Great family owned business.

I needed to get a larger SUV, due to family situations. I went to A Quality and looked at a 2004 Chevy Tahoe Z71. The truck was in the process of being evaluated by their mechanics,but Gerald and Shawn arranged for the Tahoe to road worthy the next day for a test drive. I test drove it and loved the truck. I traded in my 2007 Honda Element and was given a great deal by Shawn, $2500 more than what Don Chalmers Ford offered me. Even after the purchase, A Quality continued to be great in their customer service, I had a problem with the check engine light coming on sometimes after purchasing the Tahoe. I called them and they had me bring the Tahoe back in the next business day, sent it to their mechanic, who fixed the problem and had the Tahoe back to me by the end of the day. Great customer service, professional work ethic and a family owned business, every great reason to do business with A Quality Auto Sales.

I had an unusual request when I wanted to purchase a used truck. It had to meet very strict criteria. Shawn and Felicia worked with me and found the perfect truck. I am amazed at the amount of time they put into this sale. I had time to wait because I was not in a rush. The wait was well worth it. I got a terrific truck for a terrific price. I found the folks at AQuality were professional and personable. I would highly recommend their dealership to anyone. It was a great buying experience!

Great Prices, Amazing Customer Service!

I recently purchased a car at A Quality Auto Sales and I have never been happier with a car buying process. The owners and staff are AMAZING. They are a small business and have cultivated great relationships with the credit unions who finance their vehicles, so they got me an awesome interest rate on my financing. They are very concerned with the quality of their vehicles and do a full check and tuneup on them, including changing the fluids, spark plugs, even engine mounts if they are iffy. They even filled up my tank with gas because of a small misunderstanding that we had about when to take my car in for the checkup, which was no big deal at all! They give their customers a 90 day warranty, which is far more than is required by law. I had my license plate in less than a week. They actually REALLY care about their customers and work hard to give the best service possible. I would STRONGLY recommend buying a vehicle from this business.

Excellent Customer Service

The staff and sales people are some of the most helpful that I have found anywhere in Albuquerque. They are not in the business of selling cars, they are in the business of making lasting relationships with life long customers. They answered every question that I had, and there were many, yet, they kept a smile on their face and continued to treat me with kindness and respect. I will buy my next car from them and probably will for the rest of my life. Thank you, A Quality, for making what could have been a frightening tale into a wonderful experience!!
