As usual the customer interaction was phenomenal. Until a recent move to Laurel, I drove past several other Ford Service Centers to bring my Ford Fiesta to Academy Ford. The service team is very forthcoming with information and always prepared to present options. One of the few businesses that still understand that keeping the customer happy with good service guarantees return business. The performance service team is vey respectful of the automobile, making sure to place plastic on the seats and paper on the floors. I enjoy my interactions with Academy Ford.

I have a 2013 Fusion and my battery died while I was in Baltimore for the weekend. After I had it jumped I drove home stopping at Academy Ford to have it looked at. I expected to wait awhile since I didn't have an appointment. That was not the case. They tested my battery, found it needed to be replaced. I was out of there in almost no time at all with a new battery and a great warranty at a price that was even better. Thank you and I will be back again.

my maintenance was addressed properly the first time listening and noting my instructions. They provided a loaner car ride since the shuttle was not at the shop currently. They did not force any of their follow up recommendations past explaining what they could do, why it should be done and how much it costs. They handle all situations very professionally.

Overall I have good experiences with Ford. However, I would prefer that those working on my car don't use my radio as their personal entertainment system. When I get in my car and the volume on my radio is much higher than the level it was on, and is on a completely different station, I don't appreciate it.

Saw a 2016 F150 online at Academy Ford. Contacted the dealership over the Labor Day weekend for additional information. Truck was as I wanted, all options included etc. Pricing, Terms & Ford rebates were easily explained and spelled out for the final price on the truck. I was able to make a deal via phone and email long distance within 36 hours of the initial contact with dealership. They assisted me in locating a shipper to get the truck to me. Great referral as the truck arrived in perfect condition & again within 36 hrs of contact. This dealership lives up to their motto of Honesty & Integrity. Super helpful, great to work with, professional & courteous. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle from out of state or locally. Best experience ever buying a vehicle!

Being someone who works overnight, I did not want to drive all over town during my sleep hours to look for a car. Online car shopping seemed to be the answer. I quickly found out that most dealerships use online tactics to get you in the door. Not at Academy. I asked about pricing before I arrived, I was told the truth. I asked about financing before I arrived, I was told the truth. I could go on but you get the gist. I was not given the run around ,my paper work was done quickly, and was able to get to work on time that night. Just a great all around experience.

My family and I were very impressed by the manner in which we received prompt attention upon arriving at the Academy Ford dealership. Upon meeting the sales receptionist, with whom we had made an appointment, we were immediately introduced to the fantastic sales representative, Miles Washington, who asked what type of vehicle we were interested in buying and showed us a number of vehicles to choose from. Miles' sincere enthusiasm won us over, as he went about explaining the various features of the automobiles and what price that would be within our means. Since our daughter was the one who would be purchasing her first car, Miles took special care in working with her and making sure she was given information that would help her make a final decision.After having looked at a number of vehicles, our daughter settled upon the one she was looking forward to test drive: a 2015 Ford Fusion,which was a wonderful experience for all of us. And after returning to the dealership to begin the paperwork on purchasing the vehicle, Miles went about making sure our wait would not be long, and he treated us to refreshments. Upon completing the preliminaries, we were then introduced to the finance officer, Brent Cleveland, who also did a fantastic job in sharing important information regarding the warranty and other important matters that would be to our daughter's benefit as a new car owner. Excellent team from the moment we identified a vehicle from the Academy Ford website, to the prompt call from the manager, to the salesman who helped us test drive our vehicle, to the service department delivery of the vehicle and explanation of how to use all of the vehicle accessories and safety features. The negotiation process was fair and respectful of our needs. Financial paperwork was processed quickly. The only part that was a little less than outstanding was the time between agreement on the terms of sale and the time to sit down with the finance team to close the deal. It took a couple of hours of waiting, but once we entered the office it went quickly. Many thanks to the Academy Ford team for all you do. We've been a 24 year happy customer of your team.

