No Pressure or extended haggle just good trading and satisfaction. Found Roy Paisley, Daven Miramontes, reputable to do business with and received friendly and courteous support from Tim Boggs in finance nad Rhonda Rose in customer service and information. Have Bought here previously under another owner, and this was much much better experience. Kudos to this group, and I look forward future dealing in routine maintenance and support for the new vehicle. Thanks again to Daven and Roy for a smooth,fair trade deal.

I called Amarillo Hyundai ten days ago looking for a fully loaded 2017 Santa Fe Sport SUV. Color and a light interior were particularily important to me. I had previously spent two weeks talking to three New Mexico Hyundai dealers who didn't have, and couldn't find or order what I wanted. Amarillo Hyundai called back two hours later and said they had located the car I described. Several phone calls and emails later we settled on what I felt was an agreeable price. Yesterday I went to Amarillo to pick up the car. It was well worth the trip. I got exactly the car I wanted. Many thanks to Brian McClellan, Misty Bourke, and Paul Willis for making this purchase a very enjoyable experience. Each was very professional, very helpful, and easy to work with.

I dealt with both the sales rep and the sales manager at the same time, no back and forth with the sales manager sight unseen. while Honda took two days back and forth with sales rep and his manager these guys took just a few minutes and they understood exactly what I needed and had the authority to make it happen. by the way most of the time delay at Honda occurred after I had already bought the Hyundai.

Sales are like any other dealership, they'll say whatever to finish a sale, but that's expected. Service has been hideous on both of my Hyundai's , do not service your car here, or if you have to, then check all their work, document all of your visits with their paperwork and be sure its accurate and ask for a copy of the service writers notes at every visit. so that when you have to hold them accountable it will be much easier for you .

I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, which means I'm allergic to that new car smell and they ionized in for about 72 hours before I picked it up to help get that smell out. Hopefully IF I need it done again I can take it in and they can keep it overnight and ionize it again.

I went back after getting my 2013 Sonata there because it was such a wonderful car and Brian Humphrey was so professional, straight-forward, and low-key. I just HATE pushy salesmen, and he is the opposite of that. My only disappointment was getting less than half of the blue book value for my 2013 Sonata when I had cared for it so lovingly!

Grandkids driving their own cars now - didn't need that extra room -downsized to the 2 rows of seats in the Tucson with "most" of the same features .. Gave up some but also gained some .. Lots better gas mileage, the back up lighted panel, the hands free calling, good lumbar system, closer to the ground for this Mammaw to climb into, heated seats, and large enough back space for cases of cups and 25 lbs bags of sugar to haul for my snocone stand.. Happy with the way it handles on the road.. Lots of warranty features will be good. I have bought 7 cars from dealerships, and this experience at Amarillo Hyundai was by far the best I've ever had buying a car. No pressure, just a relaxed atmosphere. Tim was an outstanding salesman, and he walked us through the features of my car without doing any of the sleazy salesperson tricks that other dealerships have with me in the past. We were in and out in about 4 hours, slightly above average from my experience. I highly recommend Amarillo Hyundai, Tim as a salesman, and the 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo. They are all awesome!

