Brought my Edge in for it's summer service ... at the end of summer LOL for the usual check the fluids and change the oil. They found a couple of things like dirty brake fluid and a couple of filters and the service rep Gabby came back to me and asked if I wanted those things done and how much each item would cost. She even looked up my coupons to see what I could save on. The way they do things makes me feel more in control of how I spend my money

No pressure sales they let you take it all in before your asked if they can help you, some like to be rushed by salesman, I don't so I think them for this approach, we had talked with a very nice girl who gave us a appointment time, she was great !! But getting to the salesperson BALDWIN I have never in my life met a none pressure easy going laid back knowledgeable sales person as him, he's got the information you need and can explain all the concerns we had in this 4th ford buying experience! Baldwin has away that makes you feel as if he is a long time friend and is in no way out to screw you he is honest, attentive, and truly gives you that feeling of working for you !! It was hot the day we went he had the car we test drove cooled down before we got into it may not be much but in my eyes this isn't a normal way I've been treated at other dealerships, the test drive is hot,paper blowing around , and not at all the great experiences we had with Baldwin !! I. Already have told people I know if they are looking for a car go visit AIRPORT MARINA FORD ask for Baldwin !

Service Advisor and Repair Work: Airport/Marina Ford service did a fine job of solving my issue. Their mechanic successfully diagnosed a fuel vapor issue I was having (I could smell strong fuel fumes from under the hood after the car was running a couple of minutes; the service advisor agreed). The replacement part arrived in reasonable time and they replaced it under warranty. The service advisor, Gene, was very helpful and concerned. He treated me extremely well, listened attentively to my description of the issue. When I returned to have the repair made, Joaquin was equally helpful. I am satisfied with the work done.And the not-so-good: I must make this point: I find it annoying and disturbing that when my car was returned to me, the seat and mirror positions had been changed, yet the car was not road tested (I do not bother to use the seat position memory since I am the sole driver of my car). It seems the person that worked on, or the one moving my car one hundred yards, saw it necessary to adjust the car to their liking. Must they be reminded the car does not belong to them? Furthermore, why on Earth would the radio station need to be changed to something that suits the person retrieving my car? I expect, as any other owner would, to find my car in the same condition as which it had been left. I am the customer, I should not need to spend MY time putting seats and mirrors back into my position, and returning my radio to my settings. In my opinion, it is rude and disrespectful to have you car returned in any other condition different from which it was left. Should I return to this service department for any other work, what should I expect? Should I simply insist on retrieving the car myself when it is finished? This behavior shines a very unprofessional light on this service department.

ok so it is not like waiting at the lexus dealership, BUT the location is clean and convenient for myself. I had brought the focus in the month before for regular service which is included in the lease. I got a call about the car and the service guy said your brakes have about 3k life left in them. Fix it now or later? I opted for later since funds were low that day. I brought it in mid day (usually a bad time as all the early birds have come in) the service tech said let me check with my brake guy and see if we can get it done today. He comes back says no problem we will have this done in 2.5 hours ( I expected it to take maybe an hour or two longer than that) The car was done when he said and they brought it around very quickly and the cost was less than I thought so I am happy.

I have had my 2003 Ford E-350 high-top travel van serviced at Airport-Marina Ford for as long as I've owned it--200,000 miles and 13 years. A-M has met all my service requirements and has responded and corrected a few service complaints I had. They have reduced large repair bills on several occasions. I believe that they are not trying to sell unneeded maintenance and are working to keep my business for the long term. A-M is located near my home and their hours are quite convenient for me. I am satisfied with my overall experience at A-M.

