Yes without question Richard is there best sales person at Al Packer .He helped me out . For without him would not have bought my truck . He gave me a great deal . After I bought the truck I came back to ask about the classes I was told they have here about all the extras that are in the new F 250 . I was almost laughed out of the showroom because of the worse lying salesperson any car place could have Bernadette Pinder is a LIAR . SHE TOLD ME THAT AL PACKER HAS A CLASS TO GO OVER THE TRUCK FROM BUMPER TO BUMPER . There was someone there running a class, she said they would explain every aspect of the truck every button, light switch ,spare tire ,everything and anything and if you did not understand it you could go back again and again . I was so pissed off when I was told there is no such class I wanted to take the truck back and if I could have I would have (I did not know if I could or not but I would have ) and if it was not for Richard I would have but I am still very, very upset that Al Packer would allow someone on the sales floor to talk to someone like that to tell bold faced lies. Many People have ask me where I got my truck I am hesitant about telling them because of the lying salesperson Bernadette Pinder . If she was there when I brought someone to Al Packer I would tell them not to buy a car there. I know I could not buy another vehicle there knowing she is there ! You know there still are so many questions I have about the F250 and do wish I could talk to someone about it . Someone who knows the answers without picking up a book and trying to find the answer . Someone who can give you that personal touch like they know what they are talking about ? You know the F 250 Lariat is a great truck and has so many extras it would be nice to know all of them and how they work ?

The team at Al Packer treated me like I purchased my vehicle there even though I hadn't. So far I've used quick lane for tire service and routine maintenance and was nothing but happy with the service I received. I then had to schedule an appointment to sort out a problem with the Sync system. My car was ready when it was promised, the invoice cost less than estimate, car was washed and charged (Ford C-Max Energi Electric Plug In Vehicle). They were not able to fix the re-call notice because the parts are on back order.

Was just looking at trucks with no intention to buy for at least a couple of months but our sales associate Bernadette Pinder was very pleasant and patient. she showed us all the trucks on the lot. We had an interest of a truck that wasn't at their dealership. After working the numbers the price was lower at Alpacker than what we looked at from the other dealership and jumped on the offer. The process was easy and simple and Bernadette Pinder made all the difference! Thanks again

As always on the few instances when my car needs servicing; aside from regular maintenance, I take my car to Al Packer. They are beyond great. Antonio McDowell, was excellent. As I explained the problem; in my own automotive jargon, with his assistance and patience the problem was identified set up to be corrected. I knew if I was not satisfied, or felt the problem had not been corrected to my satisfaction it would be given an second look and fully explained, modified if necessary, which is what occurred in this situation. I do not even think of taking my vehicle elsewhere.

This is my third vehicle purchased from Al Packer but Nate Burgess and Lance Johnson were the best. They both worked hard for me to get the exact vehicle I wanted and at the price/ payment that was right for me, I was not the easiest customer. In spite of that they were great and with a sense of humor too. Samantha was great as well as she showed me the many functions and workings of the internal features. She also was quick to point out some minor damages to the gear shift and rear seating area. She took photos of the damaged areas and passed them on to Nate so the repairs could be made at my convenience.

I had an awesome experience at Al Packer Ford!!!! My appointment was with Nate Burgess. When I arrived, he was busy with other customers. Instead of leaving me sitting, he asked his coworker, Lance Johnson to chat with me for a few moments. When he realized his customers might take more time than he felt I should wait, he asked Lance to begin the sales process with me in his stead. EXCELLENT JOB in considering my time and my needs above his own. Lance did an awesome job helping me through the process and Jimmy in the Financing Department went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal the bank could offer. Then Samantha braved the cold to come and teach me a little about the technology available in my new Ford Escape. She was helpful, patient and even offered to help me move my belongings from my old car to my new car! I am pleased with my purchase and pleased with their service. I have already recommended others to visit Nate or Lance for help in buying vehicles. We should be ready to get a second vehicle by April of next year and we will be back at Al Packer Ford! Also, an employee pointed out to me that the owner was on the property. He was walking around, observing operations and talking on his phone. He was not interrupting, nor micromanaging employees. I am very impressed with his leadership. He trusts his employees to know and do their jobs. That makes me trust the employees and be able to work with them to make the second-highest ticket investment I have made (after our home). Thanks Nate, Lance, Jimmy and Samantha!!!

