Very poor customer service!!!

We had a blow out on the oct.9 2016 and had to have our vehicle towed to ancira. We had no contact with anyone!!! I had to continually call to get an update because they wouldn't call like they stated. And it took them a day and a half to replace our tire!!! That is the only vehicle we have, we weren't offered a loaner or rental or anything for the inconvenience. Jump to now oct.7,2016, we took our vehicle back to ancira because we kept hearing a rattling sound when we accelerate (which we didn't hear before ) so took it in and literally the service advisor Jesse drove our car around their building came back and said "it's all in your head, I didn't hear anything." And then said they can't look at our car until next week, even though we were already there. Very poor customer service.

These are the most unorganized people I have ever met. I'm the person who always goes in knowing what I want, check in hand. Not only do they try to sell me there iverpriced gap. I decline it and they still add it on! I requests to speak with a manager, Phillip. He yells at me repeatedly and stands up for his staff saying I'm wrong. This is by far the worst dealership and people I have ever encountered buy cars. Then, they say the cars getting detailed be ready in a hour. We wait two hours car comes out. Wasn't washed, mats still in the truck. They did nothing! Absolutely worst place ever.


Parts department is terrible!!!

Called for parts department to try and order some parts. Got hung up on. Thought maybe it was in error so called back again. Stayed on hold for 12 minutes. Every minute or so someone would pick up the line without speaking and put me immediately back on hold. Decided I would call and do business with someone that actually wants my money.


Tim was the best Agent a buyer could ask for.

For the first time in my life, I was able to buy the car of my choosing and Tim Horan at Ancira Kia helped make that happen. I'm not rich, far from it, but Tim and the staff worked within my budget to find me the car that I needed. Would love to do business there again.

Had to look for a second car due to new car being in and out of the shop so much. Ancira didnt even want to honor any warrianties on my newly overcharged.......over warrantied.....double warrantied car...make trippled warrantied car. Paid more for a v6 than a v8 would cost......then some. Wouldnt give me a rental to go to work. Left me with nothing......then more and more problems arrised. Things came up missing i think due to retaliation. It was my dream car turned into a nightmare. Thought i would get a deal but turns out Ancira can barley keep their own engines under the hood. The used car department was trying to sell me a car that i could see that it wasnt even bolted to car.......if chevrolet dont make it right.....ill just wait on consultaion.....and final judgement....just to get done with the whole thing...im stressed.....and just needed help which was found

I went in to buy my Optima last night. I work for another brand dealer so I knew the process and expected a lot of games to be played. To my surprise, they shot me very straight and worked with me in everything I wanted to accomplish. Little back and forth, the manager came straight out and spoke with me instead of sending the salesman to try and finalize everything. They made it very quick and painless. The vehicle was clean and filled when I got there. Javier (the manger) was very great! Made you feel just like another person and not some paycheck. I have respect for this dealer.

Since the middle of May 2015, my wife and I have been waiting on our money to be refunded. Cancel our maintenance warranty and was told 45 days or so. Well its Aug.2015, and no one has called us after several calls and emails.

Took my car in for an oil change. The service advisor was professional and courteous. The whole process took a little over an hour but I've taken my car to Legend Kia and have been turned away because they were to busy. I am completely satisfied with thier service and will definately make Ancira Kia my service department of choice.

Thank you Nathan Garcia for helping me get into a new car. Your knowledge and patient manner made it easy for me to decide to purchase a car. After a long day dealing with others who seem to me that only cared about closing a deal rather than sitting down and help with suggestions, just came across as PLAYGROUND BULLIES. Javier would not even listen or seemed interested in discussing the matter he simply just looked and me and said " we cant help you, we cant do this". I looked at him and stood up and walk away. How can someone be so dismissive and condescending? The arrogance of this man is overpowering. All over a trade in. WOW. But after all that, Mr. Garcia was able to calm the storm that was bout hit the show room. Well had it not been for Mr. Garcia, I would not have walk out with a Kia. I was looking for a Kia Soul but my credit was alot to be de I had formerly gone to another Kia car company & my experience was not good. They didn't try hard enough to help me so I decided to go try Ancira a & what a difference!! The representative I first talked to via email was a Timothy Horan that was very nice, he asked me what car I was interested in & how much, if possible, I was willing to put down as a payment. He talked me into applying for my application electronically so they could start working on getting me a car. I gave him my info & what a relief when he called me back the next day & asked me when I could go in & look at a Soul like I wanted & also to test drive it. I immediately agreed to go in the next day. The salesman I was to ask for was Mr Nathan Garcia. He promptly came over & introduced himself, took me straight to a Soul, drove it & loved it! I still can't believe how fast & easy the process of buying a car through Ancira was. Everyone was so professional, nice & helpful. They put you at ease right away. They don't waste your time. I would gladly recommend this car agency to anyone!!

