Humberto let me test drive the car two times. Took time to explain how the controls worked and showed me how to set up Bluetooth. He got my loan approved even though I had a low credit score.

Awesome salesman

Stopped in on a Saturday to see if it was possible to trade a 2014 Kia Forte ex with 104000 miles on it I met Humberto and explained my situation to him that I did t have a lot to put down and I couldn't really afford a much higher monthly payment. He did a great job and got me into a new Kia Optima no hassles no haggling back and forth. I was in and out didn't spend all day there. Awesome job Humberto!!!

Read the fine print

Darnell was very good and helpful. Make sure to read the fine print in advertising as the price advertised online actually included a credit of $2000 of your trade in. While they worked with us onthe price it was frustrating

The primary goal of our visit to Allentown Kia was to see what our options were with no intent to go home with a new car. We were greeted by a very polite sales person Humberto Esquivel he asked for the reason of our visit and listened to what we were looking for in a car. He was very professional , listened to what we needed and didn't pressure us. But was very kind to show us all the options that we had , with clear communications we were able to narrow it down to one car and that's when he went above and beyond to make the deal in our favor. We also have to thank the sales manager who also took enough time to listen to what we could afford and made it happen. Humberto made it a very friendly yet professional experience he didn't save an effort to make us feel relaxed and not pressured and showed lots of patience . Darnell Reid was awesome. Very professional. Told him what I was looking for and we searched around and found the one for me. The price was a little far from my budget but we worked on it and found something we could agree on. I left with a great Kia and confident in my decision.

Salesman Carl was very down to earth and very helpful in selecting the right vehicle for me. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable asking questions. He was not pushy and listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect vehicle which fit my needs and budget.

Creepy

Quote from my 8 year old daughter- "They'll do anything to get you to buy a car. They'll even lie." Nuff said. Had a miserable and unnecessarily drawn out buying experience with my car. Sales people were genuinely fake, manager spent less than 1 minute with me during my transaction and more time in the back room with the sales team, finance department could have cared less about any aspect of the sale. All the finance team wanted from me was to purchase their extended warranties, insurances and other plans. The finance guy didn't even know what type of car I was purchasing. If the car I happened to come across wasn't perfectly suited for my needs I would have walked out as fast as I could. Unfortunately I'll have to live with the fact that I purchased a car from this team of sharks instead of somewhere reputable. I honestly felt like I needed a shower after I got home to get all the lies and deceit off of me from their dealership.

No pressure sales

We had a good experience buying a used Kia Soul at Allentown Kia. Did not have the typical pressure found at so many dealerships. Our sales agent, Matt Allen, gave us complete information on all aspects of the potential sale. He gave us good things to consider and to compare before deciding on the vehicle to buy. I felt he was honest in his advice. We did not purchase on our first visit, but after I researched all our options, I found the information Matt provided to be very helpful in making our final choice. After weighing all the options, we came back to Allentown Kia and purchase our vehicle from Matt. The manager Cory was also helpful in explaining final details when I came back to pick up the car. Overall-I would recommend this dealership and the people we worked with in lurchaing our car.

First off, Rod Rodriguez is the greatest! He's patient, caring and wants to be the best help he can be. In this situation, for me, he took his time to show me some cars and was overall a huge help! When it came time to do financing paperwork, that was where things got really slow! But Mat and Rod deal with it was a breeze and a pleasurable experience on the finance side.

Great Staff - Excellent Customer Service - No Bologne

Went into the dealership for two different cars in the lat 6 weeks. Initially, my wife started a new job and it required that she had her own vehicle to get around and we went in and picked up a compact certified vehicle that my wife absolutely loves. Matt Allen was our sales guy and he represented the dealership well. He worked hard to get us the right deal and when we were done our kids wanted to take a picture with him... 6 weeks later, I came in for a second vehicle because I do a lot of inter-state travel and my older vehicle was taking a pounding with mileage. We sought Matt out again and he delivered with a brand new Sorento that I can get the whole family in when we are together on the weekends! If you are looking for great cars with an awesome warranty, KIA has it. If you are looking for a great car, an awesome warranty and great sales people who have excellent customer service skills, set some time aside to see Matt Allen.

