I continue to follow the Ford Motor Company brand every since my first experience at Al Packer's White Marsh Ford. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership because of the A-one customer service and because the salespeople make your experience quick and enjoyable. All the salespeople and staff make you feel at home. The Dealership is "eye-catching" with its showroom, customer lounge and service department. (A must see) Ray Rigdon was my salesperson. Service was great Don Huebel and his staff Steve an Paul made sure it went smooth. All work was completed and finished on time. The facility is state of the art and very clean. Everyone there was more than helpful. We had time to walk threw there new vehicles an shop some. Found a couple I like will work with Richard and Russel in sales to get that DEAL done soon.

I recently purchased a 2016 F150 from Al Packer. This was the best buying experience I have had since I started buying cars 20 years ago. My salesman, Ray Rigdon was extremely helpful from start to finish. We worked together for 4 weeks to get me the exact vehicle and price zone I needed to be in. As much of a pain that I know I was, Ray never showed any sign of wanting me to get out. He worked his butt off, we made several calls back and forth until everything was where I wanted it. All the way through the to the finance guy, everyone was extremely helpful and patient. I am very happy with the turn out. Ray has reached out to me several times since my purchase to follow up, check in, and see how I like my vehicle. This is the first time I have ever had a Salesman make an effort to check in with me after I have purchased a vehicle. That says a lot for the character of Ray and the way that Al Packer treats their customers.

I already knew I wanted a particular car that Al Packer had, and I had no trade in to deal with. My salesman was Steve Lefko, was extremely personable and professional and we quickly arrived at an agreed upon price. Due to issues at home, I had little time to spend at the car dealership and advised Mr. Lefko of this. He promised he would have the car detailed and ready to go when I got there. As promised, the car was ready and even the paperwork had been filled out as much as possible. All in all, this was the best, quickest, easiest car buying experience I've ever had in 30yrs!

My experience with Al Packer was amazing. I had a 12,000 mile service on my 2014 Ford F 150. I had no appointment, I pulled into the Quick Service Lane and was met by David Worth. Once I registered and David took my truck, I sat down in the lobby and fixed a cup of coffee. By the time that I drank the coffee my truck was delivered and was washed. No problems.

It only took a few hours to select a car and test drive it. Working the paperwork took the longest but was very thorough.The next week we brought in the car and had them treat the interior. and while it took longer than we wanted, they gave us a loaner car with no issues. The Service Lane manager Mr. Antonio Mcdowell did a great job in completing the car.

I had an awesome experience at Al Packer Ford!!!! My appointment was with Nate Burgess. When I arrived, he was busy with other customers. Instead of leaving me sitting, he asked his coworker, Lance Johnson to chat with me for a few moments. When he realized his customers might take more time than he felt I should wait, he asked Lance to begin the sales process with me in his stead. EXCELLENT JOB in considering my time and my needs above his own. Lance did an awesome job helping me through the process and Jimmy in the Financing Department went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal the bank could offer. Then Samantha braved the cold to come and teach me a little about the technology available in my new Ford Escape. She was helpful, patient and even offered to help me move my belongings from my old car to my new car! I am pleased with my purchase and pleased with their service. I have already recommended others to visit Nate or Lance for help in buying vehicles. We should be ready to get a second vehicle by April of next year and we will be back at Al Packer Ford!Also, an employee pointed out to me that the owner was on the property. He was walking around, observing operations and talking on his phone. He was not interrupting, nor micromanaging employees. I am very impressed with his leadership. He trusts his employees to know and do their jobs. AWESOME experience at Al Packer's! The advertised price on the internet is what I ended up paying. I have to admit I was somewhat skeptical because the price was so fair but everything was as advertised! No pressure during any part of the process. Justin Francischetti brought my truck up front when I said I was coming in and had it all ready to go for a test drive. When I decided to buy, he managed to have me in and out in just about an hour. Paperwork was pre-filled out and truck was detailed and ready to go. Justin was able to answer my questions about the vehicle and followed up after the sale to install the bed extender. Financing was also very easy and quick. I would certainly recommend Justin Francischetti to anyone looking to buy a Ford.

I purchased a Mustang Over a Year ago and received a recall for air bags almost right after purchase. This tells me they knew they had a problem but sold it to me anyway. I got the car in May an got recall in July of 2015. I have had to call to find out where we stand on repairs because there seems to be no follow up there anymore since they have lost some key Advisors. I have left messages up to and including General Managers. No response to any calls. This was my Dealer of choice for many years and 70 vehicles. I just wonder where the care and customer satisfaction has gone to because I don't see it there any longer. Its sad to spend all that money for a car that you cant drive because the air bag could deploy and hurt or kill one of you or your family. But what hurts worst is having a dealer that don't care about either. Sad to see things go down hill so far.

Tony is the best. He honored my appointment, actually took the time out and pointed out scheduled items due as well as worn items. He explained the benefits of getting mileage services and compared my old worn brake pads to new ones. The price was reasonable, warranties are fantastic and the service was AWESOME!!!! I drive 2 hours and pass many Ford dealers as well as repair shops just to have my vehicle serviced. Even if its just a light bulb, I still will make that trip.

