The service department at Acura of Omaha is the best! Not only are they very friendly, but they are honest as well. I came in about six weeks ago thinking I might need to replace my tires. They took a look and let me know I still had a little wear left on the tires. They gave me information about the cost of replacement and time needed to perform the work. They even noted this in my oil change paperwork so that when I was ready to schedule the tire change all the info could be easily accessed. I really believe they are looking out for both me and my car!

The battery went dead in my vehicle. I dropped it iff the night before, even without any notification. They squeezed me in, replaced the battery, no questions asked and even replaced the recalled parts and installed firmware. I thought great dealers doesn't exists. I'm lucky to have one in my town, Axura of Omaha!!!

Pat in the service department took very good care of me, my car and answered all of my questions. He also called mid-morning to let me know of a few additional things that needed attention. The work was finished by late afternoon leaving enough time for me to get to the dealership before closing on a Friday at 5:30. I streaked in at 5:25 and Pat met me with a smile and the payment process was fast and efficient also.

I made my service arrangements 2 or 3 days in advance and was greeted by a friendly, neatly dressed service representative as I pulled into a very neat and clean service bay. I was invited to wait in the waiting room next to the show room where refreshments, juice, coffee, water and cookies, were provided. My service rep came in and detailed again the work to be done and noted some other items that were not quite right. I verified what I wanted done and he was off. After a short wait he returned and told me that the work had been completed and that my vehicle was being washed and should be ready when we returned to the service bay.So what can I tell you? Organized, Smart and Friendly. That is how I recall my service visit. I got the idea that that is how they do business.

The title of this review sums my experience with the service department at Acura of Omaha.My 2014 MDX was in for warranty repair. I asked that they inspect the front and rear disc pads for wear as the vehicle is approaching the 50,000 mile mark. Inspection revealed the pads were still serviceable,replacement not necessary at this time. Point is, they could have reported replacement pads were necessary due to the mileage, but they did not. Jerry House, service manager, runs an honest operation. I'll be back.

I live out of town, so I don't get into Omaha during the week very often. I was off work to take my wife to the airport very early on a Wednesday morning, and called to see if by chance there was any way I could get in for an oil change. The receptionist was very accommodating, and found a time when they could squeeze me in. Pat Sedlacek was the service advisor who helped me, and he was extremely pleasant and professional. Although they were busy with other customers that had called days before to set up their appointments, Pat was able to have a technician address some additional items they found while doing their multipoint inspection. I was in and out in less than two hours. Kudos to Pat and the rest of the service department...I greatly appreciate they way they took care of my car!

We appreciated that Ed was not "pushy." He was very knowledgeable about the many features of the MDX. He was able to get the parking sensor feature (that was very important to us) without having to get the Advanced Package, thereby saving us about $5,000.00. As out-of-town travelers, we found outstanding service at Acura of Omaha. It was late on Sunday when we had two check-engine codes on our TSX, so we found a motel for the night. We woke early Monday and just showed up at 7:30 am with no appointment. Pat and the understanding service department staff calmly fit us into a busy schedule. The repair was completed efficiently and the "relax, we'll take care of it" attitude was above and beyond our expectations. We were on the road by 9 am.

I brought my 2016 ILX in for its first oil change and for the "auto butler" treatment, and there was a loaner car waiting for me and an extremely polite service person, Gary, ready to go over what was going to be done to my car. When it was completed, Gary called me to let me know. When I returned to pick up my car, it looked terrific and all of the work was completed as described. I have been an Acura customer since 2004, and can't imagine every changing!

When I arrived for scheduled service a replacement car was waiting for me- same model as my own. It was clean, running with the air on! I received a call a couple hours later letting me know the service was complete on my car. When I arrived, there was no wait. It was washed and ready to go. This was my first visit and was complimentary! I will continue to have my car serviced at Acura. All of this great service for no more than the price I would have paid at the local auto repair.

