Do not trust anything anybody from this dealership tells you! They advertise one price and the when you go to sign the papers the price is 50% higher!Deceptive practice is being too kind. If I wrote how I really felt about this dealership it would not be suitable for minors.

If there is a rate less than 1, that's what they deserve.Bought a Pathfinder in April 2016. Latter discovered thatUselessc Extended Guarantee was added without my knowledge. Went back within 1 week to cancel it. Refund to the Bank is within 4 weeks! As at today 20 weeks after is yet to be done. This has not taken note of extremely poor Customer Service from Everyone I had to deal with. They also charged for reconditioning of the truck which was not advertised. Found out at my first service that anti freeze, washer water & 2 filters had to be changed. In summarry, if I have some funds I will sell the truck & return to my good trust worthy TOYOTA! Riding the truck daily is DEPRESSING!

The finance department did not submit the registration documents to the MVA. Our temporary registration expired and we have not received the permanent registration or stickers after 3 months. The sales person was very good but finance and accounting have been disappointing. Although apologetic, they acknowledge the error after we drove around with a car that was not registered in Maryland with the MVA. Glad I did not get stopped by police!When we did get the title in the mail, it did not have the co-buyer listed even though all paperwork had myself and husband as co-buyers. Now I have to go back to the dealer to get the title corrected to reflect the buyer and co-buyer. There is no excuse for these mistakes from a dealer that is advertised as being reputable.

I drove an hour to this dealership to buy a used car listed at $8,300. At the very end of the process when I was all set to buy the car they show me the cost and it amounted to well over $13,000! Obviously a dealer will charge fees but to list a car at 8,300 and then charge and additional 60% of the sales price in fees is dishonest. the $5,000 in fees came from bogus charges such as nitrogen fees and a $1500 reconditioning fee. I will not go here ever again

I called the dealership and was told the only fee besides tax and tags was the $300, but the salesman could work with me on that. I was coming an hour and forty minutes away with one sum of money only. Sounding great my wife and I arrive. We take a test drive in a smoke smelling car. The salesman agrees and says that hopefully the smell will go away in time but again he will work with us on that. The car was 9995. So thinking great he will work on the 300 and the smoke smell, our tight budget is 10000. With tax and tags maybe we can almost make it. He comes back with not only not a dollar discount, he added so much extra. There was $1695 addition restoration fee. (If that was to make the car nice, that smell would not have been there and what was the $300 for?). Anyway it came out close to $16000. This $9995 that the salesman told us there were no hidden charges turned out to be $16000. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR THERE. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $2000 PUT ON TOP OF EVERY USED CAR. We drove all that way for no reason. We don't even know what the other charges were that they snuck in to get it up that high, but they did.

This dealership is out to change the negative image of car buying. They were nice, polite and friendly. From the very beginning all the staff at Antwerpin Nissan Clarksville treated my Wife and I like guests in their home. We mattered , they cared. They were not just trying to sell us a car but instead "earn" our business. Of course we got a great deal but more important they assisted us in getting the Murano that met and did not exceed our needs. They were sincerely interested in making sure to give us Value in our new Murano!! From the Salesperson to the Manager to the Finance guy all were extremely professional and helpful, the car was delivered perfectly detailed with a FULL tank of gas. We purchased a brand new 2016 Nissan Murano!!! Beautiful car in Pearl White with Cashmere leather interior. Before we left, our salesperson made sure we knew how to operate all the latest technology that came with the Murano we purchased. I would also like to recommend their service department and collision repair center who took care of the 2015 Nissan Rogue we owned and traded in on our new Murano.Lastly, They even called us twice after the purchase just to make sure everything was smooth with our new Murano. We will never go anywhere else for our vehicle needs. With Customer Service so hard to find these days, my Wife and I reward it with total loyalty!THANK YOU ANTWERPEN NISSAN IN CLARKSVILLE MD!!!!!!