Paul Sarandos is an excellent addition to Al Packer Ford. I had an issue with my F-150 truck and when I brought it to the attention of the service department I was told to contact Ford. I opened a case file and was later told by Ford that the Service Manager at the dealership had the authority to fix my problem if he chose to do so. He also told me that when he spoke to him, he said that he wasn't going to take the time to look at my truck. I went back to my salesman to buy a new car for my daughter and told him the story. He told me to speak to the new Service Manager. Paul got on the phone and made arrangements to fix the problem the very next day. I highly recommend Al Packer and I will continue to buy vehicles and have my vehicles serviced by them because of people like Paul Sarandos.

Just bought a new Fusion with my son. The process was very quick and Richard Mlynski was very knowledgeable and helpful. So much so that I was back within a week and my wife and I bought a Taurus! The only downer was waiting to see the Finance person...it always seems to take a long time between closing the deal and getting the paperwork done. Other than that, it was a great experience. I would recommend Al Packer's White Marsh Ford to everyone!

Very friendly place to buy a car. If you re looking for excellent customer service and knowledgeable sales people than you need to go here! Was purchasing my first NEW car, spoke with Richard on the phone who was great and I made appointment. Actually showed up later than expected, but I did call to inform Richard I was running behind and he waited for me. Was deciding on 2 vehicles and asked to test drive both, no problems. Drove away in my new Explorer. Spoke with one of the managers, Russel who was very friendly and knowledgeable, he explained everything to me in detail. Wonderful customer service. My brother and his wife came in and bought a car and were so very happy as well and also worked with the same men i did. Rich helped me pick between two cars. One car was from the website that I had picked but then as we were driving by the row of cars I saw another car I was interested in. Rich was nice enough to go back and get the keys for this car( which I ended up buying) The customer service was excellent. He was nice every step of the way. Didn't get her name but she had short dark hair and tattoos. Would not want people with attitudes like hers working in my business. Hope I don't have to deal with her ever in the future.

I made an appointment online however when I arrived I was told it was not found. I was asked what the problem was and I told them regular service plus a noise was radiating from the rear passenger side. They took all my info and told me [since it was 10 am]they doubted if it would even be looked at today. I told them if they are keeping my vehicle I would need a loaner. It wasn't even 15 minutes before I was taken to Enterprise and at no expense to me. I was called the next day at 430 and told everything was complete. This was late Friday so I asked if I could pick up the vehicle Saturday and was told no problem. They handed me my keys and even took care of the rental. Thanks to all especially Paul Mox!!

Our ancient Ford broke down on I-95 on a Friday, on our way from Washington to New York. I looked for a nearby Ford dealership on my phone, and Al Packer's Ford was the closest fortunately just a few miles away. The Service Dept. -- especially Jim Mann -- took care of everything. They quickly gave a preliminary diagnosis (the transmission), recommended bus transportation to NYC from the nearby White Marsh Mall, drove us there, kept the car for the weekend, thoroughly examined it on Monday, and promptly called with the bad news. When we decided to donate the car to charity, Jim couldn't have been more helpful, and took care of all the details. For all of this, we were charged a paltry $130 for diagnosing the Check Engine light. Returning on Tuesday to get our belongings out of the old car, we decided to take a look at a new Ford Taurus. In the showroom, there was no pressure (I actually had to ASK to speak with a salesperson!), and salesman Steve Lefko was friendly, frank, no-pressure, and knowledgeable. If we decide to buy another Ford, I might well buy it there. From my limited experience, I'd say this is a model dealership.

Went in for oil change and filter, but found out that my rear brakes were 95% worn. WOW! David Worth Jr. took care of me and recommended a rear brake/pad replacement. I could have completed myself, but the price to complete was very reasonable, and the free brake pads for how long I owned my truck was enticing. Service went very well, and didn't wait too long. My issue occurred during the wash of my truck. During the automatic car wash, it appears my front tag was caught on something and broke the front tag bracket. The gentlemen that pulled my truck out of the wash bay attempted to pop it back on, but of course when I got home I noticed that the connectors were actually broken. I contacted David the next morning and forwarded him pictures of the damage, and explained what I believe occurred. He acknowledged that he would get back to me promptly, and did so. He is having the part shipped to Al Packer, then shipping it to my address. (It just pops off, and on with connectors, so I informed him I could do myself to save a trip). David made it extremely convenient, with no fuse. Great customer service!! Thanks!!

The service was prompt and Antonio even had my salt coated car run through the car wash. He also printed me a copy of my vehicles maintenance schedule and an estimate for new tires which I requested. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I will come back again.

I dropped my truck off after closing hours but met an employee named Mike Hammond who was working in the service area. Mr. Hammond stopped what he was doing immediately and made sure my drop off was successful. He special attention to customer service was outstanding !!! Richard sold me my new f150 several months ago. I called in and told him that i wanted to trade in my jeep wrangler for an f150. I was impressed by how quickly he gave me an estimated trade value. He asked me to come in and he made the process incredibly simple. He had a manager come out and look over my jeep while he sat with me talked about different options that the trucks have. The dealership had a very large selection to choose from. I was able to decide easily on which truck would be best for me for work and personal use. Richard was very informative and readily available for a question that I had a week after I made my purchase.