Nicole Smith at Academy Ford was recommended to me by a friend back in 2013, when my daughter was looking to buy her first car. I was told she was excellent at helping female car buyers avoid the traps and condescension you get from most car sales'men'. The purchase of the Ford Explorer was a good first car purchasing experience for my daughter and Nicole continued to offer her support and answer questions over the next 2 years. I returned to Academy when I took over the Explorer for my daughter and wanted a higher end model for myself. Nicole took care of me and I am now happily driving an Edge that is more my style. I just took delivery of 2 new cars form Academy Ford in Laurel MD and I want to say that the whole car buying experience was a pleasure. We bought our new 2001 F-150 here and that experience was great. At the end of 2015, time to replace the '01, I really didn't think of going anywhere else. I figured that if I found something online at their website, we'd just go back. It was as good as 2001 - if not, better. Erick Lopez was our salesman. He is a really fun person. I'm glad we met up with him. The whole experience was awesome. My wife is hard on people that don't treat her right and Erick did well with her. And as for the F-150, well, we're blown away. It is an unbelievably better truck than the '01. Really freakin' awesome. I am a V8 kinda guy. My daily driver is a Magnum with a Hemi. This Ecoboost V6 is wild. it makes me rethink the whole 8 cylinder thing. Hey, Ford, thanks for not needing a bail-out too.

I was on short time frame to purchase a new vehicle and I spoke with Mike Lynch and told him which vehicle I was interested in and what I wanted the vehicle equipped with. He immediately checked his inventory and was able to provide me with everything I asked for. He had Rich Allison contact me to handle the purchase of my 2016 Ford Escape. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was pulled up front and waiting for me. The customer service was fantastic and staff was professional and could not have been helpful. On Saturday, December 19 Alex Jackson called me, from the dealership, to inquire whether I had taken position of my car. First I must say over the past decade I have bought many used cars through this dealership; escort, 2 focus, cargo van, fusion, explorer, and villager van used. It was my go to ford dealership. NOT ANY MORE. This group of sales staff and manager can not compare to the staff in the past. I started with Miles who had been with Academy only 4 months. I came in to look at 2 cars I'd pulled off the internet. He first got us interested in the wrong car. Then discovered the 2 cars I wanted to see were not on the lot, since managers took them home and did not bring them back on a Saturday. Even after Jackie called me to say both cars were there and come on in. Then when we asked him to explain some features of other cars he didn't know the answers. Needless to say it was a waste of time. We went back Monday and were greeted by the Sales Manager of the used car department, Brent, who had specically hand picked Alex, who Brent trained himself, to work with us. We decided to buy the black SE escape but it needed a front wheel alignment. No problem Brent told us it only takes 15 minutes. Brent told us the car would be ready on Tuesday. Tuesday came and no call from Academy until 3:00. Alex asked why I hadn't come to pick up the car. I asked if it was ready. He didn't remember the conversation from the night before. He had to check, no the car wasn't ready but it would be on Wednesday 9:00. Ok. I went to pick up the car at 1:30 Wednesdayfour hours later . Alex was no where around. Brent went to check on the car. It's not ready, didn't Alex call you and explain the situation?. Now it seems that if a car exceeds 1,000 miles after its first inspection it needs to be inspected again. Since a manager had the car it had 3,000 miles over the first inspection. Now it needs a new front light. Academy doesn't have the light in stock. WHY DIDN'T BRENT THE MANAGER OF ALL USED CARS KNOW THAT. HE HAS BEEN WITH ACADEMY FOR 5 YEARS. A communication problem he tells me, they will work on that. As a courtesy, Brent offered me a loaner car to be returned tomorrow when I pick up my car. I told him no. I had been to the dealership 3 times. The car would be delivered to me at my home. HE SAID OK. Wednesday night Alex calls and tells me he is bringing the car over. I tell him no the car is being delivered tomorrow I won't be home tonight. He said it's his day off but call his cell and he would work it out. Thursday I call Alex at 1:45 and say I will be home until 5:00. He doesn't remember our conversation the night before. I should go pick up the car. Brent calls me 45 minutes later and says it's my fault for not taking the car the night before, even though I wasn't home. He doesn't remember the previous conversation either. A communication problem again he tells me. Regardless, a driver did bring the car to my home. That driver is the only employee at Academy Ford I would recommend. He was polite, courteous, and friendly. A retired gentlemen whose trade was in journalism and now drives for Academy. I had two flats at once because of nails from a construction site. It took 3 days to get the problem taken care of with the purchase of two new tires. The plug didn't hold because of the angle if the nails in the tires. Everyone hung with me from Academy Service to make sure that I was back on the road asap.

