Best car purchase experience EVER! Went to several dealerships and had the same typical games. Not here, they were forthright, honest, and made me feel so comfortable. Especially being a female. Highly Highly recommend them.

I've bought over 30 cars and this dealership has been the best experience I've ever had. I emailed them about a pre-owned car. They promptly replied and answered all my questions.I ended up leasing a new car. Audi Cincinnati East quoted me a much lower lease payment and more miles than the Audi dealership in Kentucky that is 5 minutes from my house. When I got to the dealership, my new car was full of gas and detailed. All of the staff was friendly and I was ready to drive off in less than 30 minutes. Zack Schultz was my consultant. He was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, patient and thoroughly answered all my questions. I highly recommend you work with him.Thank you Zack and everybody else I interacted with at this dealership.

Kudos to Audi Cincinnati East for their beautiful facility, exceptionally friendly staff, nice selection of vehicles, and general feeling that I am a valued customer, from start to finish. I visited "the other dealer" in Cincinnati when shopping for my Audi, and was turned off immediately. My salesman, Todd (also the Finance Manager - handy!) was exceedingly helpful, very understanding of my vehicle and finance objectives, smart and witty, and really easy to work with. I was shopping at the time of year when the model year was changing, and Todd's extensive knowledge guided me through the entire ordering/shipping process. It was fun and exciting. Now, two months post-delivery, I am happy as can be, and enjoy stopping by the dealership sometimes just to say hi. My 2016 Q3 is smooth, fast and beautiful...exactly what I was looking for. This brand and dealership offer a premium A++ experience. Highly recommend.

NOTE: This dealership is now AUDI CINCINNATI EAST.I recently took delivery of my brand new 2016 Q3, which I ordered in April, and took delivery about 3 1/2 months later. My salesman, Todd Jamison, has a unique and fun approach, while also knowledgeable and easygoing. He was in constant contact with me the entire time. He knew how excited I was, and kept an eye on the build status and shipping progress. His attitude, commitment, and sense of humor (and putting up with my anxiety!) are outstanding, and he really made this process fun. It was an amazing experience to track the ship carrying my new car across the ocean. Todd was fabulous working with me on the credit app as well. He knew I was concerned about doing the credit pull at just the right time, and he was with me all the way - got me approved at A Tier!Delivery day was SO exciting!! While signing the paperwork, my new car was right next to us in a big glass room. Like a great big shiny present! And lucky me, Todd is also the finance manager, so he got to do my paperwork too! This is obviously an area of strength for him, as the process was fast and efficient. The dealership is so beautiful, I just want to hang out there! The spacious glass building is full of gleaming new Audis, and beckons you to take one home. I just love this place; I am very happy with my purchase and entire experience.

I drove to Jake Sweeney BMW dealer from Indian, it was definitely worthy the effort driving all the way to there. The experience with this dealer was awesome, we got in touch earlier before I drove there, they provided as much info as possible and made my work pretty easy. All the cars look in pretty good shape, the car I bought is exactly like what they described online, I am so happy getting a car that I like so quickly.

I drove 7 hours to purchase a used 05 LegacyGT from this dealer. I saw the car on Autotrader and contacted them to see if the car was still available. They responded within the hour and we started working out financing options. The following week I drove to the dealership and as soon as I walked in the door they treated me like royalty. Everyone was so friendly and they even had the car I was interested in all detailed in the showroom. (very impressed) I test drove the car and noticed the clutch was slipping and told them about it. They offered to pay part of the cost of getting it fixed, which of course I accepted. It took a few weeks to receive the check, but they did send it and I couldn't be happier with the service and the car. I wasn't there to purchase a Audi, Porsche, Volvo or a Muratti, but they treated me with respect which meant a lot. I would definitely drive the distance to do business with again.

They are so arrogant! I have yet to have a good experience with them. I have a 99 A4 - I bough it used. When I needed an aftermarket cell phone installed, the phone company asked if mine was a 99 or a 99.5 (apparently they made quite a few changes) I went in with my car and they claimed there was no difference-and pretty much laughed at me. It turns out there is a big difference and I had to reorder a new bracket. On another occasion they fixed my axel. A month later the car was making odd noises so I asked them to look at it. He would not give me a loaner but said he knew some rental companies! The car has 32k miles... I have seen many angry customers and I have seen the Service Manager very arrogantly tell people what isn't his problem. It is obvious that Audi is not Lexus or even BMW! --Go to Northland -- it's worth the drive!

I drove an hour and a half twice to look at an A8 and both times it was in the shop. I called before I went and they told me the car would be available for me to drive, etc. The second time I even talked to a manager making sure the car would be available, he said yes, when I got there an hour and a half later the car was in their body shop for a paint touch up.

The dealership(s) seem very unorganized with the sales people running across a busy street to another building where some cars are located, etc. In other words, not all the Audi's are at the Audi dealership, some are across the street at the Porsche dealership and some are being serviced at different service center without anyone knowing what's where.