I bought my Kia Soul at Ancira Kia, and I was happy with the service I received from Bryce Seitel. He was very knowledgeable about the Soul, he was able to answer all my questions about the Soul. The whole process of the buying experience with Bryce was smooth and quick. I did wait a while for the finance department to sign my paperwork, but it was a busy Sunday so I didn't mind the wait. I have a Kia Spectra that is 10 years old, so I know that Kia is a good brand of cars. I am very happy with my Kia Soul and will go back to Ancira Kia when I am ready for my next Kia.

Mitch Walker helped us locate, secure and drive away in a certified pre-owned Kia. We are from out of San Antonio and he kept us updated on new cars that matched our requirements, options on financing, and deals via email and texts. On the day we came into the dealership to look at a car that matched our requirements, he had the car cleaned and it looked new! He went back and forth and up and down in order to get us in our car on that day. We really appreciated his help. I recently decided to look into trading in my 2008 rio5 for a soul. It was in bad shape from accidents and hail damage and I had already been told by my bank that even though my credit was average and I had a good record with them, I'd still need a co-signer. So, I headed to Kia on the south side of S.A and was basically feeling dejected when I left. They kept trying to put me in stuff I didn't like, were asking way too much for everything and wouldn't even talk numbers with me until my dad went with me. That's when I remembered that Ancira Kia had emailed me and called to check in with me. I called them up, told them what I wanted, my deal breakers, and what was negotiable. I was in luck. They had a Black 2014 Soul with the exclaim package, which was really close to what I had wanted. I headed over and met with Tim Horan. He let me play in the car by myself while he got my rio5 appraised. This took so much pressure off of me and let me get a real feel for the car without a salesman around. It was perfect. We took a ride around some of San Antonio, he joked with me, made me feel at ease, wasn't pushy, and let the car almost sell itself with his guidance. We got back to the dealership and he worked on the price with me and it was great but I had to wait until the following week for my dad to go sign stuff. Or so I thought. He knew I wanted to do everything on my own so he saw what he could do, was honest about the rate being a little higher if we went with my credit only, and came back with a very good number. That's when he told me I'd be driving home in my new car that night. I couldn't believe it. I was emotional and happy and proud of myself. We added some packages to my car and I was introduced to everyone that had a hand in the sale. Everyone was wonderful from finance to the service team. I don't think I'll ever go to another dealership, again. Thank you, Tim and everyone at Ancira Kia. You guys rock!

I had been emailing back and forth with Fran Yacovone before I went into the used dealership, so when I arrived he had already set aside a car that he felt would fit what I was looking for! I was going in to just check it out, but ended up deciding on that Kia Soul+. Everyone was friendly and answered all the questions I had. Let me start this by stating that I purchased a new optima 2 years ago and the experience went well and we were content overall. This time around was a different story. I spent over an hour before going into the dealership getting approved through my credit union so the purchasing process time would shorten although that seemed to have an opposite effect. My wife, my children ages 5 and 7 and myself got to the dealership at 1:30pm and did not depart until just past 6:30pm. In the midst of the 5 hours, 2.5 were wasted on a promise that did not come through. I went in knowing that I could get 31k at 3.12% apr yet they assured me that they could beat it. They claimed they tried everything they could yet came up empty handed and went with my original loan. So disappointed. After that when it was time to leave my family unpacked our optima in the 38 degree cold and loaded up the Sorento we had just purchased. We waited in the Sorento for nearly an hour while the salesman Timothy Horan frantically searched for the keys and packet to our new purchase. I asked what his alternative plan was and he had no answer. We were so disappointed that we came up with our own and downloaded our new Sorento in the freezing cold once again back into our optima with a 5 and 7 year old that were tired and hungry. We were 3 hours late to a dinner arrangement and our poor dog was locked up in her kennel during the while process. Our new car buying experience was ripped from us and we have a terrible taste left in our mouth dealing with Ancira Kia at 410 and Bandera.