The staff is always professional & listen to what the problem is with my vehicle. I was having a speaker it issue (I think the speaker was moody) . When I had it in it wouldn't act up. They were patient & trying to find the problem. They suggested to bring it back the next time so they could hear it. The next day it acted up & back to the dealer I went. The staff came out, heard the problem & knew exactly what to do & who to call. I had it back in & the problem is fixed. Kevin had even called & explained the problem & e=what had been completed, always being polite. This was the second truck I bought from Academy. The first lasted 21 years thanks to their maintenance department!

I appreciated Academy Ford's no pressure, laid back approach to selling a vehicle. At no time did I feel like the sales team was playing games with me or using high pressure tactics to sell a vehicle. Alex (salesman) had the vehicle I was interested in ready and waiting for me as I arrived to the dealership (I called ahead), he took me on a test drive, and reviewed the features of the vehicle with me. We next went in and worked with Malcolm on a price. Malcolm and Scott (sales managers) were very straightforward with their best deal, and again the finance team was a pleasure to work with. Probably one of the top two best car buying experiences I've had.

We were told it may take a day and a half but with all the work being done, I wan't surprised. What I was pleasantly shocked by was all the work was done in a day and I got to pick up the car the same day I dropped it off! Everyone in the service area is professional, courteous, and friendly. The hood of my 1996 F150 was jammed so it would neither open nor close. Rather than taking opportunistic advantage of me, the service dept. released the hood latch at a very reasonable price approximating 1//2 hour of mechanic's time. Further, while additional services were recommended, the service writer did not try to ram them down my throat, nor charge me for unrequested services. I'll be back as the need arises.

Bought my Explorer there 3 years ago. Had to have some maintenance on it last week. AC wouldn't work. Warranty covered all but the deductible. Also, while there had four new tires and balancing done. All was fine, everyone friendly. Only reason you didn't get top ratings is there were greasy hand prints on my leather seats. If I have to clean up after the mechanics, I don't give top ratings. I would recommend Academy Ford, the service was good and the people are helpful and friendly. Thanks.

2013 Ford Focus. The clutch mechanism seems to be an ongoing problem with that year Focus. After a couple of tries to calabrate the clutch they put in a new one. It is shifting much cleaner now. Dereck, the Service Writer, is extremely helpful.

I came in to have a noise looked at on my 2013 Ford Edge. I was told I needed new brakes and rotors in the front and new rotors in the back. After extensive internet searching for a F-150 FX4, I found exactly what I was looking for with the lowest miles, best condition, fully loaded and best price for a 2012 truck. Academy Ford took exceptionally good care of my wife and I as we painfully drove through DC beltway traffic, coming from Fredericksburg VA to Laurel MD. Alex Jackson was waiting for us upon arrival. An exceptional young man with great people skills whom we worked with and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy. Given the long drive from VA, Alex offered us lunch (we declined) and took good care of us. The rest of the staff from internet sales to car prep to finance gave us great service overall. Academy didn't offer much on trade-in of our 2002 Chrysler Town & Country so we closed the deal notwithstanding. Academy waived the dealer prep fee too! The service was well worth driving two hours.