This is the worst dealership experience I've ever had!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS THERE. From the get go I noticed something was wrong. After a while I got someone's attention, even though I set up a test drive appointment, so I took the Nissan Altima for a test drive. Then the bait and switch happened: the Altima SV was advertised for $11999 and they jacked up the price $15999 based on dealers fees. I terminated the conversation and while walking out with my wife and kid my sales person cursed. Additionally another sales agent cursed out another customer and his wife while we were walking to our car. This was a terrible experience. The salesman wore jeans and a white shirt. I believe his name was Gary but I'm not 100% sure.

It had been 13 years since my last vehicle purchase and I was extremely nervous. Quency Carmon, was very professional and really listened to what I wanted. He did not pressure me and try to get me to buy something I did not want like others sales men had done that day. He took what I told him and delivered what I wanted. He made mt transaction very smooth. He went over every inch of my new Rouge to tell me how everything worked and made sure I was good before I pulled off after purchase. Antwerpen is lucky to have Quency Carmon. Because of my experience, there are 2 of my co_workers and my daughter that will be coming to purchase vehicles from Antwerpen and they want Mr. Carmon as their sales person also.

Shaterra was friendly, professional, and responsive during the sales process. On subsequent visits after the sale, the staff was friendly and courteous to my wife and baby.One frustrating part of the transaction was the bed liner for my truck that was part of the negotiated sales deal. I had take it to TWO places to get it installed. One place installed the main bed liner and the dealership installed the sides.

Unbelievable fees that were not disclosed until the very end of the process. I even called to verify the price and the 1000 dollar cash back advertised, both which were confirmed accurate. When I arrived, was then told, due to it being on a third party site (autotrader), that they had no control over what was listed(???). As a result, they would not honor the 1000 dollar cash back. To make matter worse, they had 3,600 dollars worth of fees and taxes, of which, less than 600 were taxes/tags. They looked at me like I was crazy for thinking that 3000 dollars worth of fees was insane - because adding close to 35% of the vehicles value in fees is kosher, apparently.

Just recently bought a used truck from this poor establishment, Internet price at 12999, after financing and all their xxxxxxxx fees I'll end up paying over 25000... They throw so many other fees in there u don't realize until you have signed. Not to mention I'm battling them now to uphold their end of the contract. Suppose to pay my existing car loan off its been almost a month and nothing's been done. Ignoring me and all now. Finance manager is a lying joke. People if your reading these reviews don't know what those other good reviews about but If you are reading the same complaints it's true, very sneaky dealer STAY AWAY

First off the salesman forgot the vehicle I was coming to see for my appointment. Second, the car was parked in the mud and it was legit mud not just dirt. Third, part of the wheel well was cracked and hanging off. The salesman said the dealership would fix it....come to find out they would fix it...just charge me 1600 bucks for something that was broken before I would have even bought the vehicle. Fourth, the salesman could not get it through his head that I wasn't financing through the dealership. could not grasp the fact that I had already dealt with my bank and had a check ready to sign if we could get to the right price for the car I wanted...could not comprehend that. and last but not least I did have a trade in and the sales manager (I'm assuming that's who gives the values of trade ins) low balled me 4 Thousand dollars less than what the lowest on Kelly Blue Book said my truck was worth. even with a "fair" rating from Kelly blue book they gave me 4K less as an offer. I could understand if my car was rated as "good" or "excellent" and they gave me the "fair" rating price. but to give me 4K less than "Fair" book value.... really? come on. Horrible experience and proved to me that Antwerpen Nissan just really doesn't care about selling vehicles. Except to someone who doesn't know a thing about buying a car then they can walk all over that person, but not me. I shall easily find what im looking for somewhere else.

Just bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue last night. My sales person, Jon Eller, was great! I am very happy with my new car, trading in my old truck, and all the people I met last night. I look forward to bring my new car in for it's free maintenance in their service area. Did I get the "internet price" , well no, but I now understand what "internet prices" are and don't blame the individual dealer for the practice. Did I get the best deal I possibly could, who knows. I don't have the time to go around to several dealers and try to cut deals. I am happy with the deal I made and that is really all that matters in the end. In the long run I am happy that the "internet price" lead me to this dealership. I had a very pleasant experience and love my new car!