This was my first visit to Allentown Kia, and also test driving a Kia Optima Hybrid. Chris & Cory were very helpful, open, and honest about their market and vehicles. What they didn't have an answer for, they quickly investigated and responded within a few minutes.I was not expecting to commit to a purchase during my first visit. What changed my mind was the ease of getting all my concerns answered and how effortless they made the entire process work.

Great Experience

We went to Allentown KIa after getting a bad deal at Brown Daub. Brown Daub only wanted to give us $500 on our vehicle which was still on loan and have us pay $500 down on a car that was crappier than out vehicle for a vehicle that had 108,00 miles and we would still have to pay the loan on our other vehicle.We went to Allentown Kia and they helped us get a new 2016 Kia Soul. They took out 2007 PT Cruiser that had a little over 68,000 miles (this is the one Brown Daub wanted to give us $500 for), paid off the loan and got us $1,500 down on the Soul. The salesperson, Rod Rodriguez worked hard on getting us the vehicle and we are very happy with our purchase. Everyone who helped us through the process of getting the vehicle did a great job and we are happy.

Like the commercials

I've been in many dealerships trying to find a good deal as a first time buyer with no credit. All of them where the same, they say they have a great program for it, say they can get me a great deal, then suddenly falls back and offer me a price way beyond my limit. I'm 19 so I Was a bit picky with the cars I chose which made it even harder for me. when I went to kia i definitely wasn't expecting their cars to be as advanced as they were, which surprised me. but at my situation i was practically ready to give into any type of car they can put me in for a good price range. and eric somehow managed to get me a car with more specs than i wanted for less than the monthly budget price range i gave him. he really was demanding i get a car i'll love for a price i can afford and he stuck by it. i loved the car the moment they showed it to me and love it more the more i drive it. eric helped me with everthing i needed to drive out that parking as happy as ever. hes a great guy and very kind. and i cant stop thanking him.

A dealership with integrity

We came to this dealership in search of an AWD vehicle. We were shown two cars to test drive, the Soul and Sportage, and ultimately purchased the Soul... Well, come to find out a few weeks later, the Soul has never been AWD and so there was no way our car actually was AWD. We went into the dealership to see if anything could be done about this issue. We ultimately ended up being able to trade back in the Soul for a Ford Escape, which was in fact 4WD. There were a lot of obstacles out of the dealerships control, and we honestly were a bit skeptical about trusting them after our initial experience, which caused some issues, but Jake, the owner, worked very hard to make it happen despite all of this and we were able to leave happy in the car we wanted and regain faith in the dealership. While we mainly worked with management due to the situation, Carl, our salesperson the second time around, helped us find our new car and was a pleasure to work with. From this experience, it's clear that Allentown Kia genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. They put in a lot of time and effort and went above and beyond to fix a mistake made by one of their former employees and we really appreciate it and are very happy with our new car!

Bad Sale practice

On 06/24/16 I visited Allentown Kia to trade in my Kia soul after receiving a letter from Capital One auto financing . My intentions were to trade in my Kia Soul for another vehicle but instead I got stuck with two car notes that i should have never been approved for considering my debt to ratio . I don't understand how they made this deal go through . Ps They call me three months later to try and soften me up . I tried 3 months ago to fix this, no return call or email

Love the car but not the dealership

I spoke first w the internet sales person who was absolutely wonderful. I informed her I was on a tight schedule for the day and she reassured me there would be no problems. She introduced me to Kyle who was gracious until my time limit neared. Despite my assurances that the sale was acceptable and my promise to return to finalize things my keys were held hostage until all was finalized on the spot and my things were transfered (thrown) from old car to new and I rushed away to my next appointment. I was over an hour late due to his ongoing "just a few more minutes" and refusal to return my keys so I could leave

ERIC SANDROCK IS AWESOME!!!!