Great experience with Kia Soul purchase. This is our seventh purchase from Ancira and third KIA as well as my second Kia Soul. I received a card from Chris Sexto, the new GM at KIA, inviting me to consider trading for a new car. We thought this would be a nice Christmas and New Years gift. My greatest satisfaction with Ancira KIA is my service advisor, Bobby Guerra. Bobby has always been very conscientious to consultant and care for us in our retirement years. We decided to trade in our 2011 KIA Soul Plus for a new 2015. I planned out my purchase specifications and made an appointment with Chris Sexto. He assigned Marcus Longoria in sales, who had first greeted us in the parking lot. We found Marcus to be very cordial and polite and we provided my specifications to him. He began working to find the car that would fit our list and located three options. (I always check online and at other KIA dealers to see what is available). We selected the car and Marcus did all of the research and accommodated us with all of our questions while Caroline worked to provide the add-ons we wanted on the car. At closing Ernest Trevino, Finance Manager reviewed every document with us. Electronic signature was available, but we were given the opportunity to see each page and personally sign the documents and copies. Several features made this purchase possible, and the first was Bill Goodman getting the trade-in value we wanted for our car. The good support from Marcus and knowing I had Bobby Guerra to take care my car in the future, closed the deal. (We did get our free TV). We will be back! Jim & Barb Dye, San Antonio, TX

I went in not knowing what I really wanted and not having had a car for a number of years. Lori Griffin let me drive anything I wanted, answered all my questions, downloaded computer print outs on the car I chose regarding safety ratings and other information. I had further questions once I got home and she quickly checked those questions out as well. I had planned on buying a new car but I bought a used car with less than 9000 miles on it and fully loaded for what the internet pricing tells me is a very good deal. This dealer has many different kinds of cars on the lot which is helpful if you are not sure of what you want. I ended up with a Mazda SUV which is perfect for me but not at all what I thought I would buy. So go see Lori at Ancira Kia if you want a no pressure experience, just plenty of friendly help.

I've been there twice, 1st for my handle having a bubble on the paint when I just bought it, all they did was switched the handle and snapped it on. Then the 2nd time was when my handle got pulled off by my mother-in-law, from them snapping it on and it was cracked. Luckily she pulled it off and not me losing it on the highway. Today I went in for an oil change, which I scheduled at 10:30, and I showed up at 9:45 because I was early. They didn't get me out until 11:45 for just an oil change, I would understand if they were busy, but when some one cones in after you and leaves before you. That is just poor service. Not very impressed for my 1st vehicle and 1st oil change at this dealership.

Ralph Martinez did an outstanding job of presenting the features of our new Sorento. We had been to several dealers to test drive various SUV's, but Ralph helped convince us that the Sorento was the best solution. I just bought my first car and I don't think I could have had a better experience. I was met as soon as we entered the lot by Victoria Hammond. I had done my research online and told her exactly which Kia Soul I was interested in purchasing. She brought it round we did a quick test drive and started the paperwork. I have heard horror stories about buying cars, but I am happy to say that wasn't the case at this dealership. Victoria went over a few of the numbers on the car and didn't try to up sell me. Then she sent me to Johnny Cox to work on the financing side of things. Again a total pleasure to work with, especially since I was just a little overwhelmed by the mass of paperwork. I am looking forward to doing business with them for years to come.

This time I had done my homework. I rented the cars I was considering. I checked online at Kia.com to see what options I had. I knew what I wanted. My first trip to Ancira Kia was on Sunday. It was very busy and I could not find a parking space, so I returned on Labor at 9:00am and was glad that I did. Since I had started an online process I mentioned Caroline Barbera to Victoria Hammond who promptly started working with me. We went through several options to come up with what I was looking in my Soul. Victoria explained how the option packages worked and checked on what stock was available in Texas, not just on their lot. After a couple of considerations, it was time to make the deal. Credit check was quick, the financing rate was lower than the one I had been pre-approved for with my credit union, and Johnny Cox did a great job explaining all the financing options. In the entire process, I was never pressured or upsold. I consider this the best car experience I've had in the state of Texas, and I grew up here. Thanks to Ancira for hiring and developing an awesome staff. I can't wait to meet the service team!

