exceptionally TERRIBLE. I wish I could give you a 0 star review.This experience is so terrible that I get mad every time I see an Audi dealership. I will never dare step foot onto another Audi dealership in my life.

I was the proud owner of a 2014S8 for almost 3years. I purchased the car from Audi of of Coral Springs. When it was time for a new car, my salesman Jeff, from whom I had bought the S8, listened carefully to my needs and desires. He offered suggestions and recommendations based on my present situation and needs. To my surprise he recommended and a7 with the new 3.0 T Engine. He understood my needs and offered an alternative that would make me happy and save me money as well. It was refreshing to have a salesman lead me to the product that would be best for me rather than the product that would be best for him. I dug in for the negotiating process with fair numbers in my head and ask Jeff to write it up. To my surprise he returned with a deal that was better than I had expected. The fairness and respect that I was shown during this process was appreciated greatly. As a professional I understand the value of my product and services as well as the value of respect and fairness to my client. After originally setting up an appointment with Patricia through the website, Arielle helped me into my new car. Originally, I went in with the idea of taking about 48 hours afterwards to think things over (I had gone to 3-4 other dealerships the day before), but they came back with an initial offer that was so close to what I was asking for that I ended up leaving in a new A3. Arielle was very helpful and knowledgeable and was great to work with.The negotiation process didn't take overly long compared to other places I've been. At the end of the day, they not only beat their competitors' prices, but gave me more car for that very price, too.

I bought a vehicle back in Dec and was promised (Owed) a repair on the condition of a purchase. I was assured it would be taken care of immediately when the part was ordered / arrived. I waited well after the holidays with no follow up call from my Sales representative. After about a month, I decided to pay the dealership another visit. I was reassured by my Sales Rep that she would follow up with a phone call to let me know the status of things. Another month passes no call or follow up and by that time I became very disappointed figuring I had become a forgotten customer. Therefore, I decided to pay yet another visit to the dealership (three times). As I walked in, I was noticed by my Sales Rep and she quickly began apologizing for not following up. At that point, I didn't want to talk or look at her. I explained to someone else the issue at hand and shortly thereafter introduced to a Sales Manager. By the way while I was having a conversation with the manager, my sales representative was secretly away ordering the part that I had been promised back in EARLY December. My Sales Representative tells me that the part has been ordered (receipt) in hand and that I would be responsible for installing it myself. I grew even more frustrated because I didn't want to install anything as it was the dealership's responsibility to do so. The manager stepped in and demanded that the dealership be responsible for installing it. I was told by the Sales Manager that I would have someone call me to inform when repairs would happen. A couple of days pass and I get a call from a third party repair shop stating that they were expecting me to drop the car off immediately. I was taken by surprise because I had no other way to get home so, I had to rely on the repair shop (Prestige Auto Werks) to ask for a ride home. Since, it was a spontaneous scheduling I had to reschedule for the following day. Today (02/17/2016) I took the car for repairs and as I walked in the customer service was non-existent. I did not feel comfortable leaving the car without proper liability paperwork or some sort of paper trail. I asked if there were any paperwork for me to fill out in case something happened to the car. The guy I was speaking to told me no aggregately and that Audi was picking up the bill so no need. He instructed me that he would give me a ride home since I needed one and instructed me to drive my car around to a car bay. Once I got to the bay the guy had called another guy on a cell phone to speak to me about my questions. After explaining to the guy on the phone about my experience at their business, without hesitation, he says "I refuse to do the repairs and you can take the car elsewhere." I called my sales rep back at Audi explaining what had happened and she told me that this was the place that all of their cars went to. Since they had refused to provide me service, she had to figure something else out and would get back in touch with me. My thoughts; I believe I had very understanding for the lack professionalism by Audi of Coral Springs. However, this dealership continuously dropped the ball when it came to excellent customer service and fulfillment of promises. I strongly believe that the correct thing to do was to ensure that the repairs were to get by omitting customer third party interactions. Especially in this particular instance. I should have been advised to schedule a proper time to bring the car to Audi and issued a loaner car. After the repairs were complete, I should have been called to come back to pick up my car. It's as simple as that. I made a mistake doing business with this dealership and I STRONGLY suggest that others learn or at least take into consideration my experiences before MAKING A BIG purchase at this dealership!!!

