I have back in an Acura for about a week now. I had driven Acura in the past and always loved them. About 7 years ago I went to another vehicle; when it was time to look for something newer after much research and test driving of many other brands I am back to Acura. I have always loved Acura but I had to find something that was going to fit the needs of my family and my budget. Of course when I drove the RDX I loved it 1 block from the dealership. It was hands down the vehicle I really wanted. I was already so frustrated with my dealings with other sales persons and frustrated with the whole buying process that when I contacted Alex Gonzalez at Acura of Peoria he got an earful! lol He was more then understanding and I could really tell he was listening to me and not just trying to sell me something and move on to the next client. I had advised that I don't buy the same day; that is not how I do things I have to see all the numbers and do my research and think about it. I said "it this is the car for me and it is meant to be then the car will still be available when I make my decision" Alex didn't push or try to force the sale he was the exact opposite of the 6 other sales people I had dealt with at other dealerships. He didn't call me every day/multiple times a day which is just plain annoying and is the quickest way to not get my business. Alex respected the fact that I asked for time to think about it. That means so much to me, may be just a little thing to some people however to me that was huge. I wasn't sure about driving to Peoria to buy a car as that is a 40 minute commute for me, however I wanted to see an Acura and had been blown off by Acura of North Scottsdale so I decided to make the drive. I am go glad I did. Everyone I worked with was great and even when I was waiting others in the dealership would talk with me and really made me feel welcome. I had a couple minor things I noticed after I purchased and had drove it for a few day (I purchased pre-owned) I reached out to Alex and he got me set up with service on the day and time that worked best for me. I worked with Vince in service what a great guy. The customer service level throughout all of Acura of Peoria was outstanding!!! Sadly at most places customer service has gone out the window. I was nice to see that some places still value their clients and value high level of customer service. I am very excited to be back in an Acura and very the top happy with Acura of Peoria. Best of all my RDX is son approved.. that's a big deal in my family! lol

I met Rey Jacinto when I came to the dealership. He does not pressure customers, but rather listens to what the customer needs. He is extremely knowledgeable about other cars and was able to help me identify the differences. I did not intend to buy an Acura, but when Rey showed me a car that matched what I was looking for, I knew this was the perfect car for me. I would refer Rey to any person I know who is looking for a car. He does everything in his power to make buying a car a fun and smooth process. This review is long overdue. I purchased my 2016 RDX in August 2015. I had such an incredibly smooth, pleasant experience with Philip Watkins - have never (not for one second) regretted my decision. No tricks or "gotchas" and that was just my purchase experience. Where Acura of Peoria really stands out is the customer service post-purchase. Periodically, I'll get a phone call from Philip just wanting to check in and ensure that the RDX is still working great for me - and if there was anything I needed that they were there for me. I live in Tucson and visiting Peoria doesn't come very often but recently I had a little issue with my visor. I was headed up to Phoenix for another reason on a Sunday (when their service department wasn't open), but Philip said I could drop by Sunday anyways and he would see what he could do about my visor. After 10 minutes, he had fixed it and I was on my way! After over a year, their commitment to customer service continues to impress me - long after Philip's "sales piece" of the transaction was complete. Highly, highly recommend this dealer (and Philip!).

Fred Peralta did an amazing job with us. He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and kind. He did everything we asked of him and more.My issue was with Aaron in the Finance Dept. He was pushy and even after saying know several times to what he was offering to us, he persisted in being pushy about it to the last minute. I couldn't wait to leave the dealership. It was a poor ending to a great day. Last impression of Acura of Peoria was not the best.

From start to finish Acura of Peoria exceeded my expectations. The three people I dealt with were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I contacted Acura of Peoria via the internet yesterday afternoon and Alex called me back about 5 minutes later to discuss my needs. After a few phone calls/emails, I finalized all the details of the transaction with Alex and Eugene. Brain from finance then called to review everything with me for about 10 minutes. Then Alex drove the car to my house in south Chandler the same evening. I did a quick test drive and then signed all of the paperwork for my new RDX. Who could ask for more?

