Great service, timely manner, honest staff!

First I had my car fixed here. I had a deadline on fixing. 3 days before the deadline I received a call from Andrei.There was an extra part that needed to be changed, Andrei told me exactly how much extra I would have to pay( even though it was only $15 extra).Also he asked if it was Ok for me to pick up in the afternoon instead of morning as we agreed. Of course it was ok! However I really appreciated the thoughtfulness. They don't waste anyone's time. At 2pm sharp my car was outside started ready to go! No extra charges (as it usually happens), no extra fees. All prices as agreed. Then I actually decided to sell this car (old Nissan stick shift). The selling went smooth and I got even a bit more money that I was counting on. I'm definitely coming back when I am ready for a new car! Recommend!

Great experience

I was in the market for a Honda Pilot or Acura MDX. I looked on Cars.com and came across 1st International Auto. I had driven past a number of times, as I work in Merrimack, but never stopped in. I stopped in and started working with Vlad on the buying process for a 2003 MDX Touring. He was very patient as I got the financing done and we were able work on the price to accommodate my bank. I have to tell you, they undercut the price of everyone in the area that were offering MDXs and Pilots with higher mileage. This thing is so clean. After I bought the car, I took it to Sunnyside Acura to handle the airbag recall issues. When I came in to pick up the car that night, the service manager told me that the mechanics were absolutely shocked when they did the usual in depth inspection of the vehicle. They couldn't believe that a 13 year old MDX was in as great condition as the one I had just bought. I made it a point to call Vlad because I was very grateful for such a good vehicle at the price they were able to sell it to me for. Do your homework on the vehicle, but rest assured, these guys look for cars in great shape and will work with you to sell you a quality car. Already referred a friend to them. 2 months later I am still loving my new car! Thanks, Vlad!

Run away

Avoid at all costs. Had an absolutely awful experience with the car I bought from them. I purchased the car in January and was told the sunroof would be repaired. When I tried to use it once the weather was warm, it had the same issue it did during my test drive. They were no help when I asked about it. On top of that, I had to get repairs just to gain an inspection sticker in Maine. Stay away from this dealership

I had a great experience with 1st International Auto Group. I first saw the car online; I called and Vlad had explained to me pretty straight forward what the condition of the car was. I decided to give it a shot and drive over 3 hours to test drive the car. I guess when you are buying a used car, there is never such thing as a great condition, but at least I was aware of what exactly needed to be fixed. I decided to purchase the car and Vlad has helped me to get all the documents ready without me driving back and forth to the dealership which was very much appreciated. When I came to pick up a car all the issues were fixed and the car was cleaned and ready to go. So far its been over 6 months since my purchase and I could not be happier. I have sent two of my girlfriends to check out the cars at 1st international and keep recommending Vlad as a great auto dealer. There are so many auto dealerships and not that many people that you can really trust to. I think if Vlad and Andrey continue to deliver great customer service with honesty and integrity they will have a very promising future.

Wow! What an awesome dealer!

My son purchased a car from them and he was very excited. While I was there, I was very impressed with the inventory and Vladimir's professionalism! When we went back with my son to pick up his car, I brought my wife and Vladimir showed us many cars. We finally found the one for us, a beautiful Mercedes wagon. Vladimir was very honest, patient, professional and fair. We bought the car and are thrilled. He even recommended a financial institution that got us a very low interest rate of 1.99%. does not stand behind there word

Purchased a 2001 BMW Ci less than a month ago and the check engine light was on - they told us they fixed it and we needed to drive it in order to clear the code - we did - a month later and less than nine hundred miles - we took it to our local mechanic to get inspected as dealer is an hour and half away - wouldn't you know it when they went to inspect it there were multiple codes stacked up - as well as car going into limp mode so not even drivable - Andre told us to tow it down there and they would look at it but it was our cost to tow- if the couldn't even do it right the first time why would we tow it down there and have them charge us for repairs that should have been addressed in the first place- NEVER leave there with a car that is not 100% ready as they will weasel out of fixing!!

Excellent experiance

Enjoyed working with Vlad and Andre. Good selection. Very helpful in answering questions. No pressure of any kind. Very honest about risks of buying the car I bought. Even after price agreed on, put new rotors and brakes at no charge.Arranged for me to get new tires at their wholesale price. Very impressed with 3yr/30000 mile warranty. That sealed the deal for me.Would recommend to anyone to give them a look.

I'm so happy with my new car purchased from this guys. So professional quick and honest. They Staying behind the products. Two weeks after sale date my check engine came on with O2 sensor code. Terrible business practices

This is a dealer that does not fully repair his auto's and should not be in Merrimack NH. We purchased a vehicle that needed repairs and the repairs were not fixed. These repairs were included in the purchase and sale agreement but were not honored. We were charged twice for these repairs.
