I had a fantastic experience purchasing this used vehicle. Jordan Flores, my sales consultant, was so helpful! The dealership was very considerate of my time and even let me put the car up on the lift in the service area so that I could inspect the mechanical condition underneath the vehicle before I purchased it!They made it so easy to purchase! I came in with approved financing for 3.49% for up to 71 months from my credit union and they asked if they could have the opportunity to beat my credit union's interest rate. I told them I did not think they could beat that interest rate but that they could try if they wanted to. I was surprised when they came back with 2.49% for up to 60 months and accepted their offer of financing.At that point, I told Jordan that I had a Dr.'s appointment in New London in a little over an hour and would have to come back to complete the transaction. Jordan said that he would do his best to get all the paperwork signed so that I could get to my appointment and he did just that! I was out the door in enough time to make my appointment and when I came back a little over an hour later the car was ready, with new registration plates and insurance, ready to drive away. The whole experience was fantastic!Jordan even introduced me to the service department and made my first complimentary vehicle inspection appointment with Alyson Hagar, who was also great! She was so enthusiastic and helpful and congratulated me on my new purchase.Everyone at Antonio Acura was fantastic, including Nicholas Summers, the Sales Manager and Mario Quito the Finance Manager, who helped me get to my Dr.'s appointment on time and made the whole experience so friendly, easy and hassle free.There was never any pressure during the whole transaction and I would recommend Antonio Acura to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car or looking for service.

At first I wasn't happy with the offer I was given to purchase a new vehicle. Then we told the sales group what we wanted to pay and what we wanted to get for our trade and they worked with us. The deal was done within a couple hours and I drove my new car home that night. I was pleased with how fast and easy the purchasing process was.

I have their sales manager in two saved voice mail to text messages stating first that my trade in was part of the deal and I am just misunderstanding the sales contract. After informing the sales manager that the CT states attorney's office advised I had a great case of fraud and to proceed, I have a second voice mail from their sales manager stating that the trade in was never part of the deal basically lying and directly contradicting his earlier voice mail. I can email the two voice mails for anyone who wants to listen to them. I was warned by two different people that this dealership is full of liars and theives I didn't listen because I use their service department and had a great experience - I am lifelong loyal driver of Acuras I will never enter this dealership for sales or service ever again- I advise that you stay away as well. Anyone who has put a positive review probably doesn't understand exactly how they got screwed by this awful awful crew of cheats.

He seems to avoid my calls by saying "oh I'll ask my manager & get back to you" then he NEVER does. I felt like HE RECIEVED his COMMISSION once the car was sold & DID NOT care about the customer's satisfaction. Yes, i rec'd plenty of comments on my car BUT i WOULD NOT refer anyone to this dearlership AT ALL. The only person i could say was "helpful" was MARIO. Car was listed on two websites. I sent inquiries and received none of the information requested. I received a call to come see the car. I went about an hour later and found out that the car was not for sale due to an inspection. I was then asked if I wanted to look at other cars. Classic bait and switch and a complete waste of my time.

I purchased and have always had my 2007 Acura TL serviced at this dealership. I recently had the 60K miles service performed and other than forgetting to reset the oil service maintenance minder back to 100%, a minor item I performed myself, I am reporting over all excellent satisfaction. My service advisor Jordan was knowledgeable and listened well when discussing the work to be performed and the after work consult. I fully expect to continue having my 07 Acura TL serviced here and should I ever look to buy a new model Acura I will look no further than Antonino Acura.

We brought our vehicle in for service without an appointment. We had traveled left a light on and drained the battery. The radio code was not available in our 2001. Mike the service mgr and Justin his assistant mgr worked us into the calendar. They fixed our car wrote the radio code for future use and gave us a courtesy wash and vacuum. This was excellent service on older Acura we still love to drive.