We had previously bought 2 Sorentos from Ancira in the past and have been satisfied with their customer service and with our vehicles. Since we were in need of a second vehicle, we looked at the Kia Forte 5. Our salesman David Kronk went above and beyond to find us that perfect vehicle. While we were there, we also liked the Kia Optima. Long story short, we traded in our 2014 Sorento for a 2015 Optima and a 2014 Forte 5. My daughter and I bought a car at Ancira KIA off loop 410 and the selling process was very smooth and professional. When we went to the finance dept everything fell apart. The Financing manger was just trying to close a deal and he did exactly opposite what we asked him to do. Wrong name on the title and on the loan. We had to refinance the car again to get the paperwork correct. That cost us some money. When we went back the next day to sign papers he was in a hurry and did not give us much of his time. It appeared to me that he had sold the car and did not want to do anythign else with us.

As a new mother, and the wife of a soldier stationed in Korea I was a little nervous buying a new car on my own. After 10 years my car had finally had enough and it was time for another vehicle. After shopping around a bit and initially deciding on a used car from another dealership Ancira Kia called me and I decided what the heck and went in to check them out. I really had no plans on buying new because I didn't think if get the price range I wanted and had already been approved for on the used car. As it turned out Mitch there at Ancira Kia worked with me on price and discounts until I was able to get into a new car for just a few more dollars than the used car was going to cost me. I took my Kia Sedona in for an oil change and to have front end checked for a popping/cracking noise when I turned. So they replaced power steering pump & hose, end assembly tie rod, bush-stablizer, cv axels, rack, & joint assembly. When I picked up my vehicle on Friday, as soon as I drove off my van felt like the front end was going to fall off, felt like there was no power steerin, front end was shaking, and my esc off light was coming. So I took it back Monday morning. They said it needed an alignment and that would fix the problem. So, I went ahead and paid an extra $60 to have Ancira Kia do it because I wanted it done right. When I picked my van up on Friday, as soon as I drove off the van still felt horrible. I called immediately and told them it was still pulling to right, front end still felt like it was going to fall off, now the esc off light was off but the check engine light is on. They assured me they did the alignment and that they had the specs to prove it. Being Good Friday a lot of places were closed. I found a reputable place open and took it there for an evaluation. I was told that I needed an alignment badly and was given a copy the specs. I was very confident going to Ancira Kia because there family has been in the car business in San Antonio for a log time. After $2600 worth of work, most of which my entended warranty paid, I would expect my van to drive right. It drove fine when I took it in. Now it feels like it is going to fall apart. How can I feel safe driving my children around. I still like the Ancira family and I have watched them for years, but their employees are not doing their work to the Ancira standards. Miss Nichelle in the service department was great, always happy, friendly, and ready to take care of you. The staff is very friendly. But the quality of the repairs is horrible. I paid for repairs that were not even done and now have problems with my van that were never an issue before taking it to the Ancira Kia Service Department. How can I ever trust that they will repair my vehicle right and do the work I paid for with out causing more problems to my vehicle and costing me more money.

