I dropped into Atlantic Honda to see the Honda Fit that my grandson was interested in an met a gentleman name James Wells he was helpful in anserine the questions I had and made the purchase with in 15 minutes I picked up my grandsons car in 2 days and was very surprised that Atlantic Honda gave me a full tank of gas when generally when you purchase a new car the dealer gives you 1/8 of a tank just enough to drive to the gas station. My trunk wouldn't close..

I just bought a new Honda Civic and I have to say everyone at the dealership has been great. Friendly, helpful, the process was quick and easy. Rick Anthony was great. I am very happy with my car. I did have a problem with the trunk and I took it in for service and Romeo and Alex helped me and they to were great. They fixed the problem in 5 minutes and I was out. Great Service... PS Turns out the trunk issue was my fault :)

Enjoyable experience

Diego was extremely patient and friendly throughout the whole process. We came in the first day to look at cars and we really we just beginning our process. There was lots of conversations and information that was given to us. We left that day to look at other cars but we returned to get the car at Atlantic because of the many positive interactions with had with Diego and staff at Atlantic. After looking at other dealerships with used cars that were clearly not in the best condition compared to Atlantic mint conditions of their cars I was delighted to purchase my vehicle from them Diego was a pleasure to deal with during this process and I clearly would go back there again.

Great Service!

I finally had the opportunity to buy myself a new car. This excitement left after three different Honda dealers gave me the worst experiences of my life when it came to buying a car. These dealers had rude salespeople, lied about having the car I wanted just to get a down payment in hopes of stringing me along until they got the car in, or lied about having the car so when I got there, they hoped they could convince me in buying a different car or last year's model. One dealer even had the audacity to try selling me a damaged vehicle (bumper was clearly damaged and poorly repainted) as a new vehicle. I almost gave up but as a last hope, I went to Atlantic Honda and was immediately greeted by Joanne. Joanne was absolutely amazing to me. She listened to me, listened to what I wanted, promised me promises she could keep, and was absolutely straight forward with everything. There were no games, no hidden scams to try and get me to buy something else, and the finance people did not push anything on me after I said no to all the packages. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Atlantic Honda! You made buying my 2017 Civic Hatchback painless and easy. Thank you again Joanne, you were amazing!

Purchased 2 new Honda's the easy way!

I have purchased many Honda's over the past 35 years and currently own 5, in our household. I have had good experiences and bad, in the past. After having a terrible experience with another local dealer a few days prior, I cancelled the sale of two vehicles on delivery day, and headed over to Atlantic. By chance, we were greeted by Joanne who was knowledgable and straightforward. She honored the prices we requested and made the transactions a great experience. The staff was professional and efficient. They also DID NOT have "high pressure" finance people, like another dealer who will remain anonymous, who/which, by the way I truly despise! Instead, the two gentlemen we dealt with were exactly that; Gentlemen. We picked up our 2 new vehicles last night and couldn't be happier. My daughter now has her first car, a 2017 HR-V and one of my son's now has a 2017 Civic Hatchback. We love them both!Thank you Joanne, you were great!

A Nice Car Buying Experience

I had a really nice car buying experience here. General Manager Rick Alessi greeted me (offering us some homemade coffee cake) and Joanne Lloyd was our Sales Representative. Joanne was extremely informative, helpful, patient, and friendly. At no time did she ever make me feel pressured to make any decisions that I wasn't comfortable with. In addition, Joanne stayed over two hours passed their normal closing time, to make sure that I was happy with everything. Ron in finance was helpful and patient as well.

I really loved the service. I was waiting in my e-mail for the survey but I never received it so i decided to look for the dealer rate so i could share my great experience at Atlantic Honda. Alex Tinnirello was very understanding of my needs and friendly. I go there at 7:30 in the morning for oil change, battery and tire rotation. I thought it was gonna take so long but i was very fast. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON LONG ISLAND/QUEENS !!!!

