Misunderstood

I would like to say I was wrong about this company due to what I heard. Therefore, I wil say this don't misinterpret branded title. These are good quality vehicles. In some states it's not required to place branded title on cars that are manfacture buyback which they specialize in. From my understanding it may be that the customer demanding another car because of something minor which they do repair. So don't think you are getting a bad or salvage car. They actually are really good cars

Branded Titles

All of there vehicle have branded titles. One of my friend purchase a car from them and she asked to cancel all the warranties she purchased and they are trying to wait until her 30 days have pass, they refuse to send the forms. I will say this only, because she told me to some of them are manufacture buy backs and maybe in good condition, but be careful.In my opinion don't buy a car from them or purchase any warranties from them.

I got a Nissan Altima 2013 SV. Would have loved the SL but the SV was pricey enough lol. I made a call to come in and I met with Sebastian who turned out to be really helpful and made sure I was straight. Had some issues with my bank and had to switch banks at the last minute and Sebastian was more than willing to work with me still. I was in there for hours on their computer talking to the bank and when I even needed to go pick up my check, they were more than willing help me out as I came down there with Uber. The office staff are nice in general and honestly, they made me feel like they wanted to earn my business. When next I'm buying a car, I'm going back there.

2013 Nissan Pathfinder Buying Process

We came here looking for a minimum 7 seater vehicle. They had a great selection in a wide range of prices. We were helped by Noor. Very professional, and pointed us in the right direction. They even held the vehicle for us for a small fee that was later deducted from the overall price of the car. Would recommmend here to anyone.

Horrible Customer Service After the Sale

I bought a used 2014 Nissan Sentra from this dealer. The price was very good, the facility was nice and the salesman was friendly. However, I had several issues immediately after buying the car and the dealer would not address any of these problems. Simply horrible customer service after the sale.

A Good Experience

Car buying is a stressful business for the buyer, especially used cars. Atlanta Best Used Cars made it a little less stressful. We came in on a Sunday afternoon with a price range and an idea of what we wanted. We were immediately helped by Bill, a manager who was on the sales floor on a busy day. Even in the midst of his other duties, he continued to work with us with infinite patience as we looked and asked and changed our minds. As I looked around the sales floor, I saw the sales associates patiently doing their work with customers. There did not appear to be pressure to buy but a genuine desire to help people get into the car they wanted. We put down a deposit on a car, came back on Monday and wanted to look some more. I was determined to leave there with a new (used) vehicle! They found us some cars and waited while we agonized over the best choice. These guys are upfront about the cars they sell, producing a Carfax and answering questions about recalls and repairs. We did not take the car we had decided on Sunday but bought a similar one.We worked with Bill, Sebastian and Zulqerna in the process of looking and doing paperwork and thoroughly enjoyed meeting these guys and getting to know them a little bit. They were the best part of the whole experience!There are no perfect cars, certainly not perfect used cars. Considering the volume of sales this business does, we were impressed with the age of the cars and their general condition. Most of the cars we looked at had minor things wrong with them - a missing jack, a missing SD card, a scratch or dent. They did their level best to make sure those things were corrected before we drove away.We were very pleased with our experience with Atlanta Best Used Cars and would be happy to do business with them again.

It was a great sale

I read a lot of reviews and decided to walk in and just see if it's what they said..good and bad. Well, my sales guy Shawn was outside when I pulled up and he was very nice to introduce himself. I told him what I needed and he showed me the cars that I wanted. He even went threw all the details about the car, warranty, car max report and what if there was anything that was wrong with the car. I saw that the windshield was chipped and he took care of it for me. I had an overall experience of great. The finance part....that did take a bit too long but then again they all do.

From first contact with Shawn, I felt confident with his knowledge and ability to communicate with such honesty. My husband and I saw a 2012 Honda Civic sedan on USAA with low mileage, called and went in. We got Moe and he was great. My experience with this dealership was fantastic. My son found the car on the Internet. He told me it was in Georgia. He said yes this is your dream car go get it. So I call the dealership and spoke with Sebastian. he was just as excited about the car as I was. He answered all of my questions and assured me that my purchase was a good solid purchase. I told him that I was in LA and I was sending my cousin to test drive it for me. When she arrived, she was impressed with the showroom and the clean bathroom. worst used car I've ever bought

Bought a 2014 vehicle here with 12k on it. Drove it for one day and it broke down. It has been at a manufacturer dealership for about 2 weeks now. They can't seem to fix it. Now I know why they sell their cars as is.

My wife was involved in a accident in December and I needed to get her a replacement car. My wife used USAA on line and made use of USAA's used car buyer service. She choose the car she wanted and I contacted Atlanta's Best Used Cars. When I called Z answered the phone, was very courteous and professional. I made an appointment for a test drive the next day. I had to go to the dealership alone as my wife is disabled and recovering from her accident. I was early for the appointment but Z had the car ready for the test drive. I drove the car and decided, after speaking on the phone with my wife, to purchase the car. I had one problem though, I was by myself and had no one to drive the car home for me. Z told me no problem, so I drove the new car home, and later that night Z with a friend following drove my other car home. I live about 42 miles from the dealership. Z was at all time courteous, professional and friendly. The facilities are very new and modern, and clean.The buying process was very easy and in no time I was out the door and on my way home.