Alfred Girdy, our salesman, was wonderful! He was very helpful, professional, informative, thorough, polite and easy-going. He was attentive without being pushy, AT ALL! We love out 2010 BMW 3 series, which was perfectly clean, mechanically sound, has a great record and was priced very competitively. Here is the "Too Long/Didn't Read" version. Exceptionally friendly staff that talked to me to determine what car would be right for me. Far better pricing than I had imagined.To start I got a call from Jerry in management not even 5 minutes after I had expressed interest in maybe purchasing a car at Ancira. He was very friendly on the phone and when I went to the dealership he greeted me with a handshake and hand-selected Rafael to be my salesperson. I told Rafael what cars I was interested in, and after test driving both he gave me his opinion based on my lifestyle and driving habits. While the car that we both agreed on sold itself (in my opinion), I valued his no BS approach. He did not pitch me, not even once. The other thing that I thought was exceptional was the finance team, most of whom I did not speak to and made stuff happen behind the scenes. I came into the dealership not set on buying a car, however, they found every applicable discount and rebate imaginable and gave me such a remarkable deal that there would have been literally no reason to wait other than if I wanted my trade in to depreciate further so I could end up paying more!! The other honorable mention is Rich in finance, the man I dealt with during signing. Super friendly and he found me a better deal than USAA on financing, which I thought would be hard to accomplish.All in all, Ancira has a friendly staff and if you have a car in mind that you are thinking about buying (or two in my case), this is most absolutely the place to go. I can only speak for the few team members I dealt with, but I never once thought to myself, "Wow, really? Are you seriously pulling THIS trick on me?" I was having a horrible time trying to get service and I voiced my displeasure on this site. I got a call the next morning from Jason and an email apologizing for my inconvenience. Someone dropped the ball and these guys picked it up and ran with it. They brought me a loaner car and picked up my car at my house to take back to the dealership and the loaner was a very nice Optima for my little Rio. I was concerned for my safety when the door locks would unlock when the car was put in park with the car still running (like stopped at a train crossing). Somehow the lock system on the keyless entry messed up. It is supposed to unlock the drivers door with the first click and then another click opens the other doors. My Rio was doing that originally but somehow got to one click opened all the doors. Both problems made me feel very unsafe. Javier also updated the on board computer to have the door locks automatically lock upon putting the car in gear. Love it! I had brought up the unlocking in park back in May and never got a reply and every time I had to stop like that I had to remember to manually lock the doors. But that has changed dramatically. I believe in second chances and this team came through with flying colors. There were several phone calls back and forth confirming things that needed to be done, or asking my preferences. I asked them to give my car an oil change while it was there and I was going to pay for that. Javier fixed the computer for both problems, he called me from my car and changed the computer on the fly. The doors now will only unlock when the key is turned off and it stays locked when the car is put in park (thank heavens). On top of that they gave Cinnamon a bath and filled her tank and I wasn't charged one cent not even for the oil change. Jason also offered me a sum of money to be at my disposal on anything in services or whatever at the dealer. I think they did an outstanding job and would recommend this dealer to everyone. They apologized profusely and asked for a second chance. I gave them that second chance and they came through beautifully. I will not hesitate to take my car to that service department ever again. Javier even gave me his mobile phone number so I can call him directly if I have any problems. Needless to say, I am a happy camper. That, my friends, is first class service!

The first time I went to Kia I spoke with Jaime. He was kind at the beginning, but I guess he assumed that 22 year old guy wearing just jeans & a t-shirt was not a serious buyer. He became what seemed like aggravated & impatient when I want to test drive a vehicle because he said something to the extent of "I don't think so, I only let serious buyers do so." So a week or two later, I went back and this time talked to Victoria Hammond. She was as kind as can be and offered a much better deal. She did everything perfectly on her end. The only disappointment I got was with the $2,000 warranty fee. I specifically asked & was told that the 10-year warranty is included at no additional charge. I think we dealt with a man named Jason, not sure. He was kind as can be as well, but again, the only issue was w/ the warranty. Since it was not entirely their fault since I overlooked it, I would still recommend this dealership, especially VICTORIA HAMMOND.This $2k read "First Auto 72/10k." I definitely signed the paper, so I was at fault here as well. But I did specify that I was satisfied with just the 10-year warranty and I suppose signing like what seemed like 20 or so documents, I overlooked that important detail. I guess the only thing I'd do different is take much more time in reading those documents and figuring out exactly what fee was for what. I called about the $2k and was hoping I could take that off... $2k is a lot for me. Thankfully, I was told I could, that I'd just need to go in & sign some paper. And also, if Ancira Kia is reading this, I hope only Victoria received commission on this sale, as she was the only one who truly helped me. Jaime helped me at the beginning, but he pushed me off because he thought I wasn't a serious buyer. For that reason I looked for someone else to help me.

I came in looking to get more economical vehicle. I was interested in the KIA Soul. Spoke with Will in sales. Will was very friendly and tried to be very helpful. I explained that I was needing a more economical vehicle. He assured me I would get in the neighborhood of 38 MPG... Needless to say I am no where close to 30 MPG. I at best have only had 28 MPG. Also was never called when my plates came in. I don't trust car salesmen in the first place but bold lies are never appreciated.