Text book example of false advertisement. We went there to buy a car which was about 9k. After we agreed on the price they went back to finalize the offer with the financing. (I made the mistake of not asking what the fees are, because all the dealers I've been gave me similar prices). However, here, they added 300$ Preparation, 1695$ Reconditioning, 165$ maryland state inspection, , 1095$ vehicle protection, 300$ wheel locks and 300$ nitrogen. And of course there was a 300$ dealer processing fee, 295$tags and tile and of course the sales tax. These last 3 items are the normal fees you would see in every dealer but the other 3855$ undisclosed added fees are not acceptable. After I said this they've removed some of the fees. If they would have listed the same car honestly to a higher price and asked for normal fees, I probably would ended up buying the car to the final price they offered me at the end. But I didn't and would never do business when this kind of work ethic is involved...

I have a hard time believing that so many other people have had a great experience at this place. In my experience, this place is dishonest and shady and will bait you with a low price and then add ridiculous hidden fees that no other car dealerships add.I drove 2 and a half hours round trip to check out a car with 95k miles that looked like a decent deal. I assumed that the fair/low price was because the mileage was so high and I called before I drove out to make sure the car was there, and I understood that State inspection, title, taxes etc. would be additional.However, after test driving the car, they slapped me with an additional $1699 "refurbishment" fee that they apply to all used cars. They claim that this is disclosed in the small print on their website, however nowhere on the site can you find this exorbitant price disclosed, and you have to read well into the fine print to even find that they charge for a "refurbishment fee". If you read their reviews on cargurus and other sites, you can see that they use this tactic all the time. They also would not let me take the price quote with me offsite. Please save yourself the hassle before driving out to see any used cars and make them SPELL OUT what all the additional fees will be. I know they use this tactic to get unsuspecting people in there with false low prices. It is a huge disappointment to then learn that the price you saw online is a couple thousand higher PLUS even more additional taxes and dealer fees.The one gentlemen who showed me the car (Dion) was nice, however I feel like he and others are probably pressured to use these shady tactics by management. The worst part is, that had they been up front I may have still considered buying the car. But these "hidden" fees and their trickster-ish tactics make me wonder what other shady practices go on at this dealership.

I had such a wonderful experience buying my 2015 Versa Note. I knew that my credit was not great and I did not have a ton of money to put down, and I needed a low monthly payment. I had a great customer service experience with Antwerpen in Clarksville, MD. They were able to be patient as I went through the negotiation process and in the end they held true to their word and beat the competitors price. When I went to conduct business at their location I was greeted by everyone when they walked through the door and was assisted right away. I had my pregnant wife with me and they made sure she was as comfortable as possible. They did everything I asked and they held true to everything we discussed over the phone. I do recommend speaking with Mike or Jeff as those were the salesman I interacted with the most. It has been a month since I bought this car and they held true to their word to follow-up with me to make sure everything is going well and to remember that they are here if I need anything.

Spoke to a salesman before going into the dealership, told him I would be in later in the day to test drive a Rogue. He called me while I was on my way to ask what features I was looking for. He said he would get one ready for me to test drive so I wouldn't have to wait. When I got there, it was ready and instantly we were off. Salesman was quite knowledgeable and left no information out. The car was great and would have been a great choice for anyone. But when we walked into the showroom, I fell in love with a Juke Nismo. The salesman set me up with a test drive in an instant. I was sold after that. I was expecting to spend alot of time filling out paperwork and fussing about price, but that never happened. The salesman, manager and financing manager made the process effortless. I have reccommended this dealership to my friends and co-workers. The experience was great and my car is the best. I am loving it. I will definately go back when we are ready to trade our other car.

I was originally there for collision repair and when my car was totaled they were able to quickly assist me in the purchase of another. This is my second purchase at this location and while my first sales person is no longer there, they quickly found another that was knowledgable and recommended the best car for my needs. The service process was thoroughly explained which made me choose to start going there instead of another location, even for an oil change.

