My 3rd purchase and best experience so far...and that's saying a lot. These folk's are honest, up front and truly have the best interest of us (the customer) at heart. This level of high quality service in my experience alway's starts w/ the owner. Surely you would be well served by any Antrim Way employee. My personal favorites are John Oliver ( All 3 purchases...and thx again...John ) and Herbert Smith. These Guy's are incredible... I'd already said yes, the deal was done. And John was still working to get me more for my Corvette and Herb was still beating up on the banks to get me a better rate. And they did.

I have bought 3 cars from Antrim Way, all from the same Salesman. Tracy treated us fair and we had a great time. Two of the cars I bought, Antrim Way contracted another dealership the get the model I wanted. On all three cars, I had gotten a price quote off the Internet that was better than the price they offered and they honored the Internet price. Everyone we encountered during the buying process was friendly and helpful. I have shopped for a Honda at other dealerships where I felt I was getting mugged by the salesman, not at Anttrim Way. I can only hope the Manager Honda_Owner encountered has since been fired.

I had a great experience at Antrim. As a first-time car buyer, I was new to the process. John Oliver made it very simple and hassle free. They gave me a very very fair trade-in value for my car (over KBB value) and also worked a great deal on the new vehicle. I told them where I wanted to be with my monthly payment and they got there first try-- no pesky negotiation. Overall I had a great experience. The free car washes anytime are a nice bonus too.

Did you know they charge $225 per hour FRAUD!

First off I'd like to start with the good. Okay since they are a Honda dealer you can take your Honda car there and they will usually have the all the parts it needs to get fixed same day. They have nice couches and an inside "restaurant". The staff is fairly nice. Not the best customer service but still ok enough...i'll tell you why in a second. Okay now the main problem is I caught them overcharging! Flat out fraud and I called them on it. They advertise their rate as $100 an hour but I was there for about 2 hours (maybe less) and was charged over $450. I called and emailed their customer service. The guy I spoke gave me a real bad feeling like he hated people. why are the wrong people always in customer service? I'm not saying he was rude because I could tell he was trying to be civil. I just could feel the hatred through the phone. He agreed to give $150 back. This is funny guys because they know they are in the wrong. If you advertise $100 an hour (which is at the highest end of auto repair) you can't charge $225 an hour. Really I should have gotten back $300 but since there was probably 2 people were working on it some of the time he said $150 even though the fair amount would have been $200 I accepted $150 back. I asked is it me or don't you get many calls about this. he said "we really don't get a lot of complaint." I believe that because most people don't check their bill. I just felt very suspicious the whole time and I don't know why. Did you ever get a bad feeling in your gut? that's what I had. also because the last 3 years each year I get it inspected they charge more and more which is very suspicious seeing I drive the car less than 1-2 thousand miles a year. I paid everything and when I got home was looking at my bill. It was then I noticed the repairs were $500 and change. First of all I know they markup all parts so if they buy it for $50 they 'll charge $75 or double . I don't know their exact markup but they markup everything. I 'm fine with that I know they are there to make a profit, but when I saw they were charging $225 per hour ($113 per hour if 2 people worked on the car THE ENTIRE 2 HOURS which you know they didn't) I was very upset, very grieved. They would already be making a boatload of cash from all the customers with their markup and $100/hr rate. Why grossly overcharge your customers? That is the best way to lose all of yoru loyal customers. I actually was satisfied with their service until last time but now i'll never return and I'm going to spread the truth about their fraudulent overcharging! This is criminal! Please if you go there check your bill and the labor rate and keep track of how long you were there! They also forgot to check everything I asked them to do. I had to ask them 3 or 4 times. very poor quality service! Their food and drinks suck too! I can make better food any day of the year in my kitchen! Come over i'll feed you for free! Thanks for reading if you made it this far! I'll be taking my Honda to my buddy who charges $60/hr or less who's got 30+ years as a mechanic with less of a markup on prices. He'll even throw in free services like free check engine (HONDA CHARGED ME $50) oil changes, tire rotations and small fixes I wo n't get charged 1 cent. My advice get in good with a local family owned mechanic and you'll be blessed! these dealer service centers only care about $ and not people! For those on minimum wage they would basically take about your whole weeks salary in 1 hour! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Godbless

Thank you for a very hassle-free buying experience. It was a pleasure to be able to walk onto a car lot and not be pushed and treated like a number. There were several times that Joe Jacobs checked up on me and inquired about my vehicle that I had purchased. Thnaks again for a wonderful car buying experience.

Joe Jacobs and Antrim Way Honda provided an all around great experience. From the start, Joe Jacobs and Antrim way provide quality sales service from picking the right vehicle, selection of options and service in delivering the new vehicle to me. They made the overall buying experience easy and a pleasure to work through. Everyone had a smile or was nice to work with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

Dealership did not replace radiator hoses that were dry rotted. This was obvious to the eye and was not taken care of. Caused a break down on busy interstate. In the eyes of this dealership, when your car gets to 200,000 miles then you should only drive it around town. When something goes wrong the blame will always be on the mileage, never the mechanic.

I've had my two most recent Hondas serviced at Antrim Way over the past two years. On the first car, there were several oil leaks they just couldn't seem to patch up. When I traded it for my second Honda (purchased used at another dealer), I decided to give them a second chance when it came time for major services.I do all the regular maintenance (oil and filter changes, etc) myself and keep meticulous records (receipts, extensive notes, etc) for eveything I do with my car. When something major, like a failed gear in the transmission, I take it to the dealer to get it covered under warranty. My first repair on the second car went well, and I was satisfied and had a renewed feeling about their service department. But as a gear in the transmission began to fail (well before 100k miles), they kept charging me a diagnosis fee ($90) to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car, EVEN WHEN I'D TAKE THEM ON A TEST DRIVE AND DEMONSTRATE THE PROBLEM. After the third appointment about the exact same problem, they finally admitted that there was a problem. At this point the gear had almost completely failed. Several WEEKS later, they got the parts in and scheduled an appointment. They fixed the gear problem...and I got a check engine light on my way home FROM THE DEALERSHIP!That evening, I found at least 10 parts that had not been reinstalled or refilled properly under the hood of the car. The picked up the car the following day and fixed many of the problems I'd identified.Almost immediately, I noted that something was leaking. I kept an eye on it, leery of taking the car back and complaining again. When I finally did return to the dealership, I was informed that although the transmission was leaking and had been since they repaired it, it would not be covered as part of the transmission repair and that I would be charged parts and labor AGAIN.As friendly as the people at Antrim are, beware of poorly done work in the service department.

I started my car search with an internet request for price quotes. Antrim's quote came back quickly, it was the lowest price, and when I asked for further clarification it was clearly itemized. Joe from Antrim contacted me and kept in touch during my further research, without being pushy. He promised me the same price for any color vehicle -- if they didn't have it on the lot, they would find it. In the end, I bought from another dealer for a couple hundred more, because the other dealer's proximity made it more convenient. But I was very happy with Joe and he did have the best price. It's no criticism of Antrim that I didn't end up buying from them. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them.