After a frustrating, exhausting & stressful three weeks visiting Honda dealerships all over Long Island & Queens in search of a used CERTIFIED Honda Pilot i was ready to call it quits and just go with a different make, but i decided to give it one more try with Honda & headed down to Atlantic Honda and im glad i did! Upon entering the dealership i was greeted by a staff member and i was personally walked over to the used inventory dept of the dealership & introduced to Jesus Ramirez (salesperson) & Matt Byrne(manager). There Huge Certified Honda Pilot inventory depicted exactly what a Certified Honda Pilot should look like(new tires,new brakes, limitied flaws on paint & interior), unlike other Honda dealerships in Long Island who's certified Honda Pilots resemble vehicles that should be heading to auction & were not worthy of being stamped Honda Certified!! & to make matters worse they were asking for top dollar!! Jesus was extremely patient,helpful,honest throughout the entire process & was able to get me in the Honda Pilot of my choice. Also special thanks to Manager Matt Byrne for also assisting on the sale and making it possible for me to make the purchase! Upon picking up my 2013 Honda Pilot exl it was flawless and triple detailed & Jesus threw in some custom all-weather Pilot mats!!! My family made countless visits to Honda dealers in Nassau & Queens. We just bought a used Honda CRV from the pre-owned side. When we got there Anthony was very friendly and informative. We waited to see about our trade in. The next day, Anthony called and asked us to come back in and he would try to get us into the car we wanted. We spent a few hours there with him and Richie and by the time we left with our new car, we were treated like family. Anthony went out of his way to get us a deal on the car. My mom was looking for a pre-owned minivan and we visited Honda since she like the Odyssey. My sister recently purchased from them so we thought we would check them out. They showed us everything my mom was interested in and the way they cleaned their pre-owned vehicles were as if they were brand new. We visited other dealerships and saw they did not previously clean the car. That was a huge statement to my mom; to show off a car with dog fur on the inside was a deal breaker for gong with another dealership.The staff that worked with us were awesome. They were super helpful, answered questions that we had and even gave us their cellphone's numbers if we had questions or concerns with anything and needed to get into contact with them. When it was time to pick up our minivan, Eric in Finance went over and explained all the paperwork that needed to signed and there were a lot of papers. When we purchased a brand new Nissan 2 years ago, they did not explain thoroughly everything we had to sign. Jesus, our sales consultant, had the day off but he came in just to help us with the minivan and explain all the features that came with it.

Professional!! An amazing team of competent employees

This is my 6th car leased Atlantic Honda. I first met Mr. Joey Naim 8 years ago at a very bad time in my life. I was newly divorced single mom with 2 daughters. I needed a reliable car for myself and my daughter who was of driving age. Through Joey expertise I was able to lease a car for myself and my daughter where other dealerships turned me away. The team at Atlantic Honda was AMAZING!!! They treated my family like their own. Since then I have leased Honda's since 2008 with Joey. My second daughter is driving a Honda now ! Brought car in for recall and oil change. So well treated. Service department notices my rims were damaged. They checked and saw that I could get replacements at no charge since the car was less than 6 months old. So awesome! Everyone was great and very efficient.

I came to Atlantic for curiosity about an ad in the Newsday not to actually make a deal. At Atlantic, I met with Mr. Rodriguez, a very friendly and supportive sales agent. He sat us down and went to various scenarios. During this encounter, he appeared to be very honest and willing to help us decide on making a deal. It did not take long for us to say yes. We were undecided on which type of vehicle to purchase, a CR-V or another Accord. Phil Ward was extremely patient with my wife and I, we test drove several models and he went over the many different features and differences on each model, the Accord, the Accord Sport, and the CR-V. Treated poorly

After 7 weeks got CRV back filthy with dead battery .It was in for air bag recall. Had to complain to get car back. I was told finally that it was ready and it would be cleaned. No updates while they had it for seven weeks. .Covered in leaves and dirt and dead battery.

Would not ever use Atlantic Honda again

Would never use Atlantic Honda again. Spent over 6 hours in showroom. Music so loud , couldn't hear salesperson. Ended up leasing a beautiful 2016 accord only to have to return it for repairs the next morning. Very disorganized staff, lost the keys to our trade in car.

I went to Atlantic Honda to buy a new 2016 Honda Civic EX after Smithtown Nardy Honda started to change the terms of our agreement at the last minute and made their Civic more expensive. Not only was the Atlantic Honda salesman more open and upfront about how much it would cost, but they beat Smithtown Honda's original deal BY FAR. It honestly felt like I was just hanging out at the dealership and then they gave me a car in the end. Painless, fast and simple. Waste of Time-No Longer the Place to Get the Best Price

Went to the Atlantic Honda dealership to either lease a new Honda Pilot or buyout existing lease for 2013 Honda Pilot which was leased from the same dealer. Got the runaround. After many calls (about 1 a week) prior to appointment about lease equity and to come in and to apply the lease equity to a new car. Went to the Atlantic Honda dealer today, met with the same sales agent that I leased my 2013 Honda Pilot from and they checked the car for lease equity. Went to bathroom with son and sales agent was gone and had us wait 20 minutes. Sales agent finally came back and showed me pricing sheet for 12,000 miles when i wanted 15,000 miles which was much higher than what I paid for 12,000 miles and started selling me on putting down $5,000 to get a higher payment for 12,000 miles than what i paid for my 2013 pilot for 15,000 miles. Didn't say anything about the lease equity which was what i came in for. I asked and he said there was no lease equity since my car was in an accident (hit and run when i was sitting at light) which i would have mentioned had i been asked about it. Then I asked about interest rates for buying out 2013 pilot and then the finance guy came and after running my credit could only tell me it would be in the 3's (%). Couldn't give me an interest rate after running my credit. The finance guy acted like I was dumb. I told him i can get a better rate at the credit union. I walked out and went to the credit union and got a 1.99% interest and bought out my lease. Felt like Atlantic Honda really didn't want my business. Since I had purchased 2 cars from Atlantic dealers in the past including the same Honda dealer, expected a better experience and more transparency. The pricing sheet they showed me was not the best price. Used to be the best price for car dealers and is no longer the best price anymore. Really wasted my time and gave me the run around. I expected more since I had purchased the car from the same dealer. Don't bother coming here. No longer the best price on cars and didn't want my business.