Maria was our sales associate and she was amazing. Not only did she put up with my father's terrible jokes, but she got us a great deal on the exact car that I wanted and got it for us very quickly (within a single day). Michael in finance was also very helpful and helped me get the maintenance coverage that I wanted at a price I could afford. I have to say that ever since I started having my vehicle serviced at Airport Marina Ford I have always okay almost always received awesome service. All my past service consultants which have now been two and three with my current. He is always being honest and upfront with any possible service that may be needed. I am always greeted with a smile and provided the estimate upfront leaving no room for surprises. When I said almost always that was only because I was once addressed by a different service consultant that seemed to push to be the one to assist me unfortunately he was very rude, stated my regular wasn't around when he was, and on top of that my service which was a simple oil change somehow turned into a 3 hour thing as opposed to my usual less hectic wait. I have to say that the managers did try to address the issue with me as to avoid it happening again. However, there wasn't much they could do and not much could be done as I explained that I understood that some people sometimes have bad days. I did suggest a talk or training in regards to how to address customers without being aggressive towards them.

Car in for a burning smell. Technicins found 2 small motors in temp. control. One had burned already. They replaced both. Still had smell and they found a hose leak between heating and air conditioning (?). Fixed that - now no longer a smell. My car was washed and ready for me when I came for it - fantastic. Also, because I generally do not have anyone who can pick me up or bring me home I rely on Shuttle. A great service and the drivers are always very friendly. In my experience, car service is only as good as the employees. In this case - from the advisors to cashiers to porters - all excellent.Thanks very much.Pat Forrester

I own a Ford Fiesta. The transmission was failing. It took a little over a week for the work to be completed. I was offered a rental car at Ford's expense. Scott C.the Service Rep was great. The only area of disappointment was the rental. I was told Ford would pick up the charge but when I got to Enterprise Car Rental they wanted a deposit. I spoke with Ford's Service Manager and he was no help at all. He gave the same response over and over again saying it was an Enterprise issue not Ford's. I think when offering a rental you should be warned of any additional charges and the Service Manager should have alternative options.Once again Scott C.was great.

All work was done fine & our service advisor was helpful & nice but we had brought the truck in with the turn signals working but they didn't work when we left so we had to bring the truck back to be worked on again. My experience with Marina Ford has been outstanding. Three years ago I traded my Honda CRV for a Ford C-Max hybrid. The salesman, Prince, helped me get the car I wanted at the price I could afford. When it was time for servicing the car, the staff was efficient and curteous.Sometimes I would just drive in without an appointment and they were able to help me right away. I am so pleased with the car, service and staff that I went back to Marina Ford and got another C-Max. Great doing business with them.

They dont even deserve 1 starHorrible experience at Airport Marina Ford. Service Department is incompetent with complete lack of consideration for customers time. I bought my Ford truck from Airport Marina Ford. It has manufacture defects that Marina Ford & Ford Motor Company want to take no responsibility for. Marina Ford blames Ford Motor Company, Ford Motor Company blames dealer, Service tech, says he has to clear it with service manager. Airport Marina Ford nor Ford Motor Company take no consideration to the end user. When they are finally ready to take action they put in you in the cheapest most furthest rental service they can find so they can save every penny. I would tell anyone NOT to buy a car from Airport Marina Ford. I will tell everyone and anyone to never have their car served at Airport Marina Ford. We also have leased a car from Airport Marina Ford , we will never lease a car from Airport Marina Ford. I may never even by another Ford car from Ford Motor Company for their lack of responsibility for a manufacture defect directly from factory

Everybody in the service department was respectful and very courteous, I dropped the my Ford fiesta off and waited in the lounge with some great coffee. Everybody going bye offered a smile and a friendly hi. The staff at Marina Ford are the nicest people and I will keep referring my friends and family their to buy your cars.

Our lease was up and we decided to get another lease. Our intent was to sit in a 2015 Ford Escape to test the front seats. Airport Marina Ford was wonderful. The sales rep did not pressure us and he was charming, to boot. He was very competent and the sales staff made quick negotiating decisions (a real treat from some of the dealerships we visited). And yes, the captain's seats in the Escape were the most comfortable we sat in (within our price range). There is actually no choice for the question of why visiting the dealer.