I met Jose for the first time. He was very courteous and efficient on the phone when I called to make the appointment; my car was serviced on time; recommendations clearly explained with a loaner offer, as next major service takes six hours. I purchased this vehicle in 2005 from this dealership.......always serviced here, always satisfied with the work performed and with employees performance. I would certainly buy another vehicle here....just need Acura to design another coupe under $60,000!

Rude Customer service manager Mike Fedikovich. Bring my 2001 Acura MDX for dinostic and charge me $119. After all it wasn't the part that they told m . I return and they said I'm sorry and they told me it was another one and it end up it wasn't that ether. Now I have spend $150 extra and my problem wasn't resolved. Left the truck for 2 day and now it cost me $575 more. Hope is this last part the right one because if it's not we are going to have a long talk. Jordan Knowles is real nice guy. He is the assistance manager.

Purchased a new TLX from Antonino Acura this weekend. I can't believe I am surprised to be writing that it was a great experience dealing with Antonino Acura, but it truly was. I dealt with two people in sales - Ron Roman and Justin Fortier. Each was extremely helpful and gave what was the best answer for what my needs were. They each patiently explained various features and the price was excellent. Justin didn't end the transaction as soon as we paid - he stayed with us and showed my wife how the various and impressive technologies worked - he actually seemed to enjoy his job. Thanks Ron and Justin. I appears that great service is part of the culture at Antonino - I ordered a couple of accessories from parts and Skip was very helpful. Initially, I came to Antonino Acura to service my previous vehicle, a 2013 Acura RDX. I was greeted in the parking area where I was unloading my infant daughter and putting her into her stroller. The sales associate, Jose Bocachica, was exceptionally helpful in escorting me through the facility doors and guiding me to the service area. During the wait for the vehicle service to be complete, I found myself asking the staff questions and comparing dream cars. I asked about the latest RDX model and was given an introduction to a stunning 2016 RDX in the adjacent lot area. Needless to say, I don't foresee and service needs in the near future because I ended up leaving my old 2013 RDX at the dealership and drove home in my new car. I am elated that I stumbled on impeccable service and a note worthy staff because I had not planned on discovering my new Acura RDX, "White Lighting", that particular day. Given my extenuating circumstance, Tony, Jose, and their finance personnel were able to streamline my buying process as well. This car is undoubtly graced with good karma. Thanks Antonino Acura!

How you ask for money to hold a car n then sell it to somebody else? 8,000 down payment on a 13,000 dollar car? It makes no sense, I can buy the same car for $8,000 on the street no strings attached. The reason we come to a dealer is because we don't have enough to buy it cash.. overall worst customer service ever. The sales associate was great the rest of the crew not so great.

I thought about trading my MDX in, but the sales manager was very impersonal and pushy, and the whole process was not as transparent as I would have liked it to be dealing with him. I decided to keep my car. The saying in service is two payments on a new on spent in service will give you close to two years! Keep up the good work.

