In March 2015, I ended up buying a new 2014 Cadillac ATS Luxury sedan because of the tremendous assistance of James Pugliese. In addition to sending photo's of the car after I first called about it, he was very patient, thorough, and informative. He stayed with my wife and I until WAY after the closing time to demonstrate the CUE system, and assist with the paperwork. I will return to James when I need a new car, and so should you!

Great dealership. I bought 2 Cadillac XTS's from them. Great sales force. Highly recommend them. Have used their service department for 4 years and strongly recommend the great service they offer. Darrel has been great and has solved several problems for me and has had them repaired in I visit. Normal service is easy and always done timely, as promised. Car is always squeaky clean and washed after every service.

I was blown away by this dealership. I've been to several different ones, thru out my lifetime, for personal purchases, or along with family, or for friends, and Ive never experienced the type of service I received here. Edward Martinez, who I was SUPRISED to hear was new to the team, maybe 6 months, showed extrodinary professionalism but also a great deal of compassion, attentiveness, great communication skills, and number one a GREAT LISTENER. Never at at any point did I feel forced to take something off the lot we were not interested in like MOST dealerships will do. We knew what he wanted, and the whole time you can tell he wanted to make sure we ended up with it, and at the best possible price for both of us. The GM or Head of the dealership (Dwayne) was slaving away at a desk, which is understandable when you have paperwork for vehicles, but he took time to stand up, shake my husband and I's hands, and introduced himself and ultimately accommodate us the best he could. Our last encounter was with a tall hispanic gentleman that worked in financing. (Moises)He was honest, upfront, and had a great sense of humor. He didnt try to push us into buying any extended coverage we might not need, and gave us his opinion on what would best fit our needs financially. From the moment we walked through the door, the smiles, the introductions, the communication, the "Were HERE for YOU" was definately present. We purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon XL over the weekend at Alexander after shopping and comparing prices in Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and online. Working with Edward Martinez at Alexander, he was able to beat every other deal we were offered and gave us a substantial amount for our trade-in. Once we came to an agreement on price (over the phone even) we were in & out of the showroom to sign paperwork in under 30 minutes. Our new vehicle was washed, we were given a full tank of gas and Edward took the time to activate various technologies & pair our phones. I'd highly recommend Alexander for their pricing and willingness to negotiate. For a salesman, definitely go see Edward Martinez. He worked really hard to ensure we got the deal we wanted and was personable, friendly and eager to help us in any way we needed.

Teodoro Santoy, Jr. did an excellent job in keeping my 2000 Saturn running. When I mentioned that I should probably start looking for a new car, he referred me to Ray Kolbe. Ray immediately picked up on the type of car I would like. He spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough in answering all my questions. Going from a Saturn to a Cadillac, I will definitely be attending one of his vehicle technology training classes. I do not recall the name of the finance man but he was wonderful to work with too.

Bought a used vehicle from this dealership in Nov 2014. Website says all used vehicles are thoroughly inspected before being place for sale and I was also told this by the salesman. Had my car for TWO days and had multiple oil leaks and transmission issues. After several phone calls and messages left with no return calls I had to demand to speak with someone. Told to bring car back and they would look at it. Again...two days later and I had to call to get an update and even this was a battle. Told the vehicle has several issues and would be at least $2,000.00 in repairs and they were not even finished looking at it. They told me they would give me a discount on repairs...on a car i had for TWO days???? I took the car to an independent certified repair facility and their estimate is $3,000.00. It gets better... The registration was all messed up and I still do not have plates. They sold me a car that was still registered to the previous owner in another state.

Ray Kolbe offers one-on-one training on what you want know, how do you do this, what is this button for...about one or two Saturdays a month. I got an email from the dealership and signed up for this free service as it is difficult to learn all the bells and whistles while you're driving and trying to read the manual. I learned in my car, so much more than I could absorb from the manual. And because these are private lessons in your car, Ray spends your time on the features you want to learn, I.e. navigation was important to me but i-pod, not so much. Thank you Ray and Alexanders for ensuring I am comfortable using all the bells and whistles I paid for. Kathleen Wilburn, proud owner of the Buick Encore.

Peace of Mind. That is what I received when I was introduced to the wonderful 'auto consultant' at Alexander Cadillac. The reason why I use the term 'auto consultant' is because that is the experience I received, let me explain. There were no uncomfortable and pushy sales tactics typically used by car salesmen. Ray was kind and honest and truly wanted to find exactly the right car for me. He was sincerely interested in what I was looking for, listened and met my needs. I am not one to buy a car on the first trip to the dealership. Ray understood this and did not try to push anything on me when I left the first time. He gave me his card and smiled as he said see you soon. :) After I did my due diligence I found out a Cadillac was the best car for the money and I bought my new 300+ horse power ATS. I am very happy. Oh, one more thing, the finance fellow Justin was also amazing. With the same mantra as Ray the documents were signed and ready to go without any hassles. Well done Alexander Cadillac.