So i get in touch with the internet sales rep and he keeps following up till i land there. I land there and he immediately switches to some other custoomer. The guy with whom i was dealing had no idea what specials were going on, believe me, i had to take this guy threee times to the car to show him the sticker price :0 Am i the rep or the customer. Then he takes my car for appraisal and gives me a number which i just cant stop laughing. He thought this was my first time. I give him my numbers. He has no idea where i am coming from. I show him online, all the prices, tag and taxes.Finally a number and he has no idea what to say. And i had doubts whether to buy here or not:) :) Bye bye.

I was browsing online one night and came across their website. I noticed a 2014 Pathfinder that caught my eye and it was priced at the internet price that was a little over $8,000 off of sticker price. I immediately had my wife call the dealer. We talked to Greg and asked what was included in that big discount. He told her that it included some rebate's that we probably wouldn't qualify for like the Military and college graduate which is understandable. I figured well so maybe that will knock it back to a $7,000 dollar discount since them two rebates aren't very big dollar amounts maybe $500 a piece. Greg told my wife that no matter what the price says this dealership can work around that and get you where you want to be. Everything sounded great. Got to the dealership around 5:30pm on November 15th. We talked to Greg saw the car test drove it and filled out paper work. Came to the sales manager he's talking to my wife and comes back with this astronomical payment of close to $600 a month. Yeah right!. That $8,000 dollar internet price was a load of BULL S**T!. Turns out it's only a $1,700 rebate on the Pathfinder and all that other discount is just for shits and giggles to get you into the dealership so they can lowball you. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

I was in interested in purchasing a new Armada. I logged in to the dealership web site Saturday. I then called a short time after and spoke with a salesman Robert Thompson. We discussed the car and then price. He talked with his manager and called me back with the their best number. I accepted it and started working through the process. I talked with their finance dept on Monday am and sent them everything they needed and more. I later find out that they wouldn't honor the price that was quoted days earlier. A manager got involved and told me he would get to the bottom of it and call me back with a remedy. He called me back in a five minutes to tell me the car was sold this morning and he had not interest in offering any options.I have purchased a number of cars over the years. Rather than waste time with this shady operation just RUN. if the sales team operates this way I could only imagine how the service dept works.Find a Nissan dealer who's word is good and that you can trust.

First let me start by saying that I have purchased five Nissans since Antwerpen opened in Clarksville and have had all of them serviced there as well. In addition to my purchases, I have also recommended Antwerpen Nissan to family and friends. I am writing this review based on my experiences and I do not have ANY family or friends working in the car business. I felt compelled to write this review after reading the other negative reviews here. This review is based on my most recent purchased, last Friday, October 18th.All of these new car/truck purchases have taken place with no issues. This is not to say that some back and forth did not happen. When you have a trade-in or rebates to account for in the pricing this happens. Like others I have an issue sometimes with what rebates and/or incentives are included in Internet Price being shown, but realize that they must follow what the competition is doing or simply list the MSRP. I prefer to see some type of pricing, instead of the Call Us or MSRP pricing alone.The Salesperson I have used on most of these purchases is Mike Hastings. Mike has been great over the years and has taken great effort to help in getting the best deal for me. While I have used Mike most of the time, I also have to say that each person I come in contact with at the dealership is friendly and they want to make sure I am happy. Even the other salespeople, while they did not make the deal, they still congratulate me on my purchase.As far as purchasing, most of the time I have found what I was looking for in stock. However, on this latest occasion I had a particular color in mind (interior and exterior) which was not in stock. Mike got with the General Sales Manager Scott Steinberg who was great in finding and securing the car I wanted. Because of the late hour, they went the next day and picked up the vehicle (in Deleware).In closing I can only say THANKS to Antwerpen for all the years of great service. My only suggestion to anyone who is purchasing a vehicle from them and feel they have an issue is to contact Scott Steinberg General Sales Manager. Scott is great and I am sure he will be able to take care of any reasonable issue you may have.