The salespeople at Academy Ford were very friendly and professional. They all made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The facilities were immaculate and made me want to look at and test drive vehicles. They took the time to find the best financing for me and thoroughly went over the contract and warranty terms. My salesperson, Roland, went over every feature of the vehicle I purchased, to ensure I knew where everything was located and how to use features that were new to me. The gas tank was not full at the time of purchase, so Roland told me to bring the vehicle back once the gas tank was empty. I did exactly that, and he kept his word. Academy Ford lived up to their motto of "Honesty and Integrity". I would recommend this dealership to others (thus writing this review), and if I am ever in the market for another vehicle I would certainly go there first.

Second new Ford I've bought Academy. Special ordered a 2015 Mustang about 3 months ago. Nice sales people (used the internet and just came into the showroom to place the deposit.) It finally came in about a week ago. So far so good. I eagerly popped in before lunch to fill out the docs and get the car. The financing dept tried to add tire protection, etc, etc and I said take it all off as i don't want any of it. So they reprinted all the loan apps, the total cost looked correct, I signed, and was out of there in under an hour and back to work. Perfect. Quality of repairs: Two days later I finally open the passenger door and Ford had a huge area in the lock latch area where they didn't paint. Not Academy's fault but I now have to call them and schedule an appointment to get that resprayed. Only took two days and was raining when I picked it up. Looked ok and I drove it back to work. Later that day when the rain had stopped I took a closer look. They took the latch bolts out (good) but didn't mask the latch in the door (bad) so its now body colored, full of paint, and fairly obvious. How lazy can they be to take the latch bolts out and not push if back into the door a little and mask it. So I get to call ford and complain about that too. Buying Process: To add insult to injury, I was putting the loan documents into a folder at home and noticed "gap" insurance. Yup, they snuck in $800 gap insurance on me. The loan value initially looked right because i had forgot about my $500 deposit and the $500 rebate from three months prior. So the $800 almost completely cancelled out the $1000 off from those making the total look very close to expected. My fault I didn't review the docs more closely the second time but I *DID* tell them to take all options out after I caught them sneaking it in the first time. Who knew they'd try it twice. Customer Service: I had made an appointment to get the door resprayed and they said I'd get a loaner car. Remember I've only owned my car for 10 days at this point. So time comes for the loaner and they don't have any. Great planning and communication between the paint dept and service dept right? So they grab me a used car for sale from the lot, put a dealer tag on it, and sent me on my way for two days. The car stunk. Literally. I had to leave the windows down during the day to air it out. 14 days into the ownership of my Mustang and I'm regretting not buying the Chevy.

I went in to just look at a used car, Mr Bass who came in on his day off started talking to me, after talking, he told me he could sell me a new car. I flew to MD from NH to buy my car from Academy, not knowing what to expect. I had decided to buy a Ford C-Max, but couldn't find a model with the options I wanted anywhere locally. So, in a greatly expanded search, I found one at a reasonable price at Academy Ford in Baltimore! After some negotiations over the phone and email, we agreed on a price, and early Saturday I caught a flight down to Baltimore. Nicole Smith was waiting to pick me up even before I was off the plane. We had a pleasant, informative drive back to the dealership, and she made every step of the process after that so easy. Thanks to quick responding insurance agents, I was able to text Nicole my proof of insurance on the spot, which she was able to accept in absence of a paper copy. Then she gave me a tour of the car and its features, giving me a good overview of my beautiful and fun new car before heading out on my 400 mile drive back to New Hampshire! I give highest marks to Nicole for making everything so easy, from meeting me at the airport, to finalizing the sale, to sending me off in my new Ice Storm C-Max SEL (after some of the guys sang an awesome "happy birthday" to me, since I was not shy about letting them know it was my birthday weekend...). If I knew anyone in the Baltimore area, I would definitely recommend Academy Ford, and ask for Nicole by name.

As far as I'm concerned, buying a new vehicle is right up there with getting a root canal. However, Academy Ford really went out of their way to actually make the experience enjoyable. Starting with Jackie in internet sales....she really helped me narrow down exactly what I was looking for by searching available dealer's stock and then, in the end, by ordering my custom build. No pushing me here or there....what I wanted is what I got. We did all of the price negotiating over the internet and when we got to an agreeable, fair price, I drove out and signed the order....took about 10 minutes. Once the truck arrived in a few weeks, Nicole was excellent in walking me through the new vehicle features and making sure all of the paperwork was ready before I arrived. In and out in about 90 minutes. Outstanding!!!