We agreed to a cash purchase price of a CPO Q7 on Wednesday. Additionally I put a 5k deposit down that day. Thursday morning I notified my salesman I would be driving 6 hours that day, staying the nights, then I would be at the dealership at 9am Friday to finish paperwork, hand over an electronic check, and take delivery. I arrived at the dealership 9am Friday and that's where all the problems began. After the salesman pulled the vehicle up I found an electric cigarette and female hair scrunchy in the center console, and a piece of trim was coming apart on the rear A/C controls (after getting the vehicle home I found a piece of trim by the spare tire that was removed when they fixed this problem) that they "fixed." NONE of the paperwork was ready despite me sending all the information and documents two days prior. I am military and had a strange way I needed to register the vehicle. I already knew this and contacted the county clerk in the state the vehicle was to be registered and got all the information to have this done correctly. Despite me telling the titling department that they needed to call the county clerk, providing the number, and explaining what needed to happen the vehicle is no doubt going to be titled in the right county/state, but I will need to contact the DMV to change the address. The vehicle was also missing the owner's manual and the valet key which I was told was misplaced and would be mailed by overnight delivery on Monday. On Monday I called to check and was told it was mailed. Once I asked about a tracking number I was told it would be a few weeks and it wasn't mailed. I also asked to have a copy of the car fax email'd to me since it wasn't included in my documents at closing.After signing the paperwork my salesman knew NOTHING about the vehicle. Thank goodness Tony D'Argenzio was working that day. He set up my Audi Connect account and gave me a great class on the vehicle before I left for my 6 hour drive back home.Once I got home I noticed the bumper around the trailer hitch wasn't properly fastened at 2 twist connectors (which I reconnected) and the rear headliner piece was coming down (which I easily reinstalled). Now I'm being told I need to drive 45min. to my nearest Audi dealer to have the valet key cut. I completely understand that. However, my salesman told me I needed to prepay for the valet key and I would be reimbursed. I do not understand why the two dealerships could not coordinate this, or why Coral Springs Audi could not go ahead and prepay for the service. It has now been a week and there is no closure in site. I haven't even received the CARFAX via email.The only reason I was happy with this purchase is because of the vehicle, the price, and the factory and CPO warranty. I'm unsure how a vehicle get's certified with pieces not fully connected and items still in the car.I have no doubt that this is not normal for this dealership. However, DO NOT USE CHAFIC DANNI AS YOUR SALESMAN!! I am still waiting on a simple email with the CARFAX that I was told AGAIN I would have 2 hours ago.

We had a couple of issues with our fairly new Q5 - neither one of them all that easy to describe or simple (in my opinion) to diagnose. We pulled into Audi Coral Springs yesterday, cautiously hoping for resolution - and they exceeded our most optimistic expectations in every way. We checked in with Claudio Zullo - he asked his service foreman to drive the car (I feel like a jerk that I don't recall his name) and in 5 minutes they had figured out both problems and determined the fix. A part required wasn't in stock so Claudio gave us a loaner and by the next afternoon (today) they called to tell us the repairs were complete. I don't make a habit of writing reviews just for the sake of doing it - but this experience was extraordinary and I couldn't resist. It isn't often in this day and age that one is 100% satisfied with any kind of service, but this one was just that: 100% perfect from start to finish. It left me more glad than ever that we bought our car from this dealership - and more confident than ever with the service department capacity, professionalism and management. Thank You!

I went in to this dealership looking for a car for my son. Nick Paserba was so helpful. When I told him our price range, he found an A3 that was exactly what my son and I were looking for. He clearly explained all the details about the car and patiently answered all of our questions. He didn't try to push us into spending more than we were comfortable with by adding extra options. Ron Bacak was great in making sure that we could make the car fit into our price range. He found several incentives / rebates that worked for us. Nicholas even told my son that he could come by any time he wanted for a car wash (complimentary). He took plenty of time going over all the features with my son and me. Tony Carenza in financing was very efficient, as well. I will definitely consider coming back to this dealership when I am ready for my next car. I will also recommend Nick and Ron to my friends.