I will give it a zero star....beware...I whish I read the reviews before I went there.Shady practices, they didn't want to sell me a new Nissan rogue because I wanted to put large down payment (who doesn't want to take down payments, usually it's the other way around, they said they are making their money in the financing and wanted to charge me a very high APR even if I had excellent credit score!!! ), they lied about the prices, didn't Include the graduate rebate even after sending them my transcript, They don't let you walk out with their estimate paper (cause they are trying to hide something)!!! Everyone is throwing prices at you and see if they stick, I was quoted $499 for lifetime oil change, then $299 by someone else, then $199 by an other one, if you don't watch the they will steal from you, they are bunch of crooks, and thugs from sales, to the financial managers, to the floor supervisor. I have opened a case with Nissan HQ, if they don't follow up I will never by a Nissan. these guys are a disgrace to any brand they represent! I have been coming to this dealership for service for eight years now, even though I bought my car elsewhere. I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else for service now. (I tried that once for a cheaper price on a routine oil change big mistake.) This dealership has the best service department that Ive ever experienced. Everyone that I have ever dealt with here has been very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The facility is clean, bright, and has a lovely waiting room. From the service manager to the service advisors to the shuttle drivers and cashiers, these people seem to care about you and seem really happy to be doing their jobs. I remember walking out numerous times thinking to myself, This place has a really winning business model. Not only that, but they have very good techs who always seem to get it right the first time. I am also really pleased that they offer free car washes (upon request) with any service, and they have a new rewards card that has numerous perks in addition to money back for use at my next visit. All the staff are wonderful, but the people I have the most contact with are also my favorites: Brady Wise, P. J. Domenicus, and Suzanne Steinfeldt.

I came to purchase a new-used Altima 2013 SV model. The manager put together some numbers...I inturn gave the numbers to my bank to get ready to purchase. I had positive equity because my vehicle was worth more than the vehicle I was buying from Antwerpen nissan. Once I returned to the dealer and showed the numbers that they(Antwerpen Nissan) gave me.....the manager wouldn't honor their own numbers. The dealer would have had to cut me a check for the difference between my car the higher number.....and their car the lowest price.The manager said he couldn't do the deal like that.They (dealers) are quick to pile on negative equity,but when you have positive equity in this case it was a problem. The manager kept saying why don't you finance with us and where is the title. My bank was going to give them a letter of gaurantee in-lieu of the title inwhich they would mail to the dealer.I called several times after the transaction fell apart and no one would pick up the phone. Terrible customer service as far as I'm concerned would never go back.

Imani was an excellent, friendly, and patient employee. I am not sure if it was because my car traded in was in bad shape, but the friendliness from others was uncomfortable. Regardless, all employees were still very professional to be fair. The prices were explained, but fees and pricing of different models of cars still didn't seem to make sense. I ended up getting the SL for a better deal than the lower model, so I left happy. That whole pricing inconsistency made me raise an eyebrow if it was because my old vehicle traded in was r-title, but as the ad said, $5000 trade in guaranty. The greatest perk was the different state tax done right there and my tags and title done right there; how convenient! All in all, great experience.

