Alpina Imports is exceptional!!!

My buying experience here was amazing! Friendly people great service. I was able to find a car I fell in love with! I was super stressed about getting a car, I have bad credit and didn't have a lot to put down. However when I walked into alpina after having been in four different car dealerships with no luck and let downs. Tameeta instantly found me an approval gave me a variety of cars to choose from within my loan range and even worked with my down payment! I bought the car five days ago I went in today because some moron hit my tail light and cracked it no decency to leave a note nothing but the owner of alpina told me not to worry we will order the part and put it in for you no charge! And to add told me it would be done in less then thirty minutes now if anyone can say anything negative about a place that will fix issues that they are not responsible for and also make it top priority they are just liars who are miserable and want to make a good dealership seem bad! Alpina imports are excellent and helpful and all and all best dealership I have ever been to!

Every time I have called they have been more than willing to fix, help or direct me to get the jib done. Be careful when you drive your new car home

Buyer Beware !! Purchased a Mercedes from Alpina Imports and drove it home... When I got home dashboard lit up in red saying "battery problem take to work shop". Paid with trade $25,000. Not given a owners Manuel and afraid to drive it I took it to a close by excellent mechanic...he told me alternator went bad and wore down battery and had to be replaced, he told me cruise control not working & fuse box had to be replaced, and found bushing missing that he also repaired...fixed with a cost of $941.00. Robert, the owner told me he repairs all the cars himself and since he was on vacation and NOT able to fix the car told the girl in office to tell me he is not paying the $941.They did not honor the guarantee. Everything sounded great before the purchase and after you drive off you are on your own for $$$$ repairs. I see I am not alone with problems that occur after sale at Alpina Imports. Just read the other reviews for Alpina Imports.I was suppose to get the owners Manuel when Robert returned but he didn't have one and he told me he would get one on Ebay and send it to me...Sent from my iPadYour review helps others learn about great local businesses.

I bought a work van from this dealer a month ago and when I took it to my mechanic, he advised I needed some small service work completed. I visited the dealer and spoke with the owner who advised me he would help me out on the repairs even though they were not under the 30 day drive train warranty. I took him the bill and received a check in the mail a few days later. I was happy to see he stood behind his word. It is hard to find people like that these days. I am completely satisfied.

East Berlin to Baltimore

Our car was involved in a total loss so we decided to search the web for an identical car. Two cars came up in the search that looked promising-one in MD and the other in VA (we live in PA) We stopped at Alpina Imports first and dealt with Robert. He was laid back with no high pressure sales tactics. We looked over the car with a fine tooth comb and sat down with Robert to negotiate the price. He was pretty tough, but we all ended up content. He sold a car and I got a good deal. Very nice people! Didn't feel like driving to VA anyways.

Called dealer in the morning and drove way the same day

I went to the website and saw a Chrysler that I fell in love with. I called them and the young lady told me to come in to see what she could do for me. They showed me the car, I loved it, she ran my credit (didn't think it would go through) and I drove away last night. They were super friendly and patient with my grandkids. I already told my neighbor about them and he has an appointment for Friday.