I have had work done on my MDX when it is needed, and ever time I come in Jordan says Hi Mr Wade,with all the people that come in to the service dept. how does he remember all the people? Any way I love my MDX it is a great car/suv. When I come in I am treated with respect and given a car if I need it. My MDX has over 100.000.00 Mi on it and it runs like a top. I was hit by a big rig, hit in a parking lot twice, had some one open there door and put a dent in the driver side door.I took the car over to the Honda service when I got hit by the big rig and they took care of that. I'm absolutely in love with my Acura RDX and was very pleased with Antonino Acura. Excellent customer service from the moment I first walked in the door to when I drove away after the sale. My salesperson was Jose Bocachica and he was extremely personable, thorough and knowledgable throughout the entire process. I've been around the block a few times with sales people buying a car. Didn't want to spend an entire day or raise my blood pressure doing it this time either. I did my research on the internet ahead of time and pretty much knew what I wanted. What I found at Antonino Acura was an extremely knowledgeable sales person who thoroughly knew Acura products. He spent all the time we needed answering every question, coaching us thru extended test drives and eventually offered us a no pressure, no nonsense, price on a new TLX . Then he and the GM went out of their way making it possible for us to take delivery on our new Acura while I arranged financing. This was the second time I was leasing an Acura (first time at Antonino) so I knew to expect superior service. However, this was not the case at all at Antonino. I had an uneasy feeling the second I walked in the door. Firstly, I had to walk through smoke from the salesmen who were not busy and were just standing by the entrance smoking. Then I had to sit around and listen to small talk until the sales manager was available. Salesman was nice enough but literally did nothing. Sales manager was as slippery as they come - deceptive, condescending and rude. Was promised a full tank of gas but when I went to leave three hours later, the car was still on empty. I had no time to wait for them to do it then, so I stopped on my way home. When I tried to start the car again, I found out that the battery died. During the test drive I was told not to turn off the car when we returned- but I already had at that point - because someone had left a light on in the car the night before and drained the battery. When I first got there I was told they had "inventory" only to find out that this was the only car left. Once again, I figured that while I sat there for three hours, someone was charging the battery. Obviously, that didn't happen either. To make matters worse, the sales manager gave me completely inaccurate information. After several call to management, I have yet to hear an apology or an attempt to make things right. Buying or leasing an Acura should be a pleasurable experience. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Antonino-they do not care about customer service at all.

While working in the Clinton, CT area I decided to bring my 2010 TSX into your shop for a wheel bearing repair. I came up on the 29th around 9-930am. At around 11:00 I was told that they would need to order the part and that it will be back by tomorrow. I inquired about a possible loaner or a lift back and forth so that I could get to work on time but was told that they only had one loaner left and they needed it. So I came back on Friday the 30th at around 9:00am and was told the job would only be 45 minutes, max 1 hour. No problem I thought, I would wait the hour. But I told Jordan again if it takes longer I would need a loaner or a lift, and once again there was nothing available. At around 10:00am Jordan told me that they ordered the wrong part and that someone went to get the new part. I sat around the dealership till approximately 12:00pm when it was all send and done. I was late for work on the 29th and late for work again on the 30th. If there were more loaners or a shuttle service I believe the experience would have been a better one for me. But it wasn't and if I have work in the Canton area again I will not have my car service at Antonino Acura.

I would recommend this dealer to everyone, I hate the car buying process, I usually buy private sale over dealerships. However, at this dealership I felt I wasn't getting sharked, or pressured into somet hing I didn't want or need. I ended up buying a used Subaru Legacy here, and couldn't be more happy with it. My salesman Justin was very informative about the vehicle and in answering all my questions. The finance team was also great in getting me a low interest rate and honest on what I need and don't need as far as all the little extras to purchase like warranties. I originally purchased my RDX elsewhere, but that dealer could not identify a noise that was bothering me. Literally said he couldn't even hear it. So I decided to try Antonino. When I called to make an appointment, Jordan said, "I'll bet I know what the problem is. Give us 45 minutes, and we'll have you out in good shape." And that is exactly what happened, at no cost because it was covered by the warranty. Naturally, I'll be back.

I was VERY disappointed with my experience. Negotiations were a nightmare. I started with internet sales (the internet sales person was nice and I felt like he was working with me). In a half hour phone conversation with many consultations with the sales manager, I thought I had established the value of my trade-in. I was told that my deal had been approved. Boy was I wrong! I drove 127 miles to be told that my trade was worth FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS less than we had discussed! My face-to-face salesman is why "Used Car Salesmen" have a bad name. I bought the car, but in hind sight I should have walked away.