Located my car through Car Gurus and was in contact with Jay, who was very helpful at answering all my questions and getting me into my very nice used Acura MDX. No high pressure sales and only $99 doc fee. The car was certified, and well taken care of as described. Exceeded my expectations. They actually beat my interest rate at my local bank, which was very impressive. I had a ride from the dealership at the airport waiting for me, my car was detailed, full of gas ready for my drive to Oklahoma. All paperwork was in order and ready for the transaction. Very happy overall! Would buy again from them!

After researching for some time we found the car we wanted, an Acura MDX. We worked with the used car manager Alan and the best sales representative I've worked with, RJ. The dealership was professional and made the experience comfortable and fun! We negotiated of-course and they made due on their promises timely and without issues. RJ was happy, fun and really cared about finding us the right fit, definitely see him if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. Couldn't be happier, thank you Acura of Omaha!

I bought my first Acura, a 2016 RDX about 4 months ago at Acura of Omaha. Though i was extremely pleased with the entire buying process, i waited to write a review when i could also comment on the service side. I just left AoO with a free first oil change, a sparkling clean car inside and out and needless to say, i am once again very happy. I was even offered a vehicle if i wanted to leave rather than wait for my car to be serviced. I opted to wait - just an hour - since my car was filthy when i drove it in i felt that was extremely fast service for all that was done. While i waited, my salesman recognized me and stopped over to say hello and offer coffee etc. My salesman was JAY and i couldn't say enough good things about this friendly, mannerful and knowledgable young man. I would recommend JAY/Acura of Omaha without pause to anyone. We have bought many cars new and old and i felt this was the easiest, best car buying experience we have ever had. When my husband is ready to trade in his car we will certainly return to JAY for another Acura model!

I can't say enough about the service I have recieved from this group. From general service and simple follow up of, to battery and tire help. Once I had my MDX in for general service and they forgot to replace the windshied wiper blades. The service manager called and apologized up one side and down the other, then sent me a coupon for a free oil and lube service for the mistake. Garry has been wonderful to work with, and even in took extra steps to help me with a tires. They also came to my home to replace my battery in a 30 minute time frame from notice, which saved my work schedule that day. Auto needs are a hassle and costly at times without notice, but these guys make it easy and comfortable. Not to mention a fantastic vehicle! I'm not hard pressed to stay loyal here.

We bought a used Mdx and had a trade. The sales manager, Alan, was disingenuous at best and dishonest at worst. I did not trust him during the process and his true colors came out in the end. I do not recommend Acura of Omaha.

I feel like we got a great used car for a great price. No pressure. The best part was my salesman, James. He was friendly, knowledegable, and made the buying experience nice. He went over and above and contacted the previous owner to see if the timing belt had been changed. And, called a few days later to tell me the previous owner brought in an extra key. A key was over $300 from the Lexus dealer so I was very happy to get each of these calls. If you are looking for a no pressure shopping experience, ask for James.

I was looking for a gently used car for quite a while and found one through Cars.com at this dealership. The only problem was I'm in Denver. They were wonderful and even sent someone from the dealership to pick me up at the airport and take me back to the dealership to finalize the sale of the car. I would highly recommend this dealership as I paid a fair price, was treated very well by everyone there and they got me out of there and on the road back to Denver in just about 2 hours from the time my flight landed!

I used to think highly of Acura of Omaha but my feelings and my reviews have changed. They low-balled me in the worst way after driving 250 miles to see them. I don't know how they sleep at night. The salesmen are fine but their management leaves something to be desired.

I have been a long time customer of Acura of Omaha and I must say I have a very hard time believing these guys are anything but great! I have always been treated like a king when I go there, in fact I drive 277 miles one way just to buy from them. My family and I have purchased 5 new Acura's and two used cars there and NEVER have I EVER had anything but a great experience. I just drove to Omaha 3 days ago to purchase a 2008 Acura TL from a description over the phone, it was exactly as described. I got a fair price out of my trade and paid a fair price for a way, way above average car. I strongly recommend you go try them for yourself, don't take some anonymous opinion for your next car, it's just too important. Acura, Acura of Omaha, Hans & JT get 2 thumbs up all the way IMHO. I just wish I had more money so I could buy another!