The last time I purchased a vehicle (7 years ago) I had a terrible experience with the dealership that I dealt. I was very skeptical on purchasing and dealership's promises. First, from the moment that I stepped on the website and then the actual property of AL Packer Ford (White Marsh, MD) I had an entirely different feelings. They all were genuinely caring about me not just about themselves. I set an appointment and then arrived early expecting to need to wait. I did not wait; although my original sales representative was busy, he immediately handed me over to one of his other sales representative, Patrick Hutchins. Patrick immediately hit the ground running with my wishes to test drive a Ford Escape. In less than 10-15 minutes we were on the road doing the test drive. Patrick answered all the many questions that I had. My time is limited so the fact that in less than a hour and one-half, I had all the information I needed, credit approved, and vehicle purchased in a true testament to both the Al Packer Dealership and my sales representative, Patrick Hutchins that the customer truly matters. I scheduled the pick up my new vehicle for several days later for my convenience late in that "chosen" pick up day. My schedule changed that I needed to pick up the vehicle several hours early then I originally requested. Again Patrick stepped up and checked with your service areas to see if my new request could be met and called me backed within 10 minutes to let me know that it was. I arrived and in less than 30 minutes, I was on my way with again. To Patrick and Al Packer thank you both for making a believer again in the purchasing of a new vehicle task. You have proven that it can be a great experience not one that I walk away with feeling that I have been victimized!

My car was giving trouble to start. At first they were unable to find the problem as it was starting every time they tried. Tony decided to have it sit for a while before trying again. At that time it did not start and they were able to find the problem. Before coming to Ford I went somewhere else but they did not take the time Tony did to figure out the problem.

So, when I found myself in need of a new car within a 7 day window, I wanted to give Al Packer's the business. I couldn't be more pleased! My salesperson, Richard Mylinski, was there for me throughout the entire process. He found the perfect car for me, with all the features I requested; spent the evening working through the purchase process, and even showed me how to operate all the safety and other features, before he would let me drive off the lot. Mr. Mylinski made the process easy and his service was outstanding! Also, the purchase price was exactly as stated through the internet! This is a great way to shop for a vehicle! AWESOME experience at Al Packer's! The advertised price on the internet is what I ended up paying. I have to admit I was somewhat skeptical because the price was so fair but everything was as advertised! No pressure during any part of the process. Justin Francischetti brought my truck up front when I said I was coming in and had it all ready to go for a test drive. When I decided to buy, he managed to have me in and out in just about an hour. Paperwork was pre-filled out and truck was detailed and ready to go. Justin was able to answer my questions about the vehicle and followed up after the sale to install the bed extender. Financing was also very easy and quick. I would certainly recommend Justin Francischetti to anyone looking to buy a Ford.

I had been looking for a particular vehicle with very particular options for some time. This is my first experience with Al Packer. When I entered the lot and parked in front of the building on Memorial Day it was very busy and Nathan Burgess came right over, welcomed me, made me feel very much welcomed and listened to what I was looking for. He immediately was able to show me to several vehicles "close' but then finally exactly what I was looking for. We test drove it and then the purchase process started. The process was easy with no pushing and we made a very equitable deal. I am extremely happy with the entire visit and process and sincerely loving my new ride. Nathan was with me all the way. I was back several times since for various reasons of no concern and Nathan was right there every time. It was like he was waiting for me (even though he didn't know I was going to be there). Al Packer and folks are number one in my book. I can only hope that the experience continuing in the shop for oil changes etx. If it does, they should be the only dealer on the panet!!!