Was very impressed from moment I arrived. I had arranged an appointment to test drive the Ford Fiesta ST that I saw online. I was greeted by the team of staff including my sales person Nicole when I walked in. They had my car waiting for me in one of the bays. Nicole took me on the test drive. She has so much product knowledge it was amazing. There is so much to know on cars these days and she took about 20-30 minutes to give me a lesson through all the parts of the car including the SYNC system and touch screen. I decided to make the purchase. They were able to get me 0% financing. After I bought the car all the managers thanked me for my purchase. I even got to meet the owner of the dealership who thanked me for my purchase. Everyone was so nice to me. Both Nicole and Benard, who finalized my paperwork, gave me their cell phone numbers telling me I can call at anytime with whatever questions I may have. Nicole even called me a week after owning the car to do a follow up and ask if I had any questions and how I was liking my new car. We have bought or been involved in the purchase of at least 14 vehicles from Academy Ford. We have been using this dealership since before 1997. We have never had a bad experience. Our current salesperson is Nicole Smith. She is friendly, knowledgeable and works with you to be sure you get the correct car. We just recently purchased our fourth car with Nicole. We have used the service department for some of the oil changes and repairs. My husband is handy so he does a lot of the work himself. The service department has always been on time and friendly. We have never had a problem getting a car worked on. Most of our repairs/service has been done the same day (while waiting) or we have dropped the car off using the key drop box and picked it up the next day.

I purchased my last car in 2007 through Academy Ford , with Nicole Smith. I brought the car back for oil changes and other services every time it was needed. As I sat in the waiting room, I would often see Nicole, and she always would stop to say "hello" and ask me about the car. I found that to be impressive, and that she did indeed value me as a customer. This is the number one reason that I came back, hoping to do business again. She has been very helpful in getting everything done, and educating me on the many gadgets on my new car. I look forward to a continued relationship. I was in an accident with my 2013 Ford Focus 2 days before Christmas. The car was totaled. My Mother bought a Ford Escape from Academy Ford and had a great experience. My Mother suggested I contact Van Lewis to see what he could do for me. After contacting Van and stopping by to look at their selection of 2014 Ford Focuses, we chose a white Focus. That car was sold over the weekend. The next week Van and the Sales Manager , Scott, tracked down another white Focus in PA. with the exact options as my 2013 Focus. From start to finish our experience was fantastic! The sales staff was patient, knowledgable and not pushy. There was no pressure to make a decision or to buy new vs. previously leased (we bought new) or pressure to buy sooner than later. After the sale the sales associate spent 90 minutes going through the features of the car, answering questions and letting me try things out and ask questions - again no rushing. We bought a new Taurus from Nicole. I all of my 40 something years of buying cars, I have never met anyone as knowledgeable or as helpful as Nicole. She quickly narrowed my search to the Taurus, let me take one out on a test drive, and then proceeded to go over all of the options available and explained each one. Once I had selected my perfect car, Nicole found it and then had it brought to the dealership. After I fell in love with my new car she then proceeded to take about an hour to go over all of the computer functions in the vehicle to make sure that my wife & I understood everything. I live over an hor away from Academy Ford, but I will be using their service department just because of my level of satisfaction with the sales process. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from Nicole, in fact My business has already gone ahead & purchased a Van from Nicole.

This has been my best experience ever. Normally, I would hate having to go to a dealer. I saw the vehicle online, came in and they honored that price. I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic from Brent and I love my car. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them as well. He guided me through the financing process, and was able to purchase a reliable vehicle within my budget, put no money down, AND not have to sit in the dealership all day. I live about 45 minutes away, and it is worth the drive to deal with Brent and the employees of Academy Ford. A very friendly, family oriented place which is hard to find this day in age.