Great experience with Moe

I called this dealer about 2 weeks before we went in. The salesman who answered my call was rather rude and careless so I was sure to ask his name before I went in so I wouldn't deal with him. I called back the day we visited the dealership. Luckily I spoke with Moe. He was very polite, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the process. The car we bought is a "manufacturer buy back". Be sure to speak to Moe about this before you make the trip. We are very please so far with our vehicle. It is beautiful, looks brand new, and drives like a dream. There were other salesmen in the showroom at the time we were going through our application and purchasing process. One was watching a movie on his computer and two others were arguing (in front of us) over customers. Very immature. If you go to Atlanta Best Used Cars BE SURE to deal with Moe. We are very happy with our purchase so far and would deal with Moe again at Atlanta Best when we purchase another car.

Beware!

I purchased a fairly new Lexus on Halloween. The car had been sitting for while and was missing the shifter knob. I was promised if I purchased the vehicle the knob would be ordered. It is now almost 2 months later and after several calls and more promises I have no knob. Calling after you've made a purchase is in vain. You are ignored and put on hold for long periods of time. I will not be referring anyone or returning as a customer in the future.

Recently purchased 2008 Audi from Atlanta Best Used Cars. Our Sales Associate, Moe, was very kind, professional, and helpful. We came into the dealership knowing specifically which vehicle we wanted to test drive. Within minutes, we were on our way. Had some other vehicles we wanted to test drive at other dealerships. Informed Moe of this and he did not pressure us in any way whatsoever. Test drove other vehicles at other dealerships the same day. Came back to Moe and Atlanta Best Used Cars and purchased very first one we drove that day. Besides being pleased with the vehicle we had picked out, we were much more "comfortable" purchasing one from this dealership (and Moe!) than the other dealerships we visited within a 45 minute radius of Atlanta Best Used Cars. Horrible Place!

I was very interested in buying a 2013 Nissan Sentra they had advertised. I responded to the ad on Cars.com and Carlos Pagunda responded to me. We e-mailed back and forth and had set a meeting on 10/11. Upon arriving to the location with my boyfriend and his mother, we were asked to wait and that they would bring the car. First thing, they have 2 other lots, where most of their Sentra's are located. We waited for awhile and was told by a porter that they had taken the Sentra to the Nissan Dealership. Carlos, then told us the same thing. I was very upset with the fact that he had called me to ensure I was still coming, knew I was on my way from Woodstock which is a good 25-30 mile drive and the car was not there!! This past Saturday, 10/17- I called the location, because Carlos had not responded to my e-mails inquiring if the car was still avaliable, becasue we wanted to come look at it. I spoke with Tio, who informed me that the car was still avlaiable, and we set up a time for us to come back in. When we arrived, we were greeted by Tio, who said he would get the car for us. Carlos at this time, came in and asked if we had been helped, he reconnized us from the past weekend and was VERY upset that we were being helped by TIO. First off, his attitude was very UNPROFESSIONAL. Second, he gave me both his e-mail and direct line, and when I tried to reach out to him, he did not respond. Therefore, TIO decided to help us. TIO then tells us that the car we wanted to look at was not there and in the shop, he did not know what was wrong with it. AGAIN, he knew we wanted to look at the specific car, told us it was available, we drove yet again from Woodstock. He brought us another Sentra, it was nice, but looked like it had been driven all over curbs. The rims looked horrible and on the passenger side undercarriage had paint scrapped off. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! The fact that they advertise cars that are not available, mislead customers, and have POOR customer service! Although, TIO was very nice, it didn't make up for the horrible experience.

Great experience, Zee was superb

I had a hard time finding the car I was looking for (Scion FR-S, in white, Manual Transmission), and my search ended up at Atlanta Best Used Cars. The car was a 2013 model (first production year) with only 12,000 miles on it and priced very well, so naturally I was a bit skeptical. The salesman I made my appointment with, Zee, was very pleasant and made me feel very relaxed. When I sat down with Zee, he gave me the entire vehicle history report from Carfax and Toyota. I was given the car for a solo test drive to really get a feel for the car and to do any inspections on my own, which put my mind at ease. At no time did I feel pressured to buy the car. The vehicle's history and the test drive did all of the selling. I would recommend Zee, and by extension this dealership, to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a no hassle sales experience.

Good deal, but check car carefully before buying

We got a great deal on a 2013 Pathfinder. The customer service was fine and we bought the car with no hassles and quickly. Shortly after buying the car we noticed that it needed 4 new tires, the windshield wipers didn't work well, the driver seat belt needed to be replaced and the brakes squeaked. After taking it to a Nissan service center we found out it needed to be caught up on maintenance, but was a good vehicle. All in all we are happy with our car, but we spent a lot of money beyond the sticker price to get it up to speed. Just be aware that you may need to put in a little money to get a good car. It was still cheaper than buying anywhere else even with the extra we put into it.

