What a great place

First let me start by saying I am from Fairmont MN. There is a one price store there that I will never set foot in again. I walked in there and the people were rude I had to ask them for help! They asked some questions said they didnt think I could do anything and we left. I went online filled out a form and within seconds Cade called from Asa auto plaza. We went to them the next day they were great made me feel special like I was the only person that mattered from the salesman to salesmanager to the finance manager they were wonderful. We bought a 2012 equinox they had banks fighting for me and got a fantastic rate. I sent my sister there the next day and she also bought an equinox. To my suprise I received a referal bonus in the mail and took my husband out to eat! Not only did Asa make me a customer for life they made my family customers as well. Sorry Fairmont Chevy you lost us and I hope many more to Asa Auto Plaza !!

Nice Change of Pace

I take my time and do a lot of research. I had 10 places calling me 15 times a day. When I talked to Cabe at kemna I told him I did not want to be bothered and to just email me. He was the only one who listened and did just that! That is one of the mail reasons I bought the vehicle from there they took the time to listen to what I wanted. Most places wanted me to come in the next hour and get a great deal and that is not me. I was given a salesman when I went and Cabe set me up with Brent he was great ! Thank you guys

I talked to Cade and I thought he was great, he called me back on my cell to do a walk around of the vehicle together since I would be coming from 3 hours away. I decided to make the trip the next day the car was out and waiting for me to drive he even put it inside since it was raining. Wonderful Internet process!!

I have bought cars online before and the experience has been so-so. I was shocked to finally worked with a dealer that got it. Most places I have called and talked the "internet person" who I think doesn't even work in the building and all they do is try to get you to the store. I have found that they know nothing of the vehicles they sell. When I called Kemna-Asa I talked to Cade and he was wonderful he actually took the photos and has driven the vehicle I called about. He knew all about the vehicle I wanted and when I came in I was shocked that he sold me the vehicle as well!! It was a fantastic experience and all dealers should have someone like him.

I live a long way from Kemna-Asa. I called the number and talked to Cade. He was fantastic. He told me everything about the car we were buying. I talked to many other places but he put me at ease with what will happen and how they would work the hardest to get the deal done. He is the reason we went to Kemna-Asa and he should get all the credit. Not to take away from the salesman but if it wasnt for his first contact I would have kept looking. Thank you all !

I received an email immediately, and a phone call on the next business day after inquiring about a used vehicle. Brent answered all my questions honestly, and worked to get in touch with the previous owner so that I could speak to her. We came from out of state to purchase, and the car was exactly as he told me it would be and then some. The buying process couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. The price was very fair and the service was amazing, we would definitely buy here again!

I came from out of town to purchase a used Chevy vehicle because of the great price of the vehicle I had saw online. I had a great experience over the phone with Cade H and he talked me through the condition of the vehicle and he was completely honest, did not leave out any details. He sent more pictures via email about the items which I questioned. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was ready to go and papers were ready for me to sign. It was a painless process. The only setback that I had with the purchase was the title not coming to me in a timely manner. It does take longer when purchasing a vehicle out of state for the title to arrive. They were great about helping me with this also, I received a new in-transit from Kemna-Asa that covered me until the title came. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know and will look for my next vehicle there as well.

My credit has taken a shot with some injuries I had. I went to the big store like billion and vern eide and was treated like a criminal. They told me that I could only get one car and that was it. When I said I needed a van the guy at billion lauged and said good luck. I went online to Kemna and Cade called me with in seconds of putting the info in. He worked for 2 weeks and found me a van. Never again. First and last time dealing with this place. We purchased a vehicle from Kenma-Asa in Jackson, MN in late December. The salesman talked the truck up as being "mint", it was the previous owners "baby" and how outstanding the care the truck had received. Well, the sales person FORGOT to tell us the owner had parts of the vehicle painted due to rust spots right before trading it in. The salesman only owned up to it when I called to report rust spots bubbling and paint falling off on both rear sides. This "mint" truck looks like crap. My husband and I gave them the opportunity to make this right and it was flat out refused. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Kemna-Asa dealership in Jackson, MN has been very accommodating. I purchased my first vehicle in 2009 and they have been great in their servicing of the vehicle. In January, I came down for a service appointment and while waiting I visited with Brent Anderson in the sales department. I expressed interest in the Chev. Equinox. He was more than willing to answer my questions and let me even test drive an Equinox. Two weeks later, I returned for some warranty work on my 2009 Traverse. I had contacted Brent that I would be coming and would bring my wife to drive the Equinox--he was more than willing to take time to explain the various features and went for a test drive with us and pointed out many of the features. We were very pleased. He was not forceful and let us have time to discuss what our next move should be. We went home and discussed the purchase issue. We talked about some of the financial issues regarding the trade and two days later I made an offer that seemed reasonable to all involved. He was very prompt about getting his manager and the business manager (Ed) involved gathering some data. We were very happy with the GM Card bonus and other related incentives that Brent found for us that GM had available. Brent was very concerned about building value and pleasing the customer. It was a great vehicle purchasing experience. The first week after the purchase, Brent contacted us about any concerns and a few days later an email also came from him. Again he was very concerned about the customer being satisfied. Over the years, I have been extremely pleased with the service reps. and the friendliness of the staff of Kemna-Asa in Jackson, MN. My car buying experience at Kemna-Asa in Jackson was the most friendly, personal, non-pressured, affordable, and enjoyable time car shopping. I knew I wanted to purchase an Equinox as my new vehicle, which helped getting "down to business" a bit easier. I called Rob at Kemna-Asa as well as calling a neighboring car dealership west of Jackson informing both car salesmen of exactly what I wanted for a vehicle, the interior features and vehicle color so both dealerships were comparing "apples to apples". I asked Rob at Kemna-Asa to figure his rock bottom dollar on an Equinox 2LT and I also called the neighboring car dealership asking the salesman for his rock bottom dollar on the exact vehicle. After waiting a few days from the neighboring car dealership, I finally called them as I was tired of waiting and wanted to either make a deal or decide to wait on a new car purchase for awhile because of the purchase price. The neighboring car dealership's owner called me with his price assuring me I would NOT find another car dealership offering a lower price on this Equinox and I would be trading with them for sure. I then called Kemna-Asa and spoke with Rob who shared his price with me. Rob at Kemna-Asa beat the neighboring car dealership's price by $300 without me having to pressure Rob into offering a better deal. It was a pleasure working with Rob as he always assured me this car deal would be done "when I was ready" whether it be now or later this year. Kemna-Asa gave my husband and me a fair trade-in price on our Torrent, came up with a very affordable financing package, plus they did the work of obtaining my GM Mastercard earnings plus getting me an extra $1750 from my GM Mastercard as an incentive program was currently taking place. Rob gladly took the time to check with other dealers to secure the exact Equinox 2LT I wanted as they did not have the vhicle color I wanted on their lot. Rob had that shopping job done extremely quick and called me back letting me know my new car would be ready for pickup in less than a couple days. When arriving at Kemna-Asa to pick up my Equinox Rob was waiting for me at the door to show me the beautiful new car I would be driving plus he spent more than hour with me going over all of the car features and taking it for a drive to show me other features. I am appreciative of the time and respect Rob gave me working on this car deal as he made my husband and me feel very comfortable in our decision to purchase our Equinox. Without doubt I will be returning again to Kemna-Asa for future vehicle purchases.