This service appointment was for an oil change. The service took about 1.5 hours to complete. Jody is one of my favorite Service Reps. He always provides updates per the recommendations of the Service Tech and advises how much longer it will be until the service is completed. I would appreciate it if the cashier would ask if I want to use my Service Rewards before printing the receipt. It seems that the receipt is already printed before I get to the cashier to pay.

The only reason I'm giving Airport Marina Ford a 5-star rating is because I can't give them fifteen. My experience with Scott Myers, Mike, and the rest of the Airport Marina Ford staff was nothing short of tremendous. I've purchased several cars over the years and usually find it a surreal experience. The nagging suspicion that, despite all your research, you are probably going to get screwed somehow takes the fun out of buying a car. All of that changed when I met Scott Myers (the salesman) and Mike (the sales manager) at Airport Marina Ford. They had a no-pressure approach that made the car buying experience enjoyable. We felt like Scott always had our best interests in mind and wanted to help us find the vehicle that was right for us- not the one that would give him the largest commission. Prior to contacting Airport Marina Ford, My wife and I had decided to purchase a small SUV. After talking with her father (a mechanic) to find out which cars break down the most and are the most expensive to fix, we narrowed our decision to the CR-V and the Escape. Friday evening my wife left a message with the dealership requesting a test drive Saturday. Within 15 minutes, Scott returned our call to confirm our appointment and the vehicle we wanted to test drive. First thing Saturday morning, the dealership manager, Mike called to introduce himself and follow-up to make sure we were able to get the appointment we wanted. We arrived a few minutes early and Scott was ready for us. As he pulled the keys for each of the vehicles he was going to show us, Mike came over to say hi and introduce himself in person. He assured us Scott would take care of us and invited us to stop by his office with any questions we might have. Scott took us out to show us the vehicles and asked questions to help assess our needs. It felt like he genuinely cared and wanted to help us select a car that would make us happy. However- that never came in the form of being pushy or down-selling the lower models. After test driving the S and SE (with Scott's help, we determined we didn't want the titanium edition) we went into his office and he gave us the vehicle prices in writing. He never tried to talk us into the higher priced SE or the higher-priced 2015 models (in fact, he suggested we could save a few bucks by buying a 2014). We said we wanted to go to brunch to talk things over and he walked us to the door. He didn't try to scare us into putting a deposit down, even though there was only 1 2014 Escape S left on the lot... he just thanked us for our time. We went to lunch and weighed the pros and the cons. We were so impressed with his service and the price we were getting, we didn't even bother to look at the CR-Vs. We went back after lunch and purchased our vehicle. If I had any doubts we'd made the right decision- Scott quashed them on Monday. We signed our paperwork as the dealership was closing Saturday night and told Scott we wanted to get the car Monday. Unfortunately, the car was not ready Monday (the bumper had a chip on it so they were repainting it) so Scott offered to get me a rental car on the dealership... that told me right then and there we were dealing with the right people... sometimes unfortunate things happen (like not getting your car when you expect it)... but as long as someone does their best to right the situation and take care of you... that's really all you can ask... and it makes me happy to know that we have a dealership we can trust and a contact there who has our best interest in mind. If you're looking for a car- go visit Scott Myers at Airport Marina Ford... you won't be disappointed!