Tim was great! He answered all my questions and was very helpful! The only problem that I had with this whole deal was that a family member was to buy my car. When the deal folded I contacted Tim to let him know that I would have a trade-in rather than a down payment. He manager would not take the deal. It amazed me how they were will to walk away from a deal when I had a check from my bank for 34,000.00 and a trade in. I guess that week they were selling cars like hotcakes and didn't need my deal. Tim finally went to GM to continue the deal. We came to an agreement and the deal was done. I'm not sure that I will buy again from Amarillo Hyundai for that one reason. After a hailstorm hit our local area both of our cars were totaled. I had not planned to be in the market for a new vehicle so we had not set aside a budget. We received an amount from our insurance company and then had to pull the remainder out of savings. I dealt with 8 different lots in Amarillo and was so relieved to find Tristate Ford. Our dealer, Michael Rue, was honest, clear spoken, full of integrity, and efficient. I can't begin to explain how different our experience was in comparison to the rest of the dealerships. Upon arriving at the Tri State Ford Motor lot I was immediately met by Shane Massengale, one of their salesmen. He was courteous, friendly, and expressed great effort in helping me find the type of vehicle I was looking for. I needed an older Ford F150 that was in good shape and $6,000.00 or less. Shane directed me to a trade-in Ford that they had just recently acquired. It was a 2006, blue, supercrew cab, short-bed F150 that had been well taken care of. Shane got in with me and let me take it for a drive around to get a feel of it. I liked it. They originally wanted $8,500.00 for it. My only real concern with the truck and that price was that it had a lot of miles on it, 167,000 to be exact. However, Shane supported me in putting in a bid of $6,000.00 out the door price. They accepted it! I am very pleased with the truck and have been driving for about a week now. Later, Shane even called me up to check on me and see if I was still pleased with my purchase of the F150. I let him know that I was. Micheal Rue was very friendly and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with, and stayed late into the night to work out a deal. When we returned to the dealership to finish the deal, we were told that a different salesman was going to get our sale because I 'built' my vehicle online a few weeks earlier. Not fair if you ask me. When we went to the finance dept. to handle all the paperwork, we were treated as if we were children. Chris, from the finance dept, forced us to fill out a paper that supposedly would send our sales tax to our county of residence. My fiance, who works at our county's tax office, asked why we could not simply register the vehicle in our county, to which the reply was "we just cant, this is how it works" She told him that she gets paperwork from this dealership on a regular basis, to which the reply was, "I don't know, this is how it works" The paper he had us fill out was not even the correct paper, and forcing us to register in that county is illegal. The next day, she called and threatened to file a dealer complaint through the state, and the paperwork to our vehicle was in the correct county soon after.This was my first experience buying a car, so I don't have much in terms of comparisonThe reason I gave a 3 in friendliness, our initial salesman, Micheal Rue was wonderful, our second salesman and the sales manager were decently friendly. The experience was ruined in the finance office.The 3 in price- We agreed on a price very quickly and easily, I do know that similar vehicles are sometimes going for slightly less than msrp, and I paid slightly over, however I did not press the issue to much, because I've seen how quickly vehicles move off this lot.