As I entered the site for Al Packer I was confused with so many signs. An employee graciously directed me to Quick Lanes. As I entered the room Tony McDowell directed me to his desk and explained the procedure. He was professional as well as kind. I felt comfortable in a room of strangers plus knowing that I had already met two patient professional employees. I waited a reasonable amount of time before the check was completed. I have purchased several vehicles from Al Packer White Marsh and each time they were easy to deal with especially this last time when I purchased a 2016 F150 Lance Johnson was my salesman and he was very professional and willing to work with me. After checking the inventory of trucks at the dealership I was unable to find one with the options that I wanted but Lance was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted and had it brought to the dealership within a couple days. He went out of his way to locate my vehicle. I would also mention Jason ( finance) and Heather (accessories) were also very friendly and helpful. I was looking into trading in my 2007 Suburban and searched the internet for several reputable Ford Explorer dealers. After several days of researching, I decided to give Al Packer's Ford a chance to earn my business. I was ready to fight a great battle for a low interest rate and the lowest price for the Explorer I wanted. I walked in the dealership and was greeted by Lance Johnson, he was one of the sales rep. I told him what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. We test drove two cars and settled on the car I wanted, so I thought. A day later, I called Lance and told him I was not happy with the car. He listened to my concerns and he was more than happy to work with me. After he spoke with his manager, he told me to come right back so I can get an Explorer that I really like. Two hours later, I drove out of the dealership with an Explorer I absolutely liked. Let me tell you what happen to me.....I bought a 2013 Ford Edge from Al Packer Ford. Of course initially I had temporary MD tags and after about two weeks they called me and my MD tags came in....so I went to the dealer and the Service person installed them ......they removed my temp paper tags and at the time I thought nothing of it (I should have taken the temp tags with me and should have destroyed them)......then about two weeks later my temp tags were recorded going through an EZPass toll without paying the toll...I received a notice for a $60 fine......now I am trying to get that fixed!!MAKE SURE WHEN THEY PUT YOUR NEW MD TAGS ON YOUR CAR THAT YOU GET BACK YOUR TEMP TAGS!!!!

Beware of this dealer advertising cars for one price then adding all sort of "fees" to the final price. I was searching for a reliable used car for my daughter. We found a couple on this dealers website and made an appointment to come look. The sales person was professional but the price was not what was advertised. We knew there would be taxes, tags and the customary bs dealer processing fee of a few hundred $ and were prepared for that. However when told that there was a $895 transportation fee and over $1,000 inspection fee, that pushed the price well over what would be considered a fair price. If we had any idea of the true price for which they were trying to sell this vehicle we would not have wasted our time. They offered to negotiate the new price but I felt if their business practice was based on deception then this is not the place we wanted to spend our money. I understand and appreciate the dealership has to make a profit but when you conceal and attempt to charge extremely inflated fees - I mean $895 for transportation... Did someone drive it from CA? We found another similar vehicle later that day for a fair price and didn't feel like I had to take a shower after the deal was done.

After bouncing around between a couple of their salespeople I landed in the lap of Arnold Silverman. I'm mentioning his name because he should get more business than the other people I worked with. Arnold helped me find the car I found online, went over all of the features and even the things to look out for. He didn't sugarcoat anything, he didn't try to add bells and whistle onto anything, and he was straight forward about vehicle flaws and such. I didn't find the car I wanted at first. But when I came back later there was another used car that fit my needs and budget, again Arnold helped me out, took me through it. It was good. It was really good.I will say beware of the actual sales department who try to get you to pay for the "undercoat" (rofl) and there was a hidden $900 fee for "transporting" the vehicle to their lot. I didn't have it transported, I found it in their lot and wanted to buy it. They say that's just what they do for all cars. THAT'S NOT LEGITIMATE. And when it came down to brass tacks, you're bet they removed it. Don't let them do that.(Again, that was their post-buy sales bull that they put you through. The car salespeople are fine and I definitely appreciate all the help they gave!