Great Experience!

I really just wanted to leave a review to thank Jason Yang and Atlantic Honda. When my car died suddenly and I needed a new one fast, I was immediately stressed out. I walked into Atlantic Honda just to look because I was unsure of what I wanted but knowing I liked the look of a Civic. I had quickly looked at the features online and thought the car seemed way too techy for me, but I liked the look and size of it. Jason was an outstanding salesperson! He explained everything to me, he was so patient and answered questions without me even having to ask or think of them. I wanted to look at another car brand just for my own peace of mind, knowing I just didn't buy the first car I looked at, and not only did the car not even compare to the Civic, but it just showed me the differences in dealerships/selling styles. Needless to say we went back to Atlantic Honda and I drove home in my new Civic an hour later. I would recommend Jason and Atlantic Honda to anyone looking for a new car. He was so thorough and I never felt pressured to buy. Overall it was a great buying experience and I'm in love with my new Civic!

An awesome customer experience!

Its been 12 years since I shopped for a new car and was delaying the 'buying process' for quite some time as I did not want to go through the perceived hassle of car shopping and have always been wary of car salespeople, often with good reason. HOWEVER the team at Atlantic Honda were able to surpass my expectations at every level.I had the unique pleasure of interacting with many team members at Atlantic Honda: Larry Ellis, Frank Fardette, Charlie (from Finance) and Rick Alessi (GM). All of which treated me with respect, were professional, took their time to understand my needs and found the car I wanted within my budget, at an affordable price point.Larry was our salesperson and he was OUTSTANDING. Being in the in the sales/service arena myself, I know what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer service experience and I can honestly say Larry more than delivered!!! Courteous, professional, service with a smile, knowledgeable, honest and confident are just a few words I would use to describe my interactions with Larry. Larry was not hesitant to answer my questions and took his time with us throughout every step of our car buying experience. Larry tactfully explained every step of the process and kept us informed throughout as far as what would happen next...what we needed to do...and even personally took care in ensuring that our new 2016 Honda Pilot was 'camera ready' for delivery and handoff.The showroom itself is brand new, neat, clean and organized - where else can you get a back massage, have a few hot dogs, get your nails done and oh yeah buy/lease a car all under one roof? At Atlantic Honda. My thanks to ALL in making this experience a pleasurable one.

The whole process was made easy by the sales rep, Rick. He answered all questions in an honest and knowledgeable way, His manner was warm, friendly and professional. He pretty much handled the whole process and advised us each step of the way, We were happy to have met him at Honda.

The only problem I have when you go to sign the contract and financial guy always trying to get you for more money and it's very uncomfortable makes your head spin I walked out of that room I had to take a xxxxxxx Tylenol but my salesman with Junior Rick Junior and Frank was great I recommend these guys love them like family

Pleasant

No pressure sales is what we experienced at Atlantic Honda when dealing with Chip Reese. Everything was explained in detailed regarding the purchase of used Accord. No problem taking my husband and I out for 3 test drives before our purchase. Chip went above and beyond in helping us surprise our daughter with her" new" used car. I'm looking forward to working with Chip in future when I'm in the market for a "new" used car.

It took longer than usual to process because the bank incorrectly voided one of the applications buy the staff bent over backwards to accomodate us and make us as comfortable as possible. By the time I left I felt like they were family. Great experience which is why we keep going back. The atmosphere is NOT high pressure, the sales men and managers are great.

Great experience

This has been one of my best experiences at a car dealership. Ron was very thorough in explaining the features of both the Honda Civic and Accord 2016. He answered each and every question and had our best interests in mind. We were never under any pressure to close the deal. We in fact spent a considerable amount of time in evaluating the cars, went back and then returned the week after to close the purchase with a brand new Honda CivicDave Moore also helped us in getting a great deal. And to top it all Dave Shapiro from Finance was extremely professional and also readily changed all the paperwork when we decided to modify some of the Financial options we had originally agreed to. Overall I will highly recommend this dealership for their expertise, professionalism and for a great buying experience.

Great experience with A-Rod. Yup, A-Rod. He is a sales and leasing consultant at Atlantic, and he got the job done for me and my wife. And we're not even Yankee fans.