I have purchased a number of Acura's from Antonino Acura in the last twenty years. One observation I've had of late is how great the service department has become. We currently have two new Acura's, a 2012 TSX and a 2013 Hybrid. Whenever they have needed routine service, Gary and his team have been incredibly helpful in setting up appointments, getting us a loaner if needed, doing the service or repair perfect the first time and always have charged very reasonable prices. Recently a friend of ours needed four new tires for her Honda CR-V. She isn't from this area and her husband isn't a 'car guy' so he left it to her to find tires. She expressed her frustration with some of the local tire shops and dealers to my wife recently in conversation. We had purchased snow tires from the dealership for my son's TSX earlier in the year and had a great experience and got a great deal. I called Gary (the Service Manager) explained the situation that my friend was in and in five minutes, he had a recommendation and price for our friend. I put her on the phone, they picked a date and she had her new tires installed within two days. She was very happy with the great service and I'm sure she'll be a repeat customer. Looking for a good used car and found one on the internet at this dealer. Contacted the dealer on line and received a call from their internet sales representative,Liz, the next day who qualified my car preference and invited me in to test drive the model. My wife and I stopped by the next day and was met by Ryan the sales manager at the door who set us up with the sales consultant, Rod. Rod had all our information at his finger tips from my conversation with Liz the day before. Rod had us test drive the car and explained all its functions extremely well. He spent considerable time with us and provided a great deal on this car. As experienced car buyers, Rod was a pleasure to work with as he guided us through the buying process vs pushing us through as I have seen in some dealerships. Finance options were discussed with Sean their financial rep and he was able to close the deal with an excellent interest rate and extended coverage deal. The overall experience with this dealer was very positive, the sales consultants were all friendly, helpful and genuine. I would recommed this dealer to anyone interested in buying a car.

My experience with Antonio acura is always great! This is my 4th vehicle from them and I am happy to say they have life long customers here! This was the first time that I had gone to this dealership for service. Found the waiting area to be clean, plenty of room, comfortable seating, WIFI access which allowed me to work while I waited. Staff was extremely pleasant, took the time to explain things to me as to what would be needed in the future. The visit took approximately the same time that the staff had originally promised that it would. They ran just about 10 minutes late and had let me know that ahead of time. I returned to Antonino after a poor experience a few years ago. The service manager has since been replaced, and my experience was more than wonderful.My car was being serviced for a recall. The cheerful and very friendly manager signed my car in for service, and set me up with a loaner car for a few hours. Honestly I had put off my recall visit as I was not looking forward to dealing with the same people. But I was so pleasantly surprised by EVERYONE I dealt with. From the moment I arrived I was treated like an old friend, the wait time was what they had estimated, and they gave me a brand new car to use for my errands. I also had been having an issue with the gas cap, which they said they would look into. They did check the cap and said it looked fine, and I was pleased that they explained why I might get a service light, rather than just trying to sell me a replacement cap. When I mentioned how happy I was with the service to my hubby, he is now planning on making an appointment for some other maintenance that is needed. To top it off, they also offer complimentary car wash and vacumming which my hubby loves as it saves him time. I am happy to say that my appointment, which I had not been looking forward to, was a great experience.

This is my first transaction with a dealer, given my situation and in spite of requesting for the details on the deal to check my affordability, they were just keen in pushing the vehicle of the lot. The salesman was "trying" to get me the details but he was just a deception. The business manager requested to talk to me on my credit details - hoping to have a discussion I walk into his office, but he just pulled out the papers and hardly let me glance through the numbers in the invoice and rushed through signing. He never had the courtesy to explain what was in there on the invoice. My trade-in was not on the invoice, he never minded to explain why; the extended warranty (at max cost) which was neither brought up in the discussion with the salesman nor I requested one; GAP Insurance forced as mandate for the lien - All these additional costs were included in the invoice without my consent and was pushed into my loan, that is on a heavy APR. Being my first transaction with a dealer, my inexperience probably played in, I would never recommend this dealer.

