Nice place - good prices

My wife wanted to have her own car and we looked at a Kia minivan here. It was the first car she checked out in person and she decided a minivan wasn't for her - too big (we're in our 70's). She wanted a smaller vehicle. We looked at several other vehicles at other dealerships. Ended up buying a small SUV.

I have looked at a few vehicles here, thank goodness i know a thing or two about cars and have access to car records. Most of the reviews i have seen are fake. No one from Gibsonia is driving to Glassport to purchase a vehicle, unless out of pure desperation. I highly advise you look into what your wanting and take.someone knowledgable with you when looking at vehicles. One example in perticular was a convertible. I was checking said vehicle out and noticed that seat felt wet. When questioning about this , the claim was that it wad just washed, overall car was okay enough to get from point A to B. But I was concerned and waited before coming back for a second look sometime later. Sure enough i am looking at the vehicle knowing that it should have dried out by then. So i proceeded with my test drive and had my friend sit in the passenger side and seat was soaked. The liner was leaking. Dont you think he should have looked into this upon my first mention instead of assuming it.was from being cleaned. During test drive vehicle had hard time climbing hills in.Glassport and had a ticking noise. There are many dealers that now work with credit and offer full warranties for those who need it.

Great experience

Had been looking for a reputable used car dealership and I found one here. The mechanic was very knowledgeable of every car on the lot which gave us confidence from the start. Mike (the owner) insisted we test drive all the cars in which we were interested. The buying process was easy and pressure free. Within a few days of having the car I got a chip on the windshield, I contacted Mike and he promptly set an appointment for me with a good glass man at his shop the next day. I bought a 2000 Nissan Altima and have had it for about a month now, and I love every thing about the car. I am so glad to have found this dealership and would recommend them highly ( and already have). Also, would gladly be a repeat customer in the future if need be.

Never heard a word from the dealer. Won't use anymore. Don't know why I even bothered!!

Wonderful People to Work With, Got a Great Car.

We were shopping for a first car for my college age daughter. Frankly I was very nervous about buying an older used car. But 2010 Auto was a really pleasant surprise. They are a smaller used car dealer with a laid back style and no pressure. We found a great used car that my daughter loves for a price that fits easily into her budget. In true the car was a absolute deal. I felt the people were honest and disclosed everything to us. They showed us the Carfax for the car. I would highly recommend 2010 Auto if you are looking for a good use car at a good price.

Untrustworthy and Unscrupulous Dealer

Made an appointment with the owner to test drive a vehicle the following day at 3:00 pm. I requested the appointment in the morning, and the owner replied that everyone would be at the auto auction during the day and that the business would not open until 3:00 pm. I arrived promptly at 3:00 pm for the appointment. I advised that I was there for my scheduled test drive and the owner pointed to a women sitting in front of me, stating that he had just sold her the vehicle I was scheduled to test drive. I told him this was an extremely poor way to conduct business, and he said "it was not", did not dispute the fact that I had a scheduled appointment, simply asking "what if you didn't like it?". DO NOT waste your time scheduling an appointment to test drive a vehicle with this dealer...your time and business mean NOTHING to the owner. You would be much better served to spend your time and money working with someone who will keep their word and is concerned about their reputation. The owner is not capable of living up to a commitment to keep an appointment...he can never be trusted with anything else, especially your hard earned money!

rip off

I recently purchased a car from them to be used for going to and from work. I was going to sell it after getting another vehicle from a real dealer. Come to find out they never disclosed that the vehicles odometer was rolled back! This is illegal to not disclose this when a vehicle is purchased. Not only can it mess with the vehicle , it decreases the value and warrents it valueless as it's a tmu. And if you would privately sell the vehicle you could be sued for not disclosing that it's a roll back. Do not buy from this dealer!

Nice dealership

Nice selection of vehicles all at much lower prices than other places I looked. I liked that all the prices are displayed on the windshields so I didn't feel like I would be charged a different price than someone else. I looked at several cars and wasn't pressured at all to choose a higher priced one, in fact, the owner, Mike suggested one that was the least expensive of the ones I was considering. I think all the cars came with a warranty, they didn't try to sell me anything else. So far the car has been great. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