I have purchased numerous vehicles over the past almost fifty years of my driving experience, probably somewhere in the vicinity of 70-80. Some of those "deals" where shear work and only a few were even comfortable with all the "just initial here" and "let me ask my manager" and "sit-ins" etc. My last good experience was four years ago when the GM at Texas Dodge helped me, Mike Case, and made me a happy customer by the level of courtesy and professionalism. Because of that situation I came back to Mike and he introduced me to Michael Rue of Tri-State Hyundai. I want to personally applaud Mike & Sales manager, Ralph, for their professionalism. My son & daughter-in-law and I were greeted without any pressure. We test drove the Sonata, Azera and the Genesis, each 25-30 miles. Mike went thru every feature on each car. The Sonata was not comfortable for me as I have back/hip issues. The Azera was much better, but then Mike & Ralph took the Genesis off the showroom floor so I could test drive the caar. Actually, all the employees were very kind, respectful, not only to myself and my family but to each other. Customer service to external & internal clients is something that I do take notice of as I too, am in customer service. When the time came to talk financing, I got nervous. I am a single woman and knew my budget limitations. Both Mike & Ralph worked with me to get to the number necessary to make a very large investment. I truly appreciate the time they invested with me to make certain I understood a lease program. I also want to mention that neither Mike or Ralph pressured me into purchasing the Genesis. It was all me....but they allowed me the space to think, contemplate and understand the available financing programs. This means so much to me and my family as I was literally scared to even go to a dealership due to being "single" and a "woman". The financing with Tri-State Ford was phenomomal! Al was very helpful, light-hearted, caring and understanding. Actually, it was the easiest finance process I have ever been through in purchasing a car! Again, I applaud Al for his professionalism! My car was washed and ready to go when I completed the financing. Mike took the time to program my IPhone and show me additioanl features on the car as he knew I had to drive from Amarillo to Houston, which is a 10 hour drive, on Monday morning. In closing, Mike followed up with me, thanking me for allowing Amarillo Hyundai to assist me in making my decision, which I am well pleased with. Mike emailed me on the day of my purchase, the day after and also on the Monday follwing, thanking me for allowing Amarillo Hyundai to build a cutomer relationship with me. Mike also took the time to call me on Tuesday to see if I made it home safely to Houston and inquired if the 10 hour drive was detrimental to my back/hip issues that I am experiencing. I told Mike that the 10 hour drive was very pleasant and like riding on a cloud! It didn't even feel like a 10 hour drive! Also Al, from Tri-State Ford, called me on Tuesday as he inadvertantly had me sign on the wrong line. Al informed me that he would send knew papers overnight and include an overnight return envelope for my convenience. Al was very receptive and accomodating in sending the Fed Ex to my office as I am at work more than at home! All in all, my experience with Amarillo Hyundai was outstanding and I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase my car at Amarillo Hyundai. I know I will be a return customer. And also, with my son and duaghter-in-law being a part of the transaction, I know they will be truthful in telling their friends and co-workers of the positive experience their Mother had at Amarillo Hyundai & Tri-State Ford. I have owned an MG-A, Jaguar XKE 12 liter, Porsche 944, Toyota Supra, a Volvo P1800 and a Z350. I think I am qualified to answer this questionnaire.What this means is that when I was ready for a new car my research and heart led me to a Hyundai Genesis Coupe.I was fortunate to have Joe Miller at Hyundai of Amarillo be my "guide" and assistant. He spent untold hours working with the holders of the leases on my trade-in (Infinity 35 Coupe) and my wife's Mazda CX-7. I purchased a 2008 kia sorento that had cigarette burns all over the car, the radio was making fuzzy noise and after I had signed papers the vehicle was brought to me after they had cleaned it up...When I looked at the vehicle originally it was very dirty so I couldn't see the paint....When the car was washed, there were scratches all over the car....The worst I have ever seen.....Looked like it was driven through the forest....They agreed to have someone come in and buff out the scratches.....When I went to pick up my car, there were still a lot of scratches on the car that they didn't fix...The salesperson told me they did the best they could but I didn't believe this......After I took the car, I noticed the outside mirrors wouldn't adjust properly and that the one mirror was loose....I went back to the dealership and they told me to take car to KIA dealership to get these things fixed by warranty...Well, none of these were covered by warranty because the previous owner had hit something with the mirror and wasn't covered, the radio was not the manufacturers radio and warranty wouldn't cover it and the KIA dealer wanted to charge me $500 to fix these items....They also told me that the brakes appear to be going out but this not covered by warranty....Just this week, the gear shift just fell apart and I almost couldn't get it back together to put the car in park.......I am very dissatisfied and feel that I really got a raw deal from this dealership....

Joe was an amazing help in my search for a new car. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately told me about a new Sonata that had just arrived at the dealership. When I arrived, he didn't give me the typical "car salesman" speech; he just let me test drive it and let the car do all the selling. I was very impressed with the service and the car so I went back two days later to buy the car. I then dealt with Roger, Eric, and Brian. All three of them were so comfortable to do business with, not like most other dealers where they treat you as nothing more than dollar signs. I found that every employee that I have had contact with at this dealership has gone above and beyond what I would consider great customer service. The sales man, Michael was very helpful with helping me find a vehicle that would meet my needs. I told him what I was looking for and he found it. He worked with me so that I would have the payment that I was confortable with. When I returned to have my SUV serviced the staff were very professional. The customer waiting area was also clean.