I'm always pleased when I take my car in for service at Al Packer's. Antonio Mcdowell upheld this tradition. I wouldn't expect anything less for the service department. The work was done quickly and I was treated well during my visit. The only thing I cannot understand has to do with the scheduling system. After receiving 3 confirmation / reminder emails about my appointment (on the 12th, 13th, and 14th) when I arrived for my appointment on the 15th I was told I could not be located in the system. This happens each time I schedule a service appointment. It would be nice to show up in the system since I schedule my appointments at least 2 weeks in advance and can't remember what I've selected when they ask what I wanted to have done. This is not a complaint, just a comment.

For the most part the Service Dept. has been great, however, the paint peeling off the front hood of my 2011 Ford Explorer Limited is horrible. I spoke with Bill Crumley (service manager)3-4 times the past year or so, with ZERO satisfaction, regarding the paint peeling. He simply kept putting me off and comtinued to tell me to come back at a later date. I did come back 2-3 times only to ear more BS from Mr. Crumley. I attempted to speak with Crumley's supervisor, Billy Fitzpatrick 3-4 times, but I was always told he wasn't there, and he never returned any phone calls. When I buy an expensive vehicle, I honestly expect Ford and/or Al Packer to do something to take care of the peeling. Crumley even admitted that it is a Ford problem and told me the hood needed to be replaced, and not re-painted, and that a new hood was $1500. I offered to pay $750 if Al Packer would eat the other $750...we know what the reply was !!!

I walked into Alpacker with low expectations on getting a new car. I knew I owed a lot on my trade and had been sent away from other dealers. Instead of giving me the cold shoulder Alpacker took their time and really tried to help me. Not only did they give me more for my trade but we found a car with enough incentives that I didn't have to add any negative equity. Never did I feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. I've purchased lots of cars and this was by far my best experience.

I was given a price by Jarrett Judy over the phone and, based on our conversation, drove 2 hours to drive the truck I was quoted. My exact words, "so just to confirm, the Internet price is what I will pay". His answer, yes. Arrived at dealership and Jarrett was too busy to meet at the time that HE made an appointment for me. Waited roughly 20 minutes for someone to help me. Test drove the vehicle. Returned and waited another 20 minutes for the sales person to meet with me again. Sat down, waited another 20 minutes to get pricing on the vehicle. The response, out the door, I wold be $6k over what I was told on the phone by Jarrett. Now I can understand tax, tags etc... but since I did not qualify for all of the rebates, price was much higher than the Internet price. Waited for the manager to be told the same thing. Ok, I want to see Jarrett. SORRY, Jarrett is busy with another customer. 3 hours later, I storm out of the dealership. Can we say "bait and switch"? These guys are professionals at deception. Bought my new F150 a few days later at Sheehy Ford, no hassle, truth and honesty. AL Packer Ford should be ashamed.

Stay away from this dealership go elsewhere. Believe all the reviews that you read on this dealership quoting and agreeing on one price and then charging another. I bought a 2011 Ford Mustang at the dealership on 12/05/2015 after arriving at the dealership I was told the price of the car was 12974.00. I pulled out my cellphone and showed the salesperson the price on the website was 10974.00. The salesman asked if he take my cell phone to show the sales manager I said OK. The salesperson came back after about 5 minutes and said they could do the price of 10974.00. I waited about an hour to an hour and half for financing. When I went back to financing in my haste and excitement I didn't notice that they had switched the price to 12469.00. When I called to ask why the price was different I have been given different answers from different people. Also they are refusing to refund me the 1495.00 that I was overcharged after the agreed upon and shook on price.

Al Packer seems to be ok with new car purchases but watch used car purchases.Once you agree on a selling price for the vehicle with the sales person, the numbers change when it goes to Finance. Usually several thousands of dollars. They have you focus on the monthly payment based on a higher interest, then get load approved on a lower rate and pocket the savings. If you request a certain length of months for financing, double check and make sure they did not add 3 months to it. (Ex. 72 months looks close to 75 months)Also the base selling price will change and if you point it out they claim there are shipping charges on a used car. ??????. If they advertise a certified warranty car and it has not been certified get it in writing they will certify it. They tell you to schedule it but you better have it in writing. When these items are brought to their attention they get very defensive and start yelling. They cursed and told me I was lying to them.