In October 2011, I decided I was going to stop by and check out what my options were as far as a used vehicle. I got approached by Marco Sepulveda and he asked how he could help us. I explained that I was looking for a vehicle 16,000.00 down not anything above. He showed me a car and we took it for a drive. I told him what my credit score was that it had just been pulled from a home lender. I stressed that I did not want my credit pulled because I was not sure if I wanted to buy a car or home. Well he has me fill out application and so I did. He told me he was going to talk to his manager and see what he can do. After a while he came back and asked for check stubs. At that time I told him again I did not want them to be pulling my credit report and a Domincan or puerto rican looking fellow said that they would not until they would submit it to the banks. I did not have them with me, so we left and I faxed them back to him. Never got a call back from him. Within a few days I recieved an email that Ancira Kia had ran a hard inquiry on my credit. At this point in was furious because i told him several times that was what i was trying to avoid!!! I call immediately and leave a message for Marco which does not return my call twice. So, then i call and speak to Superviser Bill Thomas and explained the situation. All he said was sorry and he could not do anything about it. I asked if he ran my credit at least he could have called me and told me that i did not qualify but not even that. These people are pathetic really...if you have to go to the extent to run peoples credit against their permission that is pathetic. I do not recommend this agency. After that my credit score went down immediately 52 points. I had no choice but to get a car so i called NorthSide Ford and spoke to Dino Urdiales and he helped me without pulling my credit. He was able to determine my elgibility just by looking at me income and credit score that the lender had pulled. Dino Urdiales his number 210-525-9800 EXT 1410.

I'm 22 and a first time car buyer. I have been stressing about how I was going to find a car reasonably priced and someone that would be willing to help me with my credit situation. Having little to no credit is almost the same as having bad credit, or so everyone keeps telling me. I walked into this dealership less than hopeful and left with my first car. Both Roxanne and Joe were incredibly helpful and patient. They allowed me to take my time and really did all they could to make sure my experience was a great one. Buying a car for the first time on my own was nerve racking, but they made me feel very comfortable and assured in my decision. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Horribe customer service. Dealt with Used car sales manager and a salesman named Will. I went in because I saw online that they had a used Z for sale. I did a ton of research and looked up the VIN for that car and had it inspected by a mechanic. The estimated value of the car was told to me and they refused to go down from their sticker price. Finally after a couple of hours we agreed upon a price and I was told to come back next day to do paperwork. Upon inspecting the paperwork the following day they had changed the price to 500 dollars more than we had agreed upon and refused to change it back to our agreed upon number. I had to go home bring back the printed report with the price that we had agreed upon and go through the whole process all over again before finally getting my deal. And then I had to go into their financial office and that started a whole new experience as they were trying to tack on so many fees and add ons that it increased the price by almost 1000 dollars. Another issue I had was that even though I am not young, my credit stinks so I needed a cosigner. So I asked my mother to help me out. Of course this was a mistake as they were then selling her the car, not me. Needless to say I will never go back there and I would recommend that nobody ever goes to this abyssmal dealership.

I made an appointment to have my daughter's 2011 Kia Rio (that we purchased 2 or 3 months ago) taken in for some warranty work. Was never told before hand that there was a possiblity of them keeping the vehicle overnight (for an alignment issue). Only when I arrived to drop off the vehicle was I told that there was a POSSIBILITY of it happening. Apparently they have a 24 to 48 hour turn around policy on all service calls that are not minor in nature. I don't know about you but if the car was not under warranty I would have taken it down to NTB or Firestone and had it done in about an hour. Instead I was given some line about giving it a "full inspection to see exactly what is going on with the vehicle". i understand the necessity to be dilligent and all but why would it take 2 days when I had an appointment to drop it off first thing in the morning???On top of that when (of course) they did keep the car overnight (from no fault of mine I might add) there was no rental provided by the dealership to help with the inconvenience of them keeping it. As a result you can bet that I will no longer be taking by business to Ancira any longer.