This is the third Audi A8L that I have purchased, but the first bought at Audi Coral Springs. Having driven my A8 down from NY I was not expecting to be in the market for a new car. Unfortunately, what seemed like a minor accident (I was hit in the rear in Virginia) turned into a major repair bill -- and my insurance company decided to "total" the car despite my Audi being able to complete the 1,000 mile trip to Florida. So there I was a "foreigner" shopping for a new car.Although I was probably "easy picking" for a sale, Miguel Castro spent considerable time with me going over the available cars and picking out the one that matched my needs -- and at a fair price. Nothing was a problem - despite registering the car in NY and taking delivery in Florida. Both Dawn Buchanan and Tony Carenza assisted with purchase. Need less to say I love the A8, and it seems that each model is better than the previous one. I had one minor problem post delivery - I was able to come to the dealership, get it fixed and be on my way in an hour. I have only good things to say about the entire dealership.

Our AUDIS are flawless. Regular service, oil & filters, always met with a comforting "yes sir ". A complete check of auto and recamendations for the future is always informative and professional. Items like depth of tires and any possible needs or interests I may have. This reservation is for a radio data stream upgrade by AUDI. I had a full day planned so a driver was a necessity. No problem everything was planned for me and I was on my way in no time at all. Fast, cuerteous service. Upon my return everything was just as easy. Now I am able to have even faster www interface directly from the A7.

Nicholas Paserba was exceptional in assisting me in my car purchase. He took the time to drive me around the lot, and explain the different models, and a ball park figure on payment structure. He also took time to explain the CPO's on the lot and answer the questions I had on them. He delivered a genuine great customer service experience. Dealing with the Finance Manager was very easy. Nicholas then assisted with the transfer of my items from my old vehicle to the new vehicle. He stayed past closing time to instruct me on some of the features of the vehicle, and assisted with the transfer of my items from my car to his car. I would highly recommend this dealership for their genuine service and the ease to deal with the Finance Manager and the Sales Staff.

My wife and I purchased our CPO A6 here in 2014 and have had all of the regularly scheduled service visits completed here, as well as several additional tire rotations, car washes, etc. The staff from the guys in the bay/greeting area to the service representatives and cashier are always very professional and courteous. I have found them to be honest and up-front with every visit whether diagnosing a problem or simply completing an oil change and I have dealt primarily with David Maddox. Each visit has been completed ahead of the time he originally quotes me and the car remains in excellent condition thanks to their expertise and care.

I had an awesome experience buying my car at AudibCoral Springs. Dick Cumberland made the sales experience easy and pleasurable. He always greeted me with a smile, has a wonderful sense of humor, answered all my questions, and gave me personalized attention. I would recommend Dick and this dealership to all. I did feel pressured by Tony when signing my lease contract and doing the final paperwork. I felt pushed into taking the Audi care package.

I had a great experience leasing my Audi A3 at Audi Coral Springs. Mike Rakowski helped me set up a great deal via email considering I live in Miami and this dealership is a good 45 minutes away from me. He helped me find the right Audi for me from their inventory which is visible online and helped me come up with a great deal that fit by budget. The day I went in to see the car (and ultimately made the deal), Mike was out of the office, but Arielle Newnam stepped in and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Just as Mike, she was able to answer all my questions and made my experience quite the enjoyable one. Once we had the paperwork filled out, the Tony Segreto helped with the Finance piece and again answered all the questions I had and helped make sure I fully understood what my financial obligations would be and how my Audi Care package worked. All-in-all, everyone I worked with was amazing, and I could not be happier with the service I recieved!

I had wonderful experience at Audi Coral Springs. From the moment I walked in everyone went out of their way to make sure I was happy. My sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient. Sales Manager was also very cordial. The finance rep was friendly and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. I was very pleased on all fronts. I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs.

I have been taking my different Audi models (RS6, A3, S5 and now a S3) to Steve Meyer at Audi Coral Springs for many years, and I always receive excellent and timely service. My most recent visit was for the 5,000 mile check up for my 2015 S3, and Steve promised to have the service done in approximately 60 - 70 minutes and I actually received my keys and paperwork in 65 minutes!!! I highly recommend Steve Meyer and the other Audi Coral Springs Service personnel. It is a great Audi Dealership with an excellent Service Department.
