We arrived on the lot and walked around for several minutes, waiting on a sales person to come out. No one never came out. I went inside and stated, "I have never been to a car dealer ship and had to come inside to get help." The sales manager came to me and apologized and introduced me to Lydia. She was an amazing, outgoing sales person. She did an excellent job explaining everything to us.

I had to leave my car over night for the work to be completed and had no other transportation so the service department worked quickly yet efficiently so that I could have my car for my appointments that next day. They called before noon saying my car was ready for pick -up.

Brought my 2015 Chevy in for service for oil change and tire rotation, also had a fishing trip planned the next day but had running light problem on trailer. I had checked the fuses to try and find a blown fuse but was unsuccessful. The service guy found it right away and fixed me up, truck was serviced and on my way in an hour! Thank You very much!!!

I was super happy that I could get an appointment that was after work so that I did not have to miss work. I was also equally impressed that the service center was ready for my vehicle upon my arrival and that the transitioning of it into service was smooth and stress-free. I could relax in the waiting area and have some coffee as well as work on my tablet via the internet wifi. The vehicle was serviced and finished within an hour, I do believe. I could barely start to get off into some work when I was ushered to the payment desk and then to receive the vehicle. I was on track with all of the planned activities of my day. This type of service will keep me coming back.

Everyone is pleasent when I arrive. Always professional. I like that I do not have to go out a hunt for my car in the parking lot, when they have completed the work. It is pulled up to the front door. The best part of all this....I did not even purchase the car from here. Very sorry that I didn't, my next new car will come from Allstar North. i have already scheduled to have a repair done. This visit was an oil change and tire rotation.

I took my 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500 in for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. I had an appointment for 11:00 and service was completed before 12:00. Quick, easy, and reasonable charge for service provided (I used a coupon that All Star North had sent me for these services). Also a nice waiting area is provided for customers. I would recommend All Star North to my friends and relatives without any hesitation.

service was fast & with no appointment.car delivered back clean,but was not too pleased to find a 3 1/2" scratch on the right front fender.luckily it was in the clearcoat and i was able to eliminate it with a little elbow grease and meguiars scratch x 2.0 removal cream.

I am always very pleased with service at All Star North. This last trip was no exception. I called for an appointment for I needed several things done and checked. I had recently gotten a recall notice and had to make an appointment at another place further into Baton Rouge for that (it was my schedule that made this necessary). When I got to All Star North, he told me he could take care of the recall since I was there and he was not heavily booked that morning. I really, really appreciated this as it saved a long trip later that week. While I was waiting, I was approached by a couple of employees and was asked if all was being taken care of for me. Nice people, nice service. And it's my Equinox's first home. Ha!

The personnel at All Star were very helpful and courteous. The letter from All Star stated that the work would take approximately 45 minutes. My appointment was for 9:30 and my car was kept for more than 2 hours.Had I known my car was going to be that long I would have have left it and made arrangements for a ride and not sat in your comfortable waiting area and done something more useful.

Let me 1st start with I did not purchase my 2011 Tahoe from All Star. This is the 2nd time that I have went to the service department at All Star North. Both times the staff has exceeded my expectations. Pleasant & polite and looked happy to see me walk through the door. Fast service too! Yes this is what you should expect from a business that is open to serve the public, or that you are engaging to provide a service for you. I have found that this is not true everywhere. I will be back! As for the dealership that sold me my 2011 Tahoe, that gives free oil changes as long as you keep the front tag on the front of your automobile... I will not be returning. As the saying goes....nothing is really free! Thank you Chad!

I had spoken with Don Gill, the sales rep, prior to coming to the dealership, so he was aware of what I was looking for in a vehicle. He showed my wife and I what was available and we decided that we would like to try an Equinox. We looked at the different models available and chose the model and color that we wanted and then took the car for a test drive. Don explained all the different features of the car and we were able to come to agreeable terms on the price of the car. I have had the car back to the dealership a couple of times for some items that were not available at the time of purchase and have been taken care of quickly and satisfactorily.

Waiting area was clean, staff was friendly, salesperson whom sold me the vehicle spoke and was very friendly, fresh coffee was available, there wasn't any canned drinks in the waiting area fridge but I had preferred coffee, I had an appointment online but there is apparently a computer problem linking actual appointments verses what registers at the dealership, however, the service on my vehicle didn't take very long considering I didn't really have an appointment. I would've rated a 10 if my vehicle had been washed.