We bought a 2011 KIA Sorento about a year ago , beautiful SUV off the floor, with all the bells and whistles, a few months after we had it, it would not start , had power but button would not crank motor, so we had it towed to Ancira, they couldnt find nothing wrong with it, so we got it back. A week or so it did it again, snd towed it again, so they found some faulty switch on brake pedal bad, a few months later here we go again, it would not crank over, towed again, they cannot find anything wrong,picked it up a few days later again, again, and again, this has continued on for months now, they say this is the only KIA in the country that has this problem, uh huh!!! thats why the tow truck driver said to us , do you know how many KIA's i have towed and told us you should see my log. but they cannot find any problems at all, we have been digusted from this inconvenience, and cannot apply the lemon law because we cannot prove it is the same problem, and because it mysteriously starts every time at the dealership, even though it takes a few days for them to call us, we were even told to go to another KIA dealership to have it checked, that was their solution???are you kidding me???,.bad thing about this we have only been contacted once about this problem from upper management, which was just recently, they really care... so now our solution is to get rid of this vehicle that has little to no equity and buy a AMERICAN made SUV , We will never ever buy a KIA or anything from Ancira that for sure,i will continue to contact someone from corporate on this, so i give Ancira a bad rating.

I bought my new Kia Soul in February and although I was happy with my purchase experience I ran into issues with the service department on my first couple of visits and left frustrated. After management became aware of these issues though they went above and beyond to rectify any and all concerns that I have had. Jerry Jewell, internet sales, took ownership of the resolution and impressed me with his continuous follow-up even though he was not my purchase salesman. Also Javier Gomez, service department manager, called me personally to offer his assistance in the future. Two things are clear to me at this point. They are in these management positions because of their ability to take care of their customers and secondly that they are truely interested in retaining my future business. I highly recommend if anyone is interested in purchasing a KIA that they consider Ancira KIA and Jerry Jewell. I took my nearly 6-year-old KIA Amanti to Ancira KIA in 12/10 after Goodyear advised me that the suspension system was already going bad and said although the 5 year warranty had recently expired, the dealership should by all rights comp the repairs, based on the low mileage (less than 60k). Goodyear gave me a written estimate citing the needed repairwork, and I took it to Ancira KIA, per their advice. I delivered the repair estimate to KIA and explained that Goodyear had told me to go there first, to see if Ancira would get the needed repairs done at no additional expense. The service center at Ancira KIA kept my car for 3 full days before I was finally informed that NONE of the repairs would be covered-- AND tben Ancira charged me nearly a hundred dollars-- for nothing more than the privilege of being without my car for half of my work week. Obviously, had I known Ancira KIA would not stand behind their product-- the car they sold me-- I would never have bought a KIA. Had I known they were going to charge me $100 and refuse to do any of the needed repairs Goodyear had already identified, I would have saved my money and put it towards getting the repairs done at Goodyear. I was utterly disgusted by the callous disregard Ancira KIA demonstrated and will NEVER go back there, not for service nor sales!