These guys went out of their way to get me an amazing deal on the Truck that I wanted. The attentive service and follow up were top notch. I called alexander gmc asked Greg Thoma for a quote to fix a shattered window. Greg qoted me 235. 125 for the window and the rest was labor. He said he was going to check on the parts a d call me back. He called back and said the window was actually 199, the total would be 421 ,but he could do it for 400. We hung up a d then I thought about it. Y did this man raise my labor 100? I called back to ask him about the labor, a d he went completely off. He lied and said he never quoted me that, he was rude, condescending, and made a xxxxxx remark implying I must be having mood swings. I told him to pull the audio since they record their calls. So he c a see what he quoted me. Of course he didn't. I think it pissed him off. It was a Horrible experience. I can't believe this man flipped out because I'm asking for a break down of what he was charging me for. Don't I have rights. I'm really pissed my 2012 acadia has recalls, so I have to go to this place to get this stuff fixed. Greg Thoma cannot be trusted, he will lie like a dog, he's the type of person that will fix your car and charge u more. I've called the gm manager Dennis, and owner Mr Alexander. So we will c what happens.

I guess I'm in the minority because my experience was the worst from a dealership. I had to have my newer vehicle serviced a few times and every time I received poor service with lack of communication. I continuously had to call to get updates. Every time I picked up my vehicle they never did courtesy wash, not as important, but further showed their lack of customer service. No one seemed to care.

I spoke to so many people from alexander trying to find out over the phone about my registration. It was always we cant see whats going on, screen is not coming up, dmv lady is not here today, leave me your name and number etc.Not one single person was honest about why 3 months later i didn't have my registration. So I decided to call the dmv and they informed me that the dealership didn't send the paper work to register the car because it was still under the previous owners name. I told the dealership about it and they denied everything. When I went to Alexander to ask about the situation they gave me the run around and the manager didn't have the courtesy to speak to me in person she kept sending all these different employes to give me a different story. I finally spoke to my finance company about the problem, just to find out that they have been requesting the tittle of the vehicle and that amber from alexander faxed a paper stating they still needed signatures from previous owner to release the tittle. I had one of their sales person threatened me because I was asking questions about my car that I purchased. Amber the so called manager is so professional that she hung up the phone on me and told me finance company is gonna take care of my registration! We all know thats not possible finance company doesn't deal with that. Dealing with this dealership has been a nightmare.Also when I asked amber to see the tittle of the car and dmv fees she said she no longer has that information because it was all sent to finance company to deal with. I asked amber so if I wouldn't of been asking for what I paid for when were u guys gonna have my registration? She said we keep calling you on your cell no response. I told her ok then if I request my phone record from phone company I'm gonna have a lot of incoming calls from u right? Once again she got mad. I don't recommend this dealership at all save yourself from dealing with rude and unprofessional people.

Bill Canavan is the person that I primarily dealt with which initially was a phone/internet contact. He was very attentive but not annoying and gave the sense of being very genuine in his responses to questions and pricing models. Due to this I was able to compare well online without having to go to the dealership until we were ready to make a deal. Once at the dealership Bill really took care of us regarding vehicles, price but no pressure to make a sale right then. He introduced us to his manager who was also very pleasant but again felt no pressure to make a decision until we were ready. ONce we did finally make our decision the process was vey efficient and the lowest level of stress and pressure I have experienced in purchasing a vehicle. The finance manager that we dealt with was also extremely pleasant and there was no pressure from her to purchase any additional programs or deals. Overall a exceptional experience. Thank-you Bill and your team!