I walked into Alpacker with low expectations on getting a new car. I knew I owed a lot on my trade and had been sent away from other dealers. Instead of giving me the cold shoulder Alpacker took their time and really tried to help me. I bought a used (2013) pickup truck from Al Packer. Online it was advertised at 25k miles and single owner, but they had given it to one of their employees to use as a daily driver and it was now over 30k miles. That wasn't something I was thrilled about, but they put a new set of tires on as compensation. I told them that I wanted the 30k mile service included, too. After all, I was originally trying to buy a truck that was under 30k and they were the ones that put the miles on it so I didn't feel I should pay. The truck had to be inspected before it could be sold (another disappointment, leaving after buying it, with no truck to show) and the sales rep agreed.After confirming again the next day, I picked it up and went on my way. Later that day, I found out that they changed the oil and topped off a few fluids but did nothing else towards the 30k mile checkup. So now I'm going to have to spend a few hundred dollars doing maintenance that I was told multiple times was going to be done by the dealer. The truck is great, the financing was easy, they were in frequent contact during the process, some times a little too pushy but not bad. The truck only came with one key and they refused to make another unless we paid for it which is their prerogative but has gotten the "really?" response out of everyone that hears the story. In short - we love the truck, just wish that we had known what we were getting from the start instead of misinformation (mileage) and lies (not doing the service).

I had the moon roof of my 2013 Edge worked on last week. I talked to Aaron, and according to my receipt Paul Mox and Shawn Boyd were involved in the actual repairs. Overall, I had a very good experience at Al Packer Ford. Anthony Rosario made the car buying process from them very easy, quick and painless. I let him know upfront that I would be traveling from Pittsburgh, PA so if I were to make the trip out I was serious about buying and did not want to be jerking around by going back and forth the entire time--Therefore, I wanted to have most of the details ironed out before I got there. I have had nothing but a great experience buying from here. The salesperson, Bernadette Pinder, actually got to help me purchase twice because of a bad accident I had, but I had a pleasant experience both times. She helped me pick out the options, and try out the new Ecoboost engines. I bought one there, and I am now loving the service dept. Dave Worth does a great job at keeping my vehicle serviced in my small window of opportunity when I am off of work. I have been nothing but satisfied with this Ford dealer, and will keep coming back for a very long time.

Recently revisited Al Packer Ford for a "recall notice" on my new CMax. This was my first service visit to this dealership since I bought my car over 3 months ago. I was pleasantly surprised at the service process....getting an appointment at the day & time I wanted, the ease of getting in and out of the facility and the friendly, accommodating Service Advisor, Timothy Ridgely. I couldn't be happier with my choice of purchasing my car from Al Packer and will continue to use them for any service related items that may arise.

Went there because they had a specific model, options, and color I was seeking. The Sales Associate I dealt with, Nathan Burgess, did an excellent job and was very good to work with. Two things that could have been better, the coffee machine wasn't working and while I had made an appointment the car I was interested in was not immediately available.

Having my vehicle serviced at Al Packer Ford with Antonio Mcdowell was a great experience. I did not have an appointment but he did a very thorough job taking care of my vehicle's needs and got me in and out very quickly. He also went over what I needed to take care of immediately and what items can wait. He was very polite and straight to the point. Antonio Mcdowell is highly recommended and I will go back to him for all of my Ford's service needs.

My Edge has over 96K miles on it, so I felt it was time to have the fuel injection system cleaned, the plugs changed and the serpentine belt replaced. The drop-off and pick-up was coordinated by Tony McDowell, and he did a fine job coordinating everything. Chris Candler, the mechanic, did a commendable job on all three tasks. My car was ready for pick-up at the promised time. Great job.

Mike Nestor is a great service manager and makes sure that the customer is taken care of. We bought 2 cars from Al Packer and have always taken our cars there for service. Took vehicle in on a Monday for 2 Technical Service Bulletin items. Took shuttle service to work, it's a great option. Only 1 of the TSB items could be fixed on Monday; additional parts were needed for the other TSB. Steve Harrell kept in contact with me about my car and status of repairs. Parts didn't come in on Tuesday, so fix had to be done on Wednesday. Although 3 days is a bit much for relatively minor fixes, parts delivery is not the fault of the service department. I was shuttled to work on time each day with no issue. Steve communicated with me each time about the parts delay. All work was done properly and have absolutely no issues with the repair. I've been to Al Packer for service more than a half dozen times. I will continue to go back.

It has been several yeas since I've bought a new car, Mr. Lance Johnson was an extremely helpful and professional salesman. I am usually very uncomfortable negotiating price for car. Every visit, with the exception of one, I've waited in the customer waiting area until service was completed. One visit I had to leave the car overnight, which was expected. The customer waiting area is very comfortable and the service representatives are always cordial and courteous. My latest visit at Al Packer Ford Service I had the very same experience with Paul Mox.