I was interested in ordering a 2016 Ford Escape. I contacted several dealers in the Baltimore-Washington area. Al Packer Internet Sales Director Josh Eichelberger and Internet Sales Manager Richard Mlynski contacted me. Mr. Eichelberger and Mr. Mlynksi were very knowledgeable about the ordering process and the available options. We exchanged emails as I had a lot of questions and they answered all my questions in a straightforward and professional manner. I felt very comfortable ordering the car with them. After the car was delivered, Mr. Mlynski went over every detail in the car's features and options and assisted in setting up Sync 3 voice commands. Business Manager Jimmy Bartkowiak handled the finance. He was courteous and knowledgeable in explaining all the paperwork. I've gotten 3 vehicles at Al Packer (2010 F150, 2013 Escape, 2016 Explorer Sport) and Nate Burgess has been there through 2 of 3 purchases. He assisted in getting the right vehicle for me from beginning to end. Even after the purchase is complete, he still assists with issues, Sync training, and whatever other concerns the customer may have. The Al Packer Advantage is also a great perk. I am the first to admit I do not like buying cars or dealing with salesman but my experience with Al Packer White Marsh Ford and specifically Mr. Lance Johnson was the best car buying experience I've had thus far. Lies, Lies, Lies...Not just a great Guns & Roses album, this is apparently the corporate motto at Al Packers Ford in White Marsh.In short, they bait you in the door with excellent prices on the internet, then when you examine a vehicle and tell them you'll take the deal at the advertised price, they come back with a final price over 5,000 dollars HIGHER than advertised. My experience there on 8/29/15 was simply TERRIBLE!The first lie they told was that the truck I wanted had been transferred days ago to another dealer. As I'm walking the lot not finding anything that interests me getting ready to leave, the sales rep asks if I'd consider a "demo". I said sure, let's take a look... turns out the "demo," is the exact truck (confirmed with the VIN on the window sticker that I printed off their website and brought with me to the dealer) that they lied about earlier when they said they had supposedly transfrerred to another dealer days ago.They then go on fumbling to explain away this first lie with numerous, evolving new lies. We ask if they will knock some money off since there is obvious damage to the truck (gouges in the 20" rim and scratches to three panels on the passenger side, they proceed to lie about how the truck was damaged... "Someone backed into the truck while it was parked here on the lot"... really, how is it then that the gouges in the rims clearly indicate this truck was in motion when the damage occurred... more lies are spewed to cover this lie.Next, indicate they will not knock off any money but they will fix the damages before delivery. I took my Edge for an oil change and a tire rotation. Dave Worth Jr. Was helpful and friendly when checking me in for my appointment. Whil I was waiting in the customer lounge, Dave came in to review the vehicle inspection report. The vehicle was in good shape except it appeared that the battery was weak. I told him that I had the dealership replace the battery less than two years ago. Dave said they would run a different test, and he would check my Maintenance history. The battery was defective, and since it was only about two years old, they would replace it at no charge. I was very pleased to know that the dealership and Ford was standing behind their products. All service was completed in a timely manner, and Dave kept me informed as the work progressed. Overall, I have been very pleased with Al Packer Ford and the folks that work there.

I drove 1.5 hours to look at a used truck. I called and verified they had it. After the test drive they gave me a price after I waited about 20 minutes while the sales person was doing whatever they were doing. When I saw the price I checked my phone. During the time I was on the test drive, they raised the price on the internet. It was a "mistake". They will also add about $1,900 in fees they call freight and whatever. They also refused to give me a price breakdown in writing and answer questions I had. It was by far the most uncooperative and worst dealership experience I ever had. They ultimately came down on the price, but I got jerked around so much I didn't trust that when I got down to buy the truck the figures would be correct of the work requested would be done. Sad part is I told them I had cash and would have bought the truck. Don't waste your time here. Look at their other online reviews. When I emailed the salesperson and told them I found another truck, I got an abrasive email back, which is what I expected from them...