I had a very good experience getting my car serviced, which has always been the case at Alexander. JR the service manager was very fast and attentive...he did a good job. Also, I never thought I would say this about a car dealership showroom...but I enjoy sitting around yours while waiting for my car. I like the atmosphere...very comfortable and I can look at the new models and catch up on some of my reading. Even more than that... This past weekend I bought a 2014 Buick Verano from Alexander Buick. I had not purchased a new car in 14 years. My husband is currently deployed overseas and we needed a car asap. I went in by myself, a little bit hesitant as auto dealers have a reputation for being pushy and the car buying experience can be stressful. I did some viewing online of Alexander Buick GMC Cadillac of Oxnard's inventory, and emailed for an appt. I went in and met with Bill Canavan, the Internet Sales Manager. He was nothing but pleasant to work with. I told him my budget, and what I was looking for. He knew exactly what to show me, didn't try to steer me towards higher priced vehicles. This dealership has many beautiful cars out of my price range and when I drove up I wondered if I should have started at some of the lower cost (and lower quality) auto dealerships. Bill however helped me find me something within my budget, with the options that were important to me, and skipping ones I didn't need. I had my own financing direct through my own company before I walked in the door but there ended up being a problem with it (thanks alot Capital One!). Well it all worked out for the best because Ron and Gustavo in the business office were able to get me a much better deal. I was offered a 4 point drop in interest from what Capital One had approved me for, which allowed me to purchase an extended warranty and a cash rebate was included in the deal. They were all VERY pleasant to deal with. It was a Saturday afternoon and they were totally attentive to taking care of me without me sitting there waiting for hours. I am SOOO in love with this beautiful car! Everyone at Alexander Buick was totally sensitive to my budget limitations, and worked extra hard to find me something amazing I could afford, then to get me financing that blew my original financing out of the water, is just so awesome. I will recommend this Dealership, and especially Bill, Ron and Gustavo, to everyone I know. Thank you!

This is our 2nd Cad XTS from Alexander's. Both were very pleasant experiences in the buying process. Bill Carnavan sold us our first and Steve Perez the second. We wanted the red Platinum model with the platinum interior for our 14 XTS. Steve searched far and wide to find the car we wanted. It had to be brought from Texas! It was sure worth the wait. It has everything I wanted by way of technology on it. I mistakenly ordered the premium model on our 13 XTS. Steve gave us a great trade in price for our car . The service is outstanding. Junior is a great service rep. Always keeps us posted on status and car is always ready on time promised or even before promised. Great loan car service as well.

The recommendations made by the salesman (Brandon Breit) were tailored to my individuals needs and budget. He educated me on the lease versus the purchase options and answered a multitude of questions to my satisfaction. The sales manager also followed up by ensuring I understood all of the choices I made and sold me on the smart lease option, which fit my needs. My new Encore was delivered in pristine condition with a full tank of gas and I was given a very fair price on my trade-in. Brandon was both professional and personable as he demonstrated how to use all of the features of my new car and helped me set everything up. This is truly the best car I've had so far in my adult life and the first time I've made a major decision with a company that is easy to do business with. i have been putting this off because i do not like to talk bad about people but if I could rate this dealer a negitive 5 i sure would. I contact the internet department about a listing they had on a 1990 GEO Metro in which I was contacted by Justin. I asked him to send me pictures of the car which he did an also informed me this car is perfect no tears in the seats the body was very very nice. And the pictures he sent showed me that. He also informed me he could take the save the car for me if I paid for it up front which I did because everything sounded really nice. I was also informed that the vehicle would be ready for pick-up on Monday the 15th of April because it was in the shop being smogged and having little things fixed. On Sunday the 14th I called him to make sure the car was going to be ready for pickup on the 15th he assured me it would be and he would be there. This was also verified by his boss George. Now mind you I live in Bakersfield which is a long was away. Both of these people are liers, cheats and are the exact people that should not be dealing with the public. My husband spent several hours on a bus going to Oxnard to pick the car up. When he got there Justin was not working and neither was George. In fact Justin did not even want to talk to my husband on the phone. So they had Justin's partner Steve show my husband the car. Now mind you the pictures that we received was not he same pictures that my husband took of the car. The car was junk and should have been scraped the seats were torn and car had been in a wreck not the same car at all. In fact my husband was informed the car had not even been in the service department yet and may not even be able to be sold. These 2 are very good at lieing and misleading people I am sure they have done this in the past they have their game together. On Monday I contacted the store to get my money back and got ahold of Justin who said it would be sent out that day and I should have it the next day. Never got it. Called back on Wednesday and talked to Charles the Finance Manager who mentioned he would check on it because I could not get ahold of George or Justin and they would not return my calls. On Friday I called an talked to Steve again who informed me that I should have it no later than Tuesday by close of Business and if Not call him back and he would handle it. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership especially from Justin or George they got my money and than ignored me and lied about everything. Worse people in the world. And I assume the store is the same way since they hire people like this.