Wanted to get a new vehicle before I went on vacation. Since we were driving I wanted to make sure the car was newer, had a warranty and was covered if anything happened along the way. I went in to Acura and was greeted by Andrew. He explained which vehicles had the best gas mileage, warranty & roadside assistance. I bought a Toyota Hybrid. This was the first I considered buying a luxury vehicle, and had narrowed my options between an Acura, Audi, or BMW. The staff at Acura was extremely helpful and friendly, and not once did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle from them. Darren, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and not once became discouraged by my demands in locating a vehicle with my specifications, although it was not available at that specific dealership. Even though I had a bad Title Loan on my 2000 Durango, Fred was able to get me financed and pay out that bad loan.He found me a 2012 Hyundai Accent Jothat was traded in the day before, perfect for my needs as a delivery driver, and I went from 12 miles per gallon to 24 miles per gallon!Best of all Fred showed me how to increase my credit score in the next year so that I can qualify for a much better loan for the rest of the time that I own the car. Rolled into Acura of Peoria around 7:45pm on a Tuesday night. Didn't know the dealer was closing at 8pm. Met with Chaz and checked out a few TLX models and to make a long story short by the time we sealed the deal with Chaz and Aaron it was almost midnight. Not to throw stones but having visited a Honda dealer in the Avondale area and not having a good experience at all it sure was nice the way Chaz went about his business and made my wife very happy with the new 2016 TLX she drove away with that evening. And for good measure we were called back in 4 days later with a lower finance rate than we were originally quoted.I would highly recommend Acura of Peoria and would suggest asking for Chaz if you want to be treated right and not jerked around. This is my wife's first Acura and it was a pleasant experience thanks to our salesperson Chaz Spielvogel and Finance Manager Aaron Seebaugh. Just the fact that they stayed open 4 hours past closing time is reason enough for me to highly recommend asking for Chaz and Aaron if you visit Acura of Peoria.

I recently relocated to Phoenix Arizona. I drove my recently purchased Acura RDX here. I experienced numerous issues on the long drive. I took my RDX to Acura of Peoria and I was met by Mathew Brunson in the service department. After looking at my vehicle Mathew discovered that I had be dealt with less than honestly by the dealership that I had purchased it from across the country. Mathew went above and beyond as he worked patiently and tirelessly to find a solution for repairing the vehicle including making a call to the dealership where I purchased it. He put me in a loaner and waited patiently for a response from the other dealer. Finally after a week of numerous attempts to reach the other dealer, they called Mathew back and were very defensive and unwilling to take responsibility for their own faulty workmanship. Mathew suggested that I end my nightmare and asked if he could have George Gomez give me a call. George called me immediately and listened closely as I explained what I wanted. He found my dream car in a matter of minutes and found a payment that would work for me. I honestly don't know which one of us was more excited when he showed me the car.He turned me over to Ray Garcia who took time to get me the very best finance package and carefully explain the details of my loan. It was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Every single person in the process was exceptionally helpful and had my genuine best interest at heart. I love my car and feel good about my purchase. My nightmare has ended! Thank you Acura of Peoria. I will be taking the long way home from work from now on!

My wife & I wanted to trade in her 2011 BMW 335i. I spoke with Eugene on the phone prior to coming in and giving him some information on what we were looking for. Within 5 hours we were out with our new car. That included test driving the car a couple of times. Chaz as well as Eugene made sure the transition from her BMW to the new LTX was smooth. I love my new Honda Accord. I told Rey Jacinto that I wanted a Honda accord with low miles and he found me the perfect vehicle. He is very friendly and does not pressure you into a vehicle that you do not want. I have been to several dealers and the sales man always makes you feel overwhelmed and they try to pressure you into 1. something you don't want. 2. out of my price range. Everyone is use to the same old car shopping experience. You pull up get asked a bunch of questions and then sit & wait. This is not what you experience when you go into this Acura store in Peoria.
