SteveB. had a loaner car ready for me when I dropped my car off to be looked at for sunroof recall. When I returned to pick up my car I was told it needed to be replaced and he would call when replacement came in. I was very pleased..

Great Service

Friendly knowledgeable staff, Bob Centala went out of his way on Sunday evening to arrange a test drive of the car we were looking at. That really sealed the deal!! He was only there to get keys to help another customer. He goes above and beyond to help the GMC customers.

Liked the show room.

We purchased a demo and the brakes are bad. I do have an appointment to have them replaced. The car we traded in had better brakes and that was one of knock down points made. The salesman great.

Going the extra mile

I recently moved out of town and had to come back for a Friday morning appointment elsewhere in town and thought I'd try to get my lease car serviced as it was due. Jim Skiba was able to get me in even though I didn't have an appointment in advance. Much appreciated the extra mile there !
