I bought a used 2013 boss 302 mustang with 2700 miles on it from them they wanted 52k cause my car stacked on it. They ended up working with my bank and i got the car for 49k. They tried finding me another car at first but they knew i only wanted that car. Idk why this place has such bad reviews. They were not pushy at all they really tried working with me through their banks first and i ended up using usaa. I recommend this dealer to anybody.

Traveled 6 hours from Pittsburgh on faith that this wasn't the same as most dealers. Jeff and his staff treated me like family. Trusted my word on my trade and more than lived up to his. Spoke of the owner and his staff as if he was honored to be there and it reflected in the condition of his dealership and his inventory. Don't hesitate to trust there integrity.

I went to go look at a truck I saw on their website a 04 f150 maroon 4x4 looks great. I went to the Shepherdsville store and a nice young man named Shaun came out to my truck ask me what I was looking for so we went inside to talked to another guy because he was still in training. Turns out the truck was at the etown lot so Shaun drool over me out there and when we test drove it it started missing knowing stalling multiple things wrong the reason was its a 12 year old truck it's going to have problem and it was listed for ten thousand. So we left there went back to Shepherdsville and his boss nick came out and put me straight in a 22000 dollar truck and I was unsure so we went in side to talk about my trade in and nick kept pressuring me to sign a paper saying if the numbers match up I will buy the truck I nicely said I don't want to for sure sign anything today so here comes manager Claud. He sits down and just starts raising his voice about how I need to sign this paper so they can be sure I'm not wasting there time. How is making a phone call to get payoff on my vehicle and credit check going to take up that much time. I personally told Shaun that I Wilbur love to buy a vehicle from him because he is the type of salesperson that wants the best for you and not as much money in his pockets. I will never be back there and highly recommended no one else to go there

Just left their lot in shepherdsville. As soon as I walked in there was pressure. I was hit with one sales pitch after another. I understand the sales guy was doing his job but when the sales manager was brought in I had to walk out. I asked simple questions but he didn't give me a single straight answer. These people represent every negative stereotype for car salesmen. I'll never step on their lot again. Buyers beware.

Very unprofessional General Manager. Does not return phone calls. Has no patience. Talked to me like I was beneath him. Think the owner needs to get a new one. I will be letting everyone know not to go there.

Purchased a car slightly overpriced but with extremely low miles so I felt pretty good about it initially. I live out of state so at first I was insistent on a repurchase check at the local certified dealer, however once I was informed all cars came with a 30 day power train warranty I moved forward due to a birthday deadline I was trying to meet. They were super at sales end even going so far as to deliver the car to me 200 miles away. However, within a three weeks after delivery we noticed hard shifting and stalling when going into reverse. Took to dealer to get checked within 30 day period, emailed and texted salesman to advise him also of what was going on. Never heard from salesman, not a ok or anything. Information came back to me after it rolled over 30 from dealer that it was likely a transmission. Had to reach out multiple times to sales to get salesman to contact me. At which time the power train contract requirements were laid out for me. Had to return to selling dealer for check ONLY. Sure would have been good to know that at first attempt to reach out while in 30 day. Also wondering how realistic they thought it was for us to drive it 200 miles for a check??? Salesman did offer to try for some assistance, but bottom line is we are on hook for a transmission and checking these reviews it appears we aren't the only clients who have experienced this. Still love car, but I would say proceed with extreme caution purchasing. Make sure to thoroughly have cars checked elsewhere prior to purchase, understand warranty loopholes, and stay on top of problems while in 30 day period and not a day over!

Bought a car from 44 auto mart that was over priced, but I thought it was a decent car. We drove this car for about 2 weeks and the transmission went out. They wouldn't replace it because it wasn't under warranty. Standoffish service to say the least. DO NOT TRUST 44 Auto Mart!!!

I recently stopped into 44 Automart where a was looking for a nice used SUV I meet a salesmen name Tommy Gray he was very helpful and full of Info!! Tommy showed me 3 to 4 Suvs I was looking for a full-size Suv I look at the Tahoe a Yukon and a Escalade, Tommy was helpful in all three and for once I actually Valued and trusted his opinion!! I was lost I didn't know which one I like the most so Tommy ask me what I really need after I told him he said honestly I don't think you need the Escalade its the most expensive and just like the other ones (I was shocked he didn't want to sell me the expensive one!!) After about a hour and half of test driving all three I decided that I wanted the Yukon it was in my budget and Tommy didn't try to upscale me something out of my budget! So then we went inside and started to work a the numbers Tommy was very helpful thru the whole process!! I got exactly what I wanted cheaper then what I wanted which was awesome!! I will go back to Tommy and sent all my friends and family to Tommy he was great and very helpful!!! Give him a call if you need a good car and want to work with someone honest!!

I purchased a truck from this dealer and the sales company sold me a warranty. I drove off the lot and within a week I've had nothing but mechanical issues. The warranty company says my warranty is void because the truck is lifted and the dealership is saying that it is good. Since then I have taken my truck there to be serviced under warranty yet they have not kept sufficient record of the work completed on it and I am still having issues with the vehicle. They are very good at telling you what you want to hear but never really fixing or addressing the issue.

I bought a 2008 Toyota Yaris for my wife which they said was in great condition. This business lies about the condition of their vehicle, & think that is ok as long as you sign an "as is" form. I would like to warn everyone NOT TO BUY a vehicle from this business. We had to get a new drive belt, battery, front-wheel alignment, new tire, marker lights, & the car came with no cabin air filter. I told them all the repairs that we had to pay for, they called and offered a check for about $200 which would have only covered part of the $500 we paid. After the offer they never called back, never sent a check and never answered e-mails and phone calls. Talked to Perry Luttrell. This is just a warning not to do business here.

I visited one of there stores at 44 east to see something they had advertised only to find it had been sold already...I was sent to there other location and was told they might have what i was looking for... they need to update there site sales more frequently. I spent alot of gas and alot of time that was wasted... i don't like to do that ,gas is too high.

im an active duty service member. these guys were a great no hassle dealer. i bought a 2006 F-150 4x4 and it was exactly as advertised and whats more they sold it to me for below book value. the dealer had it listed for 25k but online was 23k so they had no problem selling it for the lower price plus they gave me top dollar for my trade. they didnt try to tag on a bunch of stupid fees and we were in and out quicky thanks to the fast and friendly staff.

My husband worked with this dealership for over a week with the purchase of a Toyota pickup truck. He finally got a deal worked out and put down a 500.00 payment to hold the vehicle since we do not live in the area. Then the following monday after we had already made plans to go and pick it up they called him and told him that they had sold the truck out from under him. Never in my life have I seen business done this way. I would not give them the satisfaction of buying anything from them. Very poor customer service and business practices.