This company is something let me tell you! Purchased a vehicle over 4th of July weekend, it was from the used car area. Vehicle was great, and I love it! That being said, when they sold it to me, they didn't fill the tank, left it at a 1/4 of a tank. Never bought a car that wasn't full, the fluid levels were low and the indicator light came on otw home, and noticed it hadn't been maintained as the mileage was at the point where it needed an oil change. I asked for these three simple things to be handled, and was ignored. Expected so much more from a dealer that sells mid-luxury cars. JT the sales manager for used cars is one of those "old" sales guys who would try to upsell his own mother. The price I purchased was in the market, but the rest won't even let me rate the price good. James my sales guy who went on the test drive was okay, but he had his hands tied due to this JT guy. STAY AWAY!!!

My wife bought an Acura TL from Acura of Omaha before we were married, and always had the dealership service her car. One day my wife hits a pothole and the tire falls off the bead. She calls me, and I put the spare on, and tell her to stop by Acura of Omaha on the way to work to put the tire back on the wheel. After leaving the dealership, she calls me and says that the service department had told her that there was a nail in the side wall of the flat and had sold her a new tire. She had already left the service department and was late for work, so I ran down there reaching the dealership in less than a half-hour later. I asked to see the tire in question, and the mechanic directed me to a pile of tires. I pulled every tire that could have come off my wifes car (about 15 or so), and inspected each of them. I did not find a single tire that had a nail in the sidewall, and almost all of them had more than half their tread left. Upon asking the mechanic about this, he offered the excuse that they must have taken the tires away. I asked to see the manager, who told me that he could not talk to me, because I was not the purchaser of the car. My wife then called in and complained, and we received a letter from the manager, that apologized for the misunderstanding (e.g. sorry you caught us trying to rip you off) and a check for half the amount of the tire. Final analysis, I am still out over 150 buck for a tire that I did not need and even more outraged that the manager offered false platitudes, but still kept half my money. Either Acura of Omaha was ripping off every person that brought in a flat tire that day, or they tried to take advantage of a young minority woman who did not know better. If you want an Acura, my advice is to drive to Kansas City.

I am absolutely disappointed in this company, I recently bought a car from the location on center in omaha, when I got the car there was a vibrating sound the guy who sold it to me told me was a part of the engine system the guy before me put in to make it sound "cooler" I took to my shop to have them get rid of the sound... Needless to say 2,000$ later the noise was fixed and had nothing to Do with the engine but something seriously wrong with the car. A few weeks later the gear shift had fallen off of my car and inside I found and old rusty screw and Acura of omaha pen holding my gear shift together... Nice, I had noticed a bulb out under rear view mirror was out, so When I went in for my oil change I asked them to change my light bulb. Of course it's not a bulb out it's a computer system that hooks threw my car to my dash which lights up my gas gauge and stuff, my mechanic said the dealership should have easily noticed that and had it fixed. I went into Acura of omaha to see if they could do anything about shift stick and the "manager" told me no, that's how I bought the car... Are you kidding me? I will absolutely never buy another car from this company and never allow anyone I know to as well, I am a business professional who know a lot of people. I and my family have already started to spread the word about this company and I plan on taking this to the Better Business of Omaha and getting out as many ways as possible. I have never been so taken advantage by a company in my life as I have this one and this company should be absolutely ashamed.

I've purchased a lot of new cars over the past 45 years and this is the first time it has actually been enjoyable. The personnel respected my intelligence and decisions without any high pressure sales tactics -- that alone would qualify this as the best car buying experience ever. However, in addition, both the price quoted for the new vehicle and the price quoted for my trade-in met and exceeded my expectations. Administrative paper work was handled quickly and professionally. New car familiarization was professionally done and tailored to my needs.During this process I had the opportunity to look around the dealership -- everything was well maintained and spotless.In all respects an outstanding experience.

I just bought a vehicle over the weekend from Tim P. out at Acura. Great experience! He really seems to understand what each customer needs and serve them accordingly. The facility is very clean and probably the nicest dealership in the metro area. Everything from the starbucks coffee to the modern and clean bathrooms. The entire staff seemed positive and friendly. I would definitely recommend Acura of Omaha to others!