I have been in on more than one occasion to get basic service performed (oil, 30k tune-up) and have left feeling like I was an afterthought. My credit was ran 3 times (hard hits) when the sales rep Dennis Kane said they only ran a soft hit so nothing would be bad on my credit. Also they do not work with you on prices at all. They will argue with you and tell you youre getting a good deal and you should take it. Then the Manager Mike Williams is a jerk, he tried to tell me I should be happy to save $15 a month on a 2012. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable but the financing people were very rude.I came for a test drive but they forced me to sign the contract at 10pm-made sure that I would not not walk out there empty handed. They wanted to sell so badly that they didn't really care if you are happy with the transaction or not. They only focused whether they could sell the car, sell the interest point as high as possible so they could earn as much commission as possible. They don't really care who you really are.I read other reviews and realized that they use the same sales static to every single customer who walks in to their dealer. I just wished I knew better.SO LISTEN TO ME: IF YOU WANT TO AVOID HASSLE PURCHASING A NEW CAR, DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALER. Look at the ratings, they tell you straight forward. This review is written as accurately as possible:I took a visit to Antwerpen Nissan, greeted by friendly sales person(s). He showed me around, asked me what I was looking for, and after seeing that I brought a paper with me, asked me if he WILL match or beat any competitor's pricing. I sat down, showed him the few pieces of quotes emailed to me by various dealers, and he was confident to earn my business. We talked numbers, asked me repeatedly what he can do to make me a happy customer. He ran some numbers, talked with the manager on duty, and told me that he can match the pricing at the very least, with the color of my choosing. I told him I was offered $500 off on a different dealership, and if he gave it to me, I was going to buy later that evening, no questions asked. He tells me to wait, and goes back to talk with his manager.About 30 minutes later, I am greeted by a totally different person, this person claiming to be the Sales Manager of the dealership. He tells me to step into his office and talk over details. Next thing I know, he is saying that price I was offered by the other dealerships are not possible in any way, and printed out what seemed to be their "invoice" price, which was about $4000 above the total out the cost quoted by the other dealership, and he was not including any tax, tags, fees, etc... Of course, I already did my homework before coming here, and knew what the actual dealership invoice price is, which was not even near what he told me to be his. I already knew that he was straight up lying to my face, but I did not show it, as I wanted to see their true nature as a dealership. I replied to him that I have already spoke in person with the other dealers, and they were all true to their word regarding the "out the door" pricing they gave me, and he took my copy of the quotes, brought it near the team members of that dealership just sitting and chatting in a corner, and started laughing historically at the paper, getting the other employees to laugh with him. I stared at him in disbelief as I never thought customer service would never be that bad, but it happened. Although they made light of me and took me as a fool, I simply put on a smile, and left the dealership.Not only did the team there lie about beating any price and wanting to do everything they can to earn my business, they took me as a fool, and mocked me in order get me to believe their words were true. I recommend any one who wants a smooth & pleasant purchasing experience should not go there.Jan 10, 2011: I (the consumer) negotiated a discount and bought a new car - Nissan Versa 2011 from Antwerpen Nissan (the dealer).One Month Later: dealers sales representative Jack Gueye and sales manager Mike Hastings refused to recognize the dealer discount is ever valid, but categorize it as unpaid downpayment and ask the consumer to pay more. Been refused, they froze the consumers permanent license tag and forced consumers temporary tag to expire.May 6, 2011: Dealers Accounting Department cancelled the consumers already paid service contract. I had a very positive experience at Antwerpen Nissan. I originally went there to see a used Sentra, but it wasn't what I wanted. Mike Hastings mentioned that prices on new Sentras were reasonable and priced one out for me. He gave me a price that I thought was fair, but I took a week to fully research it and compare it to offers from other dealers. Mike's price was the best I got, and he matched an offer I had on a trade-in. When I finally went to the dealership to do the paperwork, I steeled myself for what I was sure would be long waits and high-pressure tactics to buy additional items. (When I had bought from another Antwerpen dealership 9 years earlier, the actual purchase experience had been lengthy and less than pleasant.) There was none of that. We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours, and that included the trade-in transaction as well as the new purchase paperwork. There were no high-pressure tactics - just a really pleasant overall experience. (I actually ended up walking out with a nicer car than I had planned, but that wasn't due to pressure - it was because the car was for my father and he changed his mind at the last minute. Mike was very patient and gave us a similarly fair price on the nicer car.)

Just went in to browse looking at a mid-size SUV for my daughter. A sales rep was gratious enough to show me each model, explain the different equipment levels within model and demonstrate all the bells and whistles. I told her up front my interest was just casual but she was extremely helpful with no high pressure sales tactics. A very pleasant experience.She is one of the most beautiful women I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. When I'm ready to buy you can bet I'll be back. Might not wait that long.