Find another place to buy from!

We were interested in purchasing from this dealer. No more. They are unprofessional and the poorest quality of customer service we've ever encountered. We were sad to say goodbye to the car, but we found a better deal elsewhere. Don't give your money to these guys, they are not worthy of your money or time.

Not Pleased

To be honest, this was a huge disappointment. The car I went to see had bad tires and the engine had a timing belt issue. As I asked if they would fix it, the fella said no. If no one buys it we will take it to the auction. It also had not been cleaned thoroughly. To be honest, I wouldn't have minded that they were going to clean it and repair the issues but the guy was actually rude. I went to the back to look at other cars but all of them had no sticker prices on them. I purchased the same SUV wig less miles, and 3 years newer for the same price. I won't say don't shop here but I will say, their used cars may not be in tip top shape unless it's a year or two old. I spoke with a different associate and he was helpful. That dude was in some kind of arrogant mode that day...

I worked with Tio who made everything relaxed. I came in expecting to look around at a few lots in the area, but the deal we made was a lower price with better options than any lot in the Atlanta area; trust me, I did my research. We bought our 2013 Nissan Murano LE Platinum from Zee at Atlanta Best Cars. He was exceptional and I would highly recommend buying from him. We came and looked at the car twice before making an appointment with him to purchase. I always called ahead approxiamtely 30-45 minutes to give them a chance to pull the car around. Since step one they ensured that both my wife and I understood everything we were signing and that we were satisfied. All the cars are provided with carfax reports, as well as optional additional warranties. Tio was our sales man an he is a must ask for sales man. Lousy experience

Went all the way over there with the very good possibility of buying a car. We were barely greeted and spent 30 minutes waiting to even test drive the car. We were then handed the keys and told to test it on our own. No follow up when we got back. Waited 30 more minutes and finally left. The facility was really dirty and in nasty. Won't even consider going back.

My search began at the larger main stream car lots and after visiting a few, I began looking at cars online and found these guys had what I was looking for with much lower prices. The stock of cars they carried mostly seemed to be 1 or 2 years old and still under factory warranty which is what I wanted (a newer car with a used car price tag). After some more research I decided to go with a Nissan Altima, and they had all sorts of packages and colors to choose from, and I have to admit it was a bit confusing to pick one out. I decided to make an appointment and their staff was unordinary and did not pressure me to make a quick decision like the other car lots, Instead they explained exactly what they had to offer which made it much easier for me. I decided to sleep on it and came back the following day to purchase the car I wanted. I am very satisfied with my Altima and I have sent a few friends over to check them out, I highly recommend you give this place a chance they have the best deals and selection of Nissan's and Infiniti's around.

I'm not usually one to write a review, but Tio is more than deserving of praise. Long story short, tomorrow is my birthday and I had the chips stacked against me with my trade. I needed something dependable and reliable and that would fit my budget. I found a vehicle on Atlanta best Used Cars website and inquired. Tio called me and helped convince me to give them a shot. I drove an hour reluctantly, thinking how bad traffic was and how I would most likely be driving back home in my old vehicle thru it. But somehow, Tio and the guys here made it happen. The finance guy and Tio sales really came thru. The vehicle is immaculate! I honestly thought that it was stock photos on the website but Tio assured me they were authentic. I thought they were possibly photoshopped because the vehicle looked so good, but I was wrong. these guys sell quality cars and they are spotless. I was really trying to find something, a spot, a tear, a stain, something! But this vehicle was spotless. but this review is not about the car, or how they made a deal happen, i'm really writing this for Tio . I really do believe i've made a friend and while all the financing and deal stuff was going on, he and I talked about life and kids, cars, , tv shows etc. Tio is a really good person. Used car salesmen have a bad reputation but I can attest to Tio that he is not that type of guy. I would recommend to 'Tio' anytime . He has a really good personality great customer service . we look at 5 different vehicles and he was really nice patient , we bought a 2013 Nissan pathfinder color white in really good condition , that only fallback is that yes we had to wait 10 to 15 mins to see each car and I can see a few customer get a little frustrated because of that wait time but is all good for a good deal . You should reconsider

n regards to their inventory, for the used privately owned, this place has more then they can store. So much so, they have cars, a few miles down the road, across the street..all over the place. So if you go to look at a car, call ahead so they won't give you the grief they did us as they have to go all over the place to fetch what you are interested in. We went in a few weeks ago and dealt with Tio. One word "rude". He had the nerve to say "it's a good thing I am not on commission because I would have moved onto another customer by now." Apparently, it is our fault that they buy more then they can sell and have them stored up to 10 mins away. They also have zero organization of they keys. They house them in a cardboard box, and when you want to see a car, they have to dig through the box. Even though right above the box is a peg board with hooks. If they can't organize their keys, I can't expect them to be organized in any way else. We were treated great for the first 2 car requests. Then, horrible after that. Our budget was a max of 13K, but apparently, he did not care as he argued about a car 2K more and why we would not buy it. After enough of the rudeness and the last car he pulled was not the one we wanted to see, we walked out. We went a few miles down the road..and bought a car in our budget. 2 hours later, we were on the road with a car. So Tio, lost the sale. But he frankly did not care because he stated he was ready to be done with us and he is not on commission. The other sad part of this is... he lost a future sale. We are in the market for a car upto 20K and had considered looking further there. But ..not now. Another dealership will get our business. So, pointers..if you are bent on buying a car with them, call ahead, give them a list so they can pull all the cars. Also know, they will argue with you on your budget, and your financing (if you come in pre-approved with your bank).