My husband and I were very pleased with the way we were treated at Academy. We walked in with a print out from our computer search hoping to look at a car we'd spotted on their internet page as having many incentives attached. We were greeted with hospitality and shown the very car we came to look at. Not having made an advance reservation to test drive it, we were very pleased to be given the full attention of both the manager and our Product Knowledge Specialist, Erick Lopez. We decided to purchase the car, and felt we received the same price and incentives we saw advertised (we had assumed, correctly, that we would need to add transport costs, title tax, tags and registration to our final cost). Erick was very helpful in explaining our options for financing our purchase, and in explaining how the car works. He made sure when we left that our cell phones were synched, and that all our questions had been answered. A very positive experience as well with the finance department (sorry I forgot the name of the man who assisted us). We feel very positive about our selection and when we need another car, will definitely return to this dealership.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from academy ford in Laurel, MD. We spent an entire day at this dealership just to purchase one vehicle. They are very dishonest the salesman will tell you one thing but the finance manager will write the contract up differently. We didn't bother to read the details of the contract shame on us thinking that a dealer that claims HONESTY AND INTEGRITY would actual do so. Don't deal with Bernard the finance manage there he is a very dishonest intentional LIAR!!! There internet prices are a scam to get you in the door they change the price when the final contract is written up. A typical Ford Dealer Scam I should have known better.

After having a bad experience at Darcars Ford in Lanham, I spotted a beautiful used Ford Explorer on the Academy Ford website. I reserved the car for a test drive and decided to give Academy a chance because I've always had good experiences in the service department with my previous car. I was cautious about the Sales department treating us like Darcars. Let me tell you, ACADEMY TREATS YOU LIKE A PERSON!!! I was looking for a car for my wife and Mr. Roland Bass contacted from Academy Ford in Laruel Md. He and I sent two to three month emailing and calling tring to work out a way for me to get some value out of my trade in vehicle which was upside down. He was very honest with my wife and I about our trade in and having to look at new vehicles instead on used ones. Mr. Bass and the staff of Academy Ford worked out a way for us to purchase a new car and trade in our old car but we do not have to put any money down. We talked on a tuesday and my wife and I met Roland on thursday afternoon to complete our transaction. We purchased a Ford Escape this week from Academy Ford. Brent Cleveland was a great salesman. He was thorough and allowed us time to review all of our options in a timely manner. He went over and above with his customer service and professionalism. We had to take some extra time but he was very polite in the process. The dealer was understanding when we had some questions with the vehicle having a small repair. They completed the repair and cleaned the car to take home all on the same day. The finance manager Bernard also was helpful in explaining the numbers so we could understand them. There internet prices are as they say they are no tricks here. The general manager answered questions and all our concerns in a very fast manner and didn't blow us off. He went beyond what I have ever experienced and it makes sense that everything went so well having him in charge. We were from Pennsylvania , but had no issues with taxes or transfer. We moved to the area in 1995 working in the Federal Government. We have owned six different Ford vehicles and I cannot think of a better place to go. If you want service, see their best Service Advisor, Derek Watson. He is the most honest, trustworthy individual I have ever dealt with. He never tries to add additional services or work to make extra money for the dealership, he takes care of his customers. So when he tells you need something, you don't have to question it, he has your trust. He is one of the last true honest people in the car business.

The price listed in the ad was supposedly inclusive of a $1000 rebate and a $500 military discount, neither of which I qualified for nor elected. Nevertheless, after adding these back, the price quoted to me by the buyer before taxes and fees exceeded the ad plus $1500. When I asked how this could be, all I got was a run-around email that made no sense. I'll give them points for continued contact, which they have accomplished with regularity, but that's about it. I bought from Ted Britt, where they kept all the numbers transparent and met my expectations.