Pepe in the service department really made me feel so much better. He attended me as soon as I walked in the door and made sure I was on my way in under 10 minutes. I explained to him what had happened to my car as best as I could and he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. After fixing the problem, he checked and re-checked to make sure it really was fixed. He was friendly and professional and I knew he really was happy when he saw the concern I had wiped away because of his work. This is the 2nd vehicle I had purchased from Airport Marina Ford and both of the experiences were very good. I rated 2 categories as a 4 but could easily be a 5 if I can resolve a pricing issue that I should have caught but due to rushing to get home because my wife was calling in the middle of the paperwork since she was home with our 4 day old daughter. They were quoteing me a price of $20,895 for the 2010 Honda Crosstour but I showed them the internet price online was $18,895 so Luis sais I was correct and they were changing the numbers to match the internet price. In my haste to get home to the baby I didn't check the paperwork and trusted they would give me the correct price. As I was doing my taxes I realized that the price on the sales contract was the $20,895 not the $18,895 as advertised and promised to me. I am working to see if they will honor this price and it was just an honost mistake and make the adjustment to the price. If they do I will give this dealership a 5 rating all across the board because they were very freindly to deal with. I will update this post when i get the final answer.g

I leased a 2013 Ford Escape on January 8, 2013. On February 6, 2013 I received a telephone call from the sales manager. He told me that they had made a mistake and used the wrong VIN number on all of the paperwork for my lease. I guess they do inventory once a month, found the error and somehow figured out I was the unlucky customer. I had to go back to the dealer and sign all new paperwork. I also, of course, had to contact my insurance company. Now, who knows how long it will take to receive my license plates. All I got for this grief, aggravation, and lost time was a weak "sorry".I'm don't know if this kind of screw up happens often, but it leads one to question what other problems can I look forward to with this dealer.I would not recommend this dealer based on this sloppy error.

This is sad really, because what began as a positive experience left a sour taste in my mouth. First, Ill say I that have become hesitant through the years to visit auto dealerships because of treatment similar to the one I experienced at Airport Marina Ford. What is this treatment? It is that once they have your name legally on the purchase agreement line, the whole demeanor of the staff changes. Instead of being courted, you become a pariah. I located a late model used Ford at the dealership in cars.com and then contacted the internet salesman there. I was busy that week, but the salesman was not bashful about calling me several times to engage me in sales talk and invite me in for a test drive. Eventually, I went in, and with no fuss at all, I bought the car for cash plus their top-of-the-line extended warranty. Being a used car, I realized that the deal was as is. But a few times I asked about receiving the single key/remote (instead of the two keys normally provided in a new car,) and also, needing the combination to the keyless entry system, which is useless to me without the factory issued numbers. I was told not to worry about them, as keys were easy to get, as was the entry combination. Anyway, I did not receive either, or even advice on how to get them, and suddenly everyone became unavailable when my deal was done. The following business day I called the dealer to ask about these two issues, and thats when I was reminded of the standard dealership ignores you treatment which I tried to break through for a couple days. No one could help or ever return my calls period. All I wanted was the information, or perhaps some courtesy regarding having a key/remote made there and access to the lock combination. You would have thought I had demanded them for free, but I did not. All I wanted was some courtesy as a new customer, but I was made to feel totally unwelcome, as though I had the plague. Turns out I have to get the key from some other Ford dealership for $240, and someone was kind enough to tell me how to obtain the keyless entry combination for freewhich was more than Airport Marina Ford would do for me. That said, the car was a good deal, but I wonder why the shenanigans at the end. Im taking what would have been a five star experience and subtracting two stars because of the frustration of the above.

I give Airport Marina an excellent rating for the following reasons.When I contacted Ford Airport Marina, I knew exactly the car I wanted to lease. It was Sunday night and I had spent the entire weekend visiting other dealerships and could either not find the car I was looking for, or another car that I liked equally well. Salesperson Kevin Collier said the car I wanted was readily available and he would bring it to my address immediately. I agreed and we drove back to the dealership together. Negotiating and signing the lease was without hassle and shortly thereafter drove home in the new car. Mr. Collier facilitated the entire process without putting any pressure on me whatsoever.

