General Manager, Pedy and Sales Representative, Alex were professional and a delight to work with. Financing was seamless and Overall, this was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle! They carry wide variety of pre-owned luxury vehicles at best prices you can ever find. I was amazed with their inventory and the outstanding service they provided. I highly recommend Armani Motors!

I decided to check this dealership nearby in Roseville for a BMW SUV and once my wife and I were looking at the vehicle (which had been previously keyed) the salesman asked me if I had done the application online even before introducing himself or giving me a chance to say anything. I told him i have not and that I would like to test drive it and provided him with my license, to which he did not take my license and asked me if I was going to finance, pay cash and what is my credit score and down payment in a very rude manner. I asked him if i needed to be pre-qualified with them before I could even get in the vehicle to which he replied yes, and only by appointment, This salesman, and this business does not deserve the good reviews they given to them. Not even a BMW dealership will ask me if I am pre-qualified before checking a car, Expensive cars and ridiculous expectations.

I give "Armani Motors" 5 stars not only for their excellent customer service but also for their honesty. They let you take as much time as you want to find the right vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure on me purchasing a car from them. I have been actually told to shop around before I finalize my decision in buying a vehicle from them as they were confident that they have the best prices available in the market. Soon, I realized they carry very clean vehicles offered at great prices. I Even received a lower interest rate from their lot compared to what I had been previously offered at another dealership. Pedy and Alex have worked with me throughout the whole purchase process and made my purchase a very pleasant experience. Great Service, Great People, Professional

I just want to say that the experience I and my family had with "Armani Motors" was such a great one that from the second we had called them on the phone Pedy, the Sales Manager, was so helpful, answered all our questions and he got us financed before we even went into their store. He even got us better rate than our credit union has given us. When we got there we were treated very professionally unlike most other independent car dealerships and it didn't take all day to take care of buying a car. Pedy explained everything before we started to sign the paperwork. I would suggest everyone to give "Armani Motors" a try before they finalize their decision in buying a car. They have great selection of quality used cars at very reasonable prices. I will definitely purchase from them again in future.

JUST PERFECT-EXCELLENT SELECTION OF QUALITY CARS

I have purchased a Mercedes CLS500 here about two months ago and I appreciate the business at ARMANI MOTORS. They have a wide variety of quality cars to choose from and they are always getting new cars in. I was in a difficult situation were I needed a second car quick for my wife and from the minute I contacted them, Pedy and the rest of the staff did everything they could to help me. In such a short time they made it happen and got me approved. The car runs great and we had no problems so far. Everyone was friendly and very cooperative. I recommend this dealer to everyone 100%. Pedy was very helpful and better yet he made it happen. The process was easy and quick. I personally had a great experience with ARMANI MOTORS. This business is a true example of how one needs to be ran. Prior to finalizing my purchase, I also compared prices online and found out I have received the best deal that I could possibly get. keep up the good work guys!

I just bought my first car from them today and I can't really express how much I appreciate their customers service. They have everything I was looking for. Not only did they give me options they were not pushy about anything. Everything took less than an hour and I drove away with a very reliable vehicle. Awful experience. The guy who worked there asked extremely rude questions and could barely speak English. Started an argument over just trying to test drive one of the cars. I do not recommend this dealer he does not deserve people's business.

Excellent Service, Great luxury vehicles

I purchased my car a while ago from this dealership. My experience with Armani Motors was just wonderful. Everyone I worked with (Pedy, Kevin, Alex) made me feel as if I was talking to real people, not salesman. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicles they were selling and that is very important to me. They approved me with great rate and I was very satisfied with their financing. They were all friendly, honest and professional and I would definitely buy from them again.

Great Vehicle Selection, Great Customer Service

If I could give Armani Motors 6th star, I would have done so..After a long research among used car dealers inventory through different websites, I finally decided to contact Armani Motors and made an appointment to go there and check out their inventory. Their dealership had a great showroom that was clean and they had a seating area with a television that my friend was able to chill while I was negotiating. It could not be any easier to test drive the car that I was interested in. I spoke with Pedy who patiently explain the process to me and introduced me to Alex who helped me through my purchase. At the end, I bought a 2007 BMW 335i that was extremely clean and still had the new car smell to it. Everyone was very friendly and honest. I do not have the greatest credit but they worked with me in every way. They explained the process in details so that I could understand exactly. Armani Motors is the last car lot I will ever go to or refer to my friends and family. Thank you for the great customer service.