I've bought a lot of cars in my life, but this was the best experience that I have had. First, I never felt like I was being pressured or hounded to commit. Secondly, I was able to take my time and test drive several cars and they seemed happy to accommodate me. When I finally decided to buy (Sentra), and this was huge to me, I didn't have to deal with that game dealers always seem to play. You know the one -- "Let me talk to my manager" and then the salesman disappears for hours at a time. None of that at all. Negotiating was done right in front of me and was absolutely transparent. We agreed to a price and an amount for my trade and, when it was time to sign, the price was as we agreed; not a nickle over! When it was time to sign the papers, it was a pleasant experience. My wife and I were able to relax and have a cold drink while the documents were prepared. I didn't have to sit and watch the process like I have before. Everything was ready for us when we walked into the finance office. I was waiting for the up sell, where they try to get you to buy all those extra add-ons. Didn't happen. I was offered Gap Insurance and an extended warranty, all low key. I declined both and that was the end of the discussion.Great experience, wonderful attitude of the sales staff, and very efficient processing the deal. I would definitely shop here again.

We bought 2 cars toward the end of April. We got good prices on them; my boyfriend didn't pay anything down on his Sentra & I got an Xterra. I think we got a pretty good deal as we got 2 cars. My boyfriend had a dent (divot) in the Sentra bumper & the dealership fixed it right when we got it (FOC.) They also agreed to let us have our trusted mechanic check out the cars before we bought them. Our mechanic gave the Sentra a clean "bill of health" & the things he recommended for the Xterra were fixed quickly by the dealership -- that even included a timing belt! While the cars were in the shop, we got to drive the service manager's dealer car -- so that was nice! All, in all, it was a good experience & I'd recommend Antwerpen to people looking to buy.

Our experience with this dealership started out ok. The salesman we were working with was friendly and made us feel comfortable about buying there. The staff stayed open a little late to give us time to consider their offer and fill out paperwork. It was not until the sales manager got involved that things started going downhill.He was pushy and condescending. He stretched the truth at time and outright lied to us at others. When, because of the research we had done, we were able to call him on his dishonesty he played dumb and attempted to redirect the conversation.When we ultimately decided to take our business to another dealership with a better offer the sales manager stormed out after us and actually started *yelling* at us. The price listed online is $2000 lower than the price you'll actually pay. I was pointed to a line of 'disclaimer' so somehow they think it's ok to lie to people. I bought many cars before, and this is the worst dealer I've ever seen. They are not honest people. They insulted me and say that I don't deserve a government discount because I don't bear arms. They don't know what I do for a living, and I don't need to tell them. They charged $400 more than the price agreed on. It took 5 hours to buy a car even though I have worked this through the emails. There was a concern with the tire pressure. I was told it'll go away, but two tires blew up on the highway a week later, and I had to wait for 1 hour for a tow truck. It was during rush hour so it was not safe. All the expenses ended up being on me. They could not fix the tires for a few days and they would not give me a rental car. I went else where because I didn't trust their abilities. I understand now why on a Saturday, there was no customer when I was there. I complained to the company but not one person responded.I think if you're looking for a new car, the price you'll pay here is not better than car max. They will lie to you to get you in the door. They also will high pressure you for a sale and will not let you leave. I also think the customer service and the business practice there should make you think twice about buying a car from them.

I agree with the other raters! I was all set to buy my car here today. I had a great salesperson but when the sales manager came over. It was different after he introduced himself. He first started off "Why do you think your trade is worth that much?" I knew it was going down hill and then he got offended when I got my calculator out and then a lady came in to get the sales manager. He walks out and was like "what can we do to get this deal done today?". He tried embarrassing me over the intercom "My name and my car is over here" because I walked out. He also was like "Don't judge me". What a loser, can not handle his job! I would not recommend using them because no one ever should raise there voice at customers. He wouldn't let me talk and that is when I said "Listen to me" and he lost it. Poor management and not much inventory.