Extremely rude salesperson

My car died a couple of days before Christmas so I absolutely had to find a car. I pre qualified at my credit union and started car shopping. Because my daughter and son in law pass this car lot every day to go to work we went there to look at their cars. I knew what kind of car I wanted. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Tio. What a huge mistake. This person is very rude and condescending. Displayed anger when I refused to finance thru him. I had ask to see 4 cars after seeing their stock on line. Every car had to be brought from the car lot down the street which required alot of standing around waiting. The last car brought for me to see wasn't even the car I asked for. Tio's final statement to us "It's a good thing I'm not on commission because I would have already walked away". My son in law decided at that moment that we would not deal with someone who would make that kind of statement to a potential buyer. I would suggest if you have any self respect that you pass on dealing with Tio.

This was the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Experience ever. No I am not an internet troll. I physically went to this place last week and was DISGUSTED by the way I was treated. I drove in 30 minute traffic down Buford Highway to get to this place. I inquired about a car online and wanted to go see it. I get there walk around the entire lot (very small) and see no one nor do I see the vehicle. I go inside and ALI assists me. I tell them I am interested in a Sentra SL I saw online. He immediately asked when I am looking to buy a car. I said soon depending upon the price of the deal. I am a graduate Pharmacy student. We are allotted a transportation budget in our financial aid package because a car is required for rotations. He immediately prejudges me because I said I was a student (didn't specify). He asked about my credit score (I didn't give it because I'm not financing through them) and proceeded to tell me that I needed an appointment. They have hundreds of cars at their "warehouse" and they have to go get them and they need prior notice. Service like this makes me willing to pay the extra couple thousand and get excellent service from the dealership. I asked him if he would turn away a person walking through the door 100% ready to purchase a car because they had no appointment. He said no, they wouldn't be cause they most likely would have an appointment........I walked out. 3 days later I get a call from Ali. Guess what! I HAD an appointment. It was their mistake. I told them I did not want their business and hung up. This is not a joke. Just disgraceful.

They blame the customers!!

I'm reading the reviews from unsatisfied customers and in every single one the dealership's response somehow blames the customer. Take some responsibility!!! The same types of complaints from multiple customers should tell you something and you should want to improve your salesman's skills not excuse them! NEVER EVER EVER would I come to you again based on this alone.

Customer service terrible

I just visited the lot today which was crowded & tiny. I called ahead & when I arrived it took them 15-20 minutes to get the car. Next the test drive didn't included the dealer staying in the car. He parked the car out front, took my license, and left the car for my dad & I to drive in an area where we were unfamiliar. Finally the very attitude and nature of the dealers were offensive & condescending. There was no negotiation even though the car had scratches. They only offered to fill the scratches in when it needed to be buffed out. There answer was that they can't do it. There was also and old couple and a mother & daughter pair who upped &left due to the treatment. I would never recommend this place. The cars are questionable just like the service.

BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES, NO SERVICE!

I saw some nice Nissan Atlima online and sent my wife to the dealer because I was out of town, she went there on Sunday and the sales person that attended to her was very rude. She asked he to see the car we saw online but he said if she saw it online, they have. He told her that he can't show her any car until he runs her credit numbers so he can know what he's dealing with, his exact words. Woooooow, she call me and I can hear him in the background talking rudely and loud. I don't know if this sales associate is a representation of the dealership or not but this is not how you treat a customer. The other reviews here does not represent what she experience there. Avoid this dealer.

We bought a car his weekend and are thrilled with the purchase! We were skeptical at first since the dealership is so small, but Tio was awesome and the whole process was short and sweet! First Experience was an excellent one!

I had already completed my research and knew exactly what type of car I wanted and what I had determined to be the fair market value. I found the perfect car online which led to an initial phone call to the Norcross Atlanta Best Used Cars at 10 AM. I spoke with Tio and he immediately impressed me by his knowledge and honesty. The car sounded perfect and although I live near 2 hours away in TN, I told him I would drive down that same afternoon with the intent to purchase if the car was as it appeared online. We spoke a few more times (as did my husband) and I got to Norcross later that afternoon. The car was exactly as represented and Tio was professional, courteous and upfront. When he was unable to offer me adequate trade-in for my car, he immediately suggested that he take me to a local Car Max (I had an appraisal from the previous day) to sell my car so that we could complete the deal. He went with me, waited patiently during Car Max's long process and sealed the deal. I appreciated his willingness to work with me to ensure I was able to drive home in my new Pathfinder. Though the facilities were fair, I appreciate the fact that Atlanta Best Used Cars does not use financial resources for their physical space, thereby passing on the best possible purchase experience to their customers. However, paper towels in the restroom would be nice! Finally, when I complained about the lack of gas in the car, he went out to fill it up; well, half way at least! Great experience