My experience with Airport Marina Ford and my salesman, J.T. (Gerardo Tuazon)was, to put it simply, stress free. I do not like the car buying process and become very stressed out thinking about the sales part, the paperwork, etc. I am not a haggler and I have always hated the way car sales people make you feel like they are doing you a favor and the thought of spending hours in a dealership raises my anxiety level. But, this process with J.T. was wonderful. I contacted the dealership through the internet and connected with J.T. He was patient,even after I disappeared for 3 weeks, professional, and was true to his word. I knew my budget, what I wanted and he came through for me. I spent maybe 2 hours in the dealership and drove away in a new Ford Fiesta. There was NO pressure, no haggling, none of what I had been through before. I am a very happy & satisfied customer and so far, I LOVE my Fiesta as do my daughters. My experience has most likely converted me to a loyal Ford customer. Time will tell but for future car purchases, Airport Marina Ford will be my first choice!

I would not recommend doing any kind of business with Airport Marina Ford because they are as shaddy as they come. I purchased an extended warranty (PremiumCare) through Airport Marina Ford for my 2005 BMW X5 in the amount of $3695 which I paid in full. A month & a half later I needed repairs done to my car which are all covered under this warranty however once the estimate was given to the warranty company by the BMW dealer they quickly denied the repair claim, according to them due to some mistakes made by Airport Marina Ford with my contract. I later found out that Airport marina Ford went behind my back and faxed the warranty company a bogus handwriiten inspection sheet that stated that my car had pre existing problems and thats why my claim was denied. I never had any knowledge of this prior to me filing a claim. The warranty company then advised me that Airport Marina Ford should have never sold me this warranty if my car had pre existing problems. I explained to the warranty company that my car did not have any pre existing problems and prior to me signing the contract and paying for the warranty Airport Marina Ford performed a diagnostic test and numerous test including a driving test on my vehicle for more than two hours while I waited in they're customer waiting area and I was also provided documentation which I signed and the dealership had to sign stating that my inspection was good and no problems at the time of my inspection.I was then contacted by Leonard Ferringo advising me that he was going to void my contract and refund my money. I advised him that my contract is legally binding and that I was not interested in cancelling my contract and that I just wanted my car repaired. He then said "Well that's not going to happen" I then asked him why would he tell the warranty company that my car had problems and why did they sell me the warranty if this was true. He refused to answer those questions, so I told him that I was going to sue Airport Marina Ford for consumer fraud and to the better Business Bureau and all the other agencies. He just responded "Okay" And then he hung up.They happily took my money and now that they are on the hook they are refusing to take responsibility. What a scam! But I will see them in court!

Be sure to take your internet price quote with you to shop here. The van I bought had a $1,000 higher price tag on it when I got there. They wouldn't budge on the price until I pulled out my homework. One of the doors had fallen out of alignment and rattled on the test drive. I was disappointed that they hadn't fixed this since they had the van for sale for a month already and were the original dealer of the vehicle when it first sold. After the price sign was removed from the windshield, a cracked windshield was revealed. Two of the rear seats were not latched down properly. They fixed the door and replaced the windshield for me. I fixed the seats when I got home. The guy that writes up the sale was extremely high presure about trying to sell me an additional warrenty. (Yeah right, for a service department that couldn't fix the door, windshield or seats in a month?) Why does it have to take two hours + to buy a car when you're paying cash? I think that all dealers are the same about this stuff, so I'll give them an acceptble rating.