My experience with Antwerpen Nissan(Clarksville) was extremely positive from start to finish. From Mike Hastings inquiring about my on-line search for a Murano to Mike Allmon's closing the deal, I was extremely impressed, let alone pleased. Their combined professionalism was unmatched as I was dealing with 4 other Nissan dealerships while searching for this new Murano. Mike and Mike simply blew their competition away. When I found out that it was going to be difficult to track down the exact 2010 Murano LE I was looking for, Mike Allmon did not flinch. He found the car that matched my desired specifications all the way from the car's color, interior color, heated seats, down to the ABSENCE of a Navigation system (Murano LE's typically have the Navigation system as a "standard" feature). To top it off, I needed the car the week of Christmas in order to surprise my wife on Christmas morning!!! Mike Hastings made the trip to New Jersey, delivered the car to me and again, I cannot express the amount of professionalism he exhibited. I constantly felt he had my best interests at heart because he was so sincere and polite. Mike and Mike truly helped make my Holiday Season one my family will always remember.Upon our last visit to drop off our trade-in, Mike Hastings further went on to give my wife a "tutorial" about everything the new car offered. We're talking Mike and Mike spending close to an hour after closing making sure my wife and I were satisfied. That speaks volumes about customer service, for sure. The entire staff, especially the Financing Dept., made the visits easy and comfortable. Mike Allmon never wavered or gave me a false sense of hope concerning the deal. He was straight forward, honest an hardworking. He didn't play games. He definitely knew that time is precious and for that, I give him a lot of respect.This response was extremely easy to write. This was my first "NEW" car purchase. I went there alone the first time. The sales person I had is Julie. She is friendly, warm, had knowlege about the cars she showed me and was patient. I had some trouble making up my mind. Because I had never had credit before, I needed a co-signer. I came back the next day with my dad. Not only did I leave in my new Sentra, I had a payment I could afford at a decent interest rate.

I had a TERRIBLE time buying my car at Antwerpen Nissan in Clarksville, MD. I was given a quote and took the night to think on it; I called the next morning to say I wanted the car and when I went in, they changed the interest rate. I was about to walk out and they figured out another way to get my payment back to what they originally told me it would be. My loan was never processed until after my first payment was due. I bought my car July 9, 2009; my temporary plates expire September 8, 2009. It is September 2, 2009 and I have yet to receive anything in the mail about my permanent license plates. Antwerpen is extremely disorganized and I am very displeased at the way my purchase was handled. You would think they had never sold a car before! I never want to go back there and would not recommend that anyone go there to buy a car.

Ok, so here it goes: My husband and I were looking for a vehicle, specifically a 2009 Nissan Altima. We had contacted them and they promised they would get us in one and on the road for less that $19,000. With that in mind, we drove down there that day. When we arrived they were quick to show us the vehicle, which we adored. However, they were also interested in us seeing this "top of the line" 2008 model with all the "bells and whistles." When I further questioned what that meant, they said that the 2009 model didn't have intermittent windshield wipers (which in reality is a standard feature and was a lie) and they also just stated the same features that were in the 2009 model. He then told us he could get us in this "top of the line" model for less than the newer model. I told him all we needed was what was in the 2009 model to which he (Mike, the manager) replied "well I can't do it for the price I quoted you earlier." We walked out, frustrated that our time was wasted. Beware of the bait and switch! On another note, we eventually bought a 2009 Altima from Len Stoler- with no b.s.

I went to their Clakrsville dealership in December 2007 to purchase a Murano with a sticker price of 34k with a trade-in (Quest) that was worth 21k on KBB and they only wanted to give me 15k for it. Have me to put 8k down and the total price that they would not budge on...36k!! 2k above sticker price. So I said thanks, and took my business else where. I went to Antwerpen Security and dealt with a great staff(even though it was Antwerpen, the staff was 100% better). They took the car from Clarksville and brought it to Security, where I test drove it, worked out a great deal, they gave me more for my trade, and I only had to put 1,500k down! This is actually the second time I had this experince with Clarksville vs Security, even when I went to purchase my Quest from Clarksville, I had to end up purchasing from Security. At Security they do not try and screw you over, they will work with you and not have you purchase a car you can not afford.