I called ahead and Ali and Chris had the keys ready and the car ready when I pulled on the lot. I was treated very well & they were very friendly. I was allowed to test drive the car and take it to a local Pep Boys for an inspection no questions asked. The buying process was very smooth and probably took 1 hour even though they were very busy. I have been treated poorly at dealerships but they folks want to put you in a car and they will do everything they can to have you ride off the lot in a car that day. The car was in great condition and appeared just as the online description. I felt I got a great value and a great car without the whole hustle and bustle of a traditional dealership.

Worst Car Buying Exp. of My Life . . . .

After driving for 90 + miles to purchase a vehicle that I just knew was going to be in excellent condition inside and out, I have to say I was disappointed. Upon arriving at this rundown dealership and viewing the vehicle I discovered that I had been greatly mislead. The vehicle had multiple problems in which the dealer did not disclose previously. Contacted Bob about a 2009 Nissan Rogue. He said he personally had driven the car and that his mechanic had reviewed the car thoroughly. After driving 50 miles in Friday afternoon Atlanta traffic, we found a car that had many problems. We agreed to drive the car and take it to Firestone for a pre-buyers checkup. Firestone found nearly $1500 worth of repairs needed desperately including new tires, new brakes, new rear shocks, new transmission, alignment and tune-up. The transmission was slipping badly, the brakes were metal to metal, the alignment was so off the car was hard to steer and the tires were completely bald. Firestone gave the car an F and would not rate it on their scale of 1 to 10. Bob was still arguing that there was nothing wrong with the car when I handed him the printout from Firestone. He would only come off of the car $200. BEWARE. Their prices may be good, but remember that you get what you pay for

What a deal!

I am writing this review nearly 2 mos. after purchasing my car so I could have time to see what kind of a deal I truly got. I had been shopping for some time and had almost given up on getting the car that I wanted but, as luck would have it, I stumbled upon this dealer on Car Gurus, where a I saw a "too good to be true" deal. I called the dealership who hadn't even posted the car on their website (beause it had just arrived), and made an appointment when they opened the next day. I owned the car probably 2 hours later. My advice to be successful with this or any other dealer is: Know what you want, Know what you can afford, Shop the market, Know the value of your trade (if you have one), Don't be afraid to pass up something that doesn't meet your criteria. Tito showed me the car I came in for. I asked a few questions which he mostly answered and was very honest about the fact that they "flip" cars quickly and that helps keep prices down. I took a test drive, and knowing what a good deal I was offered, decided I wanted this car. Upon return, I gave the car a good look over and once my purchase decision was in motion, I spoke to Marlon (Finance guy) who pointed out something that wasn't on the CarFax report. I looked and could live with it. I did negotiate up on the price of my trade and they were still $1,500 to $2,000 short but since the car I bought was about $4,000 to $5,000 below other cars that I'd seen during my extensive search, the math was easy. Right after purchase I took my car to my mechanic to put in new oil and generally check out the car. He thought I got a great deal. Next, I took it to an Infiniti dealer for them to evaluate ($125) and see if there were any tech. bulletins or recall notices. Again, I was told what a good car I bought. The car still had 30 months of factory warrantee on it so there is really nothing for me to do but give this dealer a good review. If you want hand-holding and a fancy waiting room with coffee and doughnuts which you pay for ultimately, this is not the place for you. If you're an informed consumer and leave your emotions at home, you can get a truly great deal here.

LOVE MY NEW INFINITI

great deal and satisfying service i just purchased an infiniti g37 and i am loving it. The salesperson was not pushy at all and was able to answer all the questions we had. the finance manager also gave a good deal on financing and made the whole buying process easy. Chris was very friendly and I am going to buy my next car from HIM.

Great service and honesty

We bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder and could not have asked for better customer service from Ali and Marlon. We got a great deal on a great car, and they were very upfront about any issues with the car as documented in the paperwork. Although the facility is smaller than expected, they have a much bigger lot down the road--so don't let the aesthetics fool you. They were friendly, helpful and at no time did we feel manipulated or slighted. If you're looking for a Nissan or an Infiniti, this is the place to go.

Great Deal

I bought a 2012 Nissan Maxima on Feb. 16th, 2014 from Atlanta Best Used Cars and am very very pleased with it. I went online the previous day and saw exactly what i wanted, even the color (brown) I researched the business and the carfax, and when i got there, the car was even better than i expected. Very low mileage, super clean inside (like new) customer service was also great. the only thing (and I mentioned it to the salesperson) was that of privacy when buying. Everyone can hear your personal information. He said they hope to be moving soon. Oh, and it was very difficult to find. Location is not on mapquest, google, satellite etc. I had to call them for directions. Otherwise, I highly recommend them.

