Very Pleased

I am very pleased with my Jeep. I was looking around the country for a particular year range, color, and condition. I saw on cars.com that this dealer had what I was looking for. The sales person that I dealt with, Mark, was very responsive to my calls and thoroughly answered my questions. I explained that I would be flying in to CT from MI and driving the vehicle home. He asked for my flight information and had arranged for me to be picked up from the airport. This is a level of service that I wouldn't have expected from even a large, new car dealership. I was nervous that I would be disappointing with the vehicle in person. This was not the case. The level of detailing was excellent. It was very clean inside and out. I think they have a sharp mechanic as well (Scott I think his name is?). I was told that the axle joints were replaced. When I looked, I could see the new parts and fresh grease and knew it was done. Also, they had the fluids changed and topped off. In fact, I changed my transmission fluid last night and basically drained out what appeared to be fresh fluid. When I was ready to close the deal, they had the paperwork ready for me. Here's the impressive part: The ad showed it as having a hard top only. After I arrived, evaluated the Jeep, and committed to it, Mark said that it comes with the two top option and he would help me load the soft top. Now, they could have easily let me drive off of the lot and turned around and sold the soft top online. Overall, this was a great experience. If I lived local to them, I would do business with them again.

So far so good! Both me and my sister bought from Arcari, she picked up a honda and we picked up a gmc truck. Good experience dealing with them, their cars are very clean and have reasonable mileage. They also give the cars a thorough inspection and will fix anything they find wrong before you leave with it. I have been to many used car dealers in my life, but these guys are the best I've seen!