Being consistently a customer with AF services and repairs from the the time I owned my first vehicle-Escape, still my lovely vehicle. I regular service it at AF service station every three to six months. The team i work with has never failed me. Escape took to Atlanta in Georgia, Augusta Maine, and many other destination, it has never failed me during these trips or local drive. Mostly use Escape for my commute to work and long drive. There another vehicle i use for special occasions, but escape is my love and will still remain to be my best.

went to change lock on back door of a E250 because someone try to break in , so the guy scott tells me that he is gonna charge me for telling me that the broken piece of plastic that holds the license plates needs to be replace, then he tells me that the piece of plastic is $450.00 dollars i said no because it sounds like too much money for a piece of plastic, I had agreed to a oil change so he made me wait for 5 hours in his in their waiting room if i don't say anything to the other guy i would probably still be waiting formy vehicle right now , they don't care if you have something to do or a life , they need training for customer service , for some people their cars are their lives, but of course , their service people don't know that, they dont seem to know that because of the customer they have a JOB, I will never,ever,ever,ever,ever,ever, go back to this so call service i will post this in all social networks,and will let people know not to buy a ford again because this is how you are treated after you give them all your money and trust,

Great Sales Department!!! I just purchased a 2010 Ford Mustang Convertible and for the first time in my buying-car-experience a was driving my new car in about 2 hours. My wife its been asking me for several months to buy the new car but I did not want to go because previous ordeals trying to buy a car with other dealerships. This will be my 9th time buying a car. OMG! I have to praise Ira (Sales) and Donny (Business Manager) for the great service. There was no preassure trying to sell there aftermarket and extended warranty products. And, to finally surprise us, we do not have to return to the delear to pick up our tags; they are certified by MVA and they gave us our new license plates on the spot. I will recommend Academy Ford to all my friends.

Own a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Sunroof wasn't working and would not fully close. Made an appointment and was told to bring it in first thing in the morning and it would be ready by the end of the day. Brought it in as requested. At 2:30pm no one had bothered to look at it yet. Less than 5 minutes after getting a call from me questioning when the car would be ready, Scott called my wife (who had brought the car in). He told her they had to keep the car overnight. Why? There were branches jammed in the sunroof and they had to order parts. The branches business was complete nonsense. There was a small stick maybe a quarter inch in diameter used as a shim under the window to press it upwards and hold it partially closed. What parts had to be ordered? They didn't know but there was probably something. Would it be ready the next day? Probably. Probably? They couldn't guarantee anything (this after the person we called when we first made the appointment guaranteed it would be ready the day we brought it in). We arrange our schedule to meet their requirements for when they needed to have the car so they could do the job and then they don't even take the time to examine the car until they start getting calls expressing dissatisfaction, they call back with excuses we know are false, and they want to keep the car for an unspecified period of time to order parts and make repairs when it's obvious they have no idea what's actually wrong with the sunroof. We lose an entire day because they run a dishonest shop.Based on this experience I would recommend looking elsewhere for service.

After looking around at many dealerships we went to Academy Ford - an hour from our home. Reginald was a pleasure to work with: very friendly and personable. We bought a new Explorer and a new F-150 fom him. They had to get my Explorer from another dealership to get what I wanted and they were very good about informing me of the process and timeline. Everyone in the dealership was so nice. We had our dog with us and they even invited him to come into the dealership with us while we got pricing. The owner came and introduced himself to us and thanked us for our business. I think this place is great and will recommend them to everyone!

The service department is horrible! They will add on parts that you don't need, also they broke a plastic mount for the engine cover and charged me for it. I can do the work myself but not when it's 30 degrees outside that's how I know when someone is trying to make more money adding on parts. Do yourself a favor and go to Apple Ford in Columbia or elsewhere its not just worth it.

My salesman Ricardo was great however the aftermarket woman was not knowledgable about the products and lied just to make a sale. I specifically requested a specific aftermarket product and when I picked up the car a completely different product was installed. What a rip off. BUYER BEWARE. The dealership has not offered to make it right or acknowledge their error. They will treat you wonderful until they make the sale then run away and hide once you sign your contract.