Do not buy from here!

I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership but it felt as if they were not interested in selling a car to me. The first person I dealt with, Ali, has to be the worst salesman I've ever encountered. After speaking to him for a few moments it became clear that he was young and inexperienced, however this is not an excuse for poor customer service. He repeatedly promised to call me back and never did, flat out lied about the online reviews that the company got which I was easily able to refute, and was not at all responsive to my questions or concerns. The second salesman I spoke to was no better (didn't get his name). He told me that he was too busy to talk to me because he had customers in the office. Well I am a customer too, I just happen to live out of town. This guy told me that he would have his boss call me, and I am still waiting on that call from two weeks ago. Bottom line, don't waste your time if you are out of town. They have no interest in you whatsoever!

Great Buying Experience!

I bought a infinity M37 a real nice and a awesome deal from Atlanta Best Used Cars.The whole staff was very cooperative and friendly, the best service I got, in my opinion. They treated me very well, The only thing I notice they don't negotiate much, I feel because their prices are very low, compare to other dealers. And thanks to Ali and Riz, They were very cooperative.

Love my Nissan!

I had an awesome experience with this place. Riz, the sales guy was great. He was very helpful about the buying process and very staright forward. Would recommend anyone to get a car there and I felt like I got a good deal. The lot is tiny, but they are in the process of getting a bigger place.

October - Nissan Altima Purchase

Your first look at the facility can be a little deceiving; as the vehicles are good-quality, and their representatives are both accomodating and serious about earning your business. My wife's car broke down at the end of the work week, and we had to make a decision quickly. I went to Atlanta's Best Used Cars after visiting two other dealerships, and noticed the customer service immediately. They labored to get me into the vehicle I wanted, and at the number I wanted. By the way, their post-sale customer service matches their exceptional pre-sales customer service. I would recommend this business to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Nissan/sedan at a competitive rate.

My truthful purchase experience 2013

Please note that the lot is not the same location as where the cars are pictured online. I was extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased-price and quality of the car were right on. There are a few small things that you may have to deal with but that is expected from a Used Car lot in an As-Is condition. Salesman was fine, obtaining the loan was fine. We visitied the lot near closing time so not all issues with the car were visible at closing time. We scheduled a return to get the tires rotated and this is where issues arose. When we went to get a nail removed from the tire on the same day they did the rotation, the tire repair noticed a lug missing from each tire. A key for the special lug was in the car so I am assuming the missing lugs were the ones that the key accompanied. We were then told by the dealer that they wanted to review the ad to ensure the car came with lugs????? Ok. We were then told that they would do nothing else for us. That was a huge wake up call. They became defensive and did all to avoid assisting. They were not the same cordial people all because of 4 lugs???? Imagine if there was something more serious?? For you own protection - do not assume this is a dealer that will go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction. They want only to sell the car. From a task perspective-they did complete the task. From a customer service perspective -Fair is the rating I provided. If there is a scenario when they owe something to you when purchasing-BE SURE TO GET IT IN WRITING. NOTHING WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU JUST BECAUSE THEY WANT TO MAKE YOU A HAPPY CUSTOMER NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY YOU SPEND

Great Cars at Fair Market Prices

Shopped nationwide internet searches for a used 2012 -2009 Nissan Altima Coup, V6, manual with heated leather seats. They had two on their lot. Called day before coming on a Saturday morning. Their staff had both cars ready for a test drive. For sure the office and car lot were not spectacular and while their staff may have been young, they did a great job getting me the car I wanted in a short period of time. Entire deal including financing took about 3 hours. This is not the type of dealership that offers a lot fluff. The price advertised for the car is what it is. Do not plan to try to negotiate prices. If there are things wrong with the cars I find they have priced the car accordingly. This dealership deals with a very specific type of inventory and are looking to serve a very specific group of buyers. Buyers like me who know what they want and know they are getting a fair market price for their car.

V.T.The WORST CAR SCAM PLACE

After you buy from this so-called dealership you are on your own, they sell damaged cars that look amazing from the outside only! The carfax may say one thing but this dealership will sell you a nightmare!! I bought my Volvo two months ago and I still cant get a tag for this car, I wonder why? My car is extremely beautiful but the repairs were endless and took weeks to complete, no receipt for the repairs WOW I wonder why? BUYER PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS JUNKYARD!!!!!

Sold me a Damaged Car

So, I partially blame myself for not paying closer attention to detail, but that doesn't make what the dealer did, right. This dealer knowingly sold me a vehicle that had been damaged. This damage was not evident in the carfax report and the repair work was done to sell the vehicle. Because they provided no details into what might have happened to the car, I was left to figure things out by experience mechanical and body issues. Issue 1 forced my vehicle into a complete stall while driving through a carwash. Water from the carwash had entered my engine due to improper repairs. The stall also stemmed from an issue with the connections in my Turbo. Luckily this happened in a carwash and not while I was on a highway with my 3 month old child. Issue 2 is poor quality paint repair on the front bumper. The paint has started peeling less than 3 months after purchasing the vehicle. When I took it in for repairs additional damage was found under the bumper including missing parts. Issue 3, the windshield is improperly sealed and allows water to creep in when raining. God only know what else I'll find. Dealers like this shouldn't be in business. If some of this damage would have been mentioned prior to selling the vehicle, the vehicle still might have sold (obviously for less). These guys are kids just looking to make a buck. I guess I can't blame them, but this damage put me and my family at potential risk. I don't know how I would have reacted had I been driving 70mph on i85 only to have my car stall in the middle of the highway. I hope their negligence eventually catches up to them.