I KEEP ASKING THE MANAGER WHY THE LOAN AMOUNT WAS SO HIGH. THE SALES MANAGER, ALEX, DID NOT WANT TO TELL ME AND WAS RUDE ABOUT TAKING THE TIME TO BREAK DOWN THE LOAN AMOUNT. I couldn't rate this dealership high enough!!! Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, and by far the best service adviser I have ever come across. I felt so comfortable with the approach I added a few extra services (fuel filter & rear brakes) just because I wanted to give my business to them. I had been using Santa Monica Ford but felt like I was just another dollar bill to them and they lacked appreciation of my business. The service representative rode with me in the car to listen to the sound I had come to complain about. He offered me The Works package for the price of an oil change, which I accepted. It was completed in under an hour. The receptionist turned on the television and set it to a channel to entertain my friend and I while we waited. In addition, Marina Ford provided a car wash free of charge when they heard me mention I needed to go get a car wash somewhere. Everything was hassle-free and easy. This was my second encounter with Mr.Dustin on two differant problems with my 2010 ford Mustang. His professionalism,courtesy and kindness far surpasses any I've ever recieved in my 35 years of driving,25 years of ford products and about 20 years of service at centinela Ford. Dustin also kindly explained to me in layman's terms the nature of my problem and my options,which was well appreciated,slept good that night. Mr Moore was very professional in his dealing with me. I had an electrical problem in my vehicle and Mr Moore was rentless in pursuit to solve the problem in which he did. In the past, I have been a proponent for never taking your car to a dealership. I felt the price for parts and labor were to high and the service was full of shiesty up-selling.However, when I bought my car I purchased the Ford Guard service. Due to my own misunderstanding of how the service worked, I was unsatisfied with the results. With that, I complained to the service manager. It is obvious that he puts forth a lot of effort to keep Fords customers happy. In addition to telling me how sorry he was I misunderstood what I was getting with the Ford Guard and thoroughly explaining the service for future visits, he had the job re-done to my original expectation.Since then I have brought my car in for other services. I have had the pleasure to work with each of the service advisors and have felt they have dealt with me fairly and honestly, giving me options and explaining the reasons behind their findings. Additional kudos to the service manager and his team for their diligent follow-up in my satisfaction for services performed.I definitely recommend Airport Marina Ford. While driving home from the service department my rear passenger tire started wobbling due to the service technicians failure to torque the wheel onto the truck putting myself, family and others life in danger. My previous mechanic was unable to diagnose my problems properly and I continued to have problems with my vehicle. Once I changed to Airport Marina my problems were solved quickly. There is a comfortable waiting area with coffee and this time donuts. I am greeted by name when I arrive. All repairs that are done and/or needed are explained, and prices are reasonable. The service is provided as quickly as possible. There is transportation provided eto and from the dealership.

i've been dealing with Airport Marina Ford for sometime now, the service there is terrific. the service dept staff always seem to go out there way to make sure that you are taken care of. Gene, has gone to bat for me in some very serious matter as for as my vehicle goes to get the situation taken care of. it's never i can't help you, but lets see what we can do. The service manager Leonard, i have seen for myself to go out his way to make sure he greets all the customers to see if they have been taken care of, and if not what can i do for you.

Airport Marina Ford is a terrific dealership. Tim Coonce - the Internet Manager - was extremely responsive and helpful. Tim went so far as to drive nearly 45 minutes to my home, with the car I was interested in (a Fusion Hybrid,) for me to see and test drive! Tim's attention and help extended all the way through the purchase process.At the dealerhip, Alex Gonzalez (the Finance Manager) was equally helpful and customer-service-oriented. Alex facilitated all the paperwork and explained the many forms necessary to sign. (Later he followed up by calling me at home with one remaining detail to be taken care of.)Tim and Alex are both terrific and I would highly recommend Airport Marina Ford.

I live in Temecula Calif and was in Westchester on business when my 2009 Mercury Mariner lost its power steering. With the help of AAA, I managed to get my vehicle to Airport Marina Ford and their service dept. Service advisor, Gene Rehnquist, could not of been more helpful and accommodating. My SUV had to remain in the shop for a day. It was repaired to my satisfaction and as promised; done so in an honest and straightforward manner. My sincere kudos to Gene and even Miguel, who drove me to and from a local car rental facility. Although I was from out of town and had never been to the dealership before, they treated me as if I was a customer of 20+ years.

Over the past 15 years plus, our family has brought our many Ford vehicles to Airport Marina Ford to be serviced. Long after the initial maintenance contracts expired on the vehicles, we have continued to take our older vehicles there to be serviced because of the great customer service we have received.