Working with Antonino Acura was truly an enjoyable experience. My family and I were greeted at the door and treated like we were the most important customers of the day. Our original intent was to simply investigate pre-owned vehicles, take a test drive and make a decision on a purchase compared to another brand. The sales associate listened to our needs and immediately took us to the lot where he did a fantastic job on behalf of the dealership and the Acura brand. Within minutes, we realized he was far more knowledgable than associates we worked with at other dealerships and certainly more passionate about his product. When it came time to talk price, the offer provided to us was competitive the first time. The sales manager introduced himself to us to be sure our needs were met during the visit. He reviewed the offer being discussed and casually pointed out we may be able to purchase a brand new vehicle for only a little more than we'd end up paying for the pre-owned vehicle. There was no pressure at all. We listened to the details and decided to discuss that option on our own. We were encouraged to do that and had no pressure whatsoever to make a decision on the spot. We left and were simply told they would be available if we had any further questions or needs.Ultimately, we decided to go with a new Acura and returned to the dealership the next day. Returning to Antonino was a pleasure, not a chore. The price offered to us on the new car was extremely competitive without the need for haggling or negotiating. The offer for our trade in was also competitive and consistent with offers we had received from other dealerships. It was clear Antonino's sales team was interested in selling a vehicle and treating us right without fooling around and trying to maximize profit at my expense. I had the worse experience ever with the service department of this dealership. They have no respect for their customers time. On the first visit I was promised to wait for half an hour and I ended up waiting two hours. At the end I was told that the problem was fixed, but when I got to the car the problem was still there. They asked me to schedule another appointment so I can leave the car and get a loaner for the day, since they needed time to fix the problem. Purchased used vehicle for commuting purposes. Did I expect new vehicle service, no, but did I expect to replace a plate light and a front parking light the night after I got the vehicle home, no. Did I expect the vehicle to be detailed, inside and out, when I picked the car up as was requested, obviously, was it, not in the least bit. Did I expect to have to stop and get gas just so I get could home from the dealership, no. Did I plan on having to register the vehicle myself after I was told on Tuesday it would be done for me, only to find out Wednesday night when I arrived to pick the vehicle up that if I wanted to come back to get the vehicle on Friday, you 'might' be able to get it done, no. I considered myself generous in my survey answers.

I owned an Accura and had great service at this dealership. When I retired my wife an I regrettfuly sold the Accura and only use her Honda Odyssey. After taking the Honday to local Honda dealer three times for the same problem, I took the HOnda to this dealership. The problem was fixed immediately. They explain the necessary service and the problem has always been fixed. The staff is courteous and very helpful. I would recommend them to any one.

The service here was unacceptable. I bought the car certified pre-owned with the 100 point inspection. I drove it home and noticed the passenger side view mirror housing was cracked and missing a piece, the cigarette lighter didn't work (to power my GPS because they didn't have the navigation dvd yet), there wasn't a wheel lock wrench, and the memorized seats didn't work. Very keen inspection. They did fix the mirror housing at no charge though.In addition, I was told that when someone comes to register my car he would bring the Navigation disc, floor mats, and spare key. Finally someone came to do the VIN check weeks after I had been told. When I asked about these items he said he had no clue. He took my car and said he'd be back in a half hour. An hour later he came back and said the machines were broken and couldn't get my VIN checked. So he came back the next day without these items again. Told me I would have to schedule an appointment to come into Antonino to get those items which is 45 mins away from where I live.So I tried to cancel my maintenance plan through mail and I was told I need my mileage notarized at the DMV or verified at the dealer itself. I figured I'd just get my first oil change then cancel afterwards. When I told Antonino Acura that I'd like to cancel my maintenance plan, the finance manager (Erik) told me I COULDN'T. I showed him the contract that we both signed and where it said I could cancel. He then came back with the cancellation form. So he either lied to me or he's just ignorant, hard to tell really. He then proceeded to start doing calculations on whether I'd be saving money by cancelling instead of just performing my request. Clearly I had done these calculations prior (I have a master's degree in engineering) and that was one of the main reasons for cancelling. It took quite a bit of convincing which really annoyed me but he eventually filled out the cancellation request. He got my signature and got the mileage from the service guys and didn't say another word to me. Was I surprised that the oil change took an hour and they made me pay? Glad I cancelled so I don't have to deal with these people again. I should note that the actual parts/service employees are very friendly and easy to work with. Just stay away from the sales and finance people with inflated egos. Shouldn't be hard to miss. They will be wearing cheap suits and their heads will be up their ...

