I am immensely appreciative of the knowledge and willingness to help me pick a vehicle of my choice. Unlike local dealerships who want to put you in a vehicle not of your liking simply because they don't have it on their lot. I am so excited to be driving this dream truck. I didn't even get this level of service from a local dealership which I had bought 3 vehicles in the last ten years. Access Ford, Joel Vasquez, Thomas McClelland, Marchel Walker and Rick Lerma put "you" before "them or business". My hat goes off to this staff. The purchase experience was the finest I have ever experienced. If you have never been here, you should consider them before buying. This was my 5th Ford vehicle and the smoothest purchase ever. In my 40 years of car purchases (I believe this was at least the 15th car I've purchased), this was the absolute BEST experience I've ever had!! No pressure, no trying to talk us into looking at other cars, meeting our goals & terms 100%, this was an amazing experience.....perfect!! Special thanks to Stephanie Knief & Nicole in financing, these ladies were completely awesome in every way! Love our Buick LaCrosse, & we will definitely be back! We had traveled 400 miles from Abilene for a mini vacation with family, & our 2004 Dodge Durango broke down 75 miles from Corpus with a blown engine, & we suddenly & unexpectedly had to purchase a car....& we found exactly what we were looking for! Other dealers in the area that we visited first were unable to fulfill what we wanted & needed, but Access Ford Lincoln came through like a champ, perfect in every aspect! We fell in love with this dealership & will definitely come back!

The salespeople were all friendly and polite. The only problem we had was that we had to pay $1500 more for the vehicle because we were paying cash instead of financing it. They said that we could get more money off if we financed and paid it off right away. But why should we give out social security numbers and have the hassle of paying in a few days if we want to pay cash?

Everyone from Thomas who is the Internet salesman to Jerome the salesman we had at the dealership to the financial manager were all very pleasant to deal with. Jerome understood my situation and worked hard to please me until we made a deal. I wasn't looking to buy I just happened to stop by to test drive the expedition that I ended up buying. I wasn't really looking and really didn't care if I made a deal. I loved the Ford Edge I was already driving. I think this has got to be the best car buying experience I have every had, because I wasnt really looking to trade up. have fixed everthing they have said is wrong and still has not fixed the problem will not return phone calls truck has been there six weeks first week it a fuel problem they did all repairs still missing three weeks later we are positive it is the converters plugged had then changed still missing said maybe the motor is bad due to a washer in front of the cam worn out this truck has 78000 miles on it they have no clue how to fix it
