Great custom service but un-intelligent assistant. Them are the people when u need extra work done to yo car. Then the normal. But Let's make thing short. I told them to do 2 thing. That did not get done. My motor locks up as soon as I left the lot. I mean really next 2 light by the high way. An do know what GM said it's not are fault. Then who is it????

As good as any I've experienced
My experiences have all been pleasant since the initial crash n burn around 2001, but my two most recent visits have been nicer because I knew Brock would treat his former high school educator well. On the other hand, he can't do what the dealership won't allow him to do so it's really all about having to go in educated no matter where you buy a car. Allan Vigil Ford, both Morrow sales and Fayetteville service, are as equitable as any other dealership...but at least I've had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Vigil himself, something I've never been able to do at any other place where I've looked at or purchased cars in the past. And the facility in Morrow is very, very nice.

I came in for one of my lifetime complimentary oil change and a tire rotation. It was just before the holiday weekend and the service department was backed up. My wait time was longer than normal but the service department more than made up for by not charging me for my tire rotation. I'm retired so the wait time wasn't terribly aggravating, so they doing this without me asking or complaining was very kind. This service department has been the best of any vehicle I've own. They continue to earn by business and definitely makes Allan Vigil Ford a leading contender for my next vehicle purchase in 2018/2019!

I recently returned from a deployment to the Middle East and was transferred to a new job which was much further from my house than my previous job. Because of the distance, I needed a vehicle which produced GREAT gas mileage and had style. I began my vehicle search online and was promptly contacted by Orolando McNair. Throughout the entire process Orolando was patient and focused on me and my needs. He made the often unpleasant experience of purchasing a new car bearable, and as close to pleasant as one can get under those circumstances. In addition to the new car (Fusion Energi Titanium). my 2016 Ford F250 had a power drain problem, 3 days of sitting and no starting the batteries would die, I took it to legacy Ford in Mcdoungh Ga, they had it 3 times and each time was a week and were unsucessfull in getting the problem resolved.Finally I took it back to Allen Vigel Ford they had it for one week and they gave me a loaner they were very sucessfull in getting the problem resolved, i let the vehicle sit for 3 days and it started right up.Congrats to the services Dept that was the stranges electrical problem they had ever faced.

Confusing when first driving in. About 5 different lanes (that part is nice) but it would also be nice to be greeted and directed on what to do once inside. I sat in my vehicle 15 minutes. Nobody comes out from behind the glass to meet or greet so I get out of my car and go in. I stand just inside the glass door now. Nobody looks up from their desk. A few of the desk people are taking care of other customers. That's cool but the ones without a customer don't bother to look up or help. After standing there about 8 to 10 minutes, I walk out, back to my car. I get in (ready to just drive off and leave) only then did someone come out and direct me where I needed to go. Once inside the correct glass door everything went smoothly. I know that y'all are familiar with the setup but some of us are coming in for the first time. Come out and let us know we're in the right place and in good hands.

I came into the service department a week prior and talked with Justin about buying new tires and he informed me that he did not have them in stock, however, he was getting them from the supplier and would have them ready on Monday. Customer service was great. Quick Lane service great. However, the workmanship was fine but not great. I had a window installed and the party did not clean the window after it was installed. If the party had cleaned the window and removed their fingerprints and streaks, service would have been great.

Not a bad experience
This was a recall not a repair that only took one day to complete, which was unexpected. We anticipated at least a two day stay in the shop. I wasn't able to pick it up until Saturday, which meant it did stay for a couple of days. Being Saturday there did not seem to be that many people working and it did take some time to retrieve the car from wherever they're kept. Other than that all went well.

I purchased an f150. My salesman did a good job of answering my questions. The purchasing process is way to drawn out. I do like being left alone and not exactly being told why every step is taking so long. When I actually signed the papers it seemed like the guy who was doing this, that his only purpose was to sell me an expensive warranty. After I left the dealership, I still received requests for paper work and references. I did not enjoy getting these requests. I like my truck and will probably use Vigil again.

Got a beautiful Georgia RED F150 truck as a belated Birthday/Christmas gift for my amazing husband.Saw the truck on my way to work and stopped in one afternoon. Tim Burdette assisted me in showing the truck and test driving it. After a couple of days thinking things through, I came back and discussed final pricing. Thankfully everything worked out and the paperwork process was simple and fast. My husband was surprised and thrilled in the end.