I ignored the reviews and made a big mistake in trusting Al Packer and the bunch of frauds that work at this dealership. Don't believe a word they say, when you sit down with the finance person everything you agreed to changed. All I can say is, I am glad I had it in the back of my mind and looked over the paperwork. The price and finance terms were not what we agreed to. I walked out, sent the GM an email, and he never responded! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

We went in for an internet special that was supposed to be the price plus tax, tags, freight and dealer processing fee. It was very late and we were tired so we signed the papers to my fault without really nitpicking them apart. When I got home I realized that they charged us almost 2k more than the price plus all the adds and the 12k car became 18k financed. Now I know we spent 3500 between the Gap ins and the extended warranty but that should be 16k financed not 18. I went back first thing this morning to discuss how the number was reached. First the salesperson told me that it was the tax/tags added and when I told him that the numbers still did not add he got the GM. The GM first off came out with the attitude/arrogance that I was bothering him. When I questioned what all of it was about he should me some worksheet that I honestly do not recall the salesperson discussing with us because I would have questioned a 712 fee for Md inspection. When I called him out on it stating that MD inspections are only 50.00 in this state and that anywhere else I have ever been the price is the price - not all these added fees. He stated that all the dealers add extra fees. I stated that was not so because I bought a vehicle at Norris last year and they were great plus the price was the price. At that point he grabbed the worksheet paper - tossed our contract across at me and walked away from me. He (Scott the GM) was very disrespectful in how he treated me the customer. I deal with customers all day long and would never treat someone that way. I did not follow - I promptly asked the receptionist for the owner information but only was able to get the Ford 800#. I still have not been able to get ownership information to discuss my problem but I did lodge a complaint with Ford as well as the BBB. I will never recommend this dealership to a single person - they exhibit shady sales tactics and take advantage of unsuspecting people. If you want to be treated with respect and honesty then steer clear of Al Packer Ford!!!Update - 4/2/15 - so it had only been day and half and already the car is in the service center and they need to replace the clutch. I will say though if you are just looking for service -- Chris and the service people that I came into contact with today were very professional and nice. It is sad that as good as my service experience was today still can not outweigh the horrible experience of buying this car. It's too bad that they don't hire sales staff like they do their service people.

My husband and I were shopping around for a Ford F-150 for our son's 18th Birthday. We visited the dealership twice and our son test drove two different F-150's. During our first visit we were given what we thought was a fair price for an XLT model and for our trade. We still wanted to shop around to make sure we were getting a good deal. When we returned to look at an STX model we worked with a different sales rep. When it was time to discuss the what kind of pricing was available the sales rep became rude, tried to push us into leasing, and when we asked questions got an attitude. He would not refer to my husband by his name but instead called him "Boss" and "Buddy". He would keep repeating to us tell me what price you want Boss. My husband asked what is the best price you can give me. The price was so far off from the first deal we discussed early in the week. We referenced to the deal with the other sales rep and they could not find it. This dealership is not honest and does not train their staff to speak with their customers.

Ok, so I never believed in that Friday the 13th thing. But the second Friday the 13th in a row almost got me to. My 2008 Ford Focus started the day with a louder ''road noise'' sound than usual. I didn't think much of it at the time - the car has 238+ thousand miles on it. It got much worse as the day went on. I got it to Al Packer's White Marsh Ford at 12:30 in the afternoon, fully expecting to need a rental car and not see mine till Monday afternoon. After work at 3PM - I stopped by to see if anything had been done. They had moved my car into a bay to look at it. 1/2 hr. later I was given the news that the rear passenger side wheel bearing was coming apart and took out the brake pad with it! David Worth, my service adviser, said he could have it done by 7Pm - yeah, right! At 5:30 PM I was back on the road! I cannot express how grateful I am for the professionalism, courtesy and hard work exhibited in making sure my car got repaired quickly.

Patrick at Al's lied and deceived in order for me to drive close to an hour to their dealership. Once there, he told me I would be paying $6000 more then he had said via email and phone conversation. Very shady and definitely turns me off from FORD.