Searched the internet for a kia rio5 and several dealers came on screen. After a couple of emails and one phone call with Jerry, I had an offer from Jerry. It was an outstanding offer, I didn't believe him at first, and said I would buy if everything he said was true. Since I didn't have a car, Jerry came to my house and picked up both me and my wife and drove us to Ancira kia. I met Joe who filled out the paperwork and then a quick trip to chat with Diego and it was all over.This whole thing happened without stepping inside of a showroom, until we signed the papers. Their finance department kept messing up our paperwork and having us drive 30 minutes there to sign new papers every time they did. By far, the best car buying experience I've ever had (and Im 53 years old and have bought many new cars)! I used USAA's Auto Circle for recommended dealers and received a suggested discounted price and Ancira KIA. I went on a Sunday to look at cars and possibly buying one the following Thursday. They showed me an awesome KIA Optima EX and made me an offer I couldnt refuse. Including driving off the lot that day with my new car. The whole process was no haggle, they provided great financing (and beat my own credit union rate by a bunch), I got what I was happy for with my trade-ins (on two cars) and had the best salesman, finance manager and internet manager I've ever dealt with. I drove off the same day with a better price in a luxury EX version (loaded) for a lesser interest rate and better monthly payment than I was expecting for a plain entry level LX version. I would highly recommend USAA's Auto Circle, Ancira KIA and especially with speaking with Big Will. Great folks all in all at Ancira. I plan on writing the owner to express my extreme satisfaction with my car and this car buying experience. HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS NOW ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE. My dad and I were searching for a new vehicle for me to start fresh with and I was looking at the 2011 Kia Sportage and the 2011 Hyundai Tucson. I had read amazing reviews about Ancira Kia and we decided to make a quick trip to Ancira Kia on 410 to check out the Sportage. When we arrived I noticed a bunch of 2011 Kia Soul's in the lot. I decided to test drive the Soul and immediately fell in love with the vehicle. I have been in an SUV for a while, so I definitely wanted a vehicle with some room. The Kia Soul is so roomy inside and it is a really cute car. When we walked to the front we told one of the salesmen that we have been speaking with Jerry and Will. Both Jerry and Will immediate came out to meet us. Will introduced himself and immediately ran back to get both the vehicles I had previously spoken to him about. Even though Will was working several things at the time, he still came on the a test drive with us and gave us his full attention. When we returned on Sunday to get my car appraised, Will dedicated all his time to us. He worked with my dad and I on a good price for my trade-in and a good price for my 2011 Kia Soul. We had gone to another dealer on Saturday and in the amount of time that dealer took to get a quote - Will had all the paperwork together and I had the keys in my hands. We also came in because of price because the price was even lower then we anticipated. Not only did they take care of my problem quickly, but they ALSO noticed a problem with my headlights (which I was NOT aware of) and replaced both assemblies, FREE OF CHARGE under the manufacturer's warranty!! What a great guy. He is friendly, NOT pushy, knowledgable, and just a great car salesperson. I wish all car salespersons were like him. Without a doubt, if I need another vehicle, is will seek him out. The finance dept. at other dealers has always been a source of displeasure for me. However, Chris and Diego were the best. They were friendly, willing to work with me, for example my check from the insurance company was slow, they said no problem!!. He went above the call of duty and assted me even though it took me awhile to complete my deal and get me out of my VW. I had just had a much less satisfactory experience at another dealer, from which I walked away without buying the car I had chosen. My experience at Ancira Kia was just the opposite--I felt respected as customer, and was not pressured to purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and Eddie Conde to anyone interested in buying a car.

I began emailing Richard when I saw the new Sorento on the Kia website. He was quick with an internet quote and information. Unfortunately, we are from out of town and his dealership was closed when we made a run to SA to see one in person. After spending some time at the other dealership, we were excited about the Kia but not so much with where we would buy from. We decided to wait and give Ancira a chance at our business. Richard continued to respond my questions and later the next week we had an opportunity to meet Rodney and close the deal on a Snowflake Sorento. Rodney was patient, helpful and made it a pretty painless experience. (We buy new about every 10 years) The business officer was great in explaining finance options we walked away feeling like we were treated fairly. As for the Sorento, it's been great. Maybe I'll get around to replacing that Jetta one of these days.

Richard, the internet manager, answered my E-mail request for a test drive of the new 2011 Sorento in a timely manner. Upon my arrival at the dealership he showed me the several LX and EX models available and took me for a test drive in the dreary rain. Ivan took me for a test drive of the Kia Soul. Both gentlemen were courteous and knowledgeable. Very nice experience the first day. I decided to purchase the Sorento on the second day. Ivan went over all the safety features, interior, and exterior features and explained each thoroughly. He answered all my questions in a very amiable manner. He was in no rush. He even set up my bluetooth. Even with the pouring rain it was quite an enjoyable experience with Ivan.In less than two hours, I left the Ancira dealership as a satisfied customer in my beautiful new 2011, American-made Kia Sorento.

Victor was an awesome guy to work with and he was well versed in the mechanics of the Jetta that I bought. Went first thing in the morning on a Friday, 8:30am. I was driving off the lot by 11am with my Jetta. What is usually a long and trying experience was extremly pleasant and felt more like you were dealing with a friend. Victor did an excellent job with followup and meeting all the commitments that he made to me. I would recommend him highly.

This was our most enjoyable new car buying experience ever....Chaz "Big Red" took care of my and my son's concerns. It was his first new car buying experience and was totally satisfied with the experience. We will definitely come back to see "Big Red" when my youngest son is ready for a new car.