I just recently bought a (new to me) 2011 equinox from Kemna ASA in Jackson, MN. I was very satisfied with my service there. Not only did I find a vehicle within my price range but they also worked REALLY well with me to get my monthly payments down to a price that I could afford. Although we didn't agree right away, I told them that the price was the only thing holding me back from purchasing a vehicle that day, we found a price that worked for both of us. I felt like the community at Kemna really wanted to satisfy both my wants and needs for a vehicle. Another great thing was that the vehicle I was interested was at a Kemna a few hours away. When I asked if there was a way that I could see that vehicle, they got the vehicle up to Jackson that same day for me to see. As a first time car buyer they made the whole process really easy and comfortable for me. The vehicle was a little too dirty for my liking when I purchased it and that would be my only complaint. If you are someone who likes to deal online this is the auto dealership for you. I am someone who needs to see the car with the price and I like to have contact via email. Nothing I dislike more than a bunch of car dealerships calling my phone repeatedly. Cade did an excellent job of figuring our EXACTLY what we were looking for in our price range and when a truck came on the lot he thought we needed to see, he communicated that INSTANTLY with me via email and we bought that exact truck from their lot within 8 hours from original point of contact. There were a few minor details that needed to be taken care of and we took the car in and they gave us a loaner while they did the work.Since that time we have had follow up from customer service asking if we have had any trouble with our vehicle and to wish us a Merry Christmas.

Overall my experience was great... I was looking online for some prices and cars for sale in the area online and gave my personal info. Within a few minutes a representative of Kemna Asa called me and I was literally on the way out the door to go look at vehicles and test drive some in the area. I arrived at the dealership and Rob came out to greet me as soon as I got there. We talked about what I was looking for in a vehicle and test drove a few that fit what I was looking for. I opted for the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo because of the featuers it offered and was within my price range. Rob was in no way overbearing or pressured me to buy a vehicle that day, and I told him when I arrived I was not looking to purchase a vehicle that day. When he asked why I said I didn't have much for a down payment and was just looking around to buy in a few months time. But after working with the finance company and with the dealership we got a deal to go through on the vehicle much to my surprise. I went from driving a POS 1996 chevy tahoe to a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.... Only within a matter of a few hours.

Very accomodating dealerhship. They drove 45+ minutes to show me the vehicle I was interested in. I test drove it, and we parted ways. After deciding it was the vehicle I wanted, we cut a deal e-mailing each other back and forth. They were nice enough to yet again drive 45+ minutes to get me my vehicle and to sign the papers. It saved me a lot of time and a lot of gas not having to drive all the way to Jackson to get the deal done. I really appreciate that.I've had some very minor issues with my vehicle like a bad alignment and a leaky tire, but those are small and insignificant in my book. Something I'd look over if I was to purchase another vehicle from Kemna.

We had our van in for a transmission overhaul. 6 months...

We had our van in for a transmission overhaul. 6 months later the transmission started over heating and spewing fluid out the vent and dipstick. We took back in and they wouldn't work with us on price. They said the transmission cooler was clogged and quoted a $900 repair on top of the $2300 we just spent 6 months before. We took it to transmission expert and they diagnosed the correct problem and it wasn't the transmission cooler. Will not take vehicle to again.