Very Happy Customer

My experience with this dealer is the exact opposite of the last post. I bought a car from this dealer on Friday, and had excellent customer service from start to finish...even after the sale. Ali helped me with the sales piece and Marlon took care of the financing. Both provided excellent customer service. We had heavy rain Friday and Saturday night, and I realized that the drain tube from my sunroof was clogged and was bringing water INSIDE my car!! I had the car checked out by my mechanic before making the purchase, and he confirmed that it was a great car. There was no way we could have caught this, unless it rained. This happened in less than 24 hours after the purchase of my car; I was devastated. I called Ali, and he told me to bring the car back in. They cleaned out the drain tube, and now my car is good as new. They did not ignore my calls or give me the run around. They want you to leave their dealership a raving fan, which I now am.

Do not buy here

I think the good reviews are done from the same dealer. They are crocs I bought a car that looked perfect as soon as we discovered issues they were not responsible at all. They avoid you or do not call back then they said you should have inspected the car before buying. I asked the status of the car and they said it was in perfect condition. Avoid any type of problems go to a serious dealer don't even get involved with those guys.

Amazing service! Strongly recommended!

I too was worried at first, seeing all the negative reviews. The staff was truly amazing and I was able to buy the car that Id been researching for months, a 2012 Toyota Prius v Five. The price was right, the car had little mileage and still smelt like new. Kudos to Ali, who was ever-so friendly with me right from the beginning when I contacted them on their online chat. He rapidly escalated my concerns to manager Kareem. This guy was more than patient with me; I must have sent him thousands of questions. Since I was to fly down and drive the car back to Canada, there were many issues that needed to be addressed. Instead of being repelled as a foreign buyer, Kareem helped me from start to finish and since I had a long drive home, he even went to check the tire pressure and did a last minute cleanup of the car. I strongly recommend this dealer. They have nothing to hide. They welcomed the inspector I mandated to check on the car and were able to quickly look up a few concerns I had, following the inspection. Kudos to the team at ABUC and can only hope to have transaction as smooth as this one when I buy my next car.

Excellent service. I was a bit worried to buy a car from them because of the reviews, but they were great. They made my buying process very easy. Found the right car for the right price. I bought a 2012 nissan maxima and paid an amazing price. They have a good selection of nissans for very low prices. Chris was very helpful and nice. He didnt push us at all and he answered all of our questions and made things easy. He was able to give us an excellent interest rate. If you are looking for a nissan give them a chance.

Bad service. Un caring employes. Bad Vehicles

This dealer is a total scam. I called them ahead to ask whether they have the car that they posted. I also notified them I'm driving from far away, namely, Alpaharetta. They, namely, the guy named jeorje or something like that, said they have it. When I drove there for more than an hour, this guy tells me: "Sorry we don't have lexus, but we have dat toyota". They are a total scam, the place is tiny, it does not look like an official dealer at all. I also read that they sold used wrecked cars. So buyer be aware, this place is a scam.

WORST SERVICE

I called about a car they had listed on the Car.com and wanted them to send me more info on it as I was out of State and couldn't come into see it (until I found out more about it - at least). I spoke with Chris. He told me he would email me all the details "tomorrow" and he also took my number. The next day I received nothing. I waited another day and then called them back. The time difference between States meant they were closed when I called. I left a message asking for the same info I was promised 2 days ago. I never heard back from any one. GARBAGE SERVICE.

Very good car especially worth my time

I was recommended by a friend to go to this dealership. I was very impressed on the customer service that I was given. I was in search of a 2009 Nissan Maxima but I was given a very good deal on a 2010 even though its just a one year difference the price and mileage were absolutely worth it. The salesman went over and beyond to make sure that I was satisfy with the car the I purchased. At no point was I rushed into making a decision. The car was very clean even though it was a used car with good mileage. The salesman was very knowledgeable of the car and made me feel good about the car. They were also very helpful when it came to financing the vehicle, I had to go with what was best for me and my family and they understood my needs. I would highly recommend this place. I was very satisfied and I made the right choice of going to Atlanta Best Used Cars. Both my husband and I were happy with our choice.

Stay Away!

