Came in looking for a car, the dealer(s) had their family or something on the lot. We asked if we can look at this vehicle and they took us down the small hill and brought it out. Then they took off, they didnt seem to be concerned with our questions about the vehicle. He had to walk back to disrupt their family gathering and asked we could test drive the car. We turned on the car and the check engine light was on. They brought out a diagnostic tool and saw an O2 sensor was malfunctioning. We test drove it and it was the most quite ride ever the dealer did not want to talk. We arrived back and they asked if we wanted it. He showed the car fax and it showed it was involved in a accident. He did not want to negotiate. He did want to budge because it may cost him more money fix the sensor but the fact the car was in a accident didnt seem be a big issue to him. Luckily we didnt cave or else it would be a mistake.

We bought our 2011 A6 here last April. Negotiated the price out the door online through cars.com chat. Took the car for a test drive and got in and out within an hour. Went back to buy a 2011 5 series today and had an equally if not better experience. Tell them what you want and what you are trying to do and they will be honest with you. Always have cars in the right price point with fair mileage. I'd buy from them again.

My husband and I found a car online that was located at All In Auto Sales. The staff was all very helpful. They were willing to accommodate our needs. My experience was great. All around good people.

I called and spoke to Richard on the phone and inquired about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He informed me it was still there and to come have a look. I got there and the only thing I can say that put me off was it was a very crowded lot, he has plenty of cars to chose from if you are in the market. I was not greeted per say as some would expect but there were plenty of fellas to assist in getting to see the car. I was presented the keys and shown the vehicle. The moved several cars to get it out so I could test drive it. All was good for me and I bought the vehicle. In and out with a car in less than an hour. Cash Deal. Richard even arranged to have the car brought to my house. If you want to be hounded and pressured I would say this is not the place. If you want to have a look around and be leisure about it than you will probably like these guys. They in my experience are good people and I have dealt with lots of car dealers in my time. Thumbs Up, Richard...

I tried to purchase a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from ALL In Auto , What a joke, I called to tell them I would buy the Jeep sight unseen, I wanted to pay cash ( or Check) what ever was easiest for them, Then would like to have the Jeep Shipped to AZ ( I would have arranged a shipper) I was told no way, we don't know how to sell cars when the owner is not here!? He won't be back for three weeks. I told her I have bought and sold plenty of cars over the Phone, Then the non-sales person said they will not sell a car unless you are in front of them. I asked if I could put a deposit over the phone with my Debit card to hold the Jeep till I could fly in and pick it up, NO ...I was told to MAIL a check ...then they would put a hold on the Jeep.......WOW...this is 2014 no card reader? It must amateur hour at All In Auto...Worst dealer I have ever Talked to or tried doing business with...Period.

this dude Richard is terrible he acts as if he does not want to sell a car I've called 3 times and he keep saying he is gonna call back and never do, I'm not driving way out there to deal with terrible customer service.

Never before have i given a review but i hated how such terrible customer service the offered. I asked him a question about the financing process and right away he answered then clicked!!! Didn't even sound interested in the potential sell! Really rude!

First I have to say if you check google you will find more reviews that are not the greatest and the are the truth to the point. They will give you the keys and tell you to test drive the car (which is great). But when you come back you cannot find anyone. I had questions about the check engine light on, the sound it was making when shifting. If those answers could have been answered maybe somebody could have persuaded me, but thank goodness there was no one to do that. So after about 10 min of just waiting I just left the keys on the desk and took OFF. So if you are planning on traveling far don't waste your time......

I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership. They weren't trying to push me into something I did not want. They really just wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice and worked with me on my down payment. They have really good financing for all types of credit. They have all types of cars and trucks, so you will be able to find a car you will be 100% happy with.
