Great experience for a first-time used car buyer

I purchased a used 2015 Lexus RX 350 from Allen Turner Hyundai and the entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Whenever you walk in, every employee smiles at you and greets you in a brief, friendly way that is quite uplifting; they all seem happy to be there. Troy Cox, our salesman, was professional and patient, spending as much time with us as we needed to show us different cars and answer questions. He was able to help us track down a car I had been considering for awhile and followed up with me for a second visit. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point to make the sale. The buying process was smooth and quick and Shahid in finance was very knowledgable, offering us extended warranties in a gentle, non pressuring way and showing lots of patience when we had to return a third time to re-sign some paperwork at the behest of our bank. When we asked to have the car looked at, Troy escorted us right to the service department and got us in right away, and everything went great. I have now purchased three new vehicles from Allen Turner Hyundai in the last ten years and could not rate this establishment high enough. I've never driven up to find salesmen lurking in the lot ready to pounce on you before you can exit your car. No high pressure, no fast talking pitches to influence you to something more expensive, and no tricks. I'm almost 67 years old and Allen Turner is the ONLY dealership I've ever visited where the buying experience is a pleasure rather than misery. Great experience!

Went out Saturday November 12 in search of a new car. We had no idea what we wanted. We started at the Hyundai dealership first but we just looked around and Sheila (very friendly) offered us help and at the time we didn't want any. We were still looking to see what was available. At 9:30 this morning I was met at the dealership by Bradley Woodruff.After a test drive & a top to bottom once over along with a thorough Carfax review, we got down to the bottom line, PRICE (Paying Cash). price point was well below book, condition was better than expected & service immediately fixed my minor issues. I am home writing this review before 12:30, the car is tagged & cleaned for pick up. Ladies & Gentleman that is less than 2:30 hrs of my day at the dealership. I recommend a call to Bradley if you are looking for a smooth transaction. I can't give anything on the vehicle, but I felt respected by this dealership in this transaction.

Great Dealership buying experience. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The vehicle was clean, and ready when promised for delivery. The salesperson was the most knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with for our purchase. recent experience

i did a survey when i was asked to, after purchasing a new car from Allen Turner Hyundai. i did not realized that what i said will offend the sales person which i thought was a very wonderful person. Everything that happened negotiation, pricing, etc was agreed by me, so nobody else is to blame but me. its just the realization afterwards and doing the calculations etc. overall this dealership is a good place to buy a car. i am sorry if i offended anyone. i hope my comment will not deter anyone from buying car from this dealership

A Very Positive Experience...

After reviewing multiple midsize SUVs - I narrowed my new vehicle choice to the Santa Fe Sport. I chose Allen Turner for the purchase as I had been favorably impressed with a previous purchase there three years ago. The majority of this purchase experience was the test drive to help me decide "turbo" or "non turbo." My salesperson Frank exceeded my expectations in that not only did I have a very instructive test drive (which was unhurried and gave me plenty of time to check out the turbo responsiveness) - but Frank also pointed out multiple positive aspects of the Santa Fe Sport I had missed in my online reviews. Frank continued to do his best throughout the process to ensure I was happy with my purchase - which I am. I also was impressed with Shahid Manzoor - who assisted with the legal / business paperwork. He was efficient yet comprehensive with his explanations of the paperwork - but also very personable.

Loan pay off

My previous loan on the vehicle I traded in has not been paid off yet. The loan company has not received the 10 day loan pay off or any pending information/transactions from Allen Turner Hyundai. The loan company still has me owning and needing to make my next payment. I do not want to make this payment since I traded in that vehicle with the idea of it paying of the loan. But I cannot afford not to make this payment and have my credit messed up.

Best experience ever!

I went to several dealers but was not Able to get approved due to a recent bankruptcy and was upside down in my current vehicle. Very fine buying experience

The sales people and the finance person that I dealt with were all extremely friendly and helpful. The sales people were very patient while I put them through an extended process of price comparison with other dealers, and their price was very competitive. The finance person was very clear in his explanations of the options offered to me and very concerned to make sure I got what I needed, without putting undue pressure on me.

Very relaxed visit

We stopped in just to look after leaving another dealership in the same area. Very relaxed atmosphere, we found a 2016 Tucson we really liked and took it for a drive. No pressure sales and that's what we wanted - at our pace and not the dealerships. Everyone we dealt with was very very helpful and friendly from the moment we stepped on the property. After a few days, we did make our decision to purchase a 2017 Tucson - price was excellent and the trade in for my 10 year old suv really made the deal. I did give it a 'good' rating - because there were a couple of things that could have gone a little smoother on the day of purchase - but overall it is a great place to purchase a car.

Friendly dealership, not pushy salesmen

The best part of this dealership is the salesmen are not like the regular "pushy" car salesmen that would would think of. The understand the average people are not gonna just walk in and buy a car after a simple test drive. They understand you will be shopping around, need time to talk finances with family, or just aren't sure that day. They give you the facts and let the product talk for itself. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress free or pushy salesmen environment.

Low pressure dealership

I knew pretty much what I wanted after reviewing the Hyundai website but had additional questions that I wanted answered. Glen Fryou was my sales consultant and he answered all my additional questions with straightforward answers. He was a pleasure to do business with and I would recommend him to my best friend if they decide to purchase a new Hyundai. There were no old school car salesman games played which I detest like most other educated buyers today. He was to the point and gave me the figures right up front that I was looking for so the haggling part was eliminated which I also enjoyed. I will be getting my vehicle serviced at this dealership in the future. I only wish Hyundai had a truck line to choose from as well because with this kind of car care they would be successful in that market as well.

My second vehicle - returned because of great experience for over 4 years with service department. My salesman this time, Roger Spadaro showed me the vehicle in May and I told him I wasn't ready to purchase. He spent over an hour going over detail by detail of the vehicle. Thoroughly explained vehicle - knew I wasn't purchasing yet.

I was given an overview of the 2017 Santa Fe knowing I was not purchasing that specific date - this lasted over 1 hour. After this visit in May, he never bothered me with phone calls. When I returned in August, I gave him his card and thanked him for all of the information and told him I was ready to test drive. Hyundai Number 3!!!!

This was our 3rd Hyundai we have bought, the second with Troy Cox. First I want to say that we got our daughter her first Elantra from Troy 2 yrs ago, we bought it because of the safety features primarily. About 2 weeks ago my daughter was involved in an accident, she was at a complete stop and a Large SUV hit her from behind going approx 45 mph, I am please to say that my daughter and the 2 children in the back seat of her car got out and walked away with NO INJURIES, but the car is totaled. We thank Allen Turner Hyundai and Troy Cox for getting her into this car!! Needless to say when we were out looking for her new car it was Troy Cox that we called on once again. Great experience, nice sales team

Glen was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He kept in contact with me but didn't use high pressure "pushy" sales tactics to make the deal. He worked on my behalf with his sales team to get the price into a range that I was comfortable with. I really enjoyed the sales experience with Glen. Jason was also a great help. He was patient in answering all my questions concerning financing and warranty limits. He also covered maintenance plans and oil changes. Overall my experience with Allen Turner Hyundai and their sales staff was very pleasant.

Search for a Sonata for my Grand daughter

My Grand Daughter had talked to Mr. Matt Farley late Friday afternoon he set up an appointment for her for Saturday I was to meet her at the new dealership department. Mr. David Purdon met me on my arrival we discuss her needs and wants in the price range she wanted and could afford. So next stop used car department when we left with a beautiful 2014 Sonata everything was perfect was treated with professionalizing all the way through GREAT experience.