I bought a maxima from here. I was assured nothing was wrong with the vehicle. They refused to put new tires on the car that were needed and told me that the noise the car made was due to bad tires. I was told i could get the car checked out, however it was 7:50 at night they closed at 8:00 and they told me everything was closed. Being out of state, none of the employees would accompany me to show me where to take the vehicle. The car was also on dead empty and they would not put gas in the vehicle, but i was "free" to get it checked out. I decided to purchase the car with a warranty. The next day the tire blew out on a busy interstate. I then put all new tires on the vehicle. Two days later, the front tire was flat. At the nissan dealership I was told the chrome was flaking and thats what was causing the issue. I had to replace the front tire yet again. They had the car several months and did NOT tell me this information. Not only that, the brakes were metal on metal, last time i checked its illegal to sell a car without brakes. Also, I was informed the left side had paint work. Atlanta specifically told me that it had been checked and there was no paint work done to the vehicle. I contacted the dealership and told them this information and their response was its not illegal to not disclose information they did nothing illegal, that this is what happens when you buy a used car. You would be very smart to keep your money and not make the same mistake that I did.

Great Experience

Bought a Infinti M37. Ali the sales rep was very helpful. I arranged an inspection at a local infiniti dealership. Ali had the car taken to the dealership. The vehicle checked out without any issues except some cosmetic issues with the rims. Ali offered to have this repaired before purchase and actually sent me photo's to make sure I was happy with the work. The closing process was handled very professionally and efficiently. I have already recommended ABUC to a friend looking for a G37. Would do business with them in the future.

Three of my friends bought cars from here and they reccomended this place to me. I bought a nice 2009 Honda accord from them and am very happy with it. I got it checked out from my mechanic and he gave it a thumbs up. So far so good. I reccomend them.

Part II

Part II of my story with this dealership. If I could give this place a zero I would! Much as I suspected I would, I received a call from the sales person the very next morning at 9:00am with the "good news" that he had talked to the owner and that the Armada was now mine since I had been looking at it first and that they would tell the "other buyer" his deposit was no good and the truck was sold to someone else. My husband and I got a good laugh out of this tired, old-school, shady used car sales strategy! There NEVER WAS another buyer! Needless to say, we did not buy from them, nor would we ever after this experience. I would imagine that the owner hopes their business will not be judged by the young, casually dressed, inexperienced ,unprofessional sales people nor by the dump of an office building they are in. I was happy to look passed those things to get a decent price on a decent used vehicle. Too bad they took me - a pregnant woman with a toddler shopping without her husband - for an inexperienced, uninformed fool they could scam.

Unscrupulous Business! No Principals!

We hired an independent inspection company to do an inspection on an SUV we were planning to purchase. We very clearly told the dealer that if the inspection came back without any major problems we would be buying the vehicle. As a note all 4 tires on the SUV were so bad that the inspector told me not to drive the car off the lot without new tires or to drive it straight to the tire shop. The rotors were also worn to the point that the brakes vibrated. The dealer and I could both clearly see this without an inspection so these were both givens. While we were waiting for the inspection results the sales person and I exchanged several emails regarding my trade in, etc. They refused to give me any info on my trade in until I was signing paperwork. I understand the business strategy here, but this was my first red flag about this place. They also avoided all of my questions about our financing app, only willing to say "we've go the numbers ready for you". Red flag 2. Later in the day of the inspection the sales person and I spoke and I let him know were planning to buy it but was waiting to speak to my husband who was out of town and also get the report emailed from the inspector. He then called back 20 minutes later to tell me how "sorry" he was that the SUV had sold 30 minutes ago to someone else and they they could find me another one. At no point was I offered opportunity to buy the vehicle before the other party nor was I ever asked to put a deposit on it to hold it. All impressions were given that this was mine to purchase and that I was purchasing it. I told them I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from them, not would we be returning in January when we purchase another used vehicle to replace my husbands company car. To the sales person and finance manager Marlon who was helping me - just as an FYI the financing app was just a buying strategy we use so as not to reveal how much money we have. Also, don't judge a customer by the value of their trade in. I will be paying cash for the vehicle I buy from someone else - now a 2010 Armada Titanium. Sorry for you luck on this one. Good luck keeping your doors open.

Not what you think

The dealership is not in the nicest part of town, and their facilities are not luxurious by any means, but who cares! I loved their selection of used cars, and their prices are great. I purchased a vehicle from there and the experience was just fine. I also financed through them and got a very good rate. I was skeptical about the place because of a BBB report, but after I reviewed the report, I realized that the accuser's claims were not founded, and the BBB closed the case.

Do not recommend!!

First of all the pictures are misleading. Most honest sellers will point out the things that are wrong with the vehicle as best they can. I had my heart set on purchasing the 2006 civic si and drove a full 4 hours to take a look at the car only to find out the previous owners obviously didn't care about the car. When I pointed out all the defects of the vehicle, (i.e. broke cd player, clock didnt work, cigarette burns in the seats, rear right brake light didnt work, no original keys, and a handful more) the employee cut me off, got an attitude with us and said he could fix all that if I was willing to pay a couple grand more. Really? I don't see how you can run a business with no sense of common courtesy. The "dealership" is run by a handful of young kids who are very unprofessional. My overall experience was terrible. Please don't be fooled by the pictures and save yourself the time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