This dealership is awesome!!. They turned a bad deal from another dealership into a fabulous deal at their dealership. I went to another dealership located in Easton, Pa. I told the salesman in Easton that I wanted a new car but insisted that the used car was good and it was a lot less. The one in Easton wanted to sell me a used car with 74,000 miles on it with smoke and clinging from the engine. The dealership in Easton just wanted to get rid of this used car and thought they would stick it on me. The Easton Dealership said they had an approval for a loan on the used car. Well I wasn't satisfied at all with them. The next day I called ALLENTOWN KIA and told them what happened with the deal at the dealership in Easton. I asked them if they could find a car for me. Well ALLENTOWN KIA did a fabulous job. I had approval in about 10 minutes for a brand new 2016 KIA Soul with only 11 miles on it. The salesman ERIC SANDROCK was absolutely the best. Never pressured me and let me pick out the car I wanted to buy. He demonstrated the car and all the features on it to me before I left. He had the car detailed and ready for me while I went for dinner. This dealership I cannot say enough about them. From the salesman ERIC SANDROCK to the finance rep and even the sales manager they were FANTASTIC!! I could have bought a horrible car with a lot of problems from another dealership. But they turned a horrible deal into the best deal for me. I would recommend Allentown KIA and ERIC SANDROCK to anyone!!! You will never regret buying a car from ERIC!!!!!

In love with my new Kia

I've gone to other dealerships, and because of my gender or age I've been treated in such a way that made me uncomfortable and even made me dislike some brands of cars. My friend referred me to Eric, and I have to say he made the entire experience a dream walk compared to those other dealerships and dealers. He listened to some aesthetics I'm used to, and my not so high priority list and didn't bat an eye. He found me two options with a tone that said "I know this lot like the back of my hand so if not these two, not a problem". If you go to Allentown kia I 100% recommend Eric.

Amazing and the Best Dealership in the Lehigh Valley

I Went to Allentown KIA, Wednesday , 3/24/2016, to trade my 2011 KIA Sorento for something new/newer... Walked to the Dealership, very clean show room, and had a very warm and welcome greeting, from a sales rep. Eric Sandrock... We talk about what I was looking for and what I could afford being on a very tight budget.... So we went looking at a New 2016 Kia Sportage, Good selection to chose from. Took one out for a ride, I love it !! and Eric was very polite and courteous.. Then it came time to work out numbers.... the Best Experience I have ever had.... Chris Bennett came to me with a very warm welcome, and took his time to get me the Best Deal to fit my budget... A Lease was my better option.. and he was very understanding on my budget.. I drove home with a New 2016 KIA Sportage. I have been to Many Dealerships in the past, But Allentown KIA is by far the best experience I have ever had. I would recommend this dealership (Allentown KIA) to any one looking for a KIA...or any used car. Also Michelle, who did all the paper work at the end had a Very Warm welcome and courteous.. Good experience

Did research before car shopping....got fare pricing with no unexpected add-ons. Over'-all good experience.One bug however....entered info onto their "preapproval button" on their website and never got aresponse.....called two days later to inquire....what was the point?

easy car buying experience

I recently purchased a 2016 Kia Reo at Allentown Kia. When I pulled into the lot I didn't know the location was under new management; what a pleasant surprise! The show room was clean and inviting. The selection of cars was far better than in the past. No nonsense far market pricing. My sales person, Tom Robinson makes you feel like you've know him for 20 years and took the time to explain the features of the car I was purchasing. The Manager Chris Bennett went the extra mile to see to it I went home with the car that day even though there was going to be a delay getting the check from my bank for the down payment and Michelle, who handled and explained all the paperwork is delight! In short. if you are considering buying a car in or near the Lehigh Valley stop in at Allentown Kia!