Fantastic used vehicle buying experience! I initially emailed their internet department before going in (since they are over an hour away from me) when I inquired about a 2012 Toyota Sienna on their lot. I was put in contact with Steve, who was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. He even sent me additional pictures of the vehicle I requested. I let him knew the budget I was working in and he indicated they could work with my numbers. So we drove 100 plus miles to out to the dealership later that evening. We got there around 8:30 p.m. (they close at 9 p.m.) There was no rushed feeling though. Steve was very thorough in showing us the car and taking a test drive. We went back inside to talk numbers - and sure enough they came back right where I needed to be! They sent us on over to finance to deal with Eli and the paperwork. I usually hate this part of the car buying experience. But Eli was kind, funny and quick with his job, even though it was a Friday night and it was getting late. This was definitely one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. I would not hesitate to make the drive to their dealership again. I went into Alexander assuming it was still Bunnin but realized no longer was it Bunnin but Alexander so I wasn't sure I wanted to even get out and that's when Jason approached me and very professionally made me feel very comfortable and actually offered to park my car and at that point i knew i was at the right place. I had a good experience with Amir purchasing my new (second) CTS. Amir was able to take care of and prepare most of everything when I arrived to pick up my CTS. There was confusion on/at the service apt. regarding a due bill (repair of torn leather on back side of driver's seat.). service and service dept was not prepared and didn't inform me. This sounds like "no big deal" but Do to my working in Orange county and living in Camarillo I made special (personal) arrangements to bring my car into Bunnin to have my seat taken care of. This impacted my family as well because I canceled my daughter's Tennis lesson so I could get a ride back home after dropping off my CTS at Binnin. I realize mistakes happen but if the communication was better this simple situation could have been avoided.. As owning both Cadillac and Hummer and experiencing two service depts. Always a great experience. My only suggestion would be to improve the "oil & lube" change wait time. It always takes nearly two hours just for an oil change. This is too long. If they could come up with some kind of a "quick or speedy" service lane for these types of service, I would have no complaints at all and I could get to work more on time.

I took my father to Bunnin to buy a Corvette. We have had many positive experiences with Bunnin in both the sales department and the body shop. Bunnin's customer service is second to none, and I knew that they would have the patience necessary to deal with my dad who can be a pain in the ass. Mike Olinyk was very helpful and super friendly. He had the car ready to go when my dad came down from Stockton. The body shop took care of a minor scratch and made the car look brand new. I had a great experience having my car serviced. My car is not a GM make, but they still gave me excellent service and got me the parts I needed and told me things about my car I didn't even know! They were professional and helpful and while it was a little pricey, I think I got a pretty fair deal - I have no trouble recommending their staff. Also, I had a nice chat with one of the salesmen, but I'm not in a position to buy a car right now. I'll consider them when I'm ready to move into a newer car maybe.

Unbelievable professionalism from the receptionist to the VP level. We live in Santa Monica, about an hour drive from Oxnard so we were hesitant to shop for a car online so far from home. I sent an email with a few questions about a the Cadillac CTS, I was quite impressed when I got an email back from Nicole within minutes answering my questions. The next day she called and I made an appointment to drive to Oxnard, my wife was uneasy about making the long drive to buy a car unseen but Nicole assured us everything would be exactly as she told us and it was. Everyone at Bunnin was very nice, the paperwork seemed to take quite awhile but the manager bought us lunch while we waited. WHERE TO BEGIN WITH THIS LEMON DEALER! I BOUGHT A TRUCK RECENTLY AND GOT THE WORST POSSIBLE DEAL EVER!!! I PURCHASED THE TRUCK AND NEVER RECEIVED PLATES SO I STARTED TO INVESTIGATE AS I PAID DMV FEES AT TIME OF PURCHASE. WELL COME TO FIND OUT THE DEALERSHIP NEVER REGISTERED IT AND WAS A YEAR IN THE REAR. THE TRUCK HAD MAJOR FLUID LEAKING AND TOLD US IT WAS NOW OUR PROBLEM. IT TOOK US A YEAR TO GET IT REGISTERED WITH BUNNIN AND GET THIS THEY ONLY GAVE US THE 500 FOR DMV COST THAT WE ORGINALLY PAID AND KEPT GIVING US THE STICKER FOR THE WINDOW. WE ENDED UP BITING THE BULLET AND PAID IT CURRENT FOR A WHOPPING 1600.00 OUT OF POCKET AND FELT THEY DID WHAT THEY COULD. I AM STILL FIGHTING FOR THE DIFFERENCE AND THEY HAVE JUST WROTE IT OFF! NOW WE ARE STUCK PAYING FOR A BROKE TRUCK AND OUT MONEY WE WERE NOT EVEN RESPONSIBLE FOR!

Major work done by tech #301, said he dorve the car, service writer said he drove the car, had to return and service director helped, along with the shop leadperson, as Roger never told me he would be in class when he made appt. Timing was so bad, it was scary to drive, now static in radio add missing pre-heat tube from exhaust manifold to air cleaner. Hope 301 still has it or Roger buys it for me and fixes the static, thank you for all the new duct tape, too. Bunnin had never been trouble before this.
