I came here knowing what vehicle i wanted to get. They showed me the vehicle and i test drove it. We agreed on some numbers and the rest was history. They really helped me by adjusting some numbers in order to make the deal happen. At the end of the day i got what i wanted. Great service.

Ryan has been a big help to me I purchased my first vehicle back in august after of having it for two months I ended up totaling the vehicle by hitting a deer and the next day I contacted Ryan and told him my situation an he was a big help he was able to get me in another car. The staff at the dealership was great. There was no pressure into buying a vehicle there, and Carrie House was very knowledgable with all the vehicles that they had on the lot. I would buy another vehicle from them in the near future.

Top Notch

I have not bought a car in 7 years and after my last experience I was terrified to step foot back in to a dealership. However, everyone I came in contact with from the receptionist to LD (best salesperson ever) treated me with nothing but kindness. While I was there I watched the staff interact with other customers whether in the showroom or the service center. All customers were treated kindly and efficiently. This dealership has very knowledgeable staff. They let me know exactly what I could be financed for, what kind of car would work for me with my needs/wants, and they didn't pressure me in to any car. They gave me time to make a decision without pressuring me. I will send everyone I know there. I now know that all my future car needs for myself, my husband, and my kiddos can be taken care of in one place. Thank you AL WEST for your amazing staff, your professionalism, and your kindness!