I have taken my Acura in for service here for years but I have finally had it. The last few times dealing with the service department has been frustrating. In a previous vist they had performed service that I had not requested. They also recommeded additional service that they had already performed on a previous visit. I asked them if anyone had actually inspected my car because if they had the would have known that this :recommended" work was unnecessary. They explained that they had "innocently: been looking at the wrong vehicle in their computer system. When they finally figured out how to operate their computer system they found out that some of the work that they had performed on my car that day had already been done so they credited me for some of unecessary service. So I let this one slide. However, last week I brought my car in for a basic service/oil change and while waiting on the service overheard what appeared to be the general manager telling the service personnel that he did not care what it took but he needed them to immediately prep a new car for pickup because the buyer was coming in shortly. When I was called up to the counter to pick up my car I was informed that they had performed the basic service but were unable to wash the car because their drains were clogged. I knew this was a lie because I had just overheard the manager talking to them. When I got out to my car I found out that their vacuum must also have been broken because the car had not been vacummed either. In starting up my vehicle I checked the tire pressures and found that they had not checked either because I had a couple of tires that were a little low whic hshoudl have been corrected as part of the service. Now I am wondering if they even changed the oil at all. And all this for $35. Never again. I'm taking my vehicle elsewhere i nthe future.

Called Antonio Acura one day inquiring about a car I saw online and spoke with David McLaughlin (I'm in North Carolina). Turns out that the this vehicle was a different color combo than the pre-owned TL my wife and I were looking for. However, I left my name and contact info on the off-chance that they get a vehicle in that meets our criteria (hard-to-find color combo/options). Unexpectedly the next day, David called me saying a customer had just traded in a leased vehicle that met our specs and wanted to know if we were interested. We jumped on this opportunity and after a family member went to inspect the vehicle, we put a down payment on the vehicle that night. The price we agreed to was outstanding! I arrived at the dealership a few days later to pick up the vehicle and they did a fantastic job prepping the vehicle before I arrived, as the car was in amazing condition. Working with David was a great experience (esp. considering we were live over 650 miles away) - he kept us informed along the way and even followed up after the sale.The only comment I have is that I wish each salesperson had an individual company email address. The communication via phone worked great, however, it would have also been convenient to communicate via email (especially living far away).

After several times of trying to fix my navigation system, Honda recommended that the computer be sent back to the factory. After receiving it twice, the system still didn't work. Mike suggested putting in a new screen & it worked. So I ordered a used screen, and the system is now operational. Because of all the problems, Mike did not charge me for the computer work and some of the labor because it was a screen problem, and not a computer problem. Overall the customer service was great and service to my vehicle was expedient. However, during my wait for my vehicle, I had a pair of $30.00 dollar sun glasses stolen that was sitting on the table on top of magazines. At the time I was the only customer in the area, but noticed there were mechanics and two people who appeared to work in the building walking back and forth. That was an unfortunate experience and was disappointed that a worker from this establishment would be okay with stealing a customer's personal belongins. I was accomodated with a $23 dollar credit for my next visit.

Throughout this period of time I have found that the relationship with their staff does not end with the purchase of the vehicle. I was in a tough situation when the transmission blew in the car I was driving. I commute to work and have two children who are in school and daycare. I needed to purchase a vehicle quickly. I'm a little difficult though because I really wanted a Honda or an Acura and a few other very specific things. I feel that if I have to pay for it and drive it, I'd like it to be something I really want. At Antonino they listened to me, took time to understand my needs and answer all my questions. They didn't have a vehicle that worked for me on their lot, but they went out of their way to find one and make the deal happen while staying inside of my desired monthly payment amount and getting me an awesome car for the price. I purchased a 2008 Honda Accord LX-P. I couldn't be happier. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy in the least.
